Help turn an ambitious AI company and an existing portfolio of content and ventures into a focused, well-run operation that ships.
Exponentials is developing AI-powered personalized discovery around human intention: people express what matters to them, and the system helps them discover relevant options across commerce, healthcare, education and media. Our working proof of concept is a starting point for a larger vision: AI that earns trust by helping people pursue their own goals. We are seeking a senior, technically capable operator to work directly with founder Alex Hammer. You will connect product delivery, AI automation, investor readiness, team execution and growth into one practical operating system. This role brings together our most important recurring needs. Exponentials is the first priority. The second is making our publishing and content assets easier to operate and grow. Additional ventures enter the roadmap only when priorities and capacity support them. The right person can personally build useful systems, lead specialists and make sound decisions in ambiguity. You should enjoy turning a founder's vision into clear choices, accountable owners and completed work. YOUR MISSION Create a visible, dependable path from idea to execution. Every important initiative should have an owner, a next action, a realistic sequence and evidence of progress. Work with our existing contributors and identify the expertise needed to close gaps. PRODUCT AND AI DELIVERY Improve the Exponentials discovery experience and its investor demonstration. Prioritize intent understanding, relevant results, clear explanations, reliable integrations and smooth onboarding. Establish repeatable checks for recommendation quality, broken journeys, mobile usability and responsiveness. Work with our Base44 applications and the surrounding APIs, data and automation. Personally implement appropriate improvements and lead deeper engineering or design work with specialists. Keep the distinction between a controlled demonstration and production-ready functionality clear. Build coordinated AI-assisted workflows across research, product operations, investor preparation and publishing. Use appropriate review steps, permissions, logs, error handling and human handoffs. We value dependable systems that reduce repeated work and make their outputs easy to inspect. FOUNDER AND TEAM OPERATIONS Create a single prioritized roadmap, concise task briefs, practical documentation and a weekly operating review. Recruit and assess specialist contributors, coordinate dependencies, check deliverables and resolve stalled work early. Organize the founder's information and follow-through across projects. Bring a recommendation and alternatives when a decision is needed. Keep communications concise, context complete and commitments visible. INVESTOR READINESS AND RELATIONSHIPS Build and maintain an investor CRM, relationship history, research briefs, follow-up tracking, meeting preparation, investor updates and an organized data room. Help align the product demonstration, narrative and supporting evidence. Support founder-led conversations with thoughtful preparation and consistent follow-through. Research highly relevant investors and strategic partners, explaining the specific fit. The founder reports strong interest from sophisticated investors; your contribution is to turn that interest into a disciplined, credible relationship process. Apply the same care to selected creator, media and publishing partnerships. Judgment, discretion and useful context matter more than the volume of outreach. CONTENT AND PUBLISHING OPERATIONS Connect our 27-book nonfiction catalog and existing podcast, video and social content to practical workflows. Build a usable inventory, organize reusable material, coordinate distribution and create dashboards that show audience response and title-level progress. Develop a focused path across Community, Courses, Cohorts and Consulting where the underlying content and audience evidence justify it. Help turn long-form material into useful platform-specific content, with editorial review and clear ownership. Coordinate with publishing and growth specialists on experiments, reader development and reporting. Prioritize one or two promising initiatives before expanding. Success means useful experiences, stronger engagement and demonstrable progress toward the chosen business goals. WHAT THE FIRST 90 DAYS SHOULD PRODUCE Days 1–15: audit the current product, workflows, team and content assets. Identify the most important bottlenecks, establish baselines and propose a ranked roadmap with clear dependencies. Days 16–30: deliver a usable operating dashboard, improve the investor workflow and ship an important product or automation improvement. Document what changed and how it was checked. Days 31–60: stabilize the highest-value workflows, improve the demo journey and launch a focused content or publishing experiment with measurable learning. Days 61–90: strengthen successful systems, resolve remaining ownership gaps and present the next roadmap based on evidence. Exact deliverables will reflect the initial audit and agreed priorities. WHO WILL EXCEL You have led complex startup or founder-led initiatives and personally built working automations, integrations or AI-enabled products. You can discuss APIs, data flows and failure modes while communicating clearly with nontechnical colleagues. Strong experience in technical project management, product operations, business process automation and team leadership is essential. Experience with investor operations, CRM systems, content businesses or publishing is valuable. Base44 familiarity is a plus; sound engineering judgment and the ability to learn matter more than a particular tool badge. HOW TO APPLY Share two relevant examples: one system or product you personally helped ship, and one initiative you led across multiple contributors. Explain the starting problem, your exact role, the result and what you would do differently. Then explain how you would prioritize this role's first 30 days, what you would personally own and where you would use specialists. Describe your available capacity and working-hour overlap with New York. We are looking for a thoughtful builder and operator who cares about human-centered AI, follows through and can make a complex portfolio steadily easier to run. Client's questions:

I’m looking for a reliable, organized YouTube Channel Manager / Virtual Assistant to help manage the production, publishing, and repurposing workflow for a new Youtube channel.
I’m a healthcare provider and entrepreneur creating long-form content around mental health and performance, business, and motherhood. My goal is to record approximately one long-form YouTube episode per week and have someone else handle most of the execution after recording. Responsibilities You would help with: - Managing the weekly YouTube publishing workflow - Using Descript for light editing and cleanup of long-form videos - Organizing and managing video projects within Descript - Creating multiple YouTube thumbnail concepts for each episode - Creating strong title options for me to choose from - Uploading, formatting, scheduling, and publishing YouTube videos - Preparing descriptions, chapters, keywords, and other publishing details - Using AI and editing tools to identify strong moments from long-form episodes - Turning long-form content into Reels, Shorts, and other short-form clips - Editing short-form clips in Descript or another appropriate tool - Adding captions and basic formatting to short-form videos - Creating Instagram Reel covers/thumbnails, primarily using Canva - Preparing, scheduling, or posting short-form content - Keeping the content calendar and production workflow organized - Making sure content moves from recording → editing → approval → publishing without me having to manage every step Editing Style I am not looking for highly produced or cinematic editing. The content should feel clean, professional, polished, and natural, with the focus on strong ideas and clear delivery rather than excessive effects or complicated editing. Descript will be the primary editing platform for my long-form content, so you should already be comfortable using it or be able to learn. For thumbnails and visual assets, experience with Canva or a similar design platform is important. Ideal Candidate You may be a good fit if you: - Have experience managing YouTube channels - Are comfortable using Descript for long-form video editing (or able to learn quickly) - Understand YouTube titles, thumbnails, and packaging - Have experience creating thumbnails in Canva - Have experience editing talking-head, educational, or podcast-style content - Know how to repurpose long-form videos into engaging Reels and Shorts - Are comfortable using AI tools to speed up content repurposing and production - Have good visual judgment and attention to detail - Are highly organized and able to manage a recurring weekly workflow independently - Can work with minimal supervision once the workflow is established Expected Workflow Approximately one long-form YouTube episode per week, with several short-form clips repurposed from each episode.

