You'll be the operational backbone of our Authority PR and marketing visibility initiatives. This is not a social media management role — this is strategy execution and relationship building through copywriting and outreach.

Your core responsibilities include:

Authority PR Outreach: Research and build targeted media, podcast, and speaking opportunity lists aligned with our positioning. Write compelling pitch emails and outreach sequences to media contacts, podcast hosts, and event organizers. Track all outreach and follow-ups in our CRM system.

Copywriting & Campaign Support: Write email sequences, pitch copy, and marketing materials that represent our brand voice with precision and authenticity.

Visual Content Creation: Use Canva to create supporting graphics, social announcements, and promotional assets for campaigns and outreach efforts. Proficiency in Canva is essential.

Campaign & Pipeline Management: Maintain visibility and organization across all active PR initiatives, media placements, and speaking opportunities. Update and track pipeline progress in Zoho CRM.

Marketing Coordination: Support the execution of launch campaigns, workshop promotions, and visibility initiatives. Manage promotional timelines and ensure all assets and communications are delivered on schedule.

Administrative Organization: Keep files, templates, and campaign materials organized and accessible for the team. Documentation is critical.

Comfort with CRM systems: You can navigate Zoho (or similar platforms) and log activities, manage follow-ups, and pull reports.
