We have two scenes that need to be edited.
They are performed by actors who will use them in their showreel (something that they use to book more acting projects - examples of their work, basically). Each scene has multiple takes of each person (2 total), so we will need you to select the best takes and cut the scene together in a way that flows nicely. Each scene is around 4 minutes long. We'll also need sound design and color grading. This is an example of what we need: https://www.instagram.com/p/DRqq3uRjI3p/ (NOT the vertical/social media side of it, I just shared it there) Thank you!

We're a medical billing and revenue cycle management company based in California, and we're growing. We're looking for a sales rep who actually understands RCM and can bring in new provider clients.
To be clear about what this is not: we're not looking for someone to blast cold emails and log activity in a CRM. We can hire that cheaply and it doesn't work. We're looking for someone who can hold a real conversation with a practice owner or office manager, understands where their billing is bleeding money, and can turn that into a signed client. What you'd be doing Prospecting and outreach to US healthcare providers, practices, and clinics. Qualifying leads and booking meetings. Working opportunities through to close. Keeping our CRM current and sending us a weekly pipeline update. We already have email and LinkedIn campaigns running that you can work from, but we expect you to bring your own prospecting approach and ideally your own network. Compensation 30-day trial, commission only. Part-time is fine during the trial, we understand you may have other work. After the trial, if things are going well: $1,000/month base plus commission. Commission is 0.5% of the client's monthly collections for the first 12 months of that client relationship. So if a client is collecting $100,000/month and our service fee is 5%, you earn $500/month on that one client, $6,000 over the year. And if their collections grow, your commission grows with them. We pay recurring instead of a one-time bounty because we want you building a book, not chasing one-off signings. Target One new RCM client per month. How you get there is up to you, we're not going to micromanage your process as long as the results are there. What we're looking for - Real experience selling US medical billing or RCM services, not general B2B sales - You can speak intelligently about denials, AR days, credentialing, payer issues, and clearinghouses - Comfortable talking to practice owners and decision makers - An existing network or pipeline is mandatory - Strong written and spoken English - Organized and communicative, we want regular updates without having to chase you Please include in your proposal 1. How many years you've sold medical billing or RCM specifically, and for which companies 2. A specific deal you closed. What specialty, roughly what size practice, and how you got in the door 3. How you'd source your first 20 prospects for us 4. Whether you have an existing network you can reach out to 5. Why you're looking for a new role right now Proposals that don't answer these will not be reviewed. Templated proposals are an instant pass. We're open to contractors anywhere, and we work with offshore teams regularly.

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Outbound Specialist to take ownership of our outbound lead-generation process.
This is a full-time, ongoing role for someone who understands more than just cold email software. You should have a background in digital marketing and understand offers, paid advertising, customer-acquisition funnels, and how to identify gaps in a prospect’s current marketing system. We are not looking for someone who will simply build a list, launch an automated campaign, and wait for replies. Every campaign must be properly researched, monitored, tested, and continuously improved. Your Responsibilities Research target industries, competitors, businesses, and decision-makers Source and verify qualified B2B leads that match our ideal client profile Review each prospect’s website, offer, ads, and sales funnel Identify specific marketing and funnel gaps we can reference in our outreach Write genuinely personalized cold emails for individual prospects Develop different outreach angles based on the prospect’s business and current strategy Manage campaigns, inboxes, follow-ups, and interested responses Qualify interested prospects before scheduling calls Book high-quality appointments with business owners and key decision-makers Maintain accurate prospect and campaign data inside our CRM Track deliverability, response rates, positive replies, appointments, and show rates Continuously test and improve targeting, messaging, and follow-up sequences Requirements Proven experience with B2B cold email and outbound lead generation Demonstrable experience booking qualified sales appointments Strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, paid advertising, and lead generation Ability to research prospects and identify meaningful opportunities in their current setup Excellent written English with natural, concise, and persuasive communication Experience reaching founders, business owners, or senior decision-makers Familiarity with lead-sourcing tools, email outreach platforms, inbox management, and CRMs Strong attention to detail and the ability to work toward clear performance targets Available for a full-time, long-term engagement Compensation This role includes a fixed base payment based on your experience and availability, plus a strong performance-based structure: You will receive 10%–15% commission on every deal closed from the appointments you generate. We offer meaningful upside for someone who can consistently source the right prospects and book qualified appointments—not just produce a high volume of low-quality meetings. To Apply Please include the following in your proposal: Your experience running B2B outbound campaigns The industries and offers you have worked with Your previous appointment-booking results The tools you use for sourcing, verification, outreach, and CRM management A short example of how you would personalize an email to a prospect whose marketing funnel has a clear gap Any relevant case studies, screenshots, or performance reports Please begin your proposal with the words “Personalized Outbound” so we know you have read the complete post. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of the entire outbound process.

