We are looking for an experienced WordPress and Elementor developer to fix several technical issues and optimize the site for speed and search visibility.
Issues to Fix Font appearance and size differences between Chrome and Safari. Font files being blocked by cross-domain/CORS errors. 403 (Forbidden) errors affecting frontend resources. 403 errors on Bluehost plugin resources in the WordPress admin. Slow loading speed, especially on pages receiving ad traffic. Cloudflare and caching configuration needing review. Additional browser console errors. Optimization Work Confirm WordPress, Elementor, Elementor Pro, the theme, and all plugins are updated and running without errors. Enable Elementor's built-in performance settings and test every page afterward. Audit robots.txt, the XML sitemap, canonical tags, and noindex tags so every page can be crawled and indexed by Google. Confirm Googlebot, Bingbot, and major AI crawlers (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot) are not blocked by Cloudflare, Bluehost, or any security plugin. Make sure page content loads in the HTML and does not depend on JavaScript to render. Deliverables Full site backup before any changes are made. Before and after PageSpeed reports for the homepage and ad landing pages. A written summary of each issue, its cause, and the fix applied. A list of any Cloudflare or Bluehost settings that were changed. Budget: $350 fixed price, paid in two milestones. Milestone 1 ($175): 403 errors, font/CORS issues, and console errors resolved. Milestone 2 ($175): Speed, Cloudflare, caching, Elementor optimization, crawlability, and final verification. To Apply Share 2 to 3 Elementor sites you have fixed or sped up, with before and after results. What typically causes 403 errors on a Bluehost site running Cloudflare? How would you check whether AI crawlers are being blocked? Your estimated timeline for completion. Start your proposal with the word "Crawl" so we know you read the full post.

Full Stack Developer
Company: Edgeutech Global Pty Ltd Location: Remote Contract Reports to: Founder About Us Edgeutech Global is building a gamified educational PWA product for a youth audience. We're a lean, founder-led team looking for a full stack developer to strengthen our in-house technical capability. Tech Stack Backend: Node.js Database: MySQL (or equivalent relational DB) Infrastructure: AWS Frontend: React, PWA (mobile-first, installable) What We're Looking For Required: • Solid hands-on experience with React and Node.js in production applications • Experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar), including designing schemas for role-based access, tiered logic, or configurable content • Experience building or maintaining PWAs (service workers, offline/installable behaviour, mobile-first responsive design) • Comfort working with AWS or similar infrastructure (deployment, storage, basic ops) • Ability to translate detailed written product specs into working systems with precision • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical trade-offs in plain language to a non-technical founder Strongly preferred: • Experience with gamification systems (points, levels, unlocks, badges, streaks, leaderboards, or similar) • Experience with multi-tenant or role-based access architectures (e.g., different account types with different permissions/hierarchies) • Familiarity with EdTech products • Experience working alongside an external development vendor/agency, including reviewing technical specs or statements of work for scope and completeness • Experience with a Node.js framework (e.g., Express, NestJS) Nice to have: • Experience building admin dashboards with configurable, non-technical content management • Interest in education or youth-focused products Key Attributes We Value • Precision over speed on core logic. This product involves scoring and progression mechanics that must be calculated correctly — there's low tolerance for errors in user-facing logic. • Comfort with ambiguity resolution through documentation, not assumption. When specs are unclear or conflicting, you flag it and ask rather than guess. • Architectural discipline. We prioritize systems where new content can be added without code changes, and we value engineers who protect that principle rather than erode it for short-term convenience. • Global-first mindset. Our product avoids region-specific assumptions (currency, laws, cultural references) baked into code or data. Responsibilities • Build and maintain backend services and data models for a role-based, multi-account-type platform • Contribute to and safeguard a content-driven architecture that allows non-technical content updates without code changes • Develop and maintain PWA front-end features across multiple user types • Participate in technical reviews of vendor specs/documentation to confirm scope and catch gaps or contradictions • Write clean, documented, maintainable code with an eye toward long-term extensibility • Collaborate with (or independently manage, depending on scope) our external development partner

