About the Opportunity
We are a forward-looking Web3 organization focused on developing high-impact onchain ecosystems. Our current roadmap includes the launch of a staking contract platform and an onchain gaming infrastructure, both seamlessly integrated with our Metaverse token ecosystem across leading EVM-compatible chains. To accelerate this vision, we are seeking a senior-level Blockchain Software Engineer with deep technical expertise in Solidity, smart contract architecture, and backend systems. This is a remote, flexible engagement with a clear pathway to a long-term partnership, contingent upon demonstrated performance and mutual fit. Core Responsibilities - Architect, develop, and deploy secure and gas-optimized Solidity smart contracts for staking mechanisms and gaming platform utilities. - Design and maintain backend infrastructure to support staking logic, token interactions, and platform-wide functionality. - Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration between onchain components and web-based frontend/backend systems. - Provide bi-weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, ensuring transparency and alignment with project milestones. - Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and security audits to uphold best practices in blockchain development. Required Qualifications - Proven professional experience in Solidity development and smart contract deployment on EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Arbitrum, etc.). - Strong understanding of staking protocols, tokenomics, and DeFi primitives. - Proficiency in full-stack web development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or equivalent) to support dApp integration. - Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Compensation & Benefits - Hourly Rate: $75 – $120/hour (commensurate with experience, location, and demonstrated expertise) - Role Type: Remote – Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or part-time, based on your preference and availability - Trial Engagement: 1–2 weeks of paid onboarding at full rate to validate skills and collaboration fit Long-Term Contract: Upon successful completion of the onboarding stage, we are pleased to discuss a long-term contract tailored to your contribution level - Growth Potential: High-performing candidates will be considered for extended collaboration as we scale our platform and ecosystem For context, well-funded protocols pay senior Solidity engineers $195K–$255K base salary plus token grants in full-time roles, translating to comparable freelance rates of $100–$150/hour for top-tier independent contractors . Complex DeFi or protocol-level builds typically run $30K–$150K+ per project. Our Hiring Process We have designed a structured, transparent, and merit-based evaluation process to ensure alignment with our technical standards and team culture: 1. Technical Skill Assessment – A practical GitHub-based task will be shared to evaluate your Solidity and backend engineering capabilities. Full instructions are provided in the accompanying README file. 2. Interview Rounds – Following the assessment, selected candidates will participate in 2–3 rounds of interviews, covering technical depth, architectural thinking, and cultural fit. 3. Paid Onboarding Stage – Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 1–2 week paid trial engagement. This phase allows us to collaboratively validate your skills, working style, and integration into our development workflow. 4. Long-Term Engagement – Upon successful completion of the onboarding stage, we are pleased to discuss a long-term contract tailored to your availability and contribution level. Application Instructions - To apply, please submit your Upwork proposal including: - A concise summary of your relevant experience, particularly with Solidity, staking protocols, and EVM-based projects. - Links to your GitHub profile, relevant repositories, and/or deployed smart contracts (mainnet deployments with audit history are highly valued). - Your availability (hours per week) and preferred working time zone. - Upon review, shortlisted candidates will receive the skill assessment details and an invitation to schedule their first interview.