Native Spanish Proofreader for Children's Book (Book 2 of a Published Series)

I'm looking for a detail-oriented native Spanish proofreader to refine the second book in a published children's series. The book is written as a child's diary in the first person (narrator aged around 8–12), with a warm, honest, emotionally sensitive voice.
There is already a complete Spanish manuscript (approx. 218 pages / ~20,000 words). This is NOT a full translation — the task is proofreading and stylistic refinement on the text level: polishing grammar, punctuation and wording so it reads naturally, while carefully preserving the child's inner voice without making it sound too adult. What matters most to me: - Native Spanish, in a neutral / international style that works for a broad audience (not too Spain-specific). - A natural, age-appropriate diary voice in the first person. - Consistency with Book 1: the first book ("Soy Luca") is already published, and I will provide it as a style reference. The goal is that there are no noticeable stylistic differences between the two books — same tone, rhythm and voice across the series. - The existing formatting (paragraphs, line breaks, layout) must stay untouched. Only the text is adjusted, plus brief comments where a decision from my side is helpful. Nice to have (not required): - Basic German (A2 or higher) to cross-check individual passages against the original German manuscript, which I can provide for reference. - Experience with children's literature or similar content. Deliverables: - One clean, corrected version, ready to use. - One lightly annotated version with the most important stylistic or linguistic decisions. - Final files in Word (.docx) format. Timeline is flexible — I prefer careful, thoughtful work over speed. Please let me know your realistic estimate based on your workflow. When applying, please share examples of previous proofreading or editing work (ideally children's books or narrative fiction), and briefly describe how you would approach keeping a consistent voice across two books in a series.