I host a bilingual podcast called From Where to Here, focused on language, culture, and identity, based in Birmingham, Alabama. The content is consistent, the brand is clear, and the episodes are dropping regularly (starting to go weekly but previously was monthly). What I need now is someone who can look at the full picture and tell me what I am missing.
This role is for you if you genuinely enjoy digging into a brand, spotting what is holding it back, and building a clear path forward, without being handed a to-do list. If you need detailed direction to get started, this is not the right fit. What this role is NOT: - Content creation - Caption writing - Video editing Those stay with me. What I need is the strategy behind it all. The breakdown: 70% strategy — auditing, analyzing, recommending, and advising on growth across YouTube and Instagram 20% collaboration — weekly 30-minute call on weekends to review progress, adjust priorities, and plan ahead 10% execution — light Publer scheduling support as needed What matters most: You ask questions before starting, not after. You think ahead. You flag blind spots and bring solutions. You work proactively so we are not redoing things. Goals for the 3 months: YouTube: grow toward 1000 subscribers (currently 244) and 4000 watch hours Instagram: grow from 540 to 1000+ followers Logistics: Central or Eastern time zone preferred (or within 1 hour) Flat-rate contract, 3 months Budget: $800 To apply: Tell me one blind spot you commonly see with podcast brands on YouTube or Instagram, and how you would address it.

I’m looking for a highly skilled short-form video editor to help turn my long-form content into engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
I’m looking for an editor who understands the style of high-retention personal-brand content similar to the editing styles used by creators such as Andrew Tate clippers, Quan, Project Caprice, and other viral personal-brand pages. This is NOT basic talking-head editing. I want someone who understands how to make a clip feel fast, entertaining, emotional, and highly engaging. Editing Style I’m Looking For * Strong hooks within the first 1–2 seconds * Fast-paced jump cuts * Dynamic/animated captions * Emphasis on specific words * Zoom-ins and punch-ins * B-roll * Screenshots/images * Memes/GIFs when appropriate * Sound effects * Background music * Motion graphics * Pattern interrupts * Clean audio * Strategic transitions * 9:16 vertical formatting * Edits designed around retention and watch time I will provide reference videos showing the exact style I’m looking for. What You’ll Be Doing I’ll provide long-form footage, podcasts, conversations, interviews, or other content. Your job will be to: 1. Identify the strongest moments 2. Create compelling short-form clips 3. Build a strong hook 4. Remove dead space and unnecessary dialogue 5. Add captions and visual emphasis 6. Add B-roll, graphics, images, sound effects, etc. 7. Create an engaging story within the clip 8. Deliver polished videos ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Important I’m looking for someone who can think like a content editor, not just operate Premiere Pro/CapCut. You should understand: Hook → Retention → Pacing → Story → Pattern Interrupts → Payoff Please do NOT apply if your portfolio consists primarily of basic captions, transitions, and template edits. To Apply Please send: 1. Your portfolio 2. 3–5 examples of your BEST short-form edits 3. Examples specifically showing talking-head/podcast/personal-brand content 4. Your price per video 5. Your price for 10 videos 6. Your typical turnaround time 7. What editing software you use 8. Tell me which reference creator/style you think your work is closest to Paid Test I may select several editors for a paid test edit using the same footage. I’m looking for someone who can become a long-term editor and potentially handle consistent weekly content. If you understand viral short-form editing and can make someone stop scrolling, apply with your portfolio. I included some Instagram pages of some content creators. I follow who inspire me and I’d like content similar to theirs. I really want you to be able to get creative and make viral content to resonate with my community as I grow.

|
We’re looking for a **client-facing Client Success Manager** to join a growing video content agency working with creators, experts, podcasters, and personal brands.
Internally, we call this role an **Account Producer**. This is not a customer support role, and it is not a video editing role. You will be the primary owner of several client accounts, making sure the video projects move forward, content is delivered at a high standard, decisions are informed by actual performance data and that clients are happy, ### What you’ll own **Client success and communication** * Be the main point of contact for assigned clients * Communicate proactively so clients do not need to chase us for updates * Lead client calls and handle feedback professionally * Manage expectations, approvals, changing priorities, and difficult conversations when necessary * Understand each client’s goals and help ensure our work is moving them toward those goals * Identify dissatisfaction or churn risks early and take action **Project and production management** * Own deadlines, priorities, approvals, follow-ups, and overall production flow * Coordinate video editors and other specialists * Give editors clear, actionable feedback * Understand enough about video editing, storytelling, social media, and content production to recognize when something is not good enough * Catch quality problems before they reach the client * Keep projects organized in ClickUp and make sure nothing falls through the cracks **Performance optimization** * Keep client performance data organized across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others * Review metrics and identify patterns in what is and is not working * Present useful insights to clients, not just reports * Recommend tests, adjustments, and next steps based on performance * Use tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to help analyze data, organize findings, and generate hypotheses while applying your own judgment * Work with our Creative Strategists on deeper creative strategy when needed **Publishing** * Schedule and publish approved content using Metricool and relevant platforms * Ensure titles, captions, thumbnails, links, and other publishing details are correct ### What we need Non-negotiable: * Excellent spoken and written English * Professional, confident, and presentable in client-facing situations * Strong client communication and relationship-management skills * Strong project management and organization * Leadership and ownership mentality * Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once * Good understanding of social media, especially YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn * Good understanding of video content, editing, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention * Able to give clear feedback to creative teams * Comfortable reading performance data and turning it into decisions * Proactive problem solver who identifies issues before they become client problems * Commercially aware and understands that client satisfaction and retention matter Nice to have: * Experience working for a content, video, podcast, creative, or marketing agency * Experience managing creators, coaches, experts, founders, or personal brands * Experience with Metricool, ClickUp, Frame.io, YouTube Studio, or similar tools * Thumbnail or graphic-design knowledge * Experience using AI tools for analysis and productivity You do **not** need to be a world-class creative strategist or personally edit the videos. We have dedicated editors and creative strategy support. You do, however, need enough content judgment to lead the account intelligently and recognize when the work is not meeting the standard. ### Schedule This is a **part-time, long-term role** with flexible working hours. We do not care about clocking a specific number of hours. We care about ownership, responsiveness, communication, and results. You must have meaningful availability during **U.S. Eastern Time business hours**, since you will communicate directly with clients and our team. Weekends are generally not expected. Occasionally, something genuinely urgent or deadline-sensitive may require attention. The number of clients you manage can grow over time depending on your availability, performance, and how much responsibility you want to take on. ### Compensation Compensation is structured as: **$300/month base + $100–$300/month per active client managed**, depending on the complexity and scope of the account. For example: 2 Silver clients + 1 Bronze client = $800/month 2 Gold clients + 1 Silver client = $1,100/month This means compensation grows as you demonstrate that you can successfully own more client relationships. There will also be opportunities for performance-based bonuses tied to account health, client retention, reliability, and results. ### Career path Associate Account Producer → Account Producer → Senior Account Producer From there, growth can continue into different paths: Client Partner: own key client relationships, retention and account growth Lead Account Producer: lead and mentor other producers Creative Strategist: specialize in higher-level content and creative strategy Progression depends on performance, strengths and the direction you want to grow. ### To apply Please keep your proposal concise and tell us: 1. Your current location/time zone and your availability during U.S. Eastern Time. 2. Your experience managing clients and projects. If any. 3. Your experience with video, podcasts, YouTube, social media, or content production. If any 4. The tools you regularly use, including any AI tools. Record a quick 2–3 minute Loom showing us any piece of content you’ve seen recently that you think could be much better. Tell us what isn’t working and what you would change. It can be a YouTube video, podcast clip, Reel, Short, LinkedIn video, etc. We’re not looking for a formal presentation. We just want to see how you think and communicate. We care less about having the “perfect” answer and more about how you communicate, think, organize information, and take ownership.

