Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce architecture, testing, and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

2. Salesforce Testing & Architecture:

3. Agile Methodologies:
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

Use tools like LambdaTest or BrowserStack for mobile testing.
*Implement and maintain test automation scripts using various automation tools.
5. Azure DevOps & Jira:
Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, project management, and collaboration.
Track and manage tasks, bugs, and test cases using Jira.
6. Offshore/Onshore Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between offshore and onshore teams.

I am looking to build a web-based low-code test automation platform that allows users to create, manage, and execute automated UI test cases using a simple graphical interface, without writing any code.
Users should be able to create test cases by selecting predefined actions such as click, input text, wait, scroll, and validate, along with defining basic UI locators like XPath, CSS Selector, ID, or Name.
Test cases should be stored internally within the platform and executed directly using a backend Selenium engine. There should be no export of automation scripts. Execution results such as pass/fail status, logs, and execution summary should be visible in the UI.
The goal is to make UI automation accessible to non-technical users and manual testers, while maintaining a scalable and clean backend architecture.
- The application should initially run completely on a local machine.
- Local setup should be simple and well-documented.
- Architecture must be designed in a way that it can be deployed online later with minimal or no code changes.
- Configuration such as URLs, ports, and environments should be externalized (config-based).
- Codebase should follow clean separation of frontend, backend, and automation execution layers.

Creativity and innovation are fundamental values for me, and I found myself in a situation where originality and autonomy were not appreciated or encouraged. These practices and dynamics, in my opinion, are not aligned with professionalism standards.
In particular, The greatest difficulty I faced was the lack of detailed explanation about the assigned tasks and the expected results. The lack of clarity and guidance was very confusing.
I was given a series of links to shared folders without a clear guide on how to approach the tasks.
The only reference I had to do the work was "copy the work of your colleagues". This led me to feel very disoriented and unsupported in my work, which hindered my performance and the achievement of optimal results.
It is worth mentioning that before hiring me, they made me do an unpaid test. My test was reviewed and approved before they decided to hire me.
Similarly, communication with the human resources team was very poor. On several occasions, I raised doubts and queries that, unfortunately, were not attended or answered promptly. This lack of communication affected my level of comfort and confidence in the company.
Finally, the detailed supervision of my activities, including tracking my movements on the computer, screenshots, and counting clicks, made me feel very uncomfortable and under constant pressure. I understand the importance of measuring productivity, but I believe there is a balance between supervision and trust in the team.
Although I appreciate the opportunity to have been part of the company, I believe there are aspects that require attention and improvement.
My experience was not positive due to the lack of clarity and excessive supervision. I hope my comments are taken into account to improve the work environment and the company's culture.

Schwerpunkt ist das realitätsnahe Durchspielen sämtlicher Kernfunktionen – der komplette Anmelde- und Registrierungsfluss, alle interaktiven Elemente sowie die allgemeine Nutzererfahrung (Navigation, Verständlichkeit, Reaktionszeit). Funktionale Tests sollen Fehlerquellen sauber aufdecken, während Usability-Tests konkrete Optimierungsvorschläge zur Benutzerführung liefern.
