* Three separate highly edited shorts / reels per episode (60 seconds min - both I and the guest should appear in each reel whenever possible)
* Reels should include dynamic editing, captions/highlighted words, motion graphics, and strong visual pacing suitable for social media (linkedin, youtube, Tiktok and Insta)

4) Additional Notes on Editing Style
I want both the full episode and the reels to include a polished, dynamic production style with motion graphics, animation, highlighted words, and visual explanations where relevant. This is a key part of the project and one of the main reasons I’m looking for an expert producer.

We are looking for a Fractional COO to serve as the operational right hand on the media side of the business. This is a strategic role, not a support role. You will own outcomes, build systems, and drive execution.

The role starts at 5 hours per week with the intention to grow as the business scales.

What you will be responsible for:

• Strategic and operational leadership across media activities
• Directing an executive assistant and overseeing team growth
• Optimizing content production workflows and publishing cadence
• Developing platform and audience growth strategies
• Building SOPs and project workflows in Notion
• Identifying new revenue opportunities
• Leveraging AI tools to streamline production and operations

What we are looking for:

• Experience in media operations, content production, or digital marketing at a strategic level
• A self-starter who takes ownership with minimal direction
• Familiarity with podcast production, YouTube growth, and social media strategy
• Experience managing small teams, freelancers, or assistants