I manage several Telegram channels focused on discovering and promoting cryptocurrency-based games and crypto gaming projects.
I’m looking for an experienced Telegram growth marketer who can help increase our subscriber base with real cryptocurrency users who are genuinely interested in gaming, blockchain projects, and new crypto-based platforms. The objective is not simply to increase subscriber numbers. I want to build Telegram channels with an active, relevant audience that can later be used to promote crypto gaming projects. What I’m Looking For The ideal freelancer should be able to: Attract real Telegram users from cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and crypto gaming communities. Use Telegram group-to-group promotion, cross-promotion, community partnerships, influencer/channel shout-outs, Discord communities, X/Twitter, crypto forums, or other relevant traffic sources. Identify Telegram groups and communities where crypto users are already active. Create and execute a practical subscriber acquisition campaign. Test multiple traffic sources and determine which sources generate the highest-quality users. Provide transparent and measurable results. You may use your own promotional network, Telegram channels, crypto communities, social media accounts, or other legitimate acquisition methods. Target Audience We are specifically interested in: Cryptocurrency users Crypto traders and investors Web3 users Blockchain gaming communities Online gaming and poker audiences familiar with crypto Users interested in discovering new cryptocurrency-based games Geographic targeting can be global. Important: Real Users Only We are not interested in bots, fake accounts, purchased inactive subscribers, or artificially inflated statistics. The quality of the audience is more important than simply showing a large subscriber number. We will evaluate performance based on factors such as: Subscriber growth Engagement Post views Audience activity Traffic quality Retention Ability to generate interest in promoted crypto gaming projects Deliverables A short explanation of your Telegram growth strategy. The traffic sources or communities you plan to use. Execution of the subscriber acquisition campaign. Regular reports showing subscriber growth and engagement. A final report explaining which acquisition methods performed best. When Applying Please include: Your experience growing Telegram communities. Examples of Telegram or crypto-related projects you have worked on. Approximate number of real targeted subscribers you believe you can generate. Your proposed budget and timeframe. The traffic sources you normally use. Whether you already have access to crypto, blockchain, gaming, Telegram, Discord, or Web3 communities. Freelancers who already operate crypto-related Telegram channels, Telegram groups, Discord communities, social media pages, or promotional networks are especially welcome. This can become an ongoing project if the traffic quality and results are good. The long-term goal is to build several strong Telegram communities that become reliable distribution channels for cryptocurrency-based gaming projects. Enhance Solana Meme Coin Trading Bot

|
I have an existing meme coin trading bot that works in Solana and already handles token discovery, filtering and trade logic. I'm not looking to rebuild it — I need the execution layer improved.
Goal: a buy/sell execution module that completes a trade in under 1 second, measured from signal fired → transaction landed and confirmed on chain. Current average is around 3 seconds. Scope: * Rewrite/replace the current swap execution path (currently [Jupiter API / direct Raydium / pump.fun program calls — edit as applicable]) * Pre-warmed transaction construction: cached blockhashes, pre-derived ATAs, pre-signed or template transactions * Jito bundle submission with tip strategy, plus fallback to direct RPC submission * Multi-endpoint submission and race logic across dedicated RPCs * Priority fee logic that adapts to network congestion * Configurable slippage and retry/abort behaviour, plus a hard kill switch * Latency instrumentation: per-stage timing logs (build / sign / submit / confirm) so results are verifiable Stack: [Python / Rust / TypeScript — state what Arjuna is written in]. Must integrate with the existing codebase, not replace it. Acceptance: 50 consecutive live trades on mainnet with logs showing p50 under 1s and p90 under 1-1.5s. Payment tied to this benchmark, not to a demo on devnet Deliverables: source code, config documentation, and a short call walking me through the architecture. To bid: tell me what your current best measured signal-to-confirmation latency is on Solana, and which RPC/bundler setup you achieved it with. Generic proposals will be ignored. Skills: Python, Blockchain, Rust, API Development, Solana

I'm looking for a reliable full-stack developer to take over an existing cryptocurrency project.
The app is already developed, but it currently has bugs and unfinished functionality that need to be properly investigated and fixed. I need someone who can not only make changes but also test and verify that each task is actually working before considering it completed. Main responsibilities - Debug and fix existing issues in the application - Upload and deploy the app to Google Play - Develop and integrate new features - Test every fix and feature thoroughly before marking the task as complete - Investigate and address other development issues that may arise during the project - Maintain and improve the existing codebase - Communicate clearly and consistently about progress, problems, and estimated completion times Required technical skills - PHP - Laravel - Node.js - Flutter - React - Vue.js - MySQL - API development and integration - WebSocket / real-time functionality - Google Play deployment I'm particularly interested in someone who is honest, reliable, responsive, and a good communicator. I don't want someone who simply says an issue is fixed without properly testing it. Experience or a genuine interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and crypto wallets is also very important, as this is a cryptocurrency project. I'm looking for someone who wants to understand the project and contribute to it long-term, rather than someone who simply completes isolated tasks without taking responsibility for the result. Rust Solana Prediction Market
Applied

