Scope
• Run structured usability sessions on both the responsive site and the native apps.
• Observe first-time users as they move through major journeys: account creation, onboarding, search, checkout, and settings.
• Capture navigation hiccups, layout or content misalignments, and any unexpected errors.
• Record task success rates and note where drop-offs occur to highlight flow problems.

Deliverables
1. Consolidated issue log ranked by severity and frequency.
2. Screen-recorded sessions (video + audio) with timestamps for each noted problem.
3. A concise report summarising findings, quick-win fixes, and longer-term UX recommendations.
4. Retest checklist so the next iteration can be verified quickly.

Acceptance criteria
• All primary flows are covered on website, iOS, and Android.
• Each issue entry includes reproduction steps and device/browser details.
• Recommendations are specific, actionable, and mapped to the observed problems.

Tools such as Lookback, UserTesting, Maze, or a comparable platform are welcome as long as the raw recordings and metrics are exported for my records.

I will provide staging credentials and any required test data once we agree on timelines.

I need a technical tester with a programming background to go through course modules step by step and verify that the instructions are correct, complete, and beginner friendly.

The modules may include things like:

• Working with Linux

• Setting up API keys
• Creating and editing files
• Connecting Obsidian as a visible knowledge base
• Testing that the agent can read and write memory files

Your job is not to rewrite the course from scratch. Your job is to test it like a student would.

For each module, I need you to:

1. Follow every step exactly as written
2. Confirm whether each step works
3. Identify missing steps, unclear instructions, wrong commands, or confusing wording
4. Note where a beginner would likely get stuck
5. Suggest simple fixes
6. Provide screenshots or short screen recordings when useful
7. Deliver a clear testing report for each module

Ideal background:

• Programmer, developer, QA engineer, DevOps engineer, or technical documentation reviewer
• Comfortable with Linux, VPS setup, VS Code, terminal commands, API keys, and basic web tools
