Research market trends, competitor designs, and consumer preferences to produce relevant and compelling artwork.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for brand and product development.
Revise and refine artwork based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on illustration trends and industry standards to continually improve and innovate.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Illustration, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in illustration, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging work.
Expertise in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography as they relate to branding and packaging.
Experience with print production and packaging requirements, including dielines and CMYK color processing.
Ability to translate brand values and messaging into compelling visual narratives.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience working in e-commerce, retail, or consumer product industries is a plus.
