WHAT WE NEED
We're looking for a strategic content + email partner — someone who brings the plan, not just the hands. You'll read our analytics, form a point of view, and drive swatch sign-ups and mat sales.

SCOPE
1. Social content + strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn — content calendar, captions in our voice, scheduling via Metricool, and short-form video edits (Reels/TikTok).
2. Visuals & mockups for our Shopify store, social, and email — including PRODUCT MOCKUPS: rendering our mat designs into realistic room/lifestyle scenes and visualizing new designs on the mat for store listings and launches. Plus marketing graphics (posts, carousels, pins, email headers/layouts).

We are looking for a talented, versatile Marketing & Design Specialist with a proven track record in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) to elevate our brand presence. This role is a mix of high-end graphic design, strategic social media management, and SEO/AIO-driven content creation.

I'm launching a faceless YouTube channel at the intersection of self-improvement and running — videos like "I ran every day for 30 days — here's what it did to my brain." The audience is educated and curious: people who read books about habits and psychology, and who can smell a generic AI-written script from the first sentence.

That's exactly why this role exists. I've made a deliberate decision NOT to use AI-generated scripts. I'm looking for a human writer with a real voice, real curiosity, and the ability to make research feel personal. The writing IS the product on this channel — there's no on-camera personality to carry weak material.

WHAT YOU'LL WRITE

• 8–12 minute video scripts (roughly 1,200–1,800 words), written for the ear, not the page
• Topics from a 50-video idea bank I've already built — self-improvement, running, and the crossover between them (running as a lens on discipline, focus, identity, and mental health)
• Each script needs a hook that earns the viewer's next 30 seconds within the first 30 seconds

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

• Original thinking. Every script should contain at least one idea, framing, or piece of research the viewer hasn't heard in ten other videos on the same topic. Cite real studies when you use them.
• A personal, specific voice. First-person storytelling, concrete details, opinions. "Many people struggle with motivation" is the kind of sentence I'll send back.
• Structural variety. I don't want a template. A story-driven script, a myth-busting script, and an experiment-recap script should feel structurally different from each other.
• Genuine interest in the subject. You don't need to be a runner, but if habits, training, sports psychology, or behavior change genuinely interest you, it will show — and that's what I'm paying for.
• Bonus: you've written for YouTube before and understand retention, open loops, and pacing.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

• Not AI-generated or AI-drafted work. If I detect AI-written submissions, the contract ends immediately. (Using AI to research is fine — the writing must be yours.)
• Not a content-mill gig. I'd rather pay more for one great script a week than less for three mediocre ones.

RATE AND SCOPE

$30–70 per script depending on experience. Starting with a paid test script, then 10 videos, then ongoing weekly work if it's going well for both of us. Structured as one milestone per script.
