Phase 1: Pattern Design & Sourcing. Review the character illustration and create a 3D plush pattern layout. Advise on appropriate, high-quality, and kid-safe fabrics (e.g., minky, fleece) and features (embroidered vs. safety eyes).

Phase 2: Physical Sample/Prototype. Cut, sew, and stuff an initial physical prototype and ship it to us for evaluation.
