Graewolves is a research-driven branding and marketing agency serving high-ticket coaches, consultants, and B2B agencies. We build brands and marketing systems using behavioral science, deep research, and end-to-end strategy and implementation. We’re not a big team—which means every person we bring in has to produce from day one and grow into more responsibility fast.

Your Role

You’ll split your time equally between two functions:

GTM execution (managing Graewolves’ lead gen campaigns and 3–4 client campaigns)

Backend client delivery for branding and marketing assets (producing client-facing assets using our AI systems and documented workflows).

Both halves matter. Neither is optional.
Both streams impact each other.

This is not a training role with a long ramp. We will invest in getting you up to speed—but we need you producing usable work within weeks, not months. If you’re someone who needs hand-holding before contributing, this will be frustrating for both of us. If you’re someone who learns fast, documents what you learn, and runs directly at problems instead of waiting to be told what to do—you’ll thrive here.

The standard we hold:

Jason should spend less time on GTM and client delivery in Month 2 than he did in Month 1.

If that’s not happening, we’ll course-correct together—but that’s the benchmark we’re building toward.

What You’ll Actually Do
1. GTM & Lead Generation (50% of role)

Jason currently manages all of Graewolves’ outreach campaigns manually—LinkedIn through HeyReach, cold email through Instantly, list building through Apollo, and CRM tracking through Clarify. He also runs select campaigns for clients. Your job is to take this work off his plate.

Campaign Management

• Monitor and manage active LinkedIn outreach campaigns across multiple accounts
• Monitor and manage cold email campaigns—track reply rates, flag underperformers, and propose copy or sequencing adjustments
• Build prospect lists in Apollo from scratch: keyword search, ICP filters, validation, export
• Explore Clay for data enrichment on higher-priority prospect segments (training provided)
• Run A/B tests on subject lines and messaging sequences; document what works and why
• Flag campaigns that aren’t getting results—come with a hypothesis, not just a problem

CRM & Follow-Up Operations

• Own data hygiene in CRM (Clarify): move contacts through pipeline stages, tag leads correctly, ensure nothing sits unactioned
• Track who needs follow-up and when—maintain a system so Jason never has to wonder “who do I need to reach out to this week?”
• Draft and send follow-up messages to warm leads on Jason’s behalf (LinkedIn and email) once you understand the voice and approach
• Build out subsequence logic for leads who don’t respond to the initial sequence. All this should be as automated as possible.

Reporting

• Produce a weekly one-page campaign performance summary for Jason: what’s running, key metrics, what needs attention
• Over time, produce the same report for clients whose campaigns you’re managing
• Track lead gen task time in Motion (our PM software) so we can identify where to optimize

2. Backend Client Delivery (50% of role)

Our clients pay for research-backed brand strategy, positioning work, LinkedIn presence, and marketing assets. Jason leads the strategy. Your job is to execute the deliverables using our AI systems, templates, and workflows. Over time (and with training), you’re expected to know what “great” looks like for each of these deliverables.

AI-Assisted Deliverable Execution

• Take Jason’s post-call notes, transcripts, and strategy direction and execute client deliverables using our established Claude workflows
• Deliverable types: LinkedIn profile copy (headline, summary, featured), offer messaging frameworks, positioning one-pagers, lead magnets, email marketing sequences, etc.
• Submit work to Jason for review. Incorporate feedback. Rerun the AI with refined prompts. Iterate until it meets standard—without needing Jason to redo it himself. If Jason needs to redo this work himself, you’ve failed at your task.
• You don’t need to be a great writer. You need to know what good looks like, follow the process, and have enough critical thinking to catch when the AI output misses the point.

Call Presence & Context Building

• Shadow Jason on client calls for the first 1–2 months—your job is to absorb, not provide solutions. Learn how Jason extracts strategic information and what he’s listening for
• After each call, review the Motion meeting summary and ensure tasks are properly logged and deadlines are assigned to the right team members
• Gradually, attend update calls for 2–3 clients and help report on delivery status, progress, and next steps
• The goal is that by Month 3, you’re the one who knows the most about day-to-day client status for 3–4 client projects—not Jason.

Project Management

• Use Motion daily to track all assigned client deliverables, deadlines, and task status
• If something is going to be late, you flag it to our team before the client ever has to ask
• Own the project timeline for 3–4 active client accounts: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. If something gets missed, that’s your responsibility to rectify it
• Document workflows as you learn them—short SOPs, prompt templates, process notes—so the next hire can onboard faster

Month 2

GTM (50%)
Manage 1–2 live client campaigns end-to-end. Own 100% of CRM hygiene in Clarify for Graewolves. Start weekly performance reports for those campaigns.

