I’m looking for a part-time editorial assistant to help me build my personal brand.
I’m a shopping tech executive with a background in fashion media, and I’m building content around style, culture, shopping, and AI. I’m looking for someone who is a strong writer, organized, curious about culture, and excited to help turn conversations into content.
This is not a “come up with content from scratch” role. I have lots of ideas. I need someone who can help organize them, write in my voice, and keep everything moving.
Responsibilities:
* Meet with me once a week (about 60 minutes) to discuss ideas and upcoming content.
* Turn those conversations into drafts in my voice.
* Help write and edit Substack posts, LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousel copy, and podcast pitches.
* Break one big idea into content for multiple platforms.
* Maintain a simple editorial calendar and keep us on schedule.
* Schedule content once it’s approved.
About you:
* Excellent writer and editor.
* Able to adapt to someone else’s voice.
* Organized and dependable.
* Interested in fashion, culture, media, consumer trends, or AI.
* Comfortable giving suggestions while also taking direction.
* Looking for an ongoing, collaborative role.
I’m not looking for an agency or someone who has a rigid content formula. I’m looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, is excited to learn my voice over time, and can help me consistently publish thoughtful content.
When you apply, please include:
* A few writing samples.
* A short note about why this role interests you.
* Examples of personal brands you’ve helped grow (if applicable).

- either are a creative strategist yourself or have worked really closely with one
if you’ve got examples of accounts you’ve scaled or cool stuff you’ve done to improve lead quality definitely include that.

I am looking for a creative, detail-oriented Ad Designer and Direct-Response Copywriter to create a high-converting set of Meta ad assets (visuals + copy) for Marginalia, an intimate, paid digital community for contemporary poets.
I'm moving away from outbound messaging and want to build clean, scroll-stopping ad creatives that attract serious and aspiring writers who feel isolated working alone and struggle finding consistent, high effort critiques.
The Vibe & Aesthetic:
Minimalist, intellectual, moody, and deeply respectful of the craft.
Absolutely no loud marketing gimmicks, aggressive sales pitch tropes, or cheap e-commerce templates. The design should appeal to readers and writers who appreciate good typography, whitespace, and sharp copy.
Project Deliverables:
3 to 5 Meta Ad Variations: Each variation must include both the ad layout/visual (static images or clean carousels formatted for Instagram/Facebook feeds) and the accompanying ad copy (primary text and headline).
Core Angles: Highlighting the pain point of posting into the void on social media platforms, only to have posts get buried or have low effort critiques. Spaces like my own do exist, but they're often extremely messy and don't drive any sort of accountability. Marginalia is a paid service.
What I'm Looking For:
Proven experience designing ads or promotional assets for digital products, newsletters, Substack writers, indie creators, or aesthetic niche brands.
Strong grasp of direct-response copywriting—knowing how to craft hooks that make people stop scrolling.
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Photoshop.
Note: You will only be responsible for creating and delivering the ad assets (copy + design layout); you will not be managing the actual Meta Ads Manager account.
To Apply:
Please submit your proposal along with a portfolio or examples of past ad creative, social media design, or direct-response content you have built. Applications without a portfolio showing design/copy work for digital products or creators will not be considered.
About us
We're a fast-growing, fast-moving DTC dog brand with a loyal customer base across Australia and the US. Email and SMS are among our biggest revenue drivers, and we're excited to bring on an expert who can take the channel to the next level.
Who we're looking for
This is not an entry or mid-level role. We want someone who has run email and SMS as a primary revenue channel for real DTC brands and can point to the growth they drove. You should have strong opinions on what great looks like, the track record to back them up, and the initiative to run with it. If you need direction on the fundamentals, this isn't the role for you.