Short-Form Video Editor and Social Media Content Creator for Executive Brand

About the Brand
I am Jeremy Scott MBA, a healthcare strategy executive, published author of The Clarity Code, and founder of Pivot Studio, an AI-powered decision coaching platform. The Clarity Code Collective is the social media brand I am building across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X. This is not a generic coaching brand. It has a specific editorial visual aesthetic, a proprietary trademarked decision-making framework, a published book, and an audience of mid-career executives and organizational leaders. The content standard we are aiming for is Bloomberg Businessweek meets McKinsey Insights. You are not starting from scratch. A comprehensive Brand and Content Bible, 100 approved quotes from the book with usage instructions, an established visual design system, six months of posted content, and complete platform access are all ready for whoever joins. What the Role Involves Short-form video editing is the primary skill I am hiring for. I will be recording talking-head videos and occasional podcast clips. You will edit these into polished 30 to 90 second Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts with burned-in captions, text overlays, and background music layered underneath at low volume. The hook, pacing, and caption placement all matter. This is not basic cutting. This is crafted short-form content. Graphic design for social posts using the brand's premium editorial design system. The aesthetic is dark background, bold serif typography, gold accents. Not templates. Not generic. Intentional and high-end. Caption writing in the brand voice, monthly content calendar creation, and post scheduling across all platforms using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later. Proactive content thinking. I want someone who watches a 60-minute podcast episode and comes back with clip selections and a rationale, not someone who waits to be told what to edit. You Are the Right Person If You have a portfolio showing short-form video edits you have produced for personal brands, thought leaders, coaches, or executives. At least one example should be a podcast or interview clip edited into a Reel or TikTok under 90 seconds. Your graphic design work does not look like it came from a template library. You have experience managing social media content for an individual rather than a company, and you understand the difference. You communicate proactively and meet deadlines without being chased. How to Apply In your proposal please include the following. A link to your video editing portfolio or at least two specific examples of short-form video work. Two examples of graphic design work. Your answer to this question in three to five sentences: Look up the Clarity Code Collective on LinkedIn. What is one content opportunity you would pursue in the next 30 days and why. Proposals without a video portfolio will not be reviewed. Generic proposals that do not answer the question above will not be reviewed. Client's questions:

No animation, graphics, or motion templates needed. This is a conversational, storytelling-driven show think sitting with a friend who’s telling you a great story and cracking jokes along the way. Pacing and timing are everything.
What I need: • Protect the natural rhythm of the story. I’m not looking for someone who mechanically removes every silence or pause. • Clean, natural-feeling edits not choppy jump cuts or edits that interrupt the buildup of a story or joke. • Strong editorial judgment when working with multiple takes. If I restart a section or give a few different versions of a line, you should be comfortable choosing and assembling the strongest performance. • Know the difference between dead air and a pause that’s doing something a setup before a punchline, a reaction beat, a breath before the story turns, etc. • Use close-ups, wider framing, punch-ins, and other subtle shot variation intentionally to maintain visual interest without making the edit feel random or overdone. • Understand comedy and storytelling. You should know when to cut, when to punch in, when to hold on a reaction, and when leaving something alone makes the joke work better. • Cultural fluency matters. You should be comfortable with AAVE, sarcasm, internet-native humor, and conversational storytelling. I need an editor who can understand the joke/voice well enough to edit around it properly. • Create a short opening teaser/cold open using strong moments from later in the episode. The purpose is to hook the viewer and make them want to continue watching not simply compile random funny clips. • Reliable turnaround: the first 2 episodes must be completed by September 16. Scope: • 2 episodes to start (~30–40 minutes raw footage each; target final runtime ~17–25 minutes) • Main episode edit + opening teaser/cold open • No shorts, intro/outro creation, animation, or motion graphics required • I will provide a previously edited episode as a reference for the pacing/style I’m looking for • Flat rate: $40 per episode / $80 total • Ongoing work is possible if we’re a strong fit, with potential for a recurring monthly arrangement as the show continues To apply: • Send a reel or 2–3 examples of your most relevant work. Talking-head comedy, storytelling, personality-driven entertainment, or similar work is preferred. • Tell me your typical turnaround time per episode and confirm you can deliver both first episodes by September 16. • Confirm that you're comfortable with the $40/episode fixed rate.

