How this works

We start with a probation period to make sure the work is strong and the fit is right. If it is, you become a real part of the team: your own 44fjord email, access to our Slack, a weekly team meeting, and 1-on-1s when you need them.

This is a contract through Upwork, and it stays that way - even after the probation period. You keep your Upwork protections, and you're free to have other engagements running alongside this one. ABOUT THE ROLE

I'm an entrepreneur running several ventures across the U.S. and Nigeria, alongside a personal brand. I'm looking for one reliable, detail-oriented person to act as BOTH my social media manager AND my virtual assistant.