$50,000 - $100,000
|

|
||
|
I’m building a Polymarket-style, binary-outcome prediction market on Solana and I need a production-ready smart contract written in Rust with the Anchor framework. Everything must first ship to devnet for testing and, once accepted, deploy seamlessly to mainnet.
Core logic • Users can create a market, deposit liquidity, trade shares, and—once an oracle pushes the final result—have winnings distributed automatically. • Each action needs to emit precise events so my React/TypeScript frontend can stay perfectly in sync. Creator incentives Beyond the standard flow I want an incentive layer: market creators should earn a bonus that unlocks when their market crosses a predefined total transaction volume threshold. If you have ideas for complementary mechanisms (percent-based fees, fixed rewards, etc.) feel free to suggest them, but the bonus-for-volume model tied to total transaction volume is non-negotiable. Quality bar The contract must follow Solana security best practices, include deterministic unit and integration tests that cover state transitions, edge cases, and known attack vectors, and pass an external audit. Expect me to review program logs, anchor tests, and on-chain account data to confirm determinism. Deliverables 1. Anchor program source with clear modules and comments 2. Full test suite (`cargo test` + Anchor tests) proving deterministic behaviour 3. Devnet deployment scripts and verified devnet address 4. Mainnet deploy script and hand-over guide 5. Audit report addressing all findings and fixes If you live and breathe Solana, Rust, Anchor, and on-chain security, let’s talk timelines and your proposed architecture. We're looking for a Tech Lead / Blockchain Developer to help us build a decentralized education platform from scratch. This isn't just a quick project; you'd be owning the core pieces that make everything work: Web3 authentication, smart contract architecture, payment flows, download gating, and the metadata and search features that tie it all together.
We view this as a long‑term partnership. We need someone ready to take real ownership. That means driving architectural decisions, leading development efforts, and staying involved in QA through every stage of the product lifecycle. We want a collaborator who grows with us, not someone who drops in and out. Since we're fully remote, we value self‑sufficiency, clear communication, and a proactive mindset. On the technical side, you'll need deep blockchain experience and a solid full‑stack background. Above all, if you're genuinely excited about edtech and decentralized systems, and you're looking for a sustained commitment, we'd love to hear from you. Client's questions:

ABOUT VARIATIONAL
Variational is building a decentralized derivatives protocol for professional trading. We've already built the initial protocol and an early version of Variational Pro. We're now moving into the next phase of development, where we're expanding the system, improving the architecture, and preparing the infrastructure for production. We're looking for a Blockchain Tech Lead who can help us make the right technical decisions and turn them into working systems. WHY THIS ROLE You'll work directly with the founders and engineering team and have a meaningful influence on how the protocol is designed and built. We want someone who can reason about the entire system, make practical architectural decisions, and get into the code when necessary. You'll help answer questions around protocol design, on-chain vs. off-chain architecture, execution, risk, scalability, reliability, and how the different parts of the system should work together. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Protocol & Blockchain - Smart contract and EVM architecture - Core protocol design and integrations - Transaction flows and blockchain infrastructure - Execution and settlement systems - Margin, collateral, liquidation, and risk Backend & Distributed Systems - Node.js and TypeScript services - Go services and systems infrastructure - APIs and WebSocket services - Blockchain indexing and event processing - Real-time and event-driven architectures - PostgreSQL, Redis, and data infrastructure Production Infrastructure - Performance and scalability - Reliability and observability - Security and testing - Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS - eployment and production operations VAR TOKEN VAR is the native token of the Variational ecosystem. You'll help shape the technical infrastructure around VAR across both on-chain and off-chain systems. This includes token contracts and integrations, distribution and vesting, treasury infrastructure, and backend systems supporting the protocol's revenue-driven buyback-and-burn mechanism. The goal is to build these systems as part of the broader protocol architecture rather than as isolated components. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for an experienced engineer with strong technical judgment and a track record of building production systems. Strong experience in several of these areas is expected: - Solidity and EVM - Node.js and TypeScript - Go or Rust - Blockchain / DeFi protocol engineering - Distributed systems - Smart contract security - High-performance backend infrastructure - Cloud infrastructure and production systems Experience with derivatives, perpetuals, exchanges, trading systems, market infrastructure, or other financial systems is a strong plus. HOW WE WORK We're a small, highly technical team working directly with the founders. You'll have a high degree of autonomy and will be expected to contribute both at the architecture level and in the implementation. WHAT WE OFFER - Significant influence over protocol architecture and technical direction - Direct collaboration with the founders and core engineering team - High ownership and autonomy - Full-time, part-time, or consulting flexibility - Competitive compensation We're at a stage where the technical decisions we make now will shape the protocol for years. If you want to help make those decisions and build the systems behind them, we'd love to talk.

I’m launching a USDT/USDC-funded payment card in the Philippines and need a growth partner who already runs active local communities. If you moderate or own sizeable groups on Telegram, Facebook, Discord—and ideally also X or Reddit—this will be a strong fit.
What matters to me is verifiable user acquisition, not vanity metrics. We will structure rewards around clear milestones: each completed KYC, card activation, first deposit, and first on-chain or POS transaction. I’m open to tiered bonuses or rev-share models so that your upside grows with conversion quality. To move forward, tell me: • Which communities you directly manage on Telegram, Facebook, Discord, X, or Reddit • Estimated member counts and engagement levels • Examples of past crypto, Web3, or fintech campaigns you’ve driven, including concrete results (sign-ups, volume, etc.) Once we confirm fit, I’ll supply tracking links, unique promo codes, and creative assets. Let’s turn your audiences into real cardholders and share in the success. Skills: Internet Marketing, Social Networking, Facebook Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Blockchain, Discord, Cryptocurrency, Community Management

We need a German-speaking professional to review a training script on crypto-assets for accuracy, clarity, and regulatory alignment. The work includes checking the content for language quality, ensuring it is suitable for a German-speaking audience, and confirming that it reflects current MiCA and ESMA requirements. You should be able to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear sections and provide practical suggestions for improvement. This is a short-term project for someone who can deliver a clear, concise review with actionable feedback.

I’m developing a Web3 platform called Veritas that connects physical products with digital identity and ownership.
The idea is that every user has a digital avatar/identity represented by an NFT, linked to their wallet. Physical collectible products will also have their own NFT representing their digital certificate of authenticity and ownership. Each physical product will have a unique NFC tag embedded into the garment. When someone taps the NFC with their phone, Veritas should identify that specific product and retrieve its digital certificate and blockchain information. Users should be able to connect their wallet, view their avatar and collection, verify the authenticity of each collectible, see the current owner and ownership history, and eventually transfer or trade their assets with other users. The architecture should have three main components: 1. Veritas Identity — the NFT/avatar representing the user. 2. Veritas Assets — NFTs representing the physical collectible products. 3. NFC Identity — a unique physical identifier connecting each product to its digital asset. I want to start with a small MVP, not build the entire ecosystem at once. The first version should prove that we can create a user avatar, create a collectible with its NFT, link it to an NFC, verify it publicly, and transfer ownership between wallets. I’m looking for a Full-Stack Web3/Blockchain developer with experience in Solidity, smart contracts, NFTs, wallets, databases, and Web3 applications. Experience with NFC and physical-product authentication would be a strong plus. I’m not trying to build just another NFT collection. I want to build an infrastructure where people have a digital identity and the physical objects they own have verifiable digital identities connected to them.