I’m looking for a motion graphics designer to help develop a small, reusable visual system for a recurring segment within an unreleased women’s entertainment show.
The larger brand identity already exists. What I need is someone who can translate that identity into a distinctive motion language for this segment particularly how questions appear, choices are presented, selections are made, and moments are revealed. The segment has game mechanics, but I do not want it to look like a traditional game show, Twitch/stream package, mobile game, or generic YouTube template. The direction should feel contemporary, editorial, playful and polished. Creative thinking matters as much as technical motion-design ability.. I’m open to a designer suggesting a better way to visually handle these moments rather than simply executing exactly what I describe. What I Need Created - Short animated QC title/segment identifier - Reusable question treatment - Reusable multiple-choice treatment - Animated selection state for when I choose an answer - Animated reveal/result state, where appropriate - Small persistent branded QC screen element and alternate/inactive state - A few transitions/motion behaviors that make the segment feel cohesive - Editable/source files so text can be changed for future episodes without rebuilding the animations To Apply Please send 1–3 examples of your work that are most relevant to this project. I’m especially interested in seeing work involving any of the following: - animated question/answer or choice-based graphics - show or recurring-segment graphics - interactive/game-inspired motion - editorial motion design - kinetic typography - animated selections, reveals, states, or transitions - branded entertainment, YouTube, podcast, or social-show graphics Please prioritize relevant examples over a general demo reel. The examples do not need to contain all of these elements I’m looking for evidence that your existing skills/style could translate to this project.

The opportunity combines timely subjects, distinct audiences, and multiple routes to purchase: Amazon, direct sales, retail, libraries, and institutional buyers. The project budget is $100,000, with scope, milestones, and deliverables agreed before contracting. Advertising, distribution, and third-party spending require separate approval. We want an experienced operator who can select the strongest opportunities, execute campaigns, close partnerships, and show what produces profitable sales. This is an opportunity to shape a catalog with multiple commercial entry points: professional learning, fandom, cultural curiosity, and future technology. If you have turned promising nonfiction into sustained demand, bring your evidence and a clear plan for doing it again. YOUR MISSION Turn our existing sales plan into a prioritized operating plan. Audit publication status, listings, positioning, formats, pricing, distribution eligibility, and available sales data. Choose a small launch group based on audience demand, conversion readiness, margins, and channel fit. Expand only when evidence supports it. Own Amazon listing optimization, keyword research, descriptions, relevant categories, conversion testing, and Amazon Ads. Build segmented email funnels, sample-chapter lead magnets, reader journeys, thematic bundles, and cross-promotion. Develop targeted creator, newsletter, podcast, and community partnerships. Pursue bookstore, library, corporate training, conference, and bulk-purchase opportunities where economics justify the effort. FIRST 90 DAYS Deliver a baseline audit, ranked priorities, channel economics, and a practical testing calendar. Launch focused campaigns for the strongest titles, create sales assets, and maintain a qualified partnership pipeline. Report weekly on units, revenue, contribution margin, advertising efficiency, conversion, and attributable orders. Explain what you stopped, improved, or scaled and why. Treat the source plan's forecasts as hypotheses to validate. WHO SHOULD APPLY Bring documented nonfiction book-sales results and personal responsibility for execution. Demonstrate Amazon advertising expertise alongside direct marketing or institutional sales. Show commercial judgment about royalties, printing costs, discounts, returns, distribution restrictions, and customer acquisition. Build legitimate reader demand through accurate positioning and compliant promotion. Include two relevant case studies with starting conditions, spend, timeframe, sales outcomes, and your exact contribution. Review the catalog below, choose your first three priorities, and explain the audience, offer, channel, and test for each. Propose initial milestones, your availability, and how you would allocate effort across the catalog. THE CATALOG The 27 entries below include alternative editions; the repeated Co-Evolution title is intentional. Audit edition overlap before launch. Selected manuscripts can be shared during discussions about sales potential. AI, BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION & DISCOVERY 1. Americas With The World is preparing its first international broadcast and is seeking a warm, intelligent, camera-comfortable bilingual presenter based in South or Central America.
You would contribute a short recorded segment that complements a segment from Olivia, our American broadcaster currently based in Washington, D.C. The goal is to bring two real perspectives together—one from the United States and one from Latin America—around a shared cultural or social topic. For this first paid pilot, we would ask you to: * Record a natural 3–5 minute video segment in English * Share an authentic perspective from your country or community * Collaborate with us remotely on the topic and basic talking points * Record with clear sound, good lighting, and a clean background * Potentially include a brief Spanish introduction or closing We are not looking for a formal newsreader. We want someone engaging, thoughtful, internationally minded, and able to speak naturally to an audience. Experience in podcasting, broadcasting, journalism, interviewing, presenting, or on-camera content creation is preferred. If the first collaboration works well, this could develop into recurring broadcast segments and interviews. Please include: 1. Your current city and country 2. A short video, voice sample, or link to previous work 3. Your English and Spanish proficiency 4. Your rate for the first 3–5 minute completed segment 5. A few sentences about why this project interests you Project website: https://www.americaswiththeworld.org/

First project: URGENT: needs to be completed within 2 days. A 2-minute animated explainer video to loop on repeat at a marketing/trade show booth, demonstrating our software's features to CTE school administrators. Full script, brand guidelines, and asset list are ready to hand off — this is a build-from-script job, not a concept job.
Ongoing work after that: We will be running two podcast one for CTE educators and one for Cosmetology teachers and will need a regular editor to turn full episodes into clipped, captioned short-form content for social (Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn/YouTube Shorts), plus edit full-length episodes. We are also creating a video library of classes where we are teaching Career Tech Education teachers how to teach, these videos will need editing as well. We're looking to establish a consistent working relationship with one editor rather than re-hiring per project. Looking for reliable turnaround and communication — this is a long-term relationship, so we're weighing consistency as much as first-project quality

