Initial assignment

The first assignment will involve deploying an AI receptionist for one single-site dental practice using either Dentally or Aerona.

The clinic will provide an approved configuration document covering its opening hours, appointment types, clinicians, booking rules, emergency procedures, pricing information, caller-handling requirements and escalation procedures.

The AI receptionist will be expected to:

Answer inbound telephone calls naturally and professionally.
Clearly identify itself as an AI receptionist where required.
Understand the caller’s reason for contacting the practice.
Determine whether the caller is a new or existing patient.
Verify existing patients using the clinic’s approved verification process.
Search for suitable appointment availability.

Handle emergency and urgent-call scenarios according to approved clinic instructions.

Read important details back to the caller for confirmation.
Send structured call summaries and notifications to the clinic.
Handle API failures, unavailable appointment slots and uncertain situations safely.
Transfer or escalate calls where the clinic’s agreed workflow requires it.
Maintain appropriate logs for testing, troubleshooting and quality assurance.
Expected deliverables

The selected engineer will be responsible for:

How new clinics can be deployed without duplicating unnecessary work

I'm building an AI agent that responds to inbound sales leads in minutes, 24/7 — including nights and weekends — for a hospitality/events business. Leads arrive across web forms, Instagram/Facebook, email, and WhatsApp Business, and flow into HubSpot. The agent reads the inbound lead, replies in the brand's voice, qualifies it, and hands a warm, qualified lead to the human sales team. Every response passes a human-approval gate.

First deliverable is a working demo that shows this happening end-to-end. If the demo is strong, this becomes an ongoing build.

A working demo of a Claude-based agent that:

We are looking for an experienced LLM engineer / conversational AI specialist to help us complete the LLM layer of a high-fidelity sandbox version of our healthcare platform.

This is a simulation/demo environment used with pilot users and design partners. The role is focused on making the patient-facing LLM interface work convincingly in a simulated primary care setting, where users interact with the system to complete flows such as appointment booking, patient access requests, consent capture, and guided intake.