What you'll do
- Own the campaign calendar end to end: strategy, planning, and briefing emails in (angle, offer, structure, and the brief that copy and design work from)
- Build and optimise core flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, review requests, browse abandonment)
- Run our SMS program alongside email as one connected strategy
- Segment the list so the right message hits the right customer
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, offers, creative, and send times, then scale the winners
- Report weekly on performance with a clear read on revenue
Reading the data is the key part of this role. We need someone genuinely strong with numbers, not just able to glance at a dashboard. You should be able to:
- Pull and interpret Klaviyo reporting (revenue per recipient, flow revenue, deliverability, list growth)
- Set up A/B tests properly and know when a result is real
- Turn a report into a decision: what to scale, what to iterate on, what to test next
If you can look at a performance report and tell us what to do next week, you're who we want.
You should be an expert in:
-Campaigns, flows, segments, and reporting, not just the basics
- SMS marketing: building and running SMS as a real channel, not an afterthought
- Email design best practices: mobile-first layouts, clear hierarchy, strong CTAs, dark-mode and accessibility considerations, and knowing what actually converts
- Deliverability and inbox placement: sender reputation, list hygiene, authentication, staying out of spam
- Segmentation and personalisation: using behaviour, purchase history, and lifecycle stage to lift performance
- Retention and lifecycle strategy: LTV, repeat-purchase rates, and building programs that grow customer value over time
Experience
- 3+ years running email and SMS for DTC or ecommerce brands
- A portfolio or case studies with real numbers behind the growth you drove
- Comfortable owning a core revenue channel wi
Client's questions:
Walk us through how you'd approach your first 30 days owning an email and SMS channel that's already driving solid revenue. Where would you look first, and why?
Allyzent is a physician-founded healthcare AI company transforming how provider organizations operate through end-to-end automation of front-office and back-office workflows. Our patented technology securely works with virtually any EMR or healthcare application without relying on traditional API integrations.
Our growth to date has been driven primarily through referrals and word of mouth. As we continue to scale nationally, we are seeking an experienced Growth Funnel & Customer Acquisition Consultant to build a repeatable, scalable customer acquisition engine that consistently generates qualified meetings with healthcare decision-makers and then move to other B2B verticals as well.
---
# Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced consultant to own the strategy, design, development, execution, and continuous optimization of Allyzent's complete customer acquisition engine.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who can build an end-to-end customer acquisition system that consistently turns prospects into qualified meetings and ultimately into long-term customers.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience building high-converting funnels for B2B SaaS, AI, healthcare technology, or other high-ticket service businesses.
---
# Key Responsibilities
## Customer Acquisition Strategy
* Develop Allyzent's overall customer acquisition strategy.
* Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
* Map the complete customer journey from awareness to booked meetings.
* Develop compelling offers and lead-generation strategies.
* Continuously optimize every stage of the acquisition process.
* Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
---
## Funnel Development
Design, build, launch, and optimize the complete customer acquisition funnel, including:
Develop, create, and optimize AI-assisted Video Sales Letters (VSLs) that effectively communicate Allyzent's value proposition and drive qualified meetings.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing the overall VSL strategy
* Researching customer pain points and buyer psychology
* Writing high-converting VSL scripts
* Creating AI-generated voiceovers
* Producing AI-generated videos using modern AI video creation platforms
* Selecting visuals, animations, graphics, and supporting content
* Structuring offers and calls-to-action
* Addressing common customer objections
* Testing multiple VSL versions to improve conversion rates
The consultant should be proficient in leveraging modern AI tools to rapidly create professional-quality VSLs while maintaining a polished and compelling final product.
The initial engagement will be on an hourly consulting basis, with the number of hours mutually agreed upon based on project scope and milestones.
As the engagement progresses and measurable results are achieved, Allyzent may, at its sole discretion, introduce additional performance-based incentives. These may include bonuses tied to key performance indicators such as landing page conversion rates, qualified meetings booked, funnel performance, pipeline generated, or other mutually agreed-upon customer acquisition metrics.
For consultants who consistently deliver exceptional results and demonstrate strong strategic leadership, this role has the potential to evolve well beyond an hourly consulting engagement. Outstanding performance may lead to the opportunity to build and lead Allyzent's **Customer Acquisition & Growth Department**, with expanded leadership responsibilities and a compensation structure that could include **significant performance-based revenue bonuses** tied directly to the business growth generated through the customer acquisition engine.