Help build the community around a new way of encountering Scripture
We are looking for someone who deeply understands the Christian community and believes that the way Scripture is translated, discussed, and shared matters. This is not a traditional social media manager position. We need a resourceful community builder who can help real people discover The Bible with Original Names: The Way Version, read it for themselves, talk about their experience, and introduce it to others. What is the Bible with Original Names (The Way Version)? The Way Version is a contemporary English Bible project that keeps more of the names, language, and historical context of Scripture visible. Jesus appears as Yeshua. John appears as Yochanan. Mary appears as Maryam. Readers encounter names and terms such as YHWH, Elohim, and Ruach, along with original names for people and places throughout the text. The translation also pays careful attention to places where English tradition can make a passage sound more specifically male than the underlying language requires. General human language may appear as person or people when the source is not specifically referring to a man. Women’s names and roles remain visible where the textual and historical evidence supports them. The goal is not to attack Christianity or tell people what they must believe. It is to let people encounter familiar Scripture with more of its linguistic and historical context brought back into view, then invite them to read it for themselves. Learn about the project: thewayversion.com Explore the mobile experience: thewayversion.com/app Mobile app launch: thewayversion.com/mobile Instagram: instagram.com/thewayversion The Bible with Original Names mobile app is also being prepared for iPhone and Android. What we need you to accomplish Your goal is to help turn this from a publishing project into a genuine community of readers. That means taking ownership of things such as: Finding Christians, Bible readers, pastors, churches, ministry leaders, YouTubers, podcasters, TikTok and Instagram creators, Bible study leaders, and other people who may genuinely connect with the project. Getting The Way Version into the hands of people who will actually read it and encouraging honest testimonials about what they experienced. Building relationships with Christian YouTubers and creators who may want to make videos discussing, reviewing, reading, or reacting to the translation. Identifying people who could become recurring public voices around the project. This could potentially include you if you are comfortable on camera and genuinely connect with the work. Helping us develop YouTube content and figure out what kinds of videos can introduce the ideas behind The Way Version in an approachable way. Helping grow our new WhatsApp community into a place where people read Scripture together, discuss passages, ask questions, and participate in Bible study. Creating opportunities for churches, small groups, ministries, and other Christian communities to encounter and discuss the work. Developing a repeatable system for collecting reader stories, video testimonials, creator content, and community participation. Working alongside our existing outreach, marketing, project management, and community team rather than waiting for someone to give you a list of leads every day. The most important words in this role are figure it out. We have people already doing outreach. We have someone beginning to build the WhatsApp community. We have a growing Instagram presence, the Bible itself, a mobile product in development, publishing plans, and a Corporate Partnership program supporting the larger work. What we need now is someone who can connect those pieces to real people. Who we are looking for You should understand Christian culture from the inside. You should know how Christians actually discover books, Bible studies, teachers, ministries, podcasts, YouTube channels, and new ideas. You do not need to be a theologian, and you do not need to agree with every editorial decision in The Way Version. You do need to genuinely understand why the project matters. You should be comfortable reaching out to strangers, starting conversations, following up repeatedly, finding creative ways around obstacles, and building relationships without sounding like a mass-email marketer. Experience with Christian YouTube, church communities, Bible study groups, creator outreach, PR, community management, partnerships, podcasts, influencer marketing, or grassroots organizing would be especially valuable. If you already have a Christian or Bible-related audience of your own and would be interested in publicly discussing the project, tell us. That is a significant plus, although it is not required. Please read it before applying We do not want someone to apply simply because this contains the word “marketing.” Spend some time with The Way Version first. Visit thewayversion.com and thewayversion.com/mobile. Look through our Instagram at instagram.com/thewayversion. Read several passages. Compare them with the Bible you normally read. Then tell us what you noticed. If you read it and think, “More people need to see this,” we want to hear from you. Compensation and growth This is an early-stage, part-time contractor opportunity. Our current starting budget is $100 per week, with work organized around concrete outreach and community-building milestones. We know this is a modest starting budget, and we want to be transparent about that rather than oversell the opportunity. We are looking for someone who wants to get involved at the beginning and prove what can be built. As the project generates more revenue and the community grows, our intention is for the people who helped build that growth to have the opportunity to grow with it into larger, longer-term roles. Please only apply if the initial compensation works for you. We would rather find one person who genuinely believes in the opportunity than receive 100 generic marketing applications. How to apply You don't have to answer all of these questions in your proposal, but here is what we would like to know: 1. What did you notice after reading a bit of The Way Version (https://thewayverison.com/app)? 2. Why do you think the project could matter to Christian readers? 3. If your first goal were to get 10 genuine video testimonials or YouTube discussions about The Way Version, how would you approach it? 4. What connections, experience, audience, or understanding of the Christian community would you bring? 5. Are you comfortable appearing on camera yourself, or would your strength be finding and coordinating other people who will? Generic AI-generated applications that do not demonstrate that you actually looked at the project will not be considered. We are trying to build something much larger than a book launch. We want to build a community of people reading Scripture, asking questions, studying together, and sharing what changes when more of the names, language, people, and historical context behind the text are allowed to remain visible. Read a bit first... it's free online and scripture is also on Instagram. Then tell us whether you want to help build it.

I’m arranging Spanish lessons for my 12-year-old daughter, who doesn’t know a single word yet, so we will start right from the alphabet and correct pronunciation. Twice a week I’d like you to guide her with a mixed approach that blends fun, game-based activities with more traditional book exercises and short writing tasks.
Clear structure matters to me. After every lesson I’d like a brief note summarising what was covered and a small piece of homework so she can practise between sessions. Each month, a short progress snapshot showing new vocabulary, grammar points mastered and areas to reinforce will help us track her growth toward conversational and, eventually, advanced competence. I’m not looking for high prices, so this could suit a newer freelancer eager to build reviews while delivering quality, enthusiastic teaching. If you’re patient, creative, and comfortable pacing a complete beginner through to fluency, I’d love to hear how you would organise the first few months of lessons and see a sample activity or two that shows your style. Amazon KDP Organic SEO Expert Needed to Identify & Optimize Highest-Potential Book

