Project Goal
Deliver a production-ready, tablet-first POS + vinyl scan + CRM system in maximum 7 weeks using heavy AI acceleration + open-source starting points.
Must-Have Proof in Your Proposal

You already use Cursor.sh or Claude 3.5 daily for 50 %+ of your code
You have shipped at least one Next.js 14 + Supabase project in 2025
You have forked or contributed to an open-source POS (Floreant, Chromis, Unicenta, Medusa, OpenBravo, etc.) OR you can show a live demo of a POS you built with AI within 6 weeks
You are comfortable with ESC/POS thermal printing over IP (qz-tray or react-thermal-printer)
