She puts in a lot of effort to understand the requirements up front, and also get a feel for the style that is needed for the video.
From what I can see, she continually tries to improve her capabilities and looks for ways to improve the way the characters are animated on screen. In this particular video she did for us, she made use of a new plugin that allows the characters to realistically rotate their heads and bodies sideways/laterally creating the effect of a very realistic motion for the characters in the 2D explainer video (which would otherwise be flat).
She is a great communicator - always providing updates when needed, and also responding to questions and queries promptly. Also another great thing - we had one segment in the video which felt like it wasn't really working well - so she came up with a new idea almost immediately and put it into the video, even when I had doubts - and the outcome was 100% better. So, she has great ideas, and great initiative.
This project still has a few things that the client wants to change, however she has delivered what was asked of her, and she has also agreed to make any changes required of her once the feedback comes in with the understanding that if the changes are beyond what was initially agreed, then it would be considered as a new project. This also is a great indication of the fairness in her dealings, and how she approaches the project.
Overall, Maryana is a great person to work with, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a fast, professional and very capable animator/motion graphics designer.

However his cover letter itself, and his portfolio of genuine work on his vimeo channel made me dig further. And after an initial interview, I realised that he was the real deal, and that the higher rate would be worth it in the longer term.
Now that the video has been produced and delivered, I can 100% recommend Ram Singh to anyone who is looking for a high quality, dependable, professional animator to work with. Believe me, you will NOT be disappointed.

We’re looking for a Product Designer fluent in SaaS platform design who can turn complex workflows into clear structure, durable interaction patterns, and a UI system that stays cohesive as the product scales. Most SaaS platforms look like slight variations of the same template. We’re building something different. It should be fast, functional, and genuinely enjoyable to use.
This role is for someone who cares about craft and wants it to show up in both the system and the details, including how the product reads at a glance, how it behaves under pressure, and how it feels day after day. You’ll work tightly with product and engineering to move quickly, make smart tradeoffs, and raise the bar on quality as the platform grows.
What you'll do
- Shape product direction by framing problems, exploring solutions, and helping teams make decisions.
- Design and iterate on flows, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity UI for web.
- Prototype to validate ideas and clarify behavior (from quick explorations to polished demos).
- Partner with engineers through build, QA, and launch to ensure quality and fidelity in what ships.
- Build and evolve a scalable design system (components, patterns, tokens) with accessibility and consistency in mind.
