I need 10 Tshirt Designers for a Gym Brand. This will be able to be expanded if the work is good.

Cló Framing is a boutique fine art framing studio I am opening in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon. Irish American owned, handmade, focused on artists, collectors, and museum quality framing clients. The name Cló is an Irish word meaning mark or impression, and the logo concept ties directly to that idea. A fingerprint, representing the maker's hand, the physical touch left on every frame I build.
I already have the concept developed and some rough visuals generated. What I need is someone with a real understanding of logo design to look at what I have and sketch out some refined concepts I can react to. I can vectorize and finish things myself, so I am not looking for production ready files. I just need your eye and your knowledge of what actually works as a mark.
The fingerprint needs to feel handmade and analog. Think woodcut, linocut, wax seal, old trade stamps, Japanese hanko. Human and a little imperfect, with weight and texture. The single biggest risk with a fingerprint concept is that it drifts toward tech or biometric territory, like a phone unlock icon, and I need someone who instinctively understands how to avoid that.
There is also a secondary element I want explored. A triskelion integrated into the center of the fingerprint, where the ridges naturally spiral into three arms. The key word is naturally. It should feel like the triskelion grew out of the ridge flow, not like it was placed on top. If that integration cannot be done cleanly at a readable scale it is fine to leave it out and focus on the fingerprint alone.
The mark has to work tiny. Favicon size, rubber stamp, embossed into paper, one color on a business card. If it falls apart at small scale it does not work, and a designer who understands logo fundamentals will know this already.
I will share reference images and my existing concept sketches once we connect. I do not want anyone starting work before we have had a brief conversation to align on direction first.
Rough black and white sketches or digital roughs are completely fine. No color needed, no mockups, no brand guidelines. Three to six concepts that show me different ways to approach this mark, and I can take it from there.

We are a boardgame publisher seeking to bring our 3rd upcoming card game-- "Tsunami Skies" to life. This is an aerial combat game that will feature unique and unusual combat planes and jets.

These are VERY SMALL illustrations--even smaller than the illustrations found on most playing cards. The final dimensions of the plane will be 1x1" (with some generic clouds/scenery to the right and left of that).

Most of these planes will use an old real plane from WW2 or the modern era as a template--with a few unique features added on top of that. I'm launching a YouTube channel that explains personal finance and economics in the style of classic 1950s educational cartoons — think John Sutherland Productions, UPA-influenced limited animation, Coronet educational films, and the NYSE-commissioned "What Makes Us Tick" era. Warm desaturated palette, simple but charming character designs, painted backgrounds, limited animation with intentional held poses, hand-inked line work.

The Project
Video One: "What Is Money?" — approximately 9-10 minutes long, fully scripted (1,800 words), with detailed shot-by-shot visual cues already written. The episode follows three recurring animated characters (a friendly anthropomorphic dollar bill named Bill, a wise elderly penny named Penny, and a dignified bank safe called The Vault) and traces the history of money from barter through the gold standard to today.

Caparros Farms is a family farm in Florida growing rare heirloom tropical fruit: Mahachanook mangos, sugar apple, soursop, moringa. We're building a small-batch specialty food brand with a product pipeline that includes mango chips, moringa tea, hot sauce, and dried fruit sold through Shopify and farmers markets.

The aesthetic lives between a worn harvest crate and a handwritten recipe card. Craft without being rustic, premium without being cold. The farm
Caparros Farms is a 8.5-acre family farm on Pine Island, Florida — a small island on the Gulf Coast that most people have never heard of, which is part of the point. My father has been tending this land for decades. The farm grows rare heirloom tropical fruit varieties that almost no one in the United States has access to: Mahachanook mangos, sugar apple, soursop, moringa. Not commodity produce. Not the fruit you find at Whole Foods. The kind of fruit that makes someone go quiet on the first bite.
The Mahachanook mango is the hero product. It has a peachy wave, a citrus finish, and zero fiber. People who taste it for the first time don't have words for it immediately. That silence — that moment before someone says "wow" — is what the entire brand is being built around.

What we're building
This is a small-batch specialty food brand with a product pipeline that includes mango chips, moringa tea, hot sauce, and dried fruit. Sales channels are Shopify DTC and local farmers markets, with corporate gifting and wholesale to local restaurants and grocers on the horizon.
The brand has two tiers:

Caparros Farms — the parent brand, the farm identity, the family name on the label
Wow Mangos — the hero product name, the thing people say when they taste it

Everything we're asking you to design lives at the Caparros Farms level — the identity that everything else hangs off of.

The feeling we're after
There is a specific feeling this brand needs to produce. The closest I can describe it:
You're driving down a back road and you almost don't turn. But you do. And at the end of it there's a farm stand with a handwritten sign and a jar of something on a wooden table. You pick it up before you read the label because you already trust whoever made it. You buy it. You bring it home. It's exactly as good as you hoped.
That's the feeling. Not polished. Not the cold, overlit, perfectly arranged Instagram food brand aesthetic that has no smell and no season. The other kind of beautiful. The kind that has dirt under its fingernails and golden hour light on its face.
One reference point we keep coming back to: "It looks like it's been here for thirty years, even though it's new."

