I’m looking for a skilled illustrator or graphic designer to create a custom line art graphic for a sweatshirt for my brand.
The artwork should be inspired by a Long Beach, CA beach scene and feature my two dogs on the beach. The style should be minimal, clean line art — not realistic, not shaded, and not filled in.
Project Scope

Some of the administrative particulars would be an Non-Disclosure Agreement, and some of this work would depict Department of War logistics and supply chain uses. Nothing directly violent, as we aren't a weapons company. If you are concerned with any of that, please let me know. I don't want people to feel uneasy about any of our job requests.
The actual job would consist of 4-5 pages showing our aircraft doing multiple activities, lifting cargo, resupplying naval vessels, landing cargo near soldiers, moving containers around a depot, etc.
Each page would be formatted 8.5x11, and would be mostly consist of foreground at the bottom, with no detail beyond basic horizon lines or tree lines. Essentially a full-page single-pane comic, with very little detail.
I can provide a basic sketch for each page, minus our technology to make this easy.

But they did do a good job in creating good line art, but they should've used that for a better purpose. This hand drawn image needs to be turned into a format like the "example", except it needs to have the dimensions on the image.
Here are the details:
1.It's a workshop/building, size 40' wide x 60' long x 16' high ( to the bottom of the roof/top of the wall)
2. Metal roof and sides- black roof and silver or (galvanized metal )coloured sides
3. 5/12 roof pitch with 1' overhangs ( you can use a similar roof pitch that is shown in the example titled "example".)

While there were initial communication difficulties, I appreciate the improvements made after providing feedback.
However, for smoother collaboration, it would be beneficial to adjust the workload to match the compensation. For $10, the scope of base colors + shadows + post-processing + 3 revisions, with 2+ modifications per panel, seems excessive. The main reason for the increased revisions appears to be the lack of initial lighting guidelines and insufficient provision of floor and door textures.
For future projects, I recommend prior coordination on work division and establishing clear guidelines.

I can feel her spirit as an arrogant and perfectionist against to the freelancer. The task was doing a mockup to her .ai files. I did the two of revision but Rachel still disregard my output. Rachel never made a comment or suggest the right output. Everytime I submitted my revision, Rachel neglected it. I am a person who always communicates but Rachel became irritated easily. I gave her a 1 star for what having a bad experience with her. I've been in Upwork for 7 years already and this time I encountered this kind of client. Rachel ended the contract suddenly, leave me in the air and I dont have a choice. Hello, my name is Addie and I have been running my very small business since 2018. Until now, my "logo" has been hand drawn lettering and nothing else. I am developing a children’s picture story book and am seeking an illustrator to bring the story to life through expressive, timeless artwork.
Illustration Style & Direction

The preferred aesthetic is a line work / watercolour–inspired style—light, organic, and emotive rather than overly digital or polished.

Audience

We are a vintage patch / pin / sticker company launching a brand new initiative based on vintage-inspired pop culture. The person we are looking for has a chance to join our company eventually.
What we need now is:
1) Taking a file and changing elements of the design
2) Creating a design based on a sticker or pin 'brief'
3) More complex work as the year evolves (we are launching 8 Xmas kiosks in leading malls in Ontario (from Guelph and Hamilton all the way across to Ottawa).

The lineart must be done with the SU-cream pencil brush, which can be found in "clip studio assets"

For $10, the scope of base colors + shadows + post-processing + 3 revisions, with 2+ modifications per panel, seems excessive. The main reason for the increased revisions appears to be the lack of initial lighting guidelines and insufficient provision of floor and door textures.
For future projects, I recommend prior coordination on work division and establishing clear guidelines.
