We are looking for an experienced VR Environment 3D Artist to support an industrial VR training simulator project for an electricity / power grid company.
The project focuses on industrial safety and operational training in VR.
You will be responsible for creating realistic, optimized virtual environments used in training scenarios.
This is a part-time, project-based role, working closely with VR developers, UX/UI designer, and the Project Manager.

👉Responsibilities
*Create VR-ready environments for industrial training scenarios
*Model and assemble industrial locations (substations, facilities, equipment areas, interiors/exteriors)
*Ensure environments are optimized for VR performance
*Work with technical constraints of VR headsets (polycount, draw calls, lighting)
*Set up basic lighting, materials, and scene composition
*Collaborate with Unity developers for proper integration
*Iterate on environments based on feedback and testing
*Maintain visual consistency and realism across scenes
*Prepare assets according to technical guidelines

I am putting together a proof-of-concept that turns a single photo into a basic but accurate 3D face representation inside Unity, then allows real-time cosmetic adjustments. The Banuba Face AR SDK will be used for face tracking and mesh support; your task is to integrate it into a lightweight Unity scene, accept a user-supplied JPEG or PNG, and produce a clean, stable facial mesh suitable for controlled deformation.
Once the mesh is in place, I need two adjustable cosmetic edits:
• Nose reshaping — size, shape, and width should each respond smoothly to numeric sliders.
• Lip enhancement — a simple parametric plump/relax slider is sufficient.
Visual fidelity is more important than visual effects. No cartoon filters, no exaggerated beauty processing, and no mesh tearing, jitter, or vertex instability during deformation. If a morph is reset, the mesh should return to its original state cleanly.
Deliverables (via Git or Unity package):
A Unity 2021+ project with Banuba Face AR SDK integrated and a scene that imports a JPEG or PNG and renders a low-detail facial mesh.
C# components exposing public float parameters for three nose controls and one lip control, updating the mesh in play mode with minimal latency.
Clear build and run instructions, plus notes on any Banuba configuration or licensing steps I must replicate.
Prior experience with Face AR, BlendShapes, or morph-target-based facial deformation is a strong plus. I’m ready to begin as soon as I find the right collaborator.

I’m building a marker-based augmented-reality application that will run smoothly on both iOS and Android. The goal is to overlay step-by-step assembly guidance, safety warnings, and real-time part information directly onto machinery so technicians can work faster and with fewer errors on the shop floor.
You’ll start by recognising custom printed markers that I will supply. Once a marker is detected, the app should align an accurate 3D model of the component, play the relevant animation or video, and display contextual data pulled from a small local JSON file (we can later hook in an API, so clean architecture is important).
I’m comfortable if you build in Unity with AR Foundation and Vuforia, but I’m open to another engine as long as we still meet the following acceptance criteria:

When he first opened the contract, we agreed on a milestone of $400 for a realistic 3D model. But then he told me he would only pay $100 upfront because we hadn’t worked together before, and that the other $300 would be paid later. He also mentioned this could turn into a long-term job, so I agreed.
After I delivered the realistic 3D model as promised, he changed his mind and said he wanted a completely different style — a cartoon/stylized model — and refused to pay the remaining $300 for the realistic model I had already finished. I was very disappointed after putting in so much work for only $100.
I explained to him that I could create the new stylized model, but only if he paid the $300 for the first model as agreed, and then the new model could be covered by a separate payment. He refused at first and tried to bargain with me. In the end, he agreed to add only $200 more (so $300 total for both models). That left just $100 for the realistic model and only $100 for a completely new stylized model — which is far too little for the amount of work required. Still, because he promised long-term collaboration, I agreed to continue.
Later, while I was working on the stylized model for him, I saw that he had already opened multiple job posts for the exact same task, looking for cheaper freelancers. That showed me he wasn’t serious about the collaboration.
When I delivered the new model, he kept saying something was wrong every time, asking for endless revisions that didn’t make sense. It became clear that he was trying to push me into doing extra work so that in the end he could request a refund.
Overall, this felt like a scam. I worked very hard and received only a fraction of what was promised. I strongly advise other freelancers not to trust Guven or take on projects with him.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement marker-based WebAR experiences that overlay user-uploaded videos onto recognized images in real time.
• Integrate and configure WebAR frameworks such as MindAR.js or AR.js to enable reliable image tracking in mobile browsers.
• Build AR scenes that correctly attach video content to tracked images, including proper positioning, scaling, orientation, and playback control.
• Generate QR-code-accessible AR experiences that load the correct image targets and associated video assets.
• Optimize image detection speed, tracking stability, and video playback performance across iOS and Android devices.
• Handle browser-specific constraints such as camera permissions, autoplay policies, and device performance limitations.
• Test and refine AR behavior under real-world conditions, including different lighting environments and camera quality.
• Document AR setup, configuration, and usage guidelines to support maintenance and future enhancements.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with WebAR frameworks such as MindAR.js, AR.js, 3XR, Zappar WebAR or 8th Wall for image recognition and video overlay.
• Strong understanding of marker-based image tracking and how to anchor video content accurately to tracked images.
• Ability to implement video overlays on marker images, ensuring correct scale, position, and orientation in real time.

Standalone Quest 3 app where visuals respond to the user's breathing via microphone input. The user sees a pulsing visual environment and synchronises their breath to it. We need smooth, low-latency (20ms) breath-to-visual feedback.
Core Features to Build:
Procedural visual environment — Abstract, amorphous, bioluminescent aesthetic (think deep sea / nebula). No recognisable real-world objects. Must run smoothly on Quest 3.

We are looking for an experienced AR / 3D developer to build a Proof of Concept (POC) for a renovation and construction platform.
The goal of this POC is to create an INTERACTIVE 3D experience — not a video or static renders.
The user should be able to view a home as a 3D model, tap a specific room (for example a bathroom), and visually configure renovation options in real time (such as a walk-in shower, vanity, tiles, or materials). The 3D scene should update instantly based on the selected options.
The focus of this POC is on:
• Interactive 3D visualization
• User experience and feasibility
• Clear “before → after” renovation insight
SCOPE (POC – intentionally limited):
• One primary room (bathroom OR kitchen is sufficient)
• Basic room input (reference photos, simple scan, or basic 3D model)
• 3–5 selectable renovation options
• Real-time visual updates in the 3D model
• Simple indicative cost logic (price ranges, not real quotes)
• Export or handoff of selected options + model data
TECHNOLOGY:
We are flexible on the exact stack, but strong experience with one or more of the following is required:
• Unity (preferred)
• ARKit / ARCore
• AR Foundation or Unreal Engine
• Interactive 3D environments (interiors or architecture)
The focus is on delivering a working interactive POC, not on overengineering.
DELIVERABLES:
• Working interactive 3D POC (mobile app or demo build)
• Basic UI (functionality over visual polish)
• Short technical explanation covering:
– chosen approach
– limitations
– recommendations for scaling into an MVP