Matterport + AI Avatar Integration – Voice-Controlled Navigation & Simple CMS

We are a virtual tour and 3D studio based in Poland, specializing in Matterport, VR, 3D scanning, and interactive digital experiences.
We are looking for an experienced freelance developer to create a relatively simple integration between the ANAM AI video avatar environment and Matterport virtual tours. We would like to divide the project into two stages. Stage 1 – Voice-Controlled Navigation in Matterport The first goal is to connect the ANAM avatar with a Matterport virtual tour so that users can navigate through the tour using simple voice commands. Example commands: “Go forward” “Turn left” “Turn right” “Look around” “Look behind you” “Stop” The ANAM side of the integration can most likely be handled using short JSON commands. A screenshot showing an example of this approach is attached to the job post. The more challenging part appears to be translating these commands into navigation actions inside the Matterport environment. One possible approach could involve keyboard/input emulation, although we are completely open to a better solution, particularly if this can be handled directly through the Matterport SDK/API. The objective is simple: User voice command → ANAM → command/action → Matterport navigation Stage 2 – Voice Navigation to Defined Locations + Simple CMS In the second stage, we would like to build a simple CMS/interface for defining specific locations within each Matterport tour. For example, the administrator could assign Matterport coordinates/positions to locations such as: Living Room Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Reception Lobby The user could then simply say: “Show me the living room.” The system would recognize the command and automatically navigate the Matterport tour to the predefined location/coordinates. The basic workflow would therefore be: ANAM Avatar → Voice Command → Command Interpretation → Matterport → Navigation to Defined Location The CMS does not need to be complex. At this stage, we are mainly interested in a simple and functional prototype that allows us to define location names and associate them with specific positions/coordinates within a Matterport tour. Scope of Work We are looking for someone who can handle the project end-to-end, including: Technical analysis and selection of the best integration method Connecting ANAM with Matterport Implementing basic voice-controlled Matterport navigation Implementing navigation to predefined locations Creating a simple CMS/interface for managing these locations Testing and debugging Deploying the working test application to our server We are open to your recommendations regarding the technology and architecture. Please Provide a Full Project Estimate In your proposal, please include: Your hourly rate Estimated number of working hours for Stage 1 Estimated number of working hours for Stage 2 Estimated total project cost Estimated development timeline A short explanation of how you would approach controlling/navigation within Matterport The estimate should cover the complete process — from connecting the two environments to deploying a working test application on our server. Experience with Matterport SDK/API, JavaScript/TypeScript, web integrations, JSON-based APIs, keyboard/input emulation, AI avatars, or similar interactive systems would be highly valuable. A screenshot showing an example of the JSON commands available in the ANAM environment is attached. At this stage, our priority is a working and reliable prototype rather than an unnecessarily complex architecture.

