WHAT I WILL PROVIDE

I will provide you with:

* The main Dave Ramsey clip
* The background gameplay footage
* Any additional instructions required for the video

Your main responsibility will be to combine the clips and gameplay into a polished and engaging short-form video that is ready to upload. You will not need to search for the main clips or source the gameplay footage yourself.

REQUIREMENTS

You must:

* Have experience editing videos in CapCut
* Be extremely fluent in English
* Understand English well enough to identify the most important moments, remove unnecessary pauses, and create accurate captions
* Have previous experience editing YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, or similar short-form content
* Understand how to keep viewers engaged through strong pacing, captions, sound effects, zooms, and visual changes
* Be able to follow an existing editing style consistently
* Communicate clearly and meet agreed deadlines
* Pay close attention to spelling, grammar, subtitle timing, and overall video quality

Please do not apply if you have never edited short-form content before. I am looking for someone who already understands the basic structure of successful Shorts and will not require extensive training.

PAYMENT AND WORKLOAD

The starting payment will be approximately $2 per completed video.

At the beginning, I will likely commission a smaller number of videos while I gradually warm up and test the channel. However, once the channel begins receiving consistent views and the format has proven successful, I expect to commission approximately two to seven videos per day.

I also plan to expand the operation further if the channel performs well. This could lead to a much larger and more consistent workload across additional channels. I am therefore looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship rather than a single short-term project.

The ideal editor will be reliable, responsive, consistent, and able to maintain the same editing quality across a high volume of videos.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of digital marketing, including:

Develop and implement a complete online marketing strategy.
Increase book sales through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, and emerging platforms.
Create and publish engaging content daily.
Produce, edit, and distribute short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
Manage and grow the YouTube channel, including video publishing, optimization, thumbnails, playlists, SEO, and audience engagement.
Coordinate influencer outreach and partnerships with creators in recovery, mental health, wellness, podcasts, and self-improvement.
Develop affiliate and referral marketing opportunities.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Improve Amazon book rankings and visibility through proven book marketing strategies.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, launches, giveaways, and special events.
Analyze marketing performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations.
Identify new marketing opportunities and implement them independently.
Required Qualifications
