What We're Looking For
We value speed above all else. AI-assisted development has changed the game. We're not looking for someone who codes every line by hand over weeks — we want a developer who uses Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools as their primary workflow and can ship a full-stack app in days, not months. Must-haves:

Claude Code or Cursor power user — this is non-negotiable. You should be using AI-assisted development daily, not experimenting with it. We want to see that reflected in your speed. Minimum 10 projects completed using Claude Code or Cowork. Send us case studies or screen recordings of at least 3 of them showing what you built, how long it took, and the tools/stack used.
Strong full-stack skills: React (or Next.js) + Tailwind CSS + Node.js

We are looking for an experienced technical advisor — not a developer — to serve as a part-time thought partner and gut-check resource as we scale. This is not a build role. You will not be writing or editing code. Instead, you will help a non-technical but operationally strong founding team make sound architectural and technical decisions as we grow.

Key Areas of Support
• ATS Integration Architecture — We are actively building bi-directional integrations with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Symplr, LaborEdge, Ashby, and Paycor. We need guidance on integration design, API strategy, and how to structure these connections for reliability and scale.