Independently execute backend deliverables for 3–4 clients. Attend all assigned calls. Begin flagging what’s missing before Jason does.

Campaign reports running. Deliverables hitting Jason’s desk without being asked.

Month 3+

GTM (50%)
Own GTM operations for Graewolves + 2–3 client campaigns. Flag underperforming campaigns and propose adjustments.

Your Growth Path

• Months 1–3: Learn, produce, document. GTM systems become second nature. Deliverable quality hits Jason’s standard with minimal revision rounds.

• Months 3–6: Own GTM operations for Graewolves + 2–3 client campaigns independently. Execute 5+ client deliverables per week. Begin leading update calls for assigned accounts.

• Months 6–12: Become the person with the most operational context in the company. Mentor future hires on GTM systems. Shape how we scale client delivery. Potential to step into a more senior delivery or strategy-adjacent role based on your interest and performance.

Our team is US-based (Atlanta headquartered). You'd be working directly with the Head of Marketing (Jason) and a marketing coordinator (Mariana), with periodic reviews from other stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
Primary work (weekly bread and butter):
Presentations — Internal decks, client-facing pitch decks, onboarding presentations
SOPs & process documents — Formatted, branded templates for internal operations
Infographics — Data visualizations, process flows, comparison graphics
Internal communications — Team updates, announcements, onboarding materials
External communications — Client-facing one-pagers, email headers/templates, PDF handouts
Secondary work (as-needed):
Social media graphics for Peachy, NCC, and CocoLocal
Ad creative for Meta and Google paid campaigns
Newsletter visual assets (headers, section graphics, sponsor ad blocks)
Light brand guideline documentation for CocoLocal
Presentation of data or metrics in visually clean formats

What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Canva proficiency — You should be fast and fluent in Canva. This is our primary design tool. Speed matters as much as quality.
Brand guideline adherence — You'll receive a detailed brand guide on day one for Peachy (51 pages covering logo, color, typography, imagery, iconography, and voice). You need to follow it precisely, not interpret it loosely.
Organized workflow — You can manage multiple projects across three brands without things falling through the cracks. You track your own tasks, flag blockers early, and deliver when you say you will.
English communication — Clear written English for async communication. You don't need to be a native speaker, but you need to be able to ask good questions and confirm understanding.
Revision comfort — There will be feedback loops involving multiple reviewers. You handle revision rounds professionally and without frustration.
Some US Central Time overlap — You don't need to work US hours, but we need a window where we can communicate in real time for check-ins and urgent requests.
Nice-to-haves (not required):
Adobe Creative Suite basics (Illustrator, Photoshop) — you won't need this daily, but it's a plus
Familiarity with Monday.com or Notion for task management
Experience designing for insurance, financial services, or B2B companies
Light copywriting instincts — knowing when a headline is too long or a CTA is unclear
Any experience with newsletter design or local media

How We Work
Design tool: Canva (primarily). Adobe is used by our team lead for major projects — you won't need it.
Task management: Monday.com and Notion. You'll receive briefs and track progress here.
File sharing: Google Drive
Communication: Slack-style async messaging, with periodic video check-ins
Briefs come from: Jason (Head of Marketing) and Mariana (Marketing Coordinator)
Reviews may involve: Other team stakeholders depending on the project
About the hours: This is 10–20 hours per week, but the workload is project-based. Some weeks may be lighter (5–8 hours), and others may spike (20–25 hours) around launches or campaigns. We'll give you advance notice when heavier weeks are coming. We're looking for someone comfortable with that rhythm.

Finalists will be invited to complete a short paid test task — recreating a branded one-pager in Canva using our Peachy Insurance brand guide. This is paid ($15–20 for approximately 1–2 hours of work) and is the final step before we make a hiring decision.

Im looking for a klaviyo expert to help setup the system, build all of the flows below and leave us with some well designed templates we can use for our general emails.

You will need to setup all of the necessary segments and test that everything is working and triggering correctly.

You must be able to design beautiful emails and do all of your own copywriting.

I will be available throughout the project for daily feedback.

I have already integrated Klaviyo with our store, authenticated the domain and started building the welcome flow but I realised I don't have the time to do it all properly.

Our business has 2 main customer segments. B2B and B2C. These are tagged in shopify appropriately and this segment is already in Klaviyo.

All flows will need to include a split for these segments with dedicated messaging.