We run a real estate marketing agency and SaaS platform. 20 active clients, scaling to 30+ over the next 6 months.
I'm the bottleneck. I'm in sales calls all day and fulfillment is sitting on my desk. I need one person to take the entire delivery lane off me. This is not a coordinator seat. You build things, you ship them, you own the outcome. WHAT YOU'LL OWN GoHighLevel delivery - Build new client subaccounts end to end: snapshots, custom fields, pipelines, workflows, calendars - Configure AI conversation bots and edit their prompts - A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance submissions - Diagnose and fix broken automations before the client notices Meta Ads delivery - Build campaigns from scratch in Ads Manager: campaign structure, ad sets, audiences, budgets - Get yourself added to each client's Business Portfolio and ad account, and drive that request to completion - Build Instant Forms and wire them into the CRM so leads route correctly - Pixel and Conversions API setup, lead attribution, daily reporting Onboarding and support - Take a signed client from contract to live in 5 to 7 days - Close support tickets same-day, most days - Document what you built so the next person can repeat it HOW WE WORK Most of our stack runs on Claude Code. You don't need to write Python from scratch, but you need to be comfortable telling an AI what to build, reading what it gives you back, and catching when it's wrong. You'll get a full Loom training pack covering our GHL architecture, bot design, A2P process, and Meta setup. If you learn well from recorded video and documentation instead of someone hovering over you, you'll do well here. REQUIRED - GoHighLevel at admin/builder level. Custom fields, workflows, snapshots, Conversation AI, A2P. Not "I've clicked around in it." - You have personally built and launched Meta Ads campaigns. You know how Business Manager access requests actually work. - You've connected paid lead flow to a CRM before and know what breaks - 2+ years in agency or SaaS fulfillment - LATAM based with solid US Central time overlap - Good written English NICE TO HAVE - Real estate or lead-gen advertising experience - Claude Code or similar AI dev tools - Cold email or funnel building - Familiarity with AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Creatify, Canva) COMPENSATION $1,500 to $2,000 per month base, depending on experience. Paid monthly, on time, every time. On top of base: - Per-client onboarding bonus, $150 to $300, scaled by how fast you launch them - Monthly retention bonus, $300 to $750, tied to how well clients stick - $100 campaign health, $150 zero-escalations, $100 documentation Realistic total once you're ramped is $2,500 to $3,000 a month. Top performers clear $3,000. We start with a 2-week paid trial at $750 to $1,000. Real tickets, one real client onboarding, real feedback. At the end of week 2 we both know if it's a fit. If yes, you're on full time. If no, we part clean. HOW TO APPLY Read this part carefully. I ignore every application that skips a step. 1. Start your proposal with the word CARDINAL. If it's not the first word, I don't read the rest. 2. Answer these three, briefly: - Walk me through a GoHighLevel build you did end to end. What was it, what broke, and how did you fix it? - Walk me through a Meta Ads campaign you built from scratch. How did you get access to the client's ad account, and how did the leads get into their CRM? - Tell me about a tool you had to learn fast with only recorded videos and docs. How did you approach it? 3. Record a 2 minute Loom. Share your screen, open a GoHighLevel account you've actually built in, and walk me through one thing you configured. Camera on. I want to hear how you explain your own work. No Loom, no reply. Links to a portfolio site instead of a Loom, no reply. DON'T APPLY IF - You're an agency or a team bidding on this. I'm hiring one person. - You've only managed GHL as a user and never built in it - You've briefed media buyers but never touched Ads Manager yourself - You need someone to hand you step-by-step instructions for every task Client's questions:

**Job title (Upwork):**
GEO + SEO Specialist — Get Cited in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity & Google (Metrics-Tied, $400/mo) Use **Hourly** or a **monthly milestone** of $400. Expert level. Ongoing, under 10 hrs/week. Do **not** hire anyone who promises “#1 on ChatGPT” or guaranteed leads. --- ### Job description (copy/paste) I have hired SEO people before. They sent screenshots, keyword lists, and “we submitted to directories.” Traffic did not move. Mentions in AI tools did not move. I will not pay for activity. I will pay for **documented work + month-over-month movement on a fixed metric set**. I do **not** have a final website locked yet. Your proposal must show how you would pick a site/niche, baseline it in week 1, and prove you are the right person **before** we spend a dollar on content or links. **Budget:** $400 USD per month, paid only when that month’s mandated deliverables are in the shared tracker. This is a focused specialist retainer, not a full agency. If you need $2k+ to do real work, do not apply. **What “good” means here** Someone who can get a site **named and/or cited** in ChatGPT (web search on), Claude (web search on), Perplexity, Gemini/Google AI Overviews, and improve **Google organic + local/national visibility** with numbers a non-marketer can audit. You cannot guarantee leads. You **can** control and report: - A fixed prompt panel run the same way every month - Citation / mention rate vs. competitors - Google Search Console impressions, clicks, and query coverage - Referral sessions from AI domains - Technical blockers (robots, schema, indexation, GBP if local) --- ### Responsibilities 1. **Week 1 — Baseline or walk away** - Recommend or pressure-test the target site/niche (competition, crawl access, existing authority). - Build a **locked prompt library** of 20–30 buyer questions (70% unbranded, 30% branded). This list does not change without written approval. - Run the panel on ChatGPT (search on), Claude (search on), Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews / AI Mode. Log mention vs. citation, competitor named, source URLs, sentiment. - Pull GSC + GA4 baselines (or set them up). Separate branded vs. non-branded. - Check robots.txt / bot access for GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended. - Deliver a 1–2 page scorecard: current citation rate, top competing sources the models already trust, 90-day plan that fits $400/mo. 2. **Ongoing execution (months 2+)** - Technical + entity work first: crawlability, schema (Organization, Person, FAQ, LocalBusiness if relevant), sameAs / NAP consistency, Bing + Google indexation (IndexNow where useful). - Answer-first pages: 40–60 word direct answer at the top, dated stats with sources, real author, FAQs that match the prompt panel. - Thin, high-leverage authority: target **pages the models already cite** (listicles, associations, local citations, niche publications)—not random blog comments or PBNs. - Local/national Google: GSC query expansion, GBP hygiene if local, service-area pages only if they can rank. - No fake reviews, link farms, spun AI dumps, or “we submitted you to 200 directories.” 3. **Reporting (non-negotiable)** Same spreadsheet every month. Screenshots + raw logs. I must be able to re-run 5 prompts myself and see the same picture. --- ### Mandated metrics (tracked every month) **A. AI visibility (primary)** On the **same 20–30 prompts**, same engines, logged in a shared sheet: | Metric | Definition | Month-1 target | Month-3 target (directional) | |---|---|---|---| | Mention rate | % of prompt×engine runs where the brand/site is named | Baseline + documented | Clear lift vs. baseline | | Citation rate | % of runs where **our domain** is a source link | Baseline | Lift vs. baseline | | Share of citation | Our citations ÷ (ours + named competitors) | Baseline | Improving vs. 2–3 competitors | | Platform spread | How many of 4 engines mention us at least once | Note gaps | Close at least one gap | | Sentiment / accuracy | Positive / neutral / wrong | Fix wrong facts | No uncorrected errors | **B. Google (required, not optional)** - Non-branded organic impressions and clicks (GSC), month over month - Number of queries in GSC with impressions - Indexed pages that matter (not junk) - If local: GBP views / actions **C. Leading traffic signals** - Sessions from `chatgpt.com`, `chat.openai.com`, `perplexity.ai`, `gemini.google.com`, `claude.ai` (GA4 referral) - Organic sessions, branded vs. non-branded - AI-bot crawl hits if logs exist (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, etc.) **Honest constraint:** At $400/mo, expect **leading indicators in 30–60 days** (indexation, schema live, prompt-panel movement, GSC impressions). Meaningful traffic often takes **3–6 months**. Anyone promising a traffic explosion in 30 days will be rejected. --- ### Must deliver to get paid (milestone rules) Payment for a month is released **only if all of the following are in the shared folder**: **Every month** 1. Updated prompt-panel log (date, engine, prompt, mention Y/N, citation URL or “none,” competitors, 1-line note). 2. GSC + GA4 export or screenshots for the same date range, branded vs. non-branded called out. 3. Work log: what shipped (URLs, schema deployed, outreach sent, pages edited). 4. Next-month priority list of 5 actions max. **Month 1 extra (no baseline = no second payment)** 5. Prompt library signed off. 6. Technical / crawler / schema audit with pass/fail. 7. Competitor source map: “these 10 third-party pages are what the AIs already trust.” **Miss two consecutive months of required files → contract ends.** I will not pay for “we’re waiting on Google.” What I will **not** accept as proof: Semrush “visibility” scores with no GSC, a single ChatGPT screenshot, “DA increased,” or 50 AI-written posts. --- ### What $400/month should actually buy Typical month (you propose the mix): - Re-run + log the prompt panel (~2 hrs) - 1 serious page or a tight cluster of fixes (answer-first rewrite, FAQ, schema)—not 10 thin posts - Limited outreach to sources models already cite (5–10 targeted pitches, not blast) - Technical fixes you can implement or give me exact instructions for - The report above If the site needs a full rebuild, say so in the proposal and price that separately. Do not hide it inside the $400. --- ### To apply — answer every question or I skip you 1. Paste **one real before/after**: site or brand, starting mention/citation rate or GSC numbers, what you did, numbers 90 days later. Anonymize if needed. No theory. 2. How do you track ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews **without** a $500/mo tool? Name your exact method. 3. For a brand-new or weak site and $400/mo, what do you **not** do in month 1? 4. Name 3 third-party source types that LLMs repeatedly cite in a niche you have worked (not “Forbes”). 5. Walk through robots.txt: which AI bots you allow, which you might block, and why. 6. If non-branded GSC clicks are flat after 90 days but citation rate rose, is that a win? Why? 7. Your proposed week-1 plan if I only have a niche idea and no live site yet. 8. Rate and whether $400/mo is a hard cap you can work inside. Applications that only say “I will rank you on ChatGPT and increase traffic 300%” will be archived.