Our objective is to build a long-term relationship with a high-performing individual who thinks like an owner, is passionate about driving measurable business growth, and wants to grow alongside Allyzent as the company continues to expand nationally.
---
# Career Growth Opportunity
This role is designed for someone who wants more than a consulting engagement. We are looking for an individual who enjoys building complete customer acquisition systems—not just individual marketing assets.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy, writing persuasive messaging, building high-converting funnels, creating AI-powered Video Sales Letters, implementing marketing automation, and using data to continuously improve performance.
As Allyzent grows, the right individual will have the opportunity to become a trusted strategic leader responsible for scaling the company's customer acquisition efforts. We believe exceptional performance should create exceptional opportunities, and we are committed to rewarding individuals who make a meaningful impact on the company's long-term success.

Reventure is looking to hire a motivated, high attention-to-detail Virtual Assistant to help support our fast-growing real estate app.
We have over 1 million users, and our mission is to help homebuyers make more informed decisions on where to buy a house and where the housing market is heading in the future.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of several important operational roles, on an initial workload of approximately 20 hours per week.
1) Manual QA Testing (70% of work hours)
This will be the primary responsibility.
You'll perform manual Quality Assurance (QA) testing on our Web App and iOS/Android mobile apps by following our regression testing handbook. This includes testing JIRA tickets on staging before release, as well as post-release testing in production.
You'll also perform approximately one hour of daily smoke and exploratory testing to validate that the app is functioning properly on a continuous basis and to proactively hunt for new bugs.
Responsibilities include:
-Testing new features and bug fixes
-Creating detailed JIRA tickets for any bugs you find
-Communicating findings with the team in Slack
-Participating in our daily check-in meetings to stay up to date on releases and development priorities
Previous QA experience is not required. We're much more interested in hiring someone who is extremely detail-oriented, enjoys finding problems, and is willing to learn our QA process.
2) E-mail Outreach (15-20% of work hours)
Help us grow the business by reaching out to journalists, podcasts, other businesses, and Reventure users.
The ideal candidate will build repeatable workflows for outreach, help establish new relationships, and organize feedback from users so we can continue improving the product.
3) Marketing Assets (10-15% of work hours)
Help create marketing assets for the company, including:
You'll also use feedback from users and conversations with journalists and podcast hosts to help improve these materials over time.
---
We're looking to hire for this position within the next 10 days.
The QA portion of the role will primarily be performed during EST business hours.
This includes approximately one hour of daily smoke and exploratory testing to ensure the app is functioning properly and to proactively hunt for new bugs.
Our development team operates on a two-week sprint cycle, with production releases occurring every other Monday. In the lead-up to each release, you'll spend additional time testing on the preceding Thursday and Friday, as well as on release Monday. During these release windows, QA hours will typically increase to 2–3 hours per day to thoroughly test new features, validate bug fixes, and help ensure a smooth production release.
Required daily meetings include:
11:00 AM EST: QA check-in with our Tech Lead (15 minutes)
2:00 PM EST: Daily stand-up with the development team (30 minutes)
It is a requirement for this role to have a reliable computer, a quality microphone, and a webcam, as you'll be participating in multiple team calls each week. Clear audio, video, and a stable internet connection are important to ensure communication with the development team runs smoothly.
The outreach and marketing work can generally be completed outside of EST hours.
More than anything else, we're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys taking ownership of a process like QA.
We also want someone who enjoys working with a small team, improving processes, and helping build a company that's growing quickly.
We're looking to hire for this role ASAP, so please let us know if you're interested. We look forward to hearing from you.
Client's questions:
This role requires daily participation in EST team calls (Monday–Friday), plus additional QA work during EST hours every other Monday, with testing on the preceding Thursday and Friday in EST. Is this schedule workable for you?
What's something you've improved or organized simply because it bothered you that it wasn't working well?
This role requires testing the same app almost every day. What would you do to make sure you stay focused and continue finding new bugs instead of rushing through the process?
Which part of this role interests you the most, and why?
What is your hourly rate, and how many hours per week are you available to work staring on August 5th?
