They connected multiple tools through webhooks and APIs, added steps to clean/normalize incoming data, and set things up so messages could be tagged, key fields pulled out, and drafts prepared for our team to review (nothing was auto-sent without approval, which we wanted). The workflow was built with strong logging, retries, and safe fallbacks, so when something fails we can see exactly where and why.
Akammi’s communication was also great, clear questions upfront, regular updates, and no surprises. The documentation/SOPs were genuinely useful: workflow map, setup notes, and a straightforward troubleshooting guide that our team can actually follow. They also gave thoughtful phase-2 recommendations for scaling and improving performance.
I’d absolutely hire Akammi again if you need someone who thinks in systems and builds automations that are maintainable, not brittle.
