Role Overview

The Product Manager owns the tiered product strategy and roadmap for NextLM. This role is responsible for defining what belongs in each tier, why it belongs there, and how value increases as customers move from Prospector to Hunter, Apex, and Enterprise.
This role sits at the intersection of users, engineering, data, design, and go to market. The Product Manager ensures that the product remains powerful without becoming overwhelming, intuitive without becoming simplistic, and differentiated enough to justify premium pricing.

Tier Driven Product Strategy

The Product Manager is explicitly accountable for product definition, feature gating, and value differentiation across all four tiers.
Prospector (Entry/PLG Tier)

Purpose: Fast activation and early understanding of value
Product ownership includes:
Defining the minimum signal experience that creates immediate understanding
Optimizing onboarding and first search success
Deciding which insights are shown versus summarized
Designing natural upgrade paths into Hunter

· Bookkeeping and financial operations.
Critical constraint: Sasha Froyland cannot and will not act as a day-to-day individual contributor on marketing and advertising. If a client is signed tomorrow, all GTM work must pause while Sasha pivots to delivery. The agency must be capable of operating autonomously during these periods.
4. Budget & Compensation Model
Total Available Budget
Maximum total cash available for all GTM activities in year one: $50,000 USD.
This includes:
· All agency fees (T&M, retainer, performance bonuses).
· Any third-party tools or subscriptions the agency requires that Help4Access does not already have.
This does NOT include:
· Media spend (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) paid directly by Help4Access to those platforms.
· Existing tool subscriptions Help4Access already maintains (Instantly.ai, CRM infrastructure, Voiceflow, etc.).
Required Compensation Structure
We require proposals to include a three-part compensation model:
1. Time & Materials (T&M) – Initial GTM Asset Build
· Purpose: Get GTM infrastructure, messaging, and campaigns from current state to "desired future state."
· Scope examples:
o Competitive analysis and strategic roadmap.
o Landing page design/development.
o Email sequence creation and Instantly.ai optimization.
o Digital AE integration.
o Content audit and SEO recommendations.