AI Content + Community Marketer (Remote, Contract)
Builders + Backers is an AI-powered venture studio for everyday innovators. We take builders from idea to first customer through proven frameworks, blending AI and human guidance. We're hiring an AI Content + Community Marketer with one clear goal: drive traffic and signups to our platform.
Everything you create and every conversation you join is in service of that, getting the right people from Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Facebook onto our platform. You won't do this alone. You'll work alongside our in-house AI platform and agent tools that handle the heavy lifting, drafting posts, scripting and producing video, generating images, while you direct them, add the human judgment, and point that content at real traffic. You post from accounts we set up, not your personal pages, and we train you on everything you need.
What you'll do:
- Create short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels and TikToks) that grabs attention and drives people to our platform.
- Research top trends and formats, and turn them into content ideas built to pull traffic to our platform.
- After training, use our AI platform and tools to generate posts, comments, and images for Reddit and Facebook.
- Write short-form video scripts, then produce the videos with our AI tools for IG, TikTok, and beyond.
- Edit and shape all AI output so it reads human, fits each platform and community's voice, and follows its rules.
- Post daily across the subreddits and Facebook groups we target.
- Reply to comments and DMs, answer questions, and keep conversations going so the accounts build trust and send people our way.
- Learn each platform and community's rules and norms so posts land and the accounts stay healthy.
- Track the traffic and signups your content drives, and feed what works back into the next batch.
- Quick weekly sync to talk about what's driving traffic.
What you'll make:
- $600 guaranteed monthly base (when content development metrics are met)
- Earn $100 for the first 100K views you get on any of your content.
- Earn up to $1,000/month, with a long-term partnership opportunity.
The commitment:
- 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, for at least 3 months.
You're a great fit if:
- You're comfortable using AI tools to write, script, and create video and images (ChatGPT, Claude, AI video and image generators), or you pick up new tools fast.
- You know how short-form content on Instagram and TikTok works, plus Reddit and Facebook groups, what gets views, what gets removed, and what actually drives clicks.
- You have strong English writing skills and good judgment on tone and voice.
Why work with us:
- Real work for your resume, you'll run live accounts and AI content systems and see exactly what drove traffic.
- Skills you'll actually use later: AI content generation, short-form video and scriptwriting, community marketing, copywriting, and analytics.
Flexible, fully remote schedule that fits around classes and exams.
- A strong reference from the team and a portfolio of work you can show in future interviews.
- A path to extend the role or go full-time if it clicks.
How to apply, tell us:
- One example of something you made with an AI tool (a post, an image, or a thread).
- Mention Pineapple in your application if you read this far.
- One sentence on why this appeals to you.
B2B Outbound Specialist — Sponsorship Sales to SaaS Companies (Research-Led, Low Volume)
Outbound Researcher + Copywriter — Media Sponsorship Sales to US/EU SaaS
Description
About us
KVERGE is a Spanish-language media brand for marketing and sales professionals in Latin America. We run a YouTube channel with ~21,700 subscribers teaching Latin American operators how to actually implement AI tools in their work — primarily in Mexico, Peru and Colombia.
We sell sponsorship and distribution packages to B2B software companies in the US, EU and Spain. These are companies that have decided Latin America matters — they've translated a landing page, maybe localized the product — and then discovered they have no way to reach the people who would use it. We're that missing distribution layer.
The role
We need someone to run research-led outbound to those software companies, book qualified conversations, and hand them to me to close. I do the closing. You do the sourcing, research, contact identification, and outreach copy.
What you'll do
Source and qualify software companies against a defined ICP we'll give you (a scored rubric with hard gates, disqualifiers, and a worked set of ~12 pre-assessed example accounts)
Research each account properly: their Spanish-language presence, their pricing and payment setup, whether they've hired regionally, whether they run an affiliate program
Identify the right person — usually Head of Demand Gen, Growth Marketing, Content, or a regional Latam marketing lead
Write genuinely personalized outreach. Every message goes to me for approval before it sends.
