We’re looking for an Client Solutions & Automation Specialist who can confidently lead discovery calls, understand a client’s sales and marketing processes, and design automation workflows that integrate conversational AI into their day-to-day operations.

This role is equal parts business process consultant and CRM automation specialist — you’ll talk directly with clients, uncover their goals, and translate those into actionable GoHighLevel workflows, multi-channel campaigns, and AI agent setups that actually drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Business Process Mapping
- Lead discovery calls to uncover client goals, challenges, and current workflows.

- Translate complex automation and AI capabilities into clear, business-friendly recommendations.

Workflow & AI Agent Design
