Job Overview:
We are seeking a fiery, passionate, responsive, and experienced Paid Google Search Manager to spearhead our PPC campaigns. This role is crucial in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and optimizing our presence on Google Search. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful PPC campaigns and a passion for the grooming industry. Most importantly, our ideal candidate will conduct his business with drive and ambition — we want someone who owns their channel and doesn’t simply rely on algorithms to do the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Perform daily account management on Google Ads and other paid search platforms.
Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
Analyze and optimize ad copy and landing pages for maximum ROI.
Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Manage budget, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize reach and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Utilize A/B testing to experiment with and refine ad strategies.
Analyze competitor strategies and performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Google Ads specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with A/B testing and data analysis tools.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in the grooming or personal care industry is a plus.
Certification in Google Ads is preferred.
