Prior to initiating the contract, I advised the client that some services may not be possible to connect to n8n. I highlighted that Kajabi for example may not be possible to integrate based off the vague documentation on its website. I also advised that without knowing the specific wordpress plugins i would not be able to say for certain whether they could be integrated.
We started the project despite this. I initially attempted to get a variety of services to send data to n8ns webhook. Unfortunately the n8n server was not receiving webhook payloads. I verified the services were sending data out by setting up a webhook on another service & confirmed the problem was with the n8n server.
I updated the client of this after just over an hour of working on the project & advised that a number of integrations would be difficult until this error was resolved.
We agreed to work on another automation which used binary data. Again I worked on this automation for an hour & debugged it to the stage where I identified the problem was with the n8n server configuration. I updated the client of this immediately.
Unfortunately the client did not provide a chance to continue debugging this project & regrettably, the client requested a full refund on the time I had spent on this project. I believe in being transparent in my communication & providing regular updates as I did throughout this project.

A integrated course focusing on identity discipleship for Christian women, where they can rediscover who they are, their purpose, passions and their authority as His daughter. This program is connected to a theory that the closer one is in their walk with the Lord that the scales of the world are shed and they can truly know who they are and who they were created to be.
I have 10 workbooks that I need help with putting together using Canva. 7 workbooks need to be revised to ensure edits have been made and that there is branding consistency of all workbooks. Two of the workbooks haven't yet been started, but I have the text on Google drive, and 1 book was half lost so I will ensure that text is on Google drive as well. I had taken a break from the development of this course while focusing on studies, but am now needing help to have it completed ASAP. If I find the right person to help, I may have other projects in the future as well. I am on a tight budget as I am single mom, doctoral student and in ministry.

I confirmed that I could create a digital composite from the photos she gave me and I received an affirmative. But when I delivered the digital composite after confirming, the client was not happy and chose to end the contract before I painted the full image. Client may have an unreasonable expectation of what an artist can do in recreating her vision. However, I definitely agree it was best to end the contract before I paint the full image as I doubt very much it would be to client's approval.

We run an online fitness coaching business where most conversations happen through Instagram DMs. Leads typically enter the business in two ways. In some cases, we initiate or continue a DM conversation and share a link for the person to book a call directly. In other cases, people enquire through our website or Instagram bio by submitting a form. After submitting the form, they are redirected to a booking page, where some book immediately and others do not. Those who do not book are followed up manually via Instagram DMs and may book later.
We are building out our GoHighLevel account and want a reliable automated system that correctly captures, classifies, and progresses leads regardless of whether they book a call directly from DMs, submit a form and then book, or submit a form and only book after follow up. The system should not rely on assumptions about timing or order of actions.
The CRM needs to clearly reflect the lead lifecycle. At a minimum, we want to distinguish between form-only enquiries, booked calls, and the outcome of booked calls (won or lost). We also want to attach different email sequences to each stage, such as nurturing for form-only leads, booked call confirmations and reminders, and post-call follow ups.
Beyond leads, we want to track active clients inside GoHighLevel, including start dates, pause periods, and end dates, so we can accurately measure retention and lifetime value over time.
Our current tools include Instagram DMs, Typeform for enquiry forms, Calendly for call bookings, Stripe for payments, and GoHighLevel as the central CRM. We have a VA handling Instagram DMs, but this is not required for the initial build, though we are open to ideas on how this could be supported later.
We are open to recommendations on the best way to structure this inside GoHighLevel, as long as the system is clean, reliable, and easy to manage long term.

We are an early-stage vertical SaaS company building a financial operations platform for venue operators and event businesses.
We are looking for a fractional Business Development Manager with experience selling into the event, venue, hospitality, or live entertainment industry to lead outbound outreach and early customer acquisition.
This is a part-time, contract role focused on building pipeline, qualifying prospects, and booking demos with venue decision-makers. Founder handles demos and closing.
This role is ideal for an experienced industry seller looking for flexible, high-impact work with upside.
Responsibilities:
-Identify and engage venue operators and event decision-makers
-Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email
-Qualify prospects and book demos
-Manage early-stage pipeline and follow-ups
-Surface objections, pricing feedback, and ICP insights
*You will not be responsible for closing contracts initially.
Ideal Background (IMPORTANT)
We are specifically looking for candidates who have:
1. 3+ years selling B2B products or services into one of:
-Music venues
-Performing arts centers

Hello!
I need a native French speaker to interpret narration and additional characters for various books produced by my company.
The current job is for a level 1 book called Marie á Miami and there are two versions. The present tense version which is 4187 words, and the past tense version 4441 words. However, the past tense version is exactly the same with the dialogue and would only need new narration.
I'm looking for someone who:
1. Can provide clear narration and interpret different emotions as needed (excitement, sadness, etc.).
2. Can perform multiple voices (for characters) or can work with a team of people to portray the various characters in the book.
4. Can speak slowly and clearly for a French learner (see the proficiency level chart attached).
5. Can not only read but also appear interested and engaged in the material for better student comprehension.
6. Can add their own emphasis and bring the characters to life.
7. Has access to good quality recording equipment and can capture voices with minimal background noise.
As we’re a small company and French materials don’t sell as well as our other materials, I can pay 4 cents per word.

TikTok is the top priority, but I also need well-structured, visually consistent presences on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Scope of work
• Set up and fully optimize each profile—bios, banners, links, highlight covers, keyword-rich descriptions, the works.
• Produce short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok, plus an occasional long-form YouTube video. I will supply scripts; you turn them into talking-head voice-over videos that match the tone of the book.
• Schedule and post with an eye on algorithm timing, cross-platform repurposing, and cohesive aesthetics.
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to widen reach before and after publication.
• (Preferred) Integrate voice cloning so longer YouTube pieces sound seamless even when I’m not on camera.