|
I’m an author with a catalogue of 20+ nonfiction books on Amazon, primarily in the health, fitness, and wellness categories. You can search my name on Amazon: Igor Klibanov.
Some of my books sell well, while others generate relatively few sales. My catalogue currently generates sales organically, without Amazon PPC advertising. I’m looking for an experienced Amazon KDP organic optimization expert to help answer one question: Which of my underperforming books has the greatest potential to sell significantly more copies through better organic positioning and listing optimization? This will be a paid pilot project. IMPORTANT: Organic Optimization Only I am NOT looking to run Amazon PPC as part of this pilot. I understand that PPC can be useful for Amazon books, but that is not what I am testing with this project. I want to determine whether one of my existing books is sitting on meaningful Amazon demand that it is currently failing to capture organically. If your strategy requires Amazon PPC to generate sales, improve keyword rankings, discover/validate keywords, or demonstrate the success of your optimization, this is not the right project for you. Phase 1: Opportunity Analysis Review my entire catalogue and identify ONE underperforming book that you believe has the greatest realistic organic upside. I do not necessarily want you to choose the book with the lowest sales. A poorly selling book may simply have very little market demand. I’m looking for the opposite situation: a book where there appears to be meaningful existing Amazon demand, but my book is capturing substantially less of that demand than it reasonably could. Your analysis may include: Amazon search/keyword demand Competition for relevant searches Competitor books and their rankings/sales estimates Current organic rankings and visibility Current positioning Categories Backend keywords Covers/thumbnails Reviews and ratings Pricing Titles/subtitles Book descriptions A+ Content Any other factors you believe are relevant Before making any changes, I want you to tell me: 1. Which book you selected 2. Why you selected it 3. What evidence suggests meaningful demand exists 4. Why you believe my book is currently undercapturing that demand 5. What you believe is realistically fixable If your analysis concludes that none of my underperforming books has a compelling organic opportunity, I would rather you tell me that than force a recommendation. Phase 2: Organic Optimization Once we've agreed on the book, optimize its Amazon/KDP listing to improve organic discoverability and conversion. Depending on your recommendations, this could include: Keyword optimization Category selection Title/subtitle recommendations Book description A+ Content Pricing recommendations Cover recommendations Other listing/positioning improvements Again, Amazon PPC is not part of this pilot. What I'm NOT Looking For I'm not looking for someone who will simply run my books through Publisher Rocket, Helium 10, or another keyword tool and send me a spreadsheet. Those tools can certainly be part of your research, but I’m looking for someone who understands Amazon book demand, organic discovery, competition, positioning and conversion, and can make a commercially informed decision about where the biggest opportunity lies. I'm also not looking for someone whose primary expertise is Amazon PPC and who uses SEO mainly in conjunction with advertising. Please Answer ALL of These Questions in Your Proposal 1. How many Amazon KDP books/listings have you personally optimized? 2. Give me 1–3 specific examples where your work increased a book's ORGANIC sales without relying on Amazon PPC. Please include before/after monthly unit sales or royalties, timeframe, what you changed, and how you determined that the improvement was organic. 3. Without using Amazon PPC, how would you determine which book in a 20+ title catalogue has the greatest untapped organic sales potential? 4. How do you distinguish between a book that sells poorly because its listing/positioning is underoptimized and a book that sells poorly because there simply isn't enough market demand? 5. What tools and data sources do you use to estimate Amazon search demand, competition, competitor sales and organic ranking opportunities? 6. How would you measure whether your organic optimization actually worked? 7. What would you need access to from me? If the pilot produces a meaningful improvement in organic sales, there is potential for additional work optimizing other books in my catalogue.

I write a newspaper column and have collected 129 columns in the book, each around 675 words. These columns have already been published in the newspaper after editing.
In addition to the columns, there is an introduction to each of the five Parts to the book and a general introduction. What I need is formatting and interior book design to ensure the spacing, page-break and layout of the columns and 61 small photos embedded in the text are consistent and the book is publication-ready for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark and bookstore distribution. Also included would be completion of the Table of Contents after the changes so the page numbers are accurate. I would also need assistance in formatting for Amazon and IngramSpark process. The contract would end when the book is uploaded on Amazon KDP and IngramSpark.

Fitness PDF to Excel Conversion

The entire fitness book is currently locked inside a PDF. I need it transferred into a clean, fully editable Excel workbook so every workout description, exercise table, nutritional guideline, and any accompanying notes can be searched, filtered, and updated with ease.
Accuracy matters: headings must carry over exactly, units and reps cannot shift, and any small tables that appear in the PDF should remain intact in Excel. If a page contains mixed content—say, text instructions above a rep/set chart—keep that relationship clear, either by grouping them in the same row set or by placing the chart directly beneath the related text. A reliable OCR or copy-paste method that preserves line breaks and avoids garbled characters is essential. Conditional formatting is welcome wherever it improves readability, but please keep the file lightweight and free of macros. Deliverable: • One .xlsx file reflecting the entire book, ready for immediate editing and analysis. Feel free to suggest sensible sheet or column layouts; clarity and faithful reproduction of the source take priority. # Project Brief: Automatic Fare Calculator for Wix Website
## Business - **Business name:** Brizzy Ride & Explore (also known as Brisbane Ride & Explore) - **Website:** www.brisbanerideexplore.com (built on Wix) - **What we do:** Airport transfers, private rides, and day tours around Brisbane and the Gold Coast. ## Budget **AU$130** fixed price for this feature. ## What we need A simple, automatic fare calculator embedded on our Wix website. Customer flow: **Pickup → Destination → Vehicle → Fare → Book** 1. Customer enters a pickup address (A) and destination address (B). Please use Google Places Autocomplete on both fields so addresses are valid and easy to enter. 2. Customer selects a vehicle from a dropdown: **Haval** or **Mercedes Vito Premium**. 3. On submit, the system calculates the **actual driving distance (km) and driving time (minutes)** between A and B — not straight-line distance. Use Google's Routes API (the current API; the older "Distance Matrix API" is now Legacy). 4. The system calculates the fare using the formula below and displays it to the customer. 5. Customer clicks "Book" to proceed to our booking step (details to be confirmed with developer — can be a simple enquiry/booking form for now). ## Fare formula `Total fare = Base fare + (distance in km × per-km rate) + (time in minutes × per-minute rate)` **Haval** - Base fare: $10 - Distance rate: $3.50/km - Time rate: $0.50/min - **Minimum fare: $35** (if the calculated fare is below $35, charge $35 instead) **Mercedes Vito Premium** - Base fare: $15 - Distance rate: $4.50/km - Time rate: $0.60/min - No minimum fare specified currently ## Admin requirement We need to be able to update these rates ourselves in the future **without needing a developer or touching code** — e.g. via a Wix CMS Collection/Content Manager table we can log in and edit directly. Please set this up as part of the build and show us how to use it. ## Technical notes for the developer - Site is on Wix — please build using Wix Velo (Wix's custom code layer). - Use Google's **Routes API** (Compute Routes) for driving distance/time, and **Places Autocomplete** for the address fields. - We will need to set up our own Google Cloud billing account and API key — please advise exactly what to enable and how to restrict the API key to our domain for security. - Please confirm expected Google API costs for our expected volume (small operator — realistically well under the free monthly usage caps Google provides). ## What we don't want - No unnecessary extra features — just a simple, reliable A-to-B fare calculator and booking handoff. - No third-party taxi-booking subscription platforms — we want this built natively into our own Wix site. ## Deliverables requested from freelancer 1. Fixed-price quote and estimated turnaround time 2. Working fare calculator embedded on the website matching the flow and formula above 3. Editable rates table (admin-friendly, no code required) 4. Brief handover notes / short walkthrough on how to update rates and manage the Google API key Skills: PHP, Website Design, Graphic Design, HTML, Wix, Web Development, Frontend Development, API Integration

