The Specialist runs the process and works with the Designer and, when needed, a per-project specialist.
Running example used below: a family pizza restaurant in Cape Coral, slow Monday to Wednesday.
1. Research the client
• The business: what makes them money, when they are empty, what customers say in reviews, what the three nearest competitors are doing.
• The funnel: research each stage and write what is missing:
– Awareness: who in their area does not know them yet; where those people look (Google, Facebook, Instagram, mailboxes, their neighbours).
– Engagement: what they post, how often, what gets reactions; reviews and how fast they are answered; comments and messages.

• The calendar: season, holidays, school calendar, weather, and local events in Lee and Collier counties for the coming month.

• Local marketing research (SWFL): printing costs, flyer and postcard runs, billboards and local ad placements, and who can distribute, for the zones the client serves.
Example: Reviews mention "garlic knots" 40 times and nobody has posted about them; weeknights are empty; no customer list; the Cape Coral Oktoberfest is next month; their own drivers enter 300 homes a week.
2. Ideation
• for each weak stage, one idea that fits this business, this month: posts, Reels, ads, email, texts, flyers, brochures, postcards, a local ad, an event, a collaboration.
• rough drafts only: a sketch of the flyer, a sample caption, the offer in one line, the event idea, the collaboration pitch.
• pick what the client is ready for; park what needs something first (a landing page, a list, tracking).
Example: A "Weeknight Deal" with a kitchen-process Reel series on the knots; a pizza-box insert card (review ask on one side, free knots for a text opt-in on the other); a booth at Oktoberfest; a co-op card in the delivery zone.
3. Documentation: the month on a calendar
• one short PowerPoint per client: the goal for the month, then a calendar view of what goes out each week (posts, emails, texts, print runs, events, ads), then the rough drafts, then what we need from the client (photos, footage, dates, approvals).
• mark every item by funnel stage, so the Director can show the client why each piece is there.
Example: Slide 1: fill Monday–Wednesday. Slides 2–5: four weeks, each with 4 posts, 1 text, the insert card from week 2, Oktoberfest in week 3. Slide 6: drafts. Slide 7: needs from the owner, 2 hours of kitchen filming.
4. Director review, then the client meeting
• present the deck to the Marketing Director; take her edits.
• the Director meets the client and walks the calendar; the client approves all of it, some of it, or asks for changes, and confirms the budget for anything beyond their plan (print, local ads, events).
• the Specialist updates the deck to what was approved. Only approved items move forward.
Example: The owner approves the Reels, the insert card and Oktoberfest, and parks the co-op card until next month.
5. Design and iterations
• a brief per approved piece to the Designer: the message, the size, the stage it serves, the due date.
• raw footage and photos from the client, collected with the Director's help (a shot list for the owner, or a session in SWFL).
• review the drafts; iterate with the Designer until it is right; send to the Director, who approves or rejects. Rejected goes back to step 5; approved moves to step 6.
• for ads, cold email or anything technical, brief the per-project specialist the same way and check the result before it reaches the Director.
Example: Three Reel edits from the owner's kitchen clips, two revision rounds; the insert card goes to the Director with the QR tested; she approves two Reels and sends one back for a louder offer.
6. Schedule and launch
• schedule every approved post in the platform on its calendar date and time.
• place the print order, book the event, publish the ad, send the email or text, on the dates in the deck.
• answer reviews and comments as the month runs; flag leads and problems to the Director.
Example: Reels go out Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks; 2,000 insert cards printed and handed to the drivers on the 10th; the Oktoberfest booth confirmed for the 19th.
7. Measure against the goal, then repeat
• whatever the goal was (leads, calls, website visits, orders, bookings, reviews, awareness), track it weekly against the number before we started.
• Friday: one page to the Director: what went out, what the numbers did, what to change next week.
• end of month: what worked goes into next month's research (step 1); what did not is stopped. The cycle starts again.

Example: Weeknight orders up from 60 to 78 a week by week four; 140 text opt-ins from the insert card; the knots Reel is the best post they have ever had. Next month starts from there.

About the Project

Hi there!

I'm in the process of building a homeschool curriculum brand, and I'm looking for a talented illustrator who might be interested in helping bring a little world I've been creating to life!