Visual direction
The palette anchors in Japanese Indigo and Warm Apricot — deep, grounded, slightly unexpected together. Supporting neutrals should feel earned rather than chosen: the olive of a sun-beaten canvas apron, the terracotta of a clay pot left outside, the parchment of a seed catalog from 1987, the deep forest green of a grove at six in the morning. These are not trend colors. They are the colors of something that lasts.
Typography should have weight and age. Letterforms that feel like someone drew them, not generated them. Slight imperfections. Serifs with personality. The kind of type that says: we made a decision about who we are and committed to it before anyone told us it was the right choice. References we like: The Table Spoon, Sugar House, Roots, Farm Kinship.
Illustration is important. We want a small botanical or harvest mark — a branch, a cross-section, a single fruit rendered with restraint and precision. The kind of mark that from across a farmers market table you see a shape, and up close you see a story. It should reward a second look. References: Mele d'Oro, Olea, Homestead Farmers Market badge. Hands are also a recurring motif we love — hands holding fruit, pressing seeds, cradling a bowl. They are the anti-corporate signal. They say: a person did this.
What we are not: a smoothie chain, a mass produce brand, a wellness SaaS company, anything that could exist at an airport. Not rustic in the kitschy farmhouse sense. Not pretty in the cold editorial sense. Not tropical in the clipart coconut sense.

Deliverables

Logo system — primary mark, secondary mark, icon/stamp variant. Must work on kraft paper, white background, dark background, and embroidered on a hat. All three versions delivered in full source files.
Botanical brand mark / illustration — a small standalone illustration tied to what the farm grows. Mahachanook mango cross-section, sugar apple, moringa branch, or a combination. This mark lives independently from the logo — it can stamp kraft paper tape, sit on a hang tag, or be embroidered without the wordmark present.
Packaging label template — one fully resolved label layout (sized for a 4oz kraft bag or small jar) showing how logo, mark, typography, and color come together on a real product surface. This is the proof that the brand works in the world, not just on a mood board. It doesn't need to be print-ready for every SKU — just one replicable system we can hand to a printer.
Merch concepts — hat (embroidered), tote bag, t-shirt. Show the mark applied, not just the primary logo. The merch should feel like something a food-curious person would actually wear — not branded swag, not a giveaway item.
Brand style tile — color palette with hex values, type pairings, logo usage rules, one-page reference we can hand to anyone touching the brand going forward.
All source files — Figma or Adobe Illustrator, organized and export-ready in SVG, PNG, and PDF.


Who we are to work with
This is a real family business, not a brand exercise. My father grows the fruit. My parents manage the farm. I'm building the infrastructure — Shopify, email, automation, farmers market strategy — from Chicago. The brand has to carry the weight of all of that without saying any of it explicitly. That's the job.
I move fast and I'm decisive. I don't need ten rounds of revisions — I need someone who brings a point of view early and is willing to defend it. How I'll know it's right
When someone sees the finished brand for the first time, they should feel like they found something. Not like they were marketed to. Like they stumbled onto a farm at the end of a road they almost didn't turn down — and they're already glad they did.

Need a full-sublimation shirt design that incorporates both the Duke Drip and Overwatch Outpost logos. The style should be graffiti-inspired with dynamic spray patterns and bold paint drips throughout. The phrase “Always Have the Drip” must be integrated into the design—ideally positioned prominently either across the chest or within the central design flow.



Please ensure the logos remain clear and integrated. The color palette can be bold, tactical, or incorporate some neon highlights—feel free to propose what works best for graffiti impact.

My company, Flexifabrics.com, designs and manufactures custom boat fender covers for boat owners and yacht owners around the world. We have been in business since 2019 and our order volume is quite large.

Every single order is custom; think of it like a custom t-shirt business. Customers go online and submit what they would like their fender covers to look like. I send that information to you, and you design the fender covers. It is very straightforward:
1. Customers can use an AI design tool on our website for inspiration.
2. They can upload logos and files they want included on their covers.
3. Once the design is approved by the client, I invoice them.
4. After they pay, I have you send the printing files to my manufacturer.

The process is very simple. Each mockup requires:
(a) A front and back image (just like a t-shirt)
(b) An AI file that my manufacturer can use to print on the polyester laminate

The price for a fender cover varies by size, as they can range anywhere from 6 inches to 10 feet in length. That said, I try to keep the price per design at a standard rate so I can control my margins. If a design is more difficult or requires more time, I have no problem paying more for it, but I would need to be told that ahead of time.

I have been working with a graphic designer on Upwork since 2019, but he can no longer work with us due to personal commitments. I am looking for someone to take this on as a long-term role. It will obviously only be part-time, but you could expect to have three to five design requests every week.There are several different models and sizes of boat fenders, so the mockups will need to reflect that.