The price listed for this job is per video. I am asking for 8 videos/month, so this will be approximately 200/month that I hope to spend.
I am interested in hiring someone to help with my YouTube production. 1. Saturday episodes: I record myself talking (like a talking head video) and then overlay archival images (video footage when I have it), to relay a story and my videos are typically 8-12 minutes in total length. See my channel here: http://www.youtube.com/@thatshakespearelife I would like to level up the Saturday videos and make them look better than they do currently, and if I have editing help I can get more creative with the footage I’m using for those. The Saturday ones I’d like to feel like micro-documentaries. 2. Monday Podcast Highlight Reels. Take my raw podcast video recording and edit it into a 15 minutes "best of" reel for YouTube. 3. Full Video Version of the Podcast. Take the same raw podcast episode, and edit it into a full video version of the recording, removing the mistakes with jump cuts (no fancy transitions). Adding lower thirds to identify the guest and putting provided historical images like woodcuts, documents, paintings, etc, into the video where it matches what we are talking about. I want to create video versions of my podcast which edits out any mistakes me or my guest might make during the raw recording, and add in the opening credits and post roll items so it sounds like the podcast but has the video version. We record on Zoom, so it would be editing the original zoom recording. On these videos, I need you to be able to watch the episode and listen to what we talk about to know where to add the images I am providing. I can send you a rough outline of the order in which we cover questions and make suggestions for where approximately I want the pictures to be, but I am not good at the details like exact time codes and that's one reason I'm hiring someone. So you need to be able to function without hand holding on that level of detail. Ideally, I would batch create these videos monthly and have you edit them and then I can schedule them. My podcast episodes range from 15 minutes all the way to 1 hour, and usually fall in the 30-45 minute range, but they are not consistent each time. Weird Word videos are always under 1 minute, designed to be a YouTube short. Here's an example of the type of Saturday videos I do. This was about 20 minutes of footage to start with. https://youtu.be/YYBSmFdDrLQ?si=9mWbhO_8gh1pA_hp Here's another example that I did from a while back: https://youtu.be/cnT-v5QjLKY?si=yNR45oJ5DBVzal2v The style I am wanting is MythBusters Meets Lucy Worsley. I really like the videos from Tasting History with Max Miller. See his channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@TastingHistory Here's a dropbox folder with footage and a script outline plus the intro/outro to use for three youtube videos. I want to do them as DIY History videos. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/0wmcni0bd8gq9jr4976pl/September-2026-YouTube.docx?rlkey=wa708ht4fr5l62fmrkm3bjvp8&st=dsjghk1u&dl=0 I want to be able to post the first one of these out this weekend, and have the other two back by this time next week if possible. Additoinally, here's video files for my latest podcast episode. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/xeolotz368gplkq6oo1yp/ANjCO3HEHT0fusFo0JubKuQ?rlkey=mfnq0fyfuu7p1aru6wevwyfyq&st=x642lo40&dl=0 On the podcast, I would like to have a highlight reel I can post to YouTube and a full video version I can put onto Patreon. You can decide what highlights are best to use, I'm thinking maybe just the first few questions? Whatever the optimal length for increasing subscriptions and watch hours on YouTube is, aim for that length. The audio files for the podcast intro/outro are included in the dropbox folder. I do want something on the video version for these bits, but I don't have graphics created. I would want the editor on this job to make the graphics for this part on the video that we can reuse. Logo and intro/outro files are included in the dropbox above. Please quote me a price and delivery time for the current project (3 videos for September and the current podcast video plus a podcast video weekly + highlight reel weekly) and then quote me a monthly cost moving forward. I want to spend about $100-200/month on these videos, and I want them functional over expensive. I need someone who can follow rough instructions without detailed time codes, is willing to watch the footage I am sending over to get a feel for the content and match editing to the theme. I want someone who is knowledgable about YouTube best practices, and can help support an ongoing platform build for a history/documentary channel. I expect you to meet deadlines and communicate clearly when assets or files are missing or you need something from me to finish the projects. Do not use AI for this project. Client's questions:

RealPower.TV is a Cleveland-based Black civic media network — multiple weekly shows across YouTube, radio, podcast, and a daily news site. We're hiring one individual, not an agency, to run our social operation day-to-day. The strategy, the schedule, and the tools are already built. We need the operator who runs them.
What you'd own Daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, on a fixed weekly slot grid we provide One YouTube Community post per day Building posts from our existing inventory: published articles, episode clips, radio segments, newsletter Producing graphics inside our brand templates Promoting our shows, newsletter, and podcast distribution Growing reach and engagement so our sponsorship inventory becomes sellable We handle in-house. All YouTube video work — long-form uploads, Shorts, titles, descriptions. All caption and post copy. You are building and scheduling, not writing our voice. Tools provided. You pay for nothing. Metricool (all accounts connected), Canva Pro, Opus Clips with a library of hundreds of scored clips ready to schedule, and access to Claude. How we work — read before applying Every post links to a specific article on our site, never the homepage, with UTM tags on every link One call to action per post, never stacked Every Facebook and Instagram post closes on one specific, answerable question You build into the scheduler as drafts. We release. Nothing auto-publishes. Political compliance is non-negotiable. We operate alongside a political action committee. Any post naming a sitting officeholder is organic only — never boosted, never promoted. If that reads like a minor detail to you, this is not your role. Requirements Fluent spoken and written English. Video interview required. Minimum 4 hours of daily overlap with 9 AM–5 PM US Eastern, every business day Daily multi-platform posting experience for one brand, with something to show for it Comfortable building graphics inside an existing brand template Working knowledge of AI tools, specifically Claude, in your daily workflow Follows written process exactly. This operation runs on rules. Nice to have: experience driving social traffic to an owned website. Interest in politics, civic affairs, or Black media. Client's questions:

The job is creating a new logo for a podcast
The logo should suggest clarity, protection and connection without becoming an obvious padlock, shield or generic technology symbol. I want a minimalist design built primarily in black, white with one focal accent colour. The accent should be distinctive and controlled rather than loud; it can become the key colour reference for the podcast website and related digital materials. See brief for full details.