Independent Verification of Two Blockchain Loyalty Prototypes (Short Engagement)
Overview We're finalizing a developer selection for a short (3–4 week) build of a stablecoin-based consumer loyalty pilot, and we need an independent engineer to verify two candidate submissions before we award the contract. This is a review-and-report engagement only — you will not be building the pilot, and you must have no affiliation with either candidate. Both candidates have submitted working demonstrations of the same core pipeline. One is a live demo running on a public EVM testnet with real on-chain transactions; the other is a browser-based prototype on simulated data that ships with its own self-verifying test harness. Your job is to independently confirm what each submission actually does, what is real versus simulated, and where the production risk sits — so our decision rests on your verification rather than the candidates' own claims. Technical context The intended production stack is: USDC on Base (EVM), a managed embedded wallet (Privy or Coinbase Embedded Wallets), Shopify orders/paid webhooks, server-side reward issuance, a mobile-web consumer surface, and Digital Ocean hosting. Familiarity with this stack is important for judging how far each demo is from launch-ready. What you'll verify Candidate A — live real-chain testnet demo. Clone the repo and run it end-to-end from the README with fresh credentials, then confirm: On-chain reward issuance actually executes, and the reported transaction hashes resolve on the Base testnet block explorer. Duplicate/replayed order webhooks are rejected idempotently (balance unchanged). Cohort gating works (non-treatment users are rejected). The issuance rate is runtime-configurable and takes effect on the next issuance. Rewards are tracked in a double-entry / append-only ledger rather than a mutable balance field. Candidate B — simulated prototype + self-verifying harness. Run the prototype and its harness independently (headless under Node/jsdom), not the candidate's own recorded pass, and confirm: The SHA-256 of the loaded prototype bytes matches the delivered copy. All assertions pass when the harness drives the real prototype (real clicks, nothing mocked). Append-only ledger, ledger-derived balances (credits minus debits, no mutable balance field), idempotency + authenticated webhook handling, treasury conservation, OTP enforcement on withdraw, no-overdraw with re-auth, CSV export recomputes to match the on-screen values, pause/drain behavior, and input-injection handling all hold up. Both candidates — production-readiness assessment. For each, flag the gap between what's demonstrated and what a real pilot needs: concurrency and persistence under load, key management (KMS), moving from simulated/testnet to a real USDC-on-Base + Shopify deployment, and anything a self-graded or single-author demo could be masking. Deliverables A short written report (per candidate) covering: What you were able to reproduce independently, and how. What is real, what is simulated, and what could not be verified. A reproducibility rating and a plain-language risk assessment. A brief (30-minute) call to walk us through your findings. Required skills Solidity / EVM smart contracts; experience with Base and USDC. Node.js, headless testing (Node/jsdom), reading and running unfamiliar codebases from a README. Embedded/managed wallets (Privy, Coinbase Embedded Wallets) and Shopify webhook integration. Blockchain security or audit background; comfort distinguishing genuine on-chain behavior from simulation. Engagement details Fixed-scope review; estimated 8–15 hours. Written report and findings call within 5 business days of receiving both submissions. NDA required. You must confirm no prior or current relationship with either candidate. Please include, in your proposal: relevant EVM/Base audit or verification work, and a one-line note on how you'd tell a real on-chain transfer from a simulated one.

Hey Adeel!
I’m finalizing the roadmap for our non-custodial 1v1 competitive matchmaking protocol, and your background building ambassador programs on Zealy/Galxe and scaling Web3 communities is an exact fit for what we’re executing. We are securing our initial legal rules and compliance framework this week. Once that’s finalized, I want to give you full operational ownership over structuring our Discord onboarding, closed-beta waitlists, and gamified questlines. Our target is to build an active, highly engaged 20,000-member Discord hub over our 5-month testnet window leading up to our official mainnet launch. I want to make sure you have the exact resources and clarity needed to hit those numbers smoothly. Let’s touch base on how you’d like to structure the initial quest milestones so we can set up fixed Upwork escrows and get moving!