|
We are a fast-growing company specializing in personalized children's books. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, intelligent and creative French-speaking AI Book Production Specialist to help us rapidly expand our catalog.
This is an AI-assisted production role. AI is central to our workflow: our internal tools generate stories, illustrations and other production elements. Your job is not to create everything manually, nor to simply accept the first AI output. You will guide the AI, evaluate its work, rewrite or regenerate content when needed, and turn the raw output into a coherent, polished and production-ready children's book. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will work directly with the founder and gradually learn our complete book-production workflow: • Start from a book concept, theme or creative direction. • Use our internal AI tools to generate the first version of a story in French. • Review, rewrite, adjust or regenerate the story whenever necessary. • Detect weak logic, inconsistencies, repetitions, awkward sentences and narrative problems. • Ensure vocabulary, tone, pacing and structure are appropriate for young children. • Adapt the story during production if a scene proves difficult to illustrate or creates continuity problems. • Generate illustrations for every scene using our internal AI tools. • Adjust prompts and regenerate images until the result meets our standards. • Compare several outputs and select the strongest illustration for each page. • Check visual composition, character age, expressions, proportions, objects, environments and continuity between pages. • Ensure every illustration accurately represents the story. • Review the complete book, position text correctly and complete the final quality-control process. • Improve our workflows by identifying recurring problems and suggesting better solutions. AI may generate much of the raw material. You remain responsible for the final judgment. The finished book must feel intentional, coherent and professionally produced—not like an unreviewed AI output. THIS IS AN ITERATIVE ROLE A normal production process may require you to: • regenerate a paragraph because the logic is weak; • manually rewrite a sentence because it sounds unnatural in French; • modify a scene because it repeatedly produces poor illustrations; • improve a prompt and generate an image several times; • reject a beautiful image because it does not tell the correct story; • return to an earlier step when a later problem reveals a weakness; • notice continuity or quality issues that AI cannot understand. We are looking for someone who thinks, questions and improves—not someone who only follows instructions mechanically. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS • Native or near-native French and excellent written French. • Strong attention to detail and logical thinking. • Strong editorial and visual judgment. • Ability to understand a story globally, not only page by page. • Comfortable using AI intensively and iterating until the result is strong. • Ability to learn proprietary tools and a detailed workflow quickly. • Reliable, organized and able to become autonomous after training. • Comfortable receiving detailed feedback during the first weeks. USEFUL EXPERIENCE Experience in children's books, publishing, story development, developmental editing, proofreading, creative writing, storyboarding, illustration, AI image generation, prompting, generative AI or content QA is a strong plus. Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI or similar tools is useful but not mandatory. We value intelligence, rigor, judgment and learning ability more than a long list of tools. DEFINITION OF SUCCESS After training, you should be able to take a book concept and: • generate and refine a coherent French story suitable for young children; • identify and correct narrative or visual problems throughout production; • generate, compare and select illustrations that accurately represent each scene; • maintain continuity across the entire book; • complete every production and QA step using our internal tools; • deliver a production-ready book for final founder approval with minimal corrections. COLLABORATION This is a long-term collaboration, initially part-time. You will work closely with the founder during training and progressively take ownership of the complete production of new books. As our catalog grows, the role can evolve into a more important position within our catalog and production team. Selected candidates will complete a paid practical test based on a real AI-assisted children's-book production task. Client's questions:

I'm producing "The Adventures of Darko," a children's book (and companion animated series) based on three real dogs: Darko (black schnauzer puppy), Maya (gray/white schnauzer puppy, pink collar/bow), and Jackson (adult gray/white schnauzer, green collar). The book is fully written (16-page manuscript, locked) and I've generated illustrations for most pages using AI tools in a bright, punchy 3D-cartoon style (Illumination/Pixar-style).
Most pages are locked and approved. I need help fixing pages where a character has drifted from their established design inconsistent fur color/texture, collar color, proportions (a puppy occasionally rendering as adult-sized), and floor/background color shifting between scenes. This is not an original-illustration job. I have clean locked reference images for each character (face, fur, collar, proportions) and an environment/style spec (floor color, room layout, art style notes). The work is matching those references exactly across every page not designing new characters or a new style. What I'll provide: Locked reference images for each character (multiple angles/poses) Environment and style spec (floor, lighting, room details) The specific inconsistency to fix on each flagged page, with the current (drifted) image Ideal freelancer: Portfolio showing the same character rendered consistently across multiple poses/scenes (not just varied character designs) Comfortable working from AI-generated source material as reference, not just original sketches Clear communication on timeline and revisions before starting Budget: open to hourly or flat rate pricing please quote both in your proposal, along with your estimated timeline for the test task.