We are hiring one person to own our marketing communications end to end: the content calendar, the tone of voice, the emails, the newsletters, the social media, the CEO's LinkedIn, the blog, the lifecycle copy, the PR, the tradeshows and events, the creatives and everything the represents our brand. Full-time, 40 hours a week, fixed hours overlapping US Eastern, contract-to-hire via Upwork. We are seeking the person who makes the impossible possible.
⦿ Who we are – The company and the momentum A US-based commercial real estate financing platform, in market since 2020, HQ in Miami. Brokers and borrowers post a deal once; qualified lenders compete to fund it. We have thousands of lenders on the platform. In mid-2026 we launched self-serve subscription plans, and that changed the company to a PLG motion driven. For the first time our growth depends on marketing actually working rather than on a sales team carrying every deal over the line. We have the product, the liquidity and the proprietary data. What we need to improve is our market position: a voice the industry recognizes, a point of view lenders want to read, and a communications engine that runs whether or not anyone is watching. We are a rather small and agile team, fully AI-native internally and externally. The Head of Marketing as well as the CEO are fully hands-on, and the pace is a startup's pace. That is the job. It is not a content-production role and it is not a support role. You are in the driver seat. ⦿ What you will own You will own how a US commercial real estate financing platform is understood by its market – THE BRAND AND THE STORY. Our positioning, our messaging architecture across 2–3 very different audiences, our claims, our tone. You decide how we sound, and you defend it everywhere – ads, emails, the website, the deck, the CEO's LinkedIn. When the brand drifts, you are the person who notices first. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP AND ORIGINAL RESEARCH. We sit on proprietary data about how CRE deals actually get financed, and almost none of it has reached the market. You turn it into the industry's reference material: a flagship quarterly report, data-led commentary, bylines, the kind of piece a lender forwards to a colleague. This is our single biggest unexploited asset and it is yours. THE EXECUTIVE VOICE. You write for our CEO – LinkedIn, bylines, speaking abstracts, podcast pitches. All at the standard he publishes without rewriting. Over time you build a public bench beyond one person. EARNED MEDIA AND INDUSTRY RELATIONS. Press, CRE trade media, podcasts, associations, partner co-marketing, and the journalist relationships that turn into coverage. Today this is close to zero. All of it is upside, and building it is yours. OWNED CHANNELS AS ONE SYSTEM. A three-edition industry newsletter, product communications, the blog, the website's words, social, video – run not as a shopping list of assets but as one calendar with one point of view, publishing on a rhythm the market can set its watch by. SEARCH AND AI VISIBILITY. SEO and the newer half of it: being the answer when a broker asks an AI assistant how to structure a bridge loan. Keyword and question mapping, on-page and technical fundamentals, and tracking whether the models actually cite us. LIFECYCLE AND CAMPAIGN COMMUNICATIONS. The words that move someone from signup to first deal to paid subscription – onboarding, activation, nurture, re-engagement, upgrade. You write them, brief the build, QA them before they go live, and measure whether they moved anything. GO-TO-MARKET FOR EVERYTHING WE LAUNCH. Product marketing for new features, plans and market segments: positioning, naming, the launch plan, and enablement material our sales team will actually use. CAMPAIGN STRATEGY. You set the priorities our paid-media contractor executes against – which audience, which message, which landing page, what we are trying to learn. He runs the platforms; the strategy, the creative and the readout are yours. CUSTOMER PROOF. Case studies, testimonials, G2 reviews and references – the evidence layer that makes everything else believable. EVENTS AND PARTNERSHIPS. The CRE conference calendar before, during and after: who we target, what we say, what we send, how we follow up, and what we can co-market with partners. MEASUREMENT AND THE OPERATING RHYTHM. Executive summary reports and dashboards a CEO can read in three minutes and acts on: what shipped, what it did, what changes next week. You own the numbers on your own work, and you are honest about them when they are not as good as expected. Nothing on that list belongs to someone else. Where you need hands, you have them — a part-time paid-media manager, an automations lead who builds and sends what you spec, developers for product surfaces, and budget for specialist freelancers when a job needs one. You instruct them. You are not waiting on them. ⦿ Your first 90 days Days 1–30 —Take the wheel. Audit. Publish the calendar. Take over the content and product communications and miss nothing. Derive our voice from what already exists and write it down. Ship the quarterly industry report, which lands in your first fortnight. Deliver your first four weekly readouts. Days 31–60 — Set the position. A messaging architecture for both sides of the marketplace, written and adopted. A content engine on a real cadence with search and AI visibility designed in from the start. First earned-media pitches out. Lifecycle sequences rebuilt around activation rather than opens. Days 61–90 — Compound. Measured lifts you can point at. The next quarterly report already outlined. A public bench beyond the CEO. A marketing function that runs on a documented and process oriented rhythm instead of on heroics. ⦿ The ultimate candidate - 3+ years in B2B marketing communications, at least one of them as the owner of the communications at a company under 50 people — no agency behind you, no design team, nobody handing you briefs. - US commercial real estate company, lending firm, brokerage, PropTech, CRE media, or a Fintech startup, hands-on experience, within the last five years (i.e. you can explain DSCR or a cap rate to a broker in one sentence). - You have written under an executive's name and earned the right to have it published unedited. - You have owned an editorial calendar for a brand, and you have a portfolio with examples you can showcase. - You think in click-to-open, impressions and activation, and you will tell a CEO which metric to focus or contrary stop looking at. - AI-fluent in practice rather than in vocabulary: you have built a workflow — context files, prompts, a human edit layer — and you can say exactly when the model was wrong and what you never let it do. Must have real-life Claude / Gemini / Open AI Chat GPT evidence to back it. - Fluent, idiomatic American English at a level a CEO publishes first pass - Full-time and exclusive. Fixed hours, 9am and 5pm US Eastern + overtime hours + weekends in crisis mode (if necessary). ⦿ Strong plus · Two-sided marketplace or product-led growth experience (huge advantage!) · Original research or a data report you shipped, produced and written end to end (showcase in your portfolio). · Earned placements you pitched and landed yourself (showcase in your portfolio). · Canva / Figma / Photoshop basic design skillset. · Search Atlas, SemRush or equivalent SEO tools proficiency. · Mastering CRM platforms such as – ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio. · Light no-code web skills in Webflow, Elementor, Squarespace, Framer, LP, static pages. ⦿ Not for you if... · You are an agency or have only worked agency-side. · You only worked at enterprises or at a creative department in corporates. · Your portfolio has no numbers in it. · You want to subcontract any of these tasks above · You hold another job. · "Familiar with AI tools" is the most specific thing you can say about AI. ⦿ Terms · Competitive compensation – hourly rate depending on location and experience · 40 hours a week, paid weekly through UpWork with the Time Tracker on. · Contract-to-hire: this becomes a direct role after an initial period and a 90-day review. · You report to the Head of Marketing and work directly with the CEO on the executive voice. ⦿ Hiring Process Screening questions → a 45-minute video call including a live writing and editing exercise → a paid work sample ($100 flat fee, three to four hours, identical brief for every finalist) → a 30-minute conversation with our CEO → offer. The first 30 days are a paid probational initial period against a written plan. ⦿ How to apply [READ THIS PART CAREFULLY] Proposals that skip these are declined without review. There is a great deal of AI-generated proposal volume, and this is how we get past it. 1. Answer the five screening questions in full, in your own words, starting with the first one. 2. Two pieces of work you personally owned: the situation you inherited, what you changed, and the result with real numbers. Ranges are fine if you say why. 3. Tell us the channel you are weakest in. We trust the person who names one and provides explanations. 4. Confirm your fixed working hours, and that you have no other full-time commitment, and list your expected hourly rate. 5. Skip the paragraph about how passionate you are about the role. Impress us by adding a link to your portfolio and let it speak for itself. * We reply to every proposal that follows these steps within 1–2 business days. Client's questions:

Hi! I’m looking for a graphic designer/illustrator to bring my podcast logo idea to life.
The podcast is called “TrAnS~pArEnT-Tea Speaking.” I already have a pretty clear vision and an AI-generated concept image that I LOVE and will provide as a reference. I do NOT want the AI image simply cleaned up or copied. I want a designer to take the concept and professionally illustrate it, give it personality, and make it feel like an actual recognizable podcast brand. THE CONCEPT The main focus of the logo is a large teacup filled with tea. Sitting around different parts of the top/rim of the cup are my three children: • Girl, age 9 - Two cute, big puffy ponytails. Girly, sweet and expressive. • Boy, age 7 - Short curly fro. Playful personality. • Boy, age 2 - Short curly fro. Toddler, cute and animated. Then there’s Mom… IN the tea. 😂 I want the mom partially submerged in the tea, reaching/climbing her way out. The important part is that I DON’T want it to look like she’s literally drowning or in danger. It’s more symbolic of motherhood and life sometimes having you in over your head, while you’re still figuring it out, pushing through and keeping everything going. Basically: the kids are chilling on the cup while Mama is fighting for her LIFE in the tea. 😂 Funny, relatable and a little chaotic, but still beautiful. PODCAST NAME Underneath the cup: TrAnS~pArEnT-Tea Speaking I intentionally want the unusual capitalization/spelling of TrAnS~pArEnT-Tea incorporated into the branding. I’m open to the designer’s creativity with fonts. I like the idea of mixing a bold/editorial font with a handwritten or script-style font, but I’m not married to anything yet. OVERALL LOOK I want it to feel: • Warm • Feminine without being overly girly • Funny/playful • Expressive • Slightly chaotic in a GOOD way 😂 • Polished and professional • Modern • Memorable • Black-family centered • Illustrated/cartoon style, but NOT childish The reference image has pinks, warm browns, cream and gold tones that I really like, so I’d like to stay somewhere within that general color family. I also really like the dimensional/illustrated feel of the reference, but I want the final artwork to look artist-designed rather than AI-generated. IMPORTANT I’m specifically looking for someone who is strong in custom illustration AND logo/brand design. Please send examples of illustrated logos, character illustrations, podcast artwork or similar work you’ve personally created. I’d also like the final files to include the appropriate high-resolution and editable/source files so the artwork can be used for podcast platforms, social media, merchandise and future branding. I’m very open to a designer bringing their own creativity to this. I have the concept. I need someone who can look at it and say I can bring this vision to life.

2-Month Instagram Content Creation & Scheduling Project
The Swap Society is looking for a creative, organized, resourceful social media professional to help us create and schedule two full months of Instagram content. We are a growing community built around clothing swaps, sustainability, community, and making it easier for people to shop smarter and reduce waste. We are looking for someone who can take our existing content and brand assets, source new content where needed, and turn it into a cohesive, engaging Instagram presence. This is a project-based contract with the potential for ongoing work if it is a good fit. The Project Your primary deliverable will be approximately 2 months of Instagram content, fully created and scheduled in advance. We already have a substantial amount of content and assets, including videos, blogs, event information, sizzle reels, ambassadors, partners, and more. Some content categories will require you to research and source appropriate material. We are comfortable with you using AI tools to assist with research, writing, ideation, design, editing, and other aspects of the project. We care about the quality of the final product, not whether every piece was created manually. Content Categories The Instagram content should incorporate a balanced mix of the following: Content We Already Have Memes Videos Internal Swap Society events Blog posts Sizzle reels Ambassadors Location partners Member benefits Member perks Vendors Sponsors Impact/community content Podcast content Content You Will Help Source/Create External events relevant to our audience Sustainability/fashion industry news Interesting facts and statistics Relevant cultural or community content Additional meme concepts when needed Other timely content that fits our brand and audience The goal is not simply to fill a calendar. We want the feed to feel intentional, interesting, varied, and distinctly like The Swap Society. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Reviewing our existing social media content, website, blogs, events, and available assets Developing a two-month Instagram content plan Creating captions and post copy Repurposing existing content into new social media posts Identifying opportunities to turn blogs, podcasts, events, and existing content into multiple posts Researching and sourcing relevant external events, news, facts, and other content Creating or sourcing memes that fit our brand and audience Creating simple graphics or social assets when needed Using AI tools efficiently for research, brainstorming, copywriting, repurposing, and content creation Ensuring all sourced content is appropriate, accurate, and properly attributed when necessary Maintaining a consistent brand voice Creating an appropriate mix of promotional, educational, entertaining, community-focused, and engagement-driven content Scheduling the completed content directly to Instagram using our designated scheduling platform Reviewing the scheduled feed to make sure the overall content looks cohesive Checking captions, dates, links, tags, hashtags, and other details before scheduling Making sure event-related content is scheduled appropriately around event dates What We Expect as the Final Deliverable At the end of the project, we expect: Two complete months of Instagram content that is: Fully written Fully designed/assembled where applicable Properly formatted for Instagram Organized and ready to publish Scheduled in Instagram in advance Consistent with The Swap Society's branding and voice A thoughtful mix of the content categories listed above Reviewed for spelling, grammar, accuracy, and scheduling errors We want to be able to look at our Instagram calendar and know that the next two months are handled. What We're Looking For The ideal person is: Creative. You understand social media and know what makes someone stop scrolling. Resourceful. You can take a simple idea, blog post, event, or statistic and turn it into compelling social content. Organized. You can manage a large number of posts, assets, dates, links, and content categories without things falling through the cracks. Self-directed. We don't want someone who needs to be told what to post every day. We will provide the brand, assets, information, and direction; we want you to take ownership of turning that into a finished content calendar. A good researcher. Some of our content will need to be sourced externally. You should be comfortable finding relevant news, events, facts, statistics, and social media inspiration while verifying information before publishing. AI-savvy. We are completely comfortable with the use of AI tools. In fact, we encourage you to use them where they make the process more efficient. However, we expect you to use AI as a tool—not as a substitute for judgment, creativity, fact-checking, or understanding our brand. Social-media fluent. You understand Instagram formats, captions, Reels, carousels, Stories, engagement, hashtags, trends, and the importance of varying content types. Detail-oriented. A wrong event date, broken link, misspelled partner name, or incorrect statistic is not acceptable. Our Work Relationship We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the project. We will provide you with access to our existing content, brand information, website, events, and other resources. We will answer questions and provide direction when needed, but we don't want to micromanage the process. We value someone who can say: "I noticed we don't have enough educational content in this area, so I found three relevant topics and created posts for them." rather than: "What should I post next?" We also want someone who is comfortable communicating when something isn't clear, asking smart questions, and making recommendations. Communication Expectations We expect: Reliable communication Reasonable response times Meeting agreed-upon deadlines Proactive communication about problems or delays Willingness to receive and implement feedback Professional and collaborative communication We are a small, growing company, so we appreciate people who are flexible, entrepreneurial, and willing to figure things out. About The Swap Society The Swap Society is a community built around swapping rather than traditional shopping. Our mission is to make it easier for people to shop smarter, reduce waste, and meet people. We host clothing and other types of swaps, work with local businesses and community partners, and are building a network of swap locations and communities. Our content needs to reflect more than just clothing swaps. We want to talk about sustainability, fashion, community, creativity, conscious consumption, local businesses, events, and the people who make our community special. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys that world and can help us tell the story. Project Details Project Type: Contract / Project-Based Platform: Instagram Project Length: Approximately 2 months of content Primary Deliverable: Two months of completed and scheduled Instagram content AI Tools: Permitted and encouraged where appropriate Potential for Ongoing Work: Yes, for the right person To Apply Please send: A brief introduction and why you think you'd be a good fit for The Swap Society. Examples of Instagram accounts or content you've managed or created. Examples of your captions, Reels, carousels, or other social content. Tell us what AI tools you currently use for social media/content creation. Tell us what scheduling platforms you are comfortable using. Your proposed project fee for creating and scheduling two months of content. Your estimated timeline for completing the project. Tell us about a time you had to take a large amount of existing content and turn it into a cohesive social media strategy. Bonus Points If You... Love sustainability or circular fashion Understand the secondhand/resale/thrift ecosystem Have experience with event-based businesses Have experience with community-focused brands Know how to create engaging Reels Have strong visual instincts Understand how to repurpose one piece of content into multiple social posts Have experience growing an Instagram account organically Are excited about what The Swap Society is trying to build We're not looking for someone to simply "post on Instagram." We're looking for someone who can take ownership of turning our existing content, events, community, and mission into two months of engaging social media.

