LGE Prime Plumbing is a family-owned plumbing company serving San Diego, California. We’re looking for a strong remote Customer Service & Scheduling Representative to join our team. Training is provided. We use Housecall Pro.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls/messages with empathy and professionalism
Gather accurate job details and book service appointments
Explain service options clearly and help customers choose the best next step
Follow up on estimates/leads to convert them into booked jobs
Make outbound calls to past customers for service reminders and maintenance follow-up
Keep detailed notes and update customer records in Housecall Pro
Communicate with the team to ensure jobs are scheduled correctly

Je suis indépendante et j'ai créé une bibliothèque de prompts sur Airtable. Il y en a 166 à ce jour. Je souhaiterais que ces prompts soient mis sur une interface agréable pour l'utilisateur. Il clique sur le prompt correspondant à sa situation. Les prompts sont rangés par catégorie (RH, Management, Administratif, Cuisine, Médecin Coordonateur, Famille, IDEC, Kiné...)
Une fois qu'ils auront cliqué sur le prompt, ils ouvrent un chatbot qui leur permettra de répondre à leur question. Il faut donc que le site soit relié à un LLM. Il doit être aussi sécurisé et j'ai intégré dans les prompts un bloc anti invention et hallucination ainsi qu'un bloc de traçabilité interne. Il doit y avoir la possibilité de pouvoir tracer les prompts. Savoir quelles recherches ont été effectuées...
