About the Role

Sales Pipeline & Client Management
Manage a sales pipeline via CRM or tracking system: record leads, interactions, next‑steps, and follow-ups.
Prioritize high‑intent leads and maintain consistent engagement to maximize conversion volume.
Coordinate schedule‑setting, consultations or onboarding handoff with operations/coaching team once sign‑up is confirmed.


Client Experience & Brand Representation
Represent the brand as professional, supportive, motivating, and knowledgeable about fitness and transformation.
Communicate the difference between a “transformation studio” and a regular gym: explain structure, support, accountability, and long‑term coaching focus.

I am the founder of CrisisBridge Psychiatry PLLC, (PMHNP-BC) along with my partner who is psychiatrist) a telepsychiatry practice serving patients throughout North Carolina. We provide comprehensive psych evaluations and psychiatric medication management/addiction treatment via telehealth.

I am seeking assistance with foundational referral outreach to healthcare providers. The goal is to introduce the practice to providers who may need outpatient psychiatric referral options for their patients and begin establishing a strong referral network that generates real patient referrals.

This role requires active phone outreach and follow up, not just email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable and high-value outreach opportunities among healthcare providers who may need psychiatric referral options for their patients
• Focus on both local outreach (Moore County, Raleigh, Wilmington, and surrounding areas) and targeted statewide outreach across North Carolina
• Call therapist offices and counseling practices to introduce our services
• Contact primary care offices that may refer patients needing psychiatric care
• Reach out to hospital discharge planners, case managers, and behavioral health departments regarding outpatient psychiatric follow-up for discharged patients
• Identify who handles behavioral health referrals within each organization
• Send follow-up emails/calls with referral forms and practice information
• Document outreach activity and outcomes in a spreadsheet
• Track contacts made, responses received, and potential referral opportunities
• Follow up with offices when appropriate

Services Provided by the Practice

The practice provides telepsychiatry services including:

• Psychiatric medication management and comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, we treat general and up to significantly complex psychiatric disorders
• ADHD treatment
• Depression and anxiety treatment
• Bipolar disorder management, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, OCD, Schizophrenia, and related conditions
• Suboxone / buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder

Patients are seen throughout North Carolina via telehealth.(online only practice fully compliant with all federal/state laws and best practice guidelines/appropriate monitoring)

• Therapists and counseling practices
• Primary care offices
• Behavioral health clinics
• Substance use treatment providers
• Hospitals and health systems (discharge planners, case managers, behavioral health units)-example: can guarantee evaluation within 7 days etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare outreach or physician referral development
• Background in medical, psychiatric, or healthcare administration is a plus
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls to professional offices
• Professional communication skills
• Organized and able to document outreach results clearly

Ideal Candidate

Someone with experience contacting medical or behavioral health offices and successfully building referral relationships.

Project Scope

This role will begin as a one-month project focused on foundational referral development for a growing telepsychiatry practice.

The goal during this period is to actively contact healthcare providers across North Carolina, introduce the practice, and begin establishing referral relationships that can generate patient referrals.

In addition to outreach, the assistant should help identify high-value referral opportunities and providers who frequently need psychiatric referral options.