AI Automation Developer for Property Preservation Bid & QC Workflow

Job Description
Overview We are a regional property preservation company working with clients such as MCS, Freddie Mac, Guardian, Altisource, NFR, and direct bank relationships. Our field operations run on 1099 independent contractors who complete work orders (initial secures, winterizations, grass cuts, bid approvals/requests, and dozens of other property preservation tasks) and upload photo/measurement documentation into our industry-standard system, Property Preservation Wizard (PPW). Today, a team of in-office client managers and overseas processors manually reviews contractor photos, builds bid sheets, submits bids to clients, reviews after-photos once work is approved and completed, and marks orders "ready for office" for invoicing. This work is high-volume, repetitive, and photo/data-driven — and we believe it's a strong candidate for AI-based automation. What We're Looking For We want to build (or integrate) an AI-powered system that can take over the manual, judgment-based review work currently done by our processing team, including: 1. Photo Review & Compliance Check — Automatically review contractor-submitted before-photos against work order instructions/notes to confirm scope, condition, and completeness before bidding. 2. Automated Bid Generation — Analyze photos, measurements, and work order type to generate an accurate bid sheet, using historical pricing data and geographic/market pricing benchmarks to recommend competitive, defensible pricing. 3. Bid Review/QA — A secondary check layer that flags bids that look inconsistent, underpriced, overpriced, or incomplete before submission to the client. 4. Post-Completion Photo Verification — After contractors complete approved work and upload after-photos, automatically compare against the approved bid scope to confirm the work matches what was bid and approved. 5. Exception Flagging — Identify likely follow-ups, missing items, or client rejection risks proactively, so our team can address them before client pushback rather than after. 6. "Ready for Office" Automation — Where verification passes, automatically route the work order to ready-for-office/invoicing status without manual sign-off. 7. Automated Bid Approval Pricing — Review approved bids and automatically assign contractor pricing based on client requirements, historical costs, market conditions, and target margin thresholds. Ideal Technical Approach We are open to your recommended architecture, but anticipate this involves: • Computer vision / image analysis (to assess property condition and verify completed work from photos) • LLM-based reasoning over work order notes, client instructions, and historical data to generate bid line items and pricing • Integration with our PPW portal (API integration, RPA/browser automation, or a middleware layer — TBD based on what PPW exposes) • A pricing/market-rate database or model that can be trained or fine-tuned on our historical bid data by geography and work order type • A workflow/orchestration layer to move work orders through review → bid → submission → post-completion QC without manual intervention (with human-in-the-loop override/approval where needed) Scope of Engagement We'd like to start with a discovery/scoping phase to assess: • What PPW allows in terms of API access, data export, or automation hooks • What data we have available (historical bids, photos, pricing outcomes) to train or ground the system • A recommended architecture and phased build plan (e.g., starting with photo review or bid generation before full end-to-end automation) From there, we're looking for a developer/team to build a working system in phases, ideally starting with a pilot on a limited set of work order types before expanding. What You'll Need • Strong experience with AI/LLM integration (e.g., Claude, GPT, or similar) and computer vision/image analysis • Experience building workflow automation or RPA systems that integrate with third-party portals/systems • Ability to work with messy, real-world business data (historical bids, photos, notes) and structure it for model use • Comfort scoping an ambiguous, real-world operations problem into a phased technical plan — we are not handing you a finished spec, we're handing you a business process • Experience with (or willingness to quickly learn) property preservation, field services, insurance/claims, or similar photo-and-bid-driven industries is a strong plus but not required How to Apply Please share: • Relevant experience with AI/computer vision automation projects, especially any involving photo verification, bid/pricing automation, or workflow integration with third-party systems • Your recommended high-level approach to a discovery phase for a project like this • Availability and whether you work independently or as part of a team

building an early-stage SaaS product in the international freight/logistics space and am looking for a strong full-stack engineer with practical AI/LLM experience to help build the first version.
I'm the founder of an international freight forwarding company and have been in the industry for many years. This is a separate new venture based on problems I've seen firsthand. The product will work with messy real-world freight data — including quotes, invoices, shipment data, PDFs, Excel files and emails — and use AI + traditional software logic to turn that information into useful, actionable insights. What I'm looking for Someone who can independently build an early SaaS product end-to-end, including: Python/backend development React/Next.js/TypeScript or similar frontend PostgreSQL/databases LLM/API integrations Structured data extraction from PDFs, Excel and emails Document processing and normalization Authentication and multi-tenant SaaS architecture APIs and third-party integrations Deployment/cloud infrastructure I'm not looking for someone who only builds ChatGPT wrappers or basic AI automations. You should be comfortable taking a business problem, discussing it with a non-technical founder who knows the industry extremely well, and figuring out the best technical solution rather than waiting for detailed specifications. Initial engagement I'd like to start relatively small — approximately 10–15 hours/week — and build the product iteratively. If we work well together, this could become a significant long-term role as the company develops. When applying Please send me: One SaaS product you've personally built or played a major engineering role in. An example where you've used AI/LLMs to extract or reason over messy documents/data. Your preferred technology stack and why. Your hourly rate and weekly availability. A short explanation of how you would approach turning inconsistent PDFs, spreadsheets and invoices into reliable structured data. Please start your application with the word FREIGHT so I know you've read the full description. No agencies, please.

AI Chatbot for Elder Care

We are seeking an experienced AI/LLM Engineer to design and implement a secure AI chatbot that supports caregivers within our Elder Care Management application. Since our application processes sensitive health-related patient information, the solution must be designed with data privacy and security by design and comply with applicable Swiss data-protection requirements. A key architectural requirement is that sensitive patient data must remain within Switzerland.
The objective is to allow authorized caregivers to interact with resident information using natural language. Example use cases could include: "What happened with Mrs. X during the last 7 days?" "Show me the latest care reports for Mr. Y." "Has Mrs. X had any falls recently?" "What are the current care goals for this resident?" "Summarize the relevant information for the shift handover." The AI should retrieve and summarize information from the patient's existing care documentation while considering the user's access rights. We are particularly interested in candidates who can propose a technically sound architecture that provides modern LLM capabilities without exposing sensitive patient information to AI services outside the permitted environment. Scope of Work The selected candidate would initially be expected to: - Review our existing application architecture and data model. - Propose the AI/RAG architecture for securely accessing resident information. - Recommend suitable LLM and infrastructure options considering the Swiss data-residency requirement. - Implement a proof of concept. - Implement secure retrieval of relevant resident information. - Ensure that existing user roles and authorization rules are respected by the AI. - Implement appropriate safeguards against unauthorized data disclosure and hallucinations. - Define appropriate AI logging, auditing and monitoring. - Support integration of the chatbot into the existing ION platform. - Document the architecture and security approach. What We Are Looking For Strong practical experience with: - LLM application development - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - AI agents / tool calling - Vector databases and embeddings - Secure cloud architectures - Role-based access control (RBAC) - APIs and SaaS application integration - LLM evaluation and hallucination mitigation - Privacy and security for sensitive data Experience with healthcare, regulated environments, GDPR/Swiss data protection, or data-residency-sensitive AI architectures would be a significant advantage. Important We are not looking simply for someone who can connect our application to ChatGPT or another public LLM API. We need someone who understands the architecture, security and data-protection implications of using generative AI with sensitive resident information. When Applying, please briefly explain: - What architecture you would recommend for this use case. - How you would ensure that sensitive resident data remains within Switzerland. - Which LLM/model and hosting approach you would consider. - Your experience implementing RAG or AI assistants over private enterprise data. - Any previous experience with healthcare or other sensitive/regulated data. - Examples of similar AI solutions you have implemented. Please avoid generic AI-generated proposals. We are particularly interested in understanding how you would solve the Swiss data-residency requirement technically.