Manage the pipeline in Attio (our CRM) with clean stage discipline
Target outcome across the engagement: ~300–400 well-researched accounts, ~50 real conversations, ~10 closed deals
What this job is not
Read this part carefully, because it's the main thing that will make you a fit or not.
This is not volume outreach. Our total addressable market is a few thousand companies worldwide — that's it. We cannot spray. A burned account is gone permanently, and we will never get a second list. Research depth beats send volume every time, and I will never ask you how many emails you sent.
If your process is "load 5,000 contacts into a sequencer and optimize open rates," we're not a match and you'll be frustrated here. If you're the kind of person who reads a company's pricing page and notices their checkout won't accept a Mexican card, we should talk.
Requirements
2+ years B2B outbound experience selling to software companies, ideally media, agency or partnership sales
Demonstrably strong written English. Outreach copy is most of this job.
Comfortable doing real desk research — company sites, LinkedIn, funding announcements, affiliate directories
Experience with a CRM and disciplined pipeline hygiene
Working hours with meaningful overlap with US Eastern time
Nice to have
Spanish (useful for reading, not required — all outreach is in English)
Prior experience selling media, sponsorships, or creator partnerships
Familiarity with the AI tooling landscape
Important constraints
LinkedIn outreach is manual only. No automation tooling, ever — account restriction would cost us the channel.
No cold email into Germany or Austria. Those go through LinkedIn.
All copy is approved by me before sending. Non-negotiable.
You'll never quote pricing without my sign-off.
How to apply
Skip the generic pitch. Instead, answer this in under 150 words:
Name one B2B software company that clearly wants Latin American customers but has no Spanish-language content presence. Tell me how you know, who specifically you'd contact there, and what your first line to them would be.
Applications without a real answer to that won't be reviewed.

**Instagram Strategist for Global Luxury Personal Brand: Fashion, Travel & Culture**
I am looking for a highly tasteful Instagram strategist to help refine and grow my personal brand.
My audience spans the United States and Asia, with a particularly meaningful network in Hong Kong. My existing followers include high-profile individuals across entertainment, business, fashion, and society, including celebrities and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Discretion and an understanding of how to communicate to a sophisticated international audience are essential.
My goal is to be positioned as a globally minded tastemaker with a distinctive point of view across fashion, beauty, travel, culture, hospitality, and elevated social experiences. I have an existing archive of content from international travel, fashion events, luxury experiences, restaurants, art and cultural events, and my professional life. I need someone who can turn these individual moments into a cohesive and compelling personal brand.
This is not a role for someone who relies on generic templates, motivational content, engagement tricks, or an overly manufactured “influencer” aesthetic. I am looking for someone with genuine taste who understands understated luxury, cultural relevance, editorial storytelling, and how to make an aspirational life feel authentic rather than staged.
**What You’ll Do**
* Audit my current Instagram presence and identify what should be retained, archived, repositioned, or developed further
* Define my brand positioning, target audience, content pillars, visual identity, and tone of voice
* Develop a strategy that resonates across the United States and Asia, particularly Hong Kong
* Create a cohesive narrative around travel, fashion, beauty, culture, art, dining, events, business, and social life
* Review my existing photo and video archive and identify the strongest content to publish or repurpose
* Build monthly content calendars with a thoughtful balance of Reels, carousels, Stories, and static posts
* Develop distinctive recurring content series for my personal brand
* Write or refine captions that feel sophisticated, intelligent, natural, and culturally aware
* Advise on image selection, sequencing, editing, covers, music, tagging, and posting cadence
* Provide creative direction for future travel, events, fashion content, and photo shoots
* Help position me for relevant invitations, partnerships, press opportunities, fashion and beauty relationships, and an influential global network
* Track performance and refine the strategy based on audience quality, positioning, and meaningful opportunities, not simply vanity metrics
**The Positioning**
The brand should communicate:
* A global traveler with access and genuine cultural curiosity
* A sophisticated eye for fashion, beauty, design, food, and hospitality
* A tastemaker rather than a conventional influencer
* Socially connected and comfortable in elevated international environments
* Intelligent, worldly, feminine, polished, and culturally fluent
* A connection between the United States, Hong Kong, and other major global cities
* A balance of aspiration, personality, credibility, and discretion
The content should feel editorial, modern, effortless, selective, and internationally relevant. It should appeal to a sophisticated audience without looking overly calculated, flashy, or dependent on obvious displays of wealth.

* An understanding of how personal brands can create meaningful real-world opportunities and relationships
* Confidence providing honest creative direction, including what not to post
* Sensitivity when working with high-profile followers, private events, and socially prominent individuals
* Awareness of current Instagram formats and platform behavior without chasing every trend
Experience positioning founders, executives, creatives, society figures, or public-facing individuals is especially valuable.

2. A clear positioning and personal-brand strategy
3. Recommended content pillars and visual direction
4. Review and organization of my existing content archive
5. A 30-day content plan with post concepts, formats, and sample captions

Please include:
* A brief explanation of how you would position this personal brand
* Links to personal brands or Instagram accounts you have strategically developed
* Examples that demonstrate your taste and visual judgment
* Your experience in fashion, luxury, travel, beauty, hospitality, or culture
* Any experience developing brands for audiences across the United States and Asia
* What you believe separates a tastemaker’s Instagram from a typical influencer account

Video Editor Posting: "The Wildest Parties in History"
Job Title: Video Editor Needed for 60-Min YouTube History Documentary ("The Wildest Parties in History")
Category: Video Editing
Budget: $30 but bonus for great work and speed
Description:
I'm producing a ~60-minute narrative YouTube documentary titled "The Wildest Parties in History" — a cinematic storytelling video covering history's most legendary, chaotic, and out-of-control celebrations, from ancient Roman feasts to royal masquerade balls to modern festival disasters. Style is narrative documentary — think "History's Wildest [X] That Got Completely Out of Control" format.
What I need:
Full edit combining stock footage, historical paintings/images, reenactment-style b-roll, and light motion graphics (Ken Burns effect, text overlays, etc.)
Script will include bracketed [VISUAL:] cues throughout to guide pacing and imagery choices
Energetic sound design/music that shifts tone across eras — festive and chaotic for the "wild" moments, more grounded for historical context sections
Smooth transitions between distinct historical settings (Roman feast → royal masquerade → modern festival chaos), matching the visual variety in the thumbnail concept
Final export 1080p or 4K, YouTube-ready
What I'll provide:
Full script with timestamps and visual cues
Finished voice-over track (from a separate narrator)
Reference thumbnail for tone/branding (bold text, high-energy imagery — overturned tables, fireworks, chaotic crowd scenes)
In your proposal, please include:
Examples of similar long-form documentary or history-style edits, especially anything with a higher-energy or "chaotic party" visual tone
Whether you have access to a stock footage library or if I need to provide one
Estimated turnaround time
Timeline: Looking for a first draft within 2 weeks.
I need assistance in creating a direct mutual fund. The task involves setting up the fund structure and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial planning and investment management. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.

Seeking an expert direct response copywriter to craft high-converting email copy and sales pages. Responsibilities include writing compelling email sequences and sales pages that drive conversions and boost engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating content that resonates with audiences and drives results.
We are looking for an A-Player Content Director who understands how to turn customer research, marketing angles, and performance data into high-converting creative for DTC brands.
This is not a passive management role. You will lead the creative direction, develop winning concepts, improve the quality of our team’s output, and build a repeatable content system that produces better ads every week.
You will work with an existing team of Junior Creative Strategists and Video Editors. Your job is to give them the strategy, direction, feedback, and leadership they need to consistently produce strong direct-response creative.
The right person understands that attractive content is not enough. Every hook, script, visual, testimonial, demonstration, and editing decision must support the core marketing message and move the customer toward purchasing. This role is responsible for connecting written concepts with the right visual execution and directing editors to bring those concepts to life.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Creative Strategy
Lead the creative strategy for multiple DTC and e-commerce brands.
Conduct deep research into customers, competitors, reviews, objections, desires, trends, and market awareness.
Identify new marketing angles, hooks, offers, mechanisms, and creative opportunities.
Turn research and performance insights into clear creative concepts and actionable briefs.
Develop concepts for UGC videos, founder-led content, advertorial-style ads, product demonstrations, testimonials, statics, and other direct-response formats.
Ensure every concept has a clear target audience, pain point, promise, hook, message, and desired action.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of new concepts, iterations, and variations.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor our Junior Creative Strategists.
Review their research, angles, scripts, briefs, and creative recommendations.
Help junior team members improve their direct-response thinking and decision-making.
Assign projects based on priorities, capacity, and each team member’s strengths.
Hold the team accountable for deadlines, quality, and output.
Create clear SOPs, templates, research systems, briefing standards, and creative workflows.
Run productive creative meetings and provide clear next steps after every review.
Editor Direction and Quality Control
Provide editors with detailed, easy-to-execute creative briefs.
Direct the visual style, pacing, opening hooks, B-roll, text overlays, pattern interrupts, music, transitions, demonstrations, and calls to action.
Review creative drafts and provide specific, actionable feedback.
Ensure the final creative accurately represents the strategy and marketing message.
Maintain high quality without creating unnecessary revision cycles.
Improve the speed and consistency of the creative production process.
Performance Analysis
Work closely with the media-buying team to understand which creatives are winning and why.
Analyze performance using metrics such as thumb-stop rate, hold rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and creative fatigue.
Separate concept problems from execution, audience, offer, and landing-page problems.
Develop iterations based on actual performance data—not personal opinions.
Turn winning ads into creative families with new hooks, formats, audiences, and executions.
Document learnings so the team gets smarter with every testing cycle.
Content Production
Identify the content and assets needed to execute upcoming concepts.
Direct UGC creators, influencers, customers, founders, and internal talent.
Create shot lists, creator instructions, talking points, and production briefs.
Review raw footage and identify the strongest clips for editors.
Build a reliable content library for each brand.
Be resourceful when high-production assets are unavailable and find creative ways to produce effective ads with existing content.
Who We’re Looking For
You should have:
Proven experience leading creative or content strategy for DTC or e-commerce brands.
Strong experience with direct-response advertising, especially paid social.
A portfolio demonstrating creative strategy—not only attractive editing or design.
Experience developing ads for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar channels.
Experience managing creative strategists, editors, designers, or content creators.
A strong understanding of customer psychology, market awareness, offers, objections, hooks, and conversion-focused messaging.
The ability to interpret advertising performance and use data to guide creative decisions.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
The ability to give direct feedback without creating confusion or unnecessary friction.
A high level of ownership and attention to detail.
You’re Probably a Great Fit If
You are obsessed with understanding why customers buy.
You can explain why an ad worked beyond saying that it had a “good hook.”
You know how to turn one successful concept into ten intelligent iterations.
You enjoy coaching junior talent and raising the standard of an entire team.
You are comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility for outcomes.
You understand that creative strategy combines research, psychology, copy, visuals, production, and performance data.
You move quickly, communicate clearly, and do not need constant supervision.
You care about both creative quality and business results.
This Role Is Not for You If
Your experience is mainly in organic social-media management.
You focus on branding and aesthetics but have limited direct-response experience.
You have never managed or mentored a creative team.
You avoid performance data or rely mainly on creative instinct.
You provide vague feedback such as “make it more engaging.”
You need to be given every task instead of proactively identifying opportunities.
You are uncomfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
You cannot show examples of DTC creative you helped develop.
Success in This Role Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, we expect you to:
Understand our brands, customers, products, offers, and existing creative systems.
Establish a consistent research, briefing, review, and iteration process.
Improve the quality of briefs produced by our Junior Strategists.
Reduce confusion and revision cycles for our editors.
Build a reliable pipeline of new concepts and iterations.
Identify patterns behind our winning and losing creative.
Raise the strategic standard of the entire content team.
Help us produce more winning ads—not simply more ads.
To Apply
Please include:
A brief introduction explaining your DTC and direct-response experience.