The curriculum is designed for elementary-aged learners and incorporates storytelling throughout the lessons. At the heart of it are four recurring child characters who have their own personalities, friendships, families, and adventures. They'll grow alongside the curriculum, so finding an illustrator who can capture their personalities and keep them recognizable across different scenes is really important to me.

I'm drawn to illustrations that feel warm, timeless, and a little nostalgic—something you might find in a beautifully illustrated children's book. I love natural colors, thoughtful details, expressive characters, and artwork that has a genuine hand-crafted feel.

That said, I'm not married to one particular medium! Watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, ink, and hand-drawn digital illustration are all welcome. I'm much more interested in finding the right artistic style than checking a specific box.

The Paid Trial

I'd love to start with a small paid project to see if we're a good creative fit before moving into anything larger.

For this trial, I'm looking for:

One original, full-color illustration of a single child character.

A second simple pose or expression of that same character to demonstrate consistency.

I have a 16 m × 7.5 m × 3.5 m Class 10a steel shed planned for an A1 wind zone site and the local authority will only sign off once a structural engineer stamps the drawings. My contribution so far is a rough sketch showing portal spacings, wall and roof cladding intentions, and door positions, but no member sizing or footing details have been engineered.

Your role is to turn that concept into a fully compliant package, including the footing/slab design. Australian Standards for A1 wind regions must be met, with all calculations and connection details clearly documented.

I’m developing a prototype drinking cup whose body resembles a mushroom and I need production-ready CAD so I can 3-D print and mill short runs. Your job is to turn my sketch ideas into two clean files: an STL for printing tests and a fully editable STP/STEP model for future tooling.

Key points you will be working on
• The cup is strictly a prototype, so dimensional accuracy and wall-thickness logic for printing matter more than polished rendering.
• A single handle is required and I’d like it treated as a customised element—not a generic loop. Feel free to propose shapes that echo the mushroom theme while remaining comfortable to grip.

I am creating a board game and in search of a designer who can create all the vector artwork including the logo, game board, playing cards, two-piece box, and instruction booklet. I am looking for one designer who can do it all so there is continuity between the different assets. Once the board game has been produced, the same designer will be hired to help with website assets (not to build the website, but rather the graphics for headers and other imagery to be used within the website). I plan on having variations of the game once the first game is released which will entail ongoing work possibilities.

If you have experience designing game boards, card games, packaging, board game logos, or instruction booklets, please provide examples of your work.

I will require all work to be done in vector format, so it is scalable for print.

If you have 3D printing experience, please let me know. 3D print experience is NOT required, nor will it be something I will ask of you if that is not in your wheelhouse. Creative: I have the game play rules defined. I know the basic layout of the game but am in need of the artist who can contribute ideas. I feel like that person who wants to remodel his house but has no idea what is possible and needs some visual guidance. I will provide an “idea board” consisting of photos, other graphics, games or products with artwork that resembles what I have in mind, etc. After a brainstorm discussion about the idea board and goals, you’ll sketch prototypes based on the ideas we discussed until something is decided on. Once the concept has been determined, we will be able to move forward with the completion of all assets keeping to the determined design theme of the game.

We will first design the game board, then the two-piece box, then the playing cards, and finally the instruction booklet. Of course, somewhere in there is the logo design… either during the game board design or the two-piece box design phase. I’m sure it will come naturally after the brainstorm session. I'm an independent artist looking for a producer to help bring my original song "Behind You" to life. It's part of SØN1C CØDΞX, the music project of ΔØS (ΔDØLFØ STUD1ØS).

The song is dedicated to the most vulnerable people: street vendors, displaced families, the homeless, the forgotten. Its core message is "Here I am, behind you. I see you." The lyrics mix English and Spanish.

THE SOUND
The genre is not fixed. It could become pop, rock, electronic or a blend of genres, and I want the producer to propose what best serves the song. I'm looking for someone who truly connects with this song and can communicate those emotions that are hard to explain but give us goosebumps: the sounds that move us, the sounds that feed the soul.

What matters to me:
- A progressive song that transitions through different states and feels alive: with body, passion, and a sexy, sensual touch.
- A dialogue between the instruments, the vocal and the backing vocals, answering each other.
- Calm moments and rising moments (for example the "Climb" section and verse 3, which build up; I'll share the lyrics with the structure).
- A strong hook, instruments that enter and leave like characters, and spatial depth (near and far layers).
- The lead vocal will be intimate and restrained.
Please avoid reggaeton/dembow beats and anything that sounds like worship music.