We’re looking for a staff-level software engineer for a focused consulting engagement to strengthen an existing AI system and establish the engineering foundation for scale. You’ll work directly with the research lead, combining hands-on implementation with architectural judgment and independent technical ownership.
The goal is to make the software reliable and efficient today, with a clear path to supporting larger workloads, more complex agent workflows, and a growing development team. This includes simplifying the existing implementation, establishing sound architectural boundaries, and building the testing, evaluation, and operational practices needed for continued development. Relevant experience and qualifications: - Enterprise-scale systems. Experience taking technical ownership of complex production software from architecture and implementation through deployment and operation. - Foundational architecture. A track record of turning rapidly developed software into maintainable systems that can grow in usage, functionality, and contributors. - AI agents and orchestration. Hands-on experience with agent workflows, tool integrations, execution state, concurrency, and failure recovery. - Human-agent collaboration. Experience building interactive or real-time software where people work directly with agents, including shared context, progress visibility, intervention, and approval. - Evaluations and testing. Experience establishing evals and regression coverage that distinguish model-quality problems from application defects and support confident iteration. - Performance and reliability. Strong debugging and profiling skills, with experience managing latency, throughput, resource usage, and external-service dependencies. - Practical engineering judgment. Ability to determine what to repair, simplify, replace, or remove, and to choose abstractions appropriate to the system’s current needs and expected growth. - Python and operational tooling. Ability to work confidently in an existing Python codebase and establish useful observability, reproducible environments, automated checks, and deployment practices. - Research collaboration. Ability to translate research goals into concrete engineering priorities and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly. The engagement should leave behind implemented improvements, a coherent architecture, meaningful validation, and a clear technical handoff. Please include examples of scalable production systems, human-agent collaboration tools, or foundational engineering work you’ve delivered.

I’m looking for someone to finish a small AI automation for customer support ticket classification.
A basic Python and FastAPI endpoint is already in place. Support tickets are received through a webhook and sent to the OpenAI API. The workflow should return a structured result with the issue category, urgency level, short summary, recommended support team, and confidence score. The main work is to make the OpenAI output more reliable, validate missing or invalid fields, route high-confidence tickets automatically, and send uncertain results to manual review. I also need simple duplicate-ticket protection so the same ticket is not processed twice, along with basic error logging for failed API calls or invalid responses. The existing code will be provided for final candidates, and I’m looking for someone comfortable working with Python, FastAPI, OpenAI API integration, validation, and backend workflow logic. Please briefly describe one AI automation you have personally built involving classification, validation, API integration, or workflow routing, and mention what part you personally implemented.

Hi, my name is Razan, and I’m working on a multi-agent AI cybersecurity/SOC Analyst project as part of the AI Infrastructure team. I’m looking for a tutor who can help me understand the infrastructure side of the project and how everything fits together.
The system has 4 AI agents, and I want to understand specifically: How the agents are deployed and communicate What infrastructure each agent needs Where Docker, FastAPI/APIs, GPUs, CUDA, vLLM, and model serving fit into our architecture Local vs. hosted models and GPU requirements Deployment, networking, monitoring, health checks, failures, scaling, and maintenance What changes with 4 agents vs. 1 Most importantly, what the Agentic AI team is responsible for vs. what the AI Infrastructure team is responsible for I’ve learned some of these technologies individually, but I’m struggling to see how they connect within our actual project. I’d like to learn this end-to-end using my project as the context, rather than learning the technologies separately. Is this something you have experience with? If so, please let me know as I'd like to start as soon as possible.
