### Role Summary

We’re hiring a **Creative Strategist** to design and systematize **high-performing ad creative** (primarily for Meta, with support for other channels as needed). This role is **strategy-first**: you’ll turn customer insights, objections, and intent into **winning angles, hooks, scripts, and test plans**—then work with editors/creators/designers to ship, learn, and iterate fast.

### What You’ll Own

* Build a repeatable **creative testing system** (hypotheses, variables, iterations, winners/losers).

* Run weekly **creative audits**: what’s working, why, what to test next.
* Partner with performance marketing to align on funnel stage, landing page congruence, and measurement.
* Maintain a **creative library** (winning hooks, concepts, proof assets, objections, competitor patterns).

### Key Deliverables (Weekly)

* 3–6 new ad concepts (angle + hook set + script + proof + CTA).
* 6–12 hooks + 3–5 script variations for top concepts.
* 1 testing plan (what we’re testing, success metrics, decision rules).
* 1 creative performance recap (insights → next actions).

### What “Great” Looks Like

* You can clearly explain **why** a concept should win (intent + proof + clarity + differentiation).
* You design tests that avoid false conclusions (clean variables, proper learning loops).
* Your scripts are tight: **Hook → Value → Proof → Offer → CTA**, optimized for retention.
* You can balance brand positioning (premium, trust-driven) with aggressive performance outcomes.

### Required Experience / Skills

* 2+ years as a Creative Strategist / Performance Creative / Copy-focused Growth role (e-commerce preferred).
* Strong understanding of **Meta creative mechanics** (thumb-stopping hooks, retention, congruence, fatigue).
* Excellent copywriting and scripting for short-form video (UGC + editorial-style ads).
* Ability to use data to make creative decisions (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CVR, CPA, MER—depending on access).
* Clear communication and strong organization (briefs, deadlines, feedback loops).

* Experience in premium or high-ticket categories where **trust/proof** is critical.

I’m launching a new skincare brand and am looking for a designer to create a finalized logo for the brand.
