When he first opened the contract, we agreed on a milestone of $400 for a realistic 3D model. But then he told me he would only pay $100 upfront because we hadn’t worked together before, and that the other $300 would be paid later. He also mentioned this could turn into a long-term job, so I agreed.
After I delivered the realistic 3D model as promised, he changed his mind and said he wanted a completely different style — a cartoon/stylized model — and refused to pay the remaining $300 for the realistic model I had already finished. I was very disappointed after putting in so much work for only $100.
I explained to him that I could create the new stylized model, but only if he paid the $300 for the first model as agreed, and then the new model could be covered by a separate payment. He refused at first and tried to bargain with me. In the end, he agreed to add only $200 more (so $300 total for both models). That left just $100 for the realistic model and only $100 for a completely new stylized model — which is far too little for the amount of work required. Still, because he promised long-term collaboration, I agreed to continue.
Later, while I was working on the stylized model for him, I saw that he had already opened multiple job posts for the exact same task, looking for cheaper freelancers. That showed me he wasn’t serious about the collaboration.
When I delivered the new model, he kept saying something was wrong every time, asking for endless revisions that didn’t make sense. It became clear that he was trying to push me into doing extra work so that in the end he could request a refund.
Overall, this felt like a scam. I worked very hard and received only a fraction of what was promised. I strongly advise other freelancers not to trust Guven or take on projects with him.

• Optimize image detection speed, tracking stability, and video playback performance across iOS and Android devices.
• Handle browser-specific constraints such as camera permissions, autoplay policies, and device performance limitations.
• Test and refine AR behavior under real-world conditions, including different lighting environments and camera quality.
• Document AR setup, configuration, and usage guidelines to support maintenance and future enhancements.
Required Skills:

The Mission
Studio Xerxes is seeking several elite Video Editors/Motion Graphics Artists for a mission-critical 3-week sprint leading up to a major industry event. We are behind schedule and need "closers"— creators/storytellers who can take a brief, raw footage (or just a concept), and deliver a polished, broadcast-quality cut with minimal hand-holding and a zero "rough draft" mentality. (We will certainly revisions but want to get close on first versions)
This is not a simple cutting job. We need a creative partner who can seamlessly blend storytelling, high-end motion graphics, VFX, and AI generation into a single high-impact timeline.
The Immediate Project (3-Week Sprint)
Deliverables: Approximately 15 high-impact videos assigned to multiple editors (Event promos, hype reels, highly produced and creative pre-recorded keynotes and content loops). Some Virtual environment & immersive experience.
Inputs: You will receive creative briefs and a mix of raw camera footage, stock assets, and AI-generated imagery.
Expectation: First cuts must be near-final. We do not have the luxury of time for multiple rounds of basic revisions. Your pacing, sound design, and color must be spot-on from version 1.

Required Skills (Must Have)
Master Storyteller: You understand rhythm, pacing, and emotional arcs. You don't just assemble clips; you craft a narrative.
Advanced Motion Graphics & VFX: Proficiency in After Effects (or Fusion) is non-negotiable. You must be able to animate typography, track footage, and composite elements seamlessly.
AI Integration: Familiarity with modern AI tools (Runway Gen-2/3, Midjourney, Firefly, Topaz) to generate B-roll, extend backgrounds, or upscale footage on the fly.
Augmented Reality (AR) Overlay: Ability to integrate AR-style graphics (HUDs, tracking data, floating UI) into live-action footage.
Sound Design: You must be able to mix dialogue, layer SFX, and select music that drives the edit.
Tech Stack
NLE: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Compositing/Motion: Adobe After Effects.
Bonus: Blender/C4D (3D modeling is a "nice to have" but not required for this sprint).

Speed + Quality: You are used to tight deadlines (24-48 hour turnarounds) without sacrificing polish.
Autonomous: You can look at a folder of assets and "see" the edit before you start. You don't wait for permission to make creative decisions.

My iOS application opens through Flutter, hands control to a Unity-built AR scene, and is compiled in Xcode. Tapping the “AR” menu reliably locks the interface; the 3D models never appear and the whole app hangs until the OS kills it. Xcode’s run log shows file-level thread errors, but there are no meaningful Unity or Flutter logs at the point of failure.
I need you to trace the race/deadlock, patch whatever is blocking the main thread, and hand back a build that launches the AR session smoothly every time. A working solution has to be in my hands no later than Tuesday the 20th, so a quick turnaround and clear communication are essential.

Furthermore, the client’s communication was brief and answers were ambiguous. I had a one paragraph summary of what was needed and when I asked for samples to align with what they were wanting, I was given samples that were not instructional models but just activity based. All in all, I just felt communication was difficult and the project was not clearly articulated.

The project must be developed using Unity and AR Foundation for mobile platforms (Android/iOS). It should use a basic image-based tracking for marker detection to display visual elements such as images, 3D models, and animations. Users should be able to interact with the AR environment by moving and placing objects. The basic functionality requires detecting 2 different markers representing resistors and determining if they are placed in a series or parallel configuration, with simple message display ("Serial" or "Parallel") based on marker positioning.