SCOPE (instrumental production only)
I'm currently training my voice with a vocal coach, so this job covers the instrumental production only. The vocal recording will come later. I'll provide the lyrics, the chorus idea and a clear description of the emotional journey of each section.

Milestone 1 – Demo / arrangement sketch: song structure, mood and the instrumental hook of the chorus.
Milestone 2 – Full instrumental production, leaving space for my vocal and backing vocals, plus an instrumental guide melody.

Mix & master with my vocal will be a separate project later, once my vocal is ready. If we work well together, I'd love to continue with you.

DELIVERABLES / DEFINITION OF DONE
- Milestone 1: a demo (WAV/MP3) showing the full structure (intro, verses, chorus, Climb/bridge, outro) with the chorus hook clearly defined, approved by me before moving on.

My children’s book is already written and laid out across 24 pages, each page calling for a lively, full-color cartoon illustration. I’ve generated rough AI images for every scene; these serve as clear visual guides rather than final art.

What I need now is a skilled illustrator who can transform those rough concepts into polished, print-ready artwork while keeping the style light, playful, and consistently cartoonish. The same main character appears on every spread, often accompanied by two animal friends, and several pages place them among human family members or at the character’s workplace. Consistency in proportions, palette, and facial expressions from page to page is essential so young readers immediately recognise each figure.

Illustrations will be delivered as high-resolution TIFF or layered PSD files (minimum 300 dpi, CMYK) to suit both digital and offset printing. If you prefer Procreate or another tool, that’s fine—just supply flattened and layered exports.

ROUND 1 (this budget): 8 costume illustrations of Martin

We are a façade engineering consultancy. We are looking for an experienced Revit detailer to work alongside our façade engineer and turn approved design intent into issued drawing sets for a high-rise mixed-use tower (approx. 80 m, 2 basements + ground + 19 upper levels) in West Africa.

This is a DETAILING role, not a design role. Concepts, systems, performance criteria and junction logic are decided by us. You draw them accurately, to our conventions, and keep the sheets consistent.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Façade detail drawings at 1:5 and 1:10 from our marked-up sketches and system manufacturer sections — head, jamb, sill, slab edge, parapet, soffit, corners, movement joints, waterproofing interfaces.
2. Façade typologies covered — stick curtain wall, aluminium windows and French doors, aluminium composite and natural stone rainscreen cladding, vertical metal louvre screens, glass and metal balustrades.
3. Architectural drawing sheets in Revit — set up sheets, title blocks, views, callouts, annotation, dimensioning and revision clouds to a consistent standard across the set.
4. Schedules — window and door schedules, panel schedules, finishes references, generated from the model rather than drafted by hand.
5. Model work — build and edit curtain wall types, mullion profiles, window and door families, wall types and detail components as required.

REQUIRED

- 4+ years detailing façades in Revit. Please show curtain wall and cladding details you personally drew. Portfolios of renders or general architecture without façade junctions will not be considered.
- Fluent with Revit 2024, curtain wall systems, family editor, detail components, sheet and view management, and model-generated schedules.
- Metric working, European/French drawing conventions, ISO line weights and layering discipline.
- Able to read aluminium system house catalogues (profile sections, glazing assemblies, gasket arrangements) and detail faithfully from them.
- Clear written English. French is a strong advantage — part of the documentation set is in French.
- Reliable turnaround and willingness to work to a fixed sheet programme.

ADVANTAGEOUS

- Prior work to NF DTU 33.1, DTU 36.5, DTU 39, EN 13830 or EN 14351-1.
- Experience with CCTP-style French specification documents.
- Experience detailing stone rainscreen anchorage.
- IFC export and model coordination experience.

DELIVERABLES AND FORMAT

- Native Revit 2024 files, plus PDF issues of each sheet.
- All work inside our template, our title block, our naming convention.

- Floor Plan Refinement and Concept Exterior Elevation: Develop my rough sketch into a dimensioned, well-coordinated floor plan, along with architecturally appealing concept exterior elevations based on the style references provided.

The layout and program is very close to what I’m going for, but it definitely needs to be further developed. For example, the master bathroom / closet laid out is just a place holder, hallway widths, storage, linen closet, ceiling plan and other details need refinement.

I tried to keep the structure cost‑efficient and easy to frame by stacking identical blocks. The plan is currently comprised of:
