We are looking for a creative and reliable T-Shirt Graphic Designer to join us on a long-term freelance basis. Each week, you will create 10 original, print-ready t-shirt designs based on our ideas and guidelines. The designs will be used for commercial sale, so they must be unique and free of any copyright issues. If you are passionate about t-shirt art and can deliver quality designs consistently, we’d love to work with you!

What You’ll Do:
Create 10 eye-catching t-shirt designs each week based on the provided concepts and quotes (we will supply a list of ideas/phrases and a target customer profile for inspiration).

Design Variety: Some designs may be text-based, others graphical – you should be comfortable with both illustration and typography. Designs can be hand-drawn, digitally illustrated, or made with creative use of stock elements; the key is that they feel original and on-niche.

Incorporate Feedback: Submit drafts for review and make revisions as needed (up to 1 revisions per design, if required) to ensure the final graphics meet our expectations.

Ensure Quality: All designs should be delivered in high resolution (at least 300 DPI, at least 4500 x 5400 pixels) on a transparent background. We prefer vector formats (AI or EPS) or layered PSD files for source material, plus PNG exports for direct use.

Style Guidance: Design themes will be provided (including our niche, audience, and design suggestions). You will have creative freedom to select fonts, layouts, and graphic elements that appeal to our target market (e.g., [briefly describe niche/style]). Your ability to match the style (e.g. bold, sarcastic, minimalist, vintage, etc., depending on the idea) is important.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in T-Shirt Design: You have a portfolio of t-shirt or merchandise designs. Experience with print-on-demand (Merch by Amazon, Redbubble, etc.) is a plus.

Graphic Skills: Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or equivalent design tools) to create and deliver vector artwork and high-res files. Strong illustration or typography skills are highly desirable.

Creativity & Trend Awareness: Able to take a concept or phrase and turn it into an appealing graphic. Familiarity with current t-shirt design trends and what sells (especially in our niche) will be helpful.

Attention to Detail: Ensure all work is original or properly licensed. You must avoid copyright/trademark infringements – all graphics, fonts, or assets used should be free for commercial use or created by you.

Reliability: Can commit to producing 10 designs every week on schedule. Good communication is a must – we appreciate quick responses and openness to feedback.

Payment Terms:

We plan to hire ongoing. Please indicate your rate for 10 designs per week. You can quote a fixed price for the batch or an hourly rate with an estimate of hours needed for 10 designs. (Our initial budget suggestion for 10 designs is $50 – but this is negotiable based on quality and experience.)

Payments will be released weekly upon delivery of that week’s 10 approved designs. We can start with a trial batch of 2–3 designs (paid) to ensure a good fit.
