We're excited to announce the release of our very first version of Chrome extension - Upwork Helper by Vollna. This extension is designed to help you streamline your Upwork proposal process, making it faster and easier to send winning proposals to potential clients.

Extension is very simple: it loads proposals that you manage in your Vollna Dashboard and places a dropdown list on Upwork Job applying page. This way, you can quickly and easily choose one of your saved proposals or use one of our premium proposal templates. With just one click, you can send out a professional proposal that showcases your skills and experience, making you stand out from the crowd.

Our top priority is to make sure our users have a great experience. We want you to tell us what they think about this extension, report any issues or problems, and suggest new ideas to make it better. We believe that working together we can create a great product that helps you succeed on Upwork.

Here is list of features we plan to add in next iterations:

1. Project Visit Analysis: Currently, Vollna can only track the projects you view on Upwork if you open them from our Dashboard. If you browse Upwork directly, we are unable to collect this information, which can make it difficult to track statistics accurately. With the Upwork Helper extension, you can enable tracking and send view stats directly to your Vollna Dashboard.
2. Proposals Sent Analysis: Wouldn't it be great to see how your proposals are performing? When you select a cover letter template, we will save this information to your Vollna Dashboard. This way, you can track how many times you've sent each cover letter and analyze its conversion rate. This feature will help you make data-driven decisions and refine your proposal strategy based on what works best. With this analysis, you'll be able to identify the most effective templates and approaches and adjust your proposals accordingly, increasing your chances of success on Upwork.
3. AI-generated proposals: Finally, we plan to use AI to generate unique proposals based on the job description, your profile, skills, and experience. This feature will enable you to send out personalized and tailored proposals, increasing your chances of winning the project.