This is a sales job. Your job is to sell. Not to build funnels, not to make content, not to advise on strategy. Everything is built and running. You work the leads it produces, find more, and close.
Who we are We teach people how to buy, own, run, and sell a small business. The founder bought a business with cash, financed one with an SBA loan, founded one, ran two locations, and sold one. Our audience is business owners and people about to become one, mostly 40 to 60. What you will sell - A free account and a free 6 lesson course. The front door. - Single courses and packages on our own LMS. - The Deal Room, a monthly membership with one live deal review call a week. - Everything: twelve months of every course, every calculator, and The Deal Room. The top of the ladder. - A one-to-one deal review with the founder on one listing, sold as a booking. One published price and one link per product. You never quote a different number. The four situations Every lead is in one of these, and your first job in any conversation is to find out which: 1. Looking at a business to buy, or deciding whether to buy or start. 2. A new owner in their first year. 3. An owner whose business cannot run a week without them. 4. An owner two to three years from selling. How you will sell - Social DMs. Reply to comments on our Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube posts and continue in the DM. Keyword flows (comment GAP, NINETY, SYSTEMS, or EXIT) hand you warm leads daily. - Email. Every free account, enrollment, download, and abandoned checkout lands in the CRM with a sequence behind it. You write the personal follow-ups and take over when someone replies. - The existing funnel. Free course, lead magnets, product pages, one checkout link each. You move people through it. You do not rebuild it. - Community threads. Useful answers on Reddit, in Facebook groups, and on LinkedIn, from an account that identifies you, with our disclosure line. - Follow-up. A set cadence on every open lead until they buy, say no, or ask you to stop. - Booking. Deal review buyers, and members whose deal a live read would change, onto the founder's calendar with notes. - Our content. Weekly video, Shorts, podcast, and daily posts are your conversation starters. A normal day 1. Inbound. Every new lead answered within 4 business hours, sorted into one of the four situations, moved to the right next step. 2. Outbound. Target after the trial is 25 new real conversations a day. Real means the other person replied. 3. Follow-up on everyone who went quiet. 4. CRM, all day. Every conversation logged, every lead staged, every outcome recorded. 5. Friday report, in numbers: conversations, replies, free accounts, courses, memberships, Everything, deal reviews, calls booked. What you are measured on Free accounts opened, courses and memberships sold, and Everything purchases, against the hours you bill. The two week trial is measured on conversations and reply rate. After that, sales. What this job is not Not funnel building, not content creation, not strategy or consulting. If a step is broken you tell us and we fix it. No agencies, no "done for you" systems, no frameworks. Proposals pitching any of those are declined without reply. Tools Mautic as the CRM and email system, Resend, our LMS, Stripe checkout links, Zoho Social, ManyChat, and Cal.com. All set up. We train you in week one. Rules you work under - No earnings or outcome promises, ever. We teach a process, not a result. This is a legal line. - Published prices only. No invented discounts or urgency. - Testimonials only from our approved list. - You disclose that you work for us wherever you post. - No purchased lists, no bots, no bulk automation. Pay and terms There is a hefty bonus structure for those that hit their mark. Only qualified individuals will see the thousands of dollars in bonuses that can be made on top of salary. $5 to $12 per hour on the Upwork time tracker, set by your sales record. 15 to 20 hours a week to start, two week paid trial, then hours grow with your numbers. No retainer. At least 4 hours of overlap with US Central time, Monday to Saturday. Who fits You have sold person to person over DMs, email, or phone and can show it. Your written English reads like a US colleague wrote it. You can hear no forty times a day and keep going. How to apply 1. Start your proposal with the word OpErAtOr. 2. Record a video under 2 minutes: who you sold to last, how you found them, how many conversations it took to close one. 3. Answer all six screening questions in full. One line answers are declined. 4. No templates. If your proposal could go to any other job, it will be treated as one. 5. Also, have you sold e-learning courses, online courses or anything like that? We only reply to profiles with a verified identity badge and visible job history. Shortlisted candidates receive a full role document.
