We're looking for an experienced Wikipedia editor to help us establish a presence for our product on Wikipedia. The project is Playhop (https://playhop.com/) — an HTML5 cloud gaming platform where users play browser games instantly without downloads or installs. It operates at significant scale with a multi-regional user base.
Priority language: English Wikipedia.
Secondary: German, French, Spanish, Italian Wikipedias (separate scope, to be discussed after EN).
We believe the project meets WP:NCORP notability requirements (independent media coverage, industry presence, scale of user base), but we want an honest assessment from a professional before moving forward.
What we're looking for in a candidate

Proven Wikipedia editing experience with a portfolio of published articles (links to diffs / live articles required)
Familiarity with WP:NCORP, WP:GNG, WP:RS, and Articles for Creation (AfC) process
Clear understanding of COI and paid-contribution disclosure per Wikipedia's Terms of Use — we want this done compliantly

What I'd like in your proposal
Skip the generic intro. Instead, please briefly address:

Notability assessment process. What sources and information do you typically need from a client to evaluate whether a company/product meets WP:NCORP? I want to prepare the right materials before we start.
Pricing structure. Flat fee, hourly, or milestone-based (e.g., notability research → draft → AfC submission → post-publication monitoring)? What factors drive your quote — sourcing complexity, language, ongoing maintenance?
Realistic timeline and outcomes. For tech/SaaS/consumer-product articles of comparable scale, what's a realistic timeline from kickoff to published article? What's your approximate success rate at AfC, and what happens if a draft is declined?
Portfolio. 2–3 examples of articles you've worked on that are comparable in topic or scale. Live links preferred.