About Vantage AI
Vantage AI is a veteran owned company that helps U.S. contractors and home service businesses improve how they capture, follow up with, and convert customer opportunities. We are building a lean, performance driven sales team, and we are looking for one strong appointment setter who wants a real path into closing, not a dead end setting seat. The opportunity We give you the prospect lists. You own the prospect from first outreach all the way to the sales appointment with the owner. This is outcome driven work. We care far more about quality opportunities and results than about meaningless dial counts. If you are ambitious, coachable, and want to learn how to close B2B sales inside a growing company, this is built for you. What you will own • Contact U.S. contractors and home service business owners from lists we provide • Start natural, professional conversations, not robotic scripts • Identify whether there is a real business problem worth a conversation with the owner • Book appointments with the owner or decision maker • Send the required Vantage pre call video and confirm the owner watched it before the appointment • Reconfirm the appointment the day it happens • Keep clean, useful notes in GoHighLevel • Follow up with prospects and recover appropriate no shows • Own the prospect through handoff to the founder • Submit a short daily scorecard before you log off How we measure success Our core metric is a Sales Ready Owner Show. For this pilot, an appointment counts only when both are true. First, the actual owner or decision maker attends the appointment. Second, the owner watched the Vantage pre call video before the call. You are responsible for sending the video, following up, and confirming it was watched. Watching the video is the hard requirement. If the owner attends but did not watch the video, it does not count for this pilot. We also track quality signals: the owner confirmed the appointment the day of, the owner clearly stated a relevant business problem or reason for interest, and you logged useful notes in GoHighLevel. Starting benchmarks (targets, not guaranteed earnings) • Weekly booked appointments: 20 • Sales Ready Owner Shows: target 16 of 20, floor 14 of 20 • Close rate: target 25 percent, floor 20 percent Compensation This is a paid 30 day performance pilot run entirely through Upwork. • $10 one time paid onboarding and certification milestone • $25 for every verified Sales Ready Owner Show • $30 bonus when a customer you sourced completes their $297 Vantage payment and the payment clears • $30 additional bonus after the customer passes the 14 day quality window Sales Ready Owner Shows are reviewed weekly and paid through Upwork fixed price milestones based on the verified weekly count. Payments and performance are reviewed weekly. The 14 day quality window protects against refunds, chargebacks, obvious bad fit sales, or material promises made to the customer that Vantage did not authorize. A fulfillment or customer success failure on Vantage's side will not cause you to lose an earned sales bonus. The growth path This is not a dead end. The right person can grow: Appointment Setter, then Sales Closer, then Full Cycle Sales Representative, then Sales Team Lead. There may also be a customer success or operations path for the right strengths. We do not promise promotions. Increased responsibility and pay are earned through performance. The current trigger to enter closer training is two straight weeks at or above target, plus passing the founder closing certification and role play. Closer compensation is discussed at that stage. This is a 30 day pilot with significant long term potential for a strong performer. Who we are looking for • Strong spoken English is required • Clear, confident communication and a professional presence • Comfortable talking with U.S. business owners • Ambitious, self directed, takes ownership, does not need constant hand holding • Asks good questions and wants to improve • Comfortable with consistent follow up • Genuinely interested in learning to close, not just setting Helpful but not required: experience with GoHighLevel, B2B appointment setting or sales, and any background with contractors, local businesses, agencies, SaaS, websites, CRM, marketing, or automation. What you get from us Strong training and support, targeted prospect lists so you are not cold guessing, clear expectations, flexible remote work on your own schedule, weekly performance based earning, real B2B sales skill building, a path into closing and leadership, and direct access to the founder in a growing company where a strong early hire earns more responsibility. How to apply Apply here on Upwork and answer the screening questions. Please keep your proposal free of any outside contact information. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to send a short video of about one minute through Upwork Messages. In that video, introduce yourself, tell us about your experience speaking with business owners or doing sales or appointment setting, and explain why you would be good at this role. We use it to evaluate your spoken English, confidence, communication, professionalism, ambition, and natural conversational ability. Client's questions:

Title: High-Ticket Closer — SaaS Upsell to Coaching Offer (15% Commission, Remote/EST)
Job Description: We're looking for an experienced high-ticket closer to run sales calls for a new upsell offer inside our cold outreach automation SaaS. The setup: New users sign up for our platform, complete a short onboarding questionnaire, and self-book an onboarding call. On that call, you'll be presenting and closing a $3,000-$5,000 coaching offer that helps them book more sales calls and land more clients using our platform — private community, daily group coaching calls, direct mentorship. Volume: We currently get 3-4 new signups per day and expect 20-40 bookable calls per month to start. This will scale as we roll out influencer partnerships and increase marketing spend, so there's real upside as volume grows. The role: One-call close model, with the option to book a second call for leads who don't close on the first 15% commission on all closed deals Fully remote, must be available and responsive during EST hours This is a brand-new offer, so you'll work directly with the founder to help build out the sales process, scripts, and objection-handling — not just execute an existing playbook Beyond closing, you'll also handle appointment-setter tasks: following up with booked leads by phone or email to confirm meetings, re-engaging no-shows, and keeping the pipeline moving Who we're looking for: Proven experience closing high-ticket coaching or info-product offers ($2K+ price points) Comfortable in a 1-call close environment Smart, proactive, and self-directed — we're not looking to micromanage; you should be able to run your part of the pipeline on your own A genuine go-getter who follows up relentlessly and doesn't let leads slip through the cracks Based in or able to work EST hours To apply: Tell me about a specific high-ticket offer you've closed before — the price point, your close rate, and what made your process work. Bonus points if you've sold offers around lead generation, sales, or client acquisition. Client's questions:
