We’re looking for a paid ads specialist to join our agency to assist our senior paid ads manager in their day to day operations on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, CTV and other platforms are a plus, but not a requirement as we are willing to train on these smaller platforms.
You would be working under the Senior Paid Ads manager executing tasks like campaign building, tracking setup, ad creation, campaign optimization and reporting.
This role will work on the ad accounts that the senior manager and senior specialists own as well as taking full ownership of smaller ad accounts within our book of business, with advancement available to eventually take over larger accounts once success has been proven.
We’re looking for someone that has several years of experience creating and running ads already but you will also receive a high level of support and training in our methodology and strategies working with some of the most experienced performance marketers in the world.

As for payments, I always had to constantly remind him to transfer money on Upwork for the designs I had completed. I communicated with his manager, who constantly promised to prepare tasks in advance, which was not the case. There were situations where we were late with the design because the copy was sent at the last moment, leaving me with insufficient time for design. After a few months, when I asked for payment, Kyle simply terminated the contract. We opened a new contract on Upwork for him to pay me the remaining money, which he did, but I have to admit that I didn't feel comfortable constantly asking for my money. All in all - a very unprofessional agency to work with.

Since the first milestone included a review, we expected a bit more flexibility for minor fixes. In future projects, more clarity upfront on what is included in each milestone might help avoid misunderstandings.
There was also a request to release a milestone before the agreed tasks were completed, with the explanation that more time was needed. A suggestion would be to consider a flexible hourly contract for situations like this, rather than multiple milestones, to avoid pauses in the workflow and ensure continuity. Although these issues were minor, they could have been resolved without the need for extra milestones.
While we did encounter an unexpected delay due to a family emergency, which we understand can happen, it did impact our deadlines. Clearer communication about how such events might affect timelines could help in managing expectations.
We encountered additional issues along the way - small fixes that required attention and they are related. However, each fix came with a request for an additional milestone, which created some hesitation on our end. It may be helpful in the future to bundle minor adjustments within milestones to streamline the process. Additionally, at times, there was some misunderstanding of the specific issues we needed to address, and clear, regular communication may help in aligning on task requirements.
Overall, with some adjustments in communication and milestone expectations, I believe future projects with this freelancer could be more seamless.

We are developing a physical children’s educational product (not digital) built around a calm, friendly grooved writing format for ages 3–8.
At this stage, our main goal is to find the right long-term creative partner.
We prefer to start with a small paid trial to evaluate thinking, approach, and fit, and only then define the full scope together.
What we are looking for:
A children’s content creator who can both write and illustrate, understands how young children learn, and can think in terms of systems, not just individual pages.
Experience with educational products, physical workbooks, or early childhood content is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
Phase 1 – Paid Trial (Concept & Fit Validation):
- Choose one character from our brand world (Fox, Owl, Robot, etc.)
- Propose the learning approach and structure for a first book around that character
- Create ONE non-final sample page (text + rough or semi-detailed illustration)
- The sample page is for internal evaluation only and will NOT be used commercially
- Focus is on concept, clarity, structure, and understanding of a physical grooved writing format

Some of the administrative particulars would be an Non-Disclosure Agreement, and some of this work would depict Department of War logistics and supply chain uses. Nothing directly violent, as we aren't a weapons company. If you are concerned with any of that, please let me know. I don't want people to feel uneasy about any of our job requests.
The actual job would consist of 4-5 pages showing our aircraft doing multiple activities, lifting cargo, resupplying naval vessels, landing cargo near soldiers, moving containers around a depot, etc.
