I have a SketchUp model that needs to be translated into professional-grade AutoCAD files for construction documentation. The scope is three separate, fully detailed drawings that cover both the stair assemblies and the related floor-plan portions shown in my model.
What I need from you: take the SketchUp reference, interpret every dimension and note, then create clean DWG files with a disciplined layer structure and accurate lineweights so the sheets read immediately on site. Each drawing must be laid out at the correct scale, annotative text styles set up, and plotting presets embedded so I can hit print and issue straight to the builder.
Final deliverables are the editable DWG files plus matching PDFs, all coordinated and ready for issue.

Interior Design, Typesetting, Hardback & EPUB
Novel by Gerard Wackrow | 102,913 words | Nine chapters
The brief is supplied solely to price the interior design, hardback typesetting, reflowable EPUB production, proofs and revisions. Retail strategy, royalty comparisons, audience-building platforms and continuing publication administration are outside this quotation brief. No PDF containing Chapters 1-2, or any other extract, is authorised for public release.
1. Overview
The manuscript is a completed and proofread fantasy novel It contains 102,913 words across nine chapters. The primary readership is readers aged 8-13, but the novel is intended as timeless crossover fantasy for readers of all ages, drawing on the tradition of classic children’s fantasy adventure. The interior should feel accessible, literary and age-inclusive rather than juvenile. Typesetting is not copy-editing. Any textual issue discovered during production must be flagged for approval rather than silently rewritten.
2. Scope
The agreed production scope should state explicitly which party is responsible for each of the following:
I’m asking for the following
• Design and typeset the complete 102,913-word, nine-chapter hardback interior at 6 × 9 inches.
• Create chapter-opening designs, scene breaks, front/back matter, headers and pagination.
• Produce an accessible, reflowable EPUB 3.
They must provide:
• Print-ready interior PDF
• Validated EPUB 3
• Packaged editable InDesign file
• Linked production assets
• Font and style lists
• EPUB validation/testing record
• Final page count
• Confidential low-resolution proof PDF
• Final corrected production files
Unless the quotation expressly says otherwise, publication-platform administration remains the publisher’s responsibility and is not included merely because production files are supplied.
3. Print format
• Preferred trim size: 6 x 9 inches.
• Black-and-white interior on cream paper.
• No bleed is required.
• Mirrored margins with an inside gutter appropriate to the final page count, binding and printer requirements.
• The final printer, binding style and paper specification must be confirmed before production export.
• The final page count must be supplied immediately after print-layout approval so the cover and spine can be sized correctly. No fixed total page count is to be imposed before typesetting.
• The print PDF must contain single pages, not reader spreads, unless the printer provides contrary written instructions.
4. Typography
Preferred body typeface: Adobe Garamond Pro. Provide full-size sample pages using both options:
• 11.5 pt body text with 15 pt leading.
• 12 pt body text with 16 pt leading.
The final selection will be made after reviewing a printed proof or full-size sample PDF. The print PDF must embed the required font subsets. Font files must not be redistributed where the licence prohibits it.
• Body text justified, with a first-line paragraph indent of approximately 0.2-0.25 inches.
• No additional spacing between normal body paragraphs.
• The first paragraph after a chapter heading or scene break is not indented.
• A two- or three-line drop capital may be used at each chapter opening.
• Widows, orphans, awkward word spacing, excessive hyphenation, loose final lines and unbalanced spreads must be corrected manually.
5. Named text styles
The InDesign document must use clearly named paragraph and character styles, including: Body Text; First Paragraph; Chapter Number; Chapter Title; Chapter Opening Paragraph; Drop Capital; Scene Break; Block Quote; Letter or Extract; Running Header; Page Number; Half Title; Title Page; Copyright; Dedication; Epigraph; Glossary Entry; Pronunciation Entry; Acknowledgements; Author Biography. Ad-hoc overrides should be kept to a minimum and documented. The supplied style list must identify any print styles that map to specific EPUB classes or semantic elements.
6. Chapter-Opening design
• Each of the nine chapters begins on a new page with a dedicated opening design.
• Chapter One begins on a recto page.
• Subsequent chapters should begin on the next available page, whether recto or verso. There is no requirement to insert blank pages to make every chapter begin on a recto.
• Each opening contains the chapter number and chapter title.
• Story text begins lower on the same page beneath the chapter design.
• A two- or three-line drop capital may be used at the beginning of the opening paragraph.
• Chapter-opening pages do not display running headers.
• The design is decorative but restrained, with a classic crossover-fantasy character suitable for children and adults.
7. Scene breaks
Use one small, consistent typographic divider that complements the fantasy theme without appearing childish or distracting. In the EPUB, implement it as an accessible text separator with semantic markup so scene changes remain clear when CSS is unavailable.
8. Running heads and pagination
• Running headers alternate between book title and author name.
• No running headers on chapter-opening pages, title pages or intentionally blank pages.
• Page numbers appear consistently at the outside bottom or centred bottom.
• Front-matter and main-text pagination follow professional publishing conventions.
9. Front matter
Format the following in this order where applicable:
• Half-title page.
• Title page.
• Copyright and production-credits page.
• Dedication.
• Epigraph.
• Introductory note.
• Contents page, if approved.
A printed contents page is optional for the fiction edition. The EPUB must contain a linked navigation table of contents.
10. Copyright and production credits
The copyright page should include:
• Book title and author.
• Copyright (c) year and rights holder.
• All-rights-reserved statement and fiction disclaimer.
• Edition and publication year.
• Publisher or imprint.
• Print ISBN and EPUB ISBN.
• Publisher or author website.
• Printing location, if required.
Allow space for the final approved contributor credits, including:
• Editing and proofreading credits.
• Interior design, typesetting and EPUB-production credits.
The exact spelling and preferred wording for every contributor must be confirmed before publication. No contributor is to be publicly credited without approval.
11. Back matter
Format the following in this order where applicable:
• Glossary of invented words.
• Pronunciation guide.
• Guide to characters, creatures and locations.
• Acknowledgements.
• About the author.
• Other books or forthcoming titles.
• Author website and reader information.
• Production colophon.
12. Glossary and pronunciation guide
Entries should help younger readers understand invented words, creatures, locations and important story terms. Arrange them alphabetically, keep definitions concise and avoid major plot information.
If extensive, divide the material into Words and Expressions, Characters and Creatures, and Places.
13. Acknowledgements and colophon
Acknowledgements contain personal thanks and recognise those who supported the book's development. Formal professional credits appear on the copyright page. A short colophon may identify the body typeface, interior designer, printer and production method.
14. EPUB edition - production requirements
Create one clean, reflowable EPUB 3 master edition with:
• Semantic chapter headings and correctly nested document structure.
• Correct reading order and properly identified front matter, body matter and back matter.
• A linked EPUB navigation document and logical spine order.
• Complete publication metadata, including title, author, language, identifier, publisher/imprint, rights and publication date.
• Accessibility metadata appropriate to the finished file, without claiming a conformance level that has not been evaluated.
• Meaningful link text and accessible scene breaks.
• Text that remains available when CSS or custom fonts are disabled.
• Reader control of font family, size, line spacing, margins, colour theme and orientation.
• No fixed-page imitation of the print interior.
Adobe Garamond Pro is a print-design preference, not a mandatory EPUB display font. Do not embed it in the EPUB unless the licence specifically permits ebook embedding. Use a robust serif fallback stack and allow the reading system or reader to override typography.
15. EPUB validation and reading-system testing
• Validate the final master with the current production release of EPUBCheck and resolve all errors. Any retained warnings must be documented and approved.
• Run an accessibility check using a recognised EPUB accessibility tool, such as Ace by DAISY, followed by manual review.
• Test navigation, headings, reading order, links, metadata and scene breaks.
• Test enlarged text and user-adjusted spacing to confirm that content reflows without clipping, overlap or loss.
• Test representative light, dark and sepia themes where supported.
• Test in Kindle Previewer, Apple Books, a Kobo-compatible reading environment, Google Play Books preview where available, and at least one standards-oriented EPUB reader such as Thorium.
• Supply a short validation and testing record naming the tools and versions used, the date tested and any known limitations.
16. Confidential production files and no public PDF sampler
No chapter, extract, sampler or preview edition - specifically including Chapters 1 and 2 - may be released, posted, uploaded, emailed to a public list, offered as a download or otherwise distributed in PDF format without Gerard's prior written approval.
• The print-ready PDF is a confidential production file for the approved printer or print-on-demand platform; it is not a public ebook or promotional download.
• Any low-resolution review PDF is for private proofing only and must be marked 'CONFIDENTIAL REVIEW COPY - NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION'.
• No partial-chapter PDF is included among the deliverables, promotional assets or retailer-upload files.
17. Deliverables
The completed project should include:
• Print-ready, single-page hardback interior PDF with all permitted fonts embedded and no crop, registration or printer marks unless requested.
• Validated and tested reflowable EPUB 3 master file.
• EPUBCheck report or result record and a short accessibility/reading-system test record.
• Packaged editable InDesign source file, all linked production assets, and a style sheet or named-style list.
• Font list with licensing information; licensed font binaries only where redistribution is permitted.
• Final page count.
• Watermarked low-resolution review PDF for confidential proofing only; not for public release or use as a chapter sampler.
• Final corrected production files.
• Handover manifest listing filenames, version/date, intended platform and checksum or equivalent version identifier.
18. Proofing and approval
The project includes the following approval stages:
1. Initial typography and chapter-opening samples.
2. Approval of one complete chapter design.
3. Complete print-layout proof.
4. EPUB proof.
5. One reasonable correction round.
6. Final production check, validation and export.
A correction round covers correction of production errors and a reasonable quantity of approved author corrections. Substantial rewriting, new back matter or changes after final approval must be separately quoted.
19. Proposed Production Time Schedule
Please provide your proposed overall completion time
Stage Indicative allowance
Typography and chapter-opening samples How long to completed
Complete sample chapter and approval How long to completed
Full print typesetting How long to completed

ACCURATE, EDITABLE SKETCHUP MODEL OF ONE CONDO UNIT - SELECTIVE STUD LEVEL FRAMING
I need a clean, dimensionally accurate SketchUp model of a single 796 SF ground floor condo unit, built so I can edit it destructively without it falling apart.
This is a MODELING job, not a VISUALIZATION job. No rendering, no materials, no lighting, no photorealism. A plain white model is exactly what I want. If your portfolio is primarily renders, this is probably not a good fit.
The point of paying for this is to save me time and give me a tool I can work through solutions with. I am going to open this model and test ideas in it, figuring out how a reconfiguration could actually be built. It has to survive that kind of handling.
=====================================
THIS JOB IS SMALLER THAN IT LOOKS
=====================================
I have attached a document with sample construction drawings. FIG 1 in that document is a marked up floor plan that divides every wall in the unit into two categories:
ORANGE = model to the stud. Individual framed members, each its own group or component, with the sheetrock modeled as individual sheets.
BLUE = a simple solid at correct thickness, correct position, and correct openings. No framing inside it. No separate sheetrock.
Count the orange before you quote. Most of the drawings in the attachment exist to support a small number of accurate walls, not to be modeled in full.
The isolated orange segments are deliberate. They are the connection points I need in order to plan changes to the doorways, so they must be framed even though they are small.
=====================================
THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
=====================================
In the orange walls I will delete individual studs, one at a time, to study framing changes. If deleting one stud shifts, breaks, or deforms anything else, the model has no value to me.
Build it this way:
1. Every discrete member in an orange wall is its own group or component. Each stud, plate, header, block, and sheetrock sheet is separate. Deleting one must change nothing else.
2. Native SketchUp only. No paid extensions or plugins required to open or edit the result.
3. Tags organized by member type: studs, plates, headers, blocking, sheetrock, trusses and joists, doors, windows, trim, cabinets, appliances, vents, utilities, slab, patio, and one empty MEP tag.
4. Clean geometry. Correct origin, real world imperial units, no stray edges, and no hidden geometry holding assemblies together.
5. Solid closed groups so section cuts read cleanly.
IN YOUR PROPOSAL: tell me specifically how you will ensure I can delete a single stud without breaking the model. I want your actual method, not a reassurance. This is how I will evaluate proposals.
=====================================
FULL DETAIL, NON NEGOTIABLE
=====================================
These four items are the reason I am commissioning the model. Everything else exists to support them. Model them exactly as detailed in the construction drawings.
1. THE SHEAR WALLS, INTERIOR AND COMMON
Framed member by member. On these walls only, the sheetrock must be modeled as individual sheets rather than a continuous skin, so I can remove one sheet at a time. Sheetrock is modeled as separate sheets nowhere else in this job.
2. THE BATHROOM CEILING FURR DOWN
Model the correct sequence of furr down materials as separate layers, framing then channels then board, in the order the drawings specify. Not a single solid block at the right height. The air duct inside the furr down does not need to be modeled.
3. INTERIOR DOOR HEADERS
Every interior door header at the member size given in the beam and header schedule, with correct bearing and correct king and jack studs.
4. THE WATER HEATER SUPPORT
The steel support column and the concealed header it bears on, which crosses the bottom chord of two trusses. Model as drawn.
=====================================
WHERE YOU CAN SIMPLIFY
=====================================
BLUE WALLS
Simple solids at correct thickness and position with correct openings cut. Sheetrock thickness is included in the solid. No separate sheets and no framing inside.
DOORS
A premade typical American six panel interior door assembly, including jamb and casing, is acceptable and encouraged. The profile does not have to match. The dimensions do. A full door and window schedule in the drawing set specifies every dimension, and on the ground floor that means the wider accessible widths rather than the upper unit sizes. If you use stock components, name the library in your proposal and confirm there is no license restriction on my editing or redistributing the model.
WINDOWS
I cannot change the windows, so I have to plan around them and the muntin grid proportion has to be right. Model each window as a flat plane set at the correct depth inside a rectangular opening in the wall solid, with the muntin grid drawn as rectangles punched through that plane in correct proportion. Allow for the thickness of the casing. Nothing beyond that. Sizes and positions are in the door and window schedule.
VENTS AND UTILITIES
Do not model ductwork. Do show the wall vents and the intake vent as accurately scaled and accurately placed rectangles. Known utility elements should be handled the same way: simple shapes, correct size, correct position per the drawings. The washer and dryer hookups in the 6 inch wall behind them are the main example.
NEIGHBORING UNITS
The neighboring units are mirrored copies of mine, so model mine and mirror it rather than building them again. I need roughly 5 feet of each neighboring unit past the party wall, enough to carry the shared wall and the floor and ceiling assemblies. Their interiors do not matter. The one exception is the western party wall, which needs its stud level detail to be accurate rather than mirrored.
PATIO
Massing only. Correct overall dimensions and position in simple solid shapes. Skip the horizontal wood siding and model the slab flat. The massing needs to be right. The finish does not.
CABINETS, APPLIANCES, AND COUNTERTOP
Plain blocks at correct size and position. I need the volume they occupy, with no drawers, doors, or hardware.
DO NOT MODEL AT ALL
Soap dishes, towel bars, grab bars, wire shelving, pantry and plant shelves, and decorative trim. Keep anything structural, anything attached to a shear wall or a header, and the fire sprinkler head. When you are unsure whether to skip or keep something, ask me.
MEP
One empty MEP tag, plus five reference components at correct size that I can copy and place: outlet box, switch box, light fixture, pipe or conduit segment, and fire sprinkler head. The bathroom ceiling sprinkler head is currently visible, so model that one in its actual position.
MILESTONE 1, SHELL FOR VERIFICATION
Slab, exterior walls, all walls as simple solids, all door and window openings, overall dimensions, and ceiling heights. I check this against the drawings and against the unit itself before you build any framing. This keeps a dimensional error from propagating through everything.
MILESTONE 2, ONE FRAMED WALL AS A TEST
Before framing everything, send me one completed orange wall as a .skp file, preferably the interior shear wall. I will open it and try to delete a stud and a sheetrock sheet. That takes ten minutes and it tells both of us immediately whether the structure is right. It is a small milestone and it is the one that prevents a rebuild.
MILESTONE 3, FULL BUILD
All remaining orange walls framed, blue walls as solids, structure, ceilings, doors and windows, vents and utilities, massing items, and the MEP reference components, delivered with the tag structure above.
1. The .skp file. State which SketchUp version you will deliver, and if it is newer than mine include a downsaved version.
2. A neutral format backup, either .dae or .ifc.
3. A brief written index: what each tag contains, the model origin, the units, where the five MEP reference components live, and the source of any stock components used.
No colors, materials, lighting, or rendering.
=====================================
WHAT I PROVIDE
=====================================
1. The complete construction drawing set for the building, including all architectural plans, all structural sheets, all sections, all details, all interior elevations, and the full door and window schedule, at full resolution. The attached document is a sample, not the working set.
2. A written sheet index identifying exactly which drawings govern this unit, so you are not hunting.
3. Photographs of any condition on request. The unit is currently stripped to framing in places, so much of what the drawings only imply can simply be photographed.
4. Direct access to me for questions. I answer quickly and I would much rather answer a question than receive a guess.
ONE WARNING THAT AFFECTS EVERY SHEET:
This unit is on the ground floor and differs from the units above it. It was built to be wheelchair accessible and has wider door openings. Several sheets are marked typical and show the upper unit condition. Where a sheet is marked typical, verify it applies to the ground floor before relying on it. If two sheets disagree, or a photo disagrees with a drawing, ask me rather than guessing.
=====================================
WHAT THIS IS NOT
=====================================
I am not asking for permit drawings, approval drawings, LayOut sheets, or any 2D documentation. Please do not quote for drawing production and do not describe the deliverable as permit ready.
I need it accurate, clean, and easy to modify. Nothing more than that, and nothing less.
Client's questions:
How will you build the orange walls so I can delete one stud, and one sheetrock sheet on the shear wall, without anything else shifting or breaking? Describe your actual method: component structure, tag strategy, and how you handle arrayed members.
Link past work where you modeled wood framing as individually editable members. Not finished buildings, not renderings. Framing.
See FIG 1 in the attachment. Confirm you understand the orange and blue split and why the isolated orange segments matter. Roughly how many linear feet of orange wall do you count?
Will you use premade door assemblies? If so, name the library, confirm the dimensions can be matched to my schedule, and confirm no license restriction on my editing or redistributing the model. Which SketchUp version will you deliver, can you downsave?
Give a separate time and price estimate for each of the three milestones, so I can see how you are weighting the work.

I am looking for an experienced vector designer or packaging/dieline designer to create production-ready SVG cutting files for two types of hexagonal board game tiles:
Mana tile
Water tile
The tiles will be punched from approximately 2 mm thick board and must fit correctly inside an existing system of border tiles.
Both tiles use a standard Catan-size hexagonal shape. However, the files must be drawn accurately from scratch rather than traced from artwork or an existing low-resolution image.
The mana tile also requires two precisely positioned guide holes. These holes are used for pegs that pass through the tile. I will provide a reference drawing containing the required measurements and hole placement.
I will also provide the existing border tile files or measurements so the new tiles can be designed to fit the current system correctly.
Scope of Work
The freelancer will:
-Create one production-ready SVG file for the mana tile.
-Create one production-ready SVG file for the water tile.
-Accurately match the required Catan-size hex dimensions.
-Ensure the tiles fit properly within the existing border tile layout.
-Add two correctly sized and positioned guide holes to the mana tile.
-Set all files to exact 1:1 scale.
-Prepare clean, closed vector paths suitable for die cutting, laser cutting, or punchboard manufacturing.
-Check that there are no duplicate lines, open paths, overlapping cut lines, or scaling issues.
-Make minor revisions if test cutting reveals a small fit adjustment is required.
Deliverables
-Mana tile SVG
-Water tile SVG
-PDF dimension proof showing the important measurements
-Original editable source file, such as Adobe Illustrator
-Files clearly labelled and supplied at 1:1 scale in millimeters
Important Requirements
Experience creating accurate SVG cutting files, dielines, punchboard components, or board game components
Strong understanding of vector paths and manufacturing tolerances
Ability to work from measurements and reference drawings
Files must be suitable for professional board game manufacturing
Measurements must not be estimated
Please include examples of similar precision vector, dieline, laser-cutting, or board game component work.
In your proposal, please confirm that you are comfortable working in millimetres and creating files at exact 1:1 scale.

Creative Brief: "Not So Famous Mugs on Mugs" Portrait Series
1. Project Overview & Brand Vision
The objective is to commission a series of high-quality, single-colour portrait illustrations for a premium, collectible line of camp mugs. The brand celebrates "unsung heroes"—remarkable historical figures who quietly changed the world but never received mainstream fame. The brand aesthetic bridges a rugged, outdoor Australian campfire vibe with intellectual, curiosity-driven conversation.
2. Deliverables Required
For Volume 1, the artist will deliver four (4) distinct portrait illustrations based on a provided list of historical figures. Each figure requires:
The Portrait: The main historical character illustration.
The Nameplate: The individual's name hand-lettered by the artist. Crucial: The name must be delivered as a separate, isolated layer so it can be omitted or repositioned depending on the medium.
3. Visual & Aesthetic Guidelines
Style: High-texture pencil/graphite sketch style. The artwork must feel authentically hand-drawn, intimate, and human—avoid perfectly smooth digital vector lines.
Composition: Focus primarily on a detailed headshot/portrait. Where appropriate and contextually relevant, a subtle "tool of the trade" or symbolic item can be woven into the background, but the human face remains the focal point.
Framing & Framing Edges: No circular, square, or arched frames or borders. No soft vignette or gradient fade-outs at the edges. The drawing should have clean, definitive line-work boundaries where the sketch naturally terminates.
Colour Palette: Monochrome (Single Colour). All final files must be delivered in a single, classic vintage/navy blue tone.
4. Technical Specifications & Asset Versatility
Because these illustrations will anchor the entire brand, they must function seamlessly across diverse digital and physical touchpoints.
Format: Delivered as layered, high-resolution source files (PSD, Procreate, or high-res vector AI/EPS) with a completely transparent background.
Asset Breakdown: * Layer 1: The Portrait Artwork.
Layer 2: Background elements/items (if applicable).
Layer 3: Hand-lettered Name.
Cross-Platform Requirements:
The Product: Must scale perfectly onto a standard tin/enamel camp mug face. Line weights must be bold enough to withstand a high-heat printing process on textured metal surfaces without turning into "mud" or losing fine detail.
Packaging: Crisp enough for monochrome printing directly onto cardboard kraft boxes.
Digital & Social Media: Layers must be easily isolated so assets can be handed over to an animator for motion graphics (e.g., text fading in separately from the portrait) on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
4.1 Physical Sizing & Legibility Constraints (Added Specification)
Target Product: Standard 350ml metal/enamel camp mug (Approximate dimensions: 80mm height × 80mm diameter).
Maximum Print Area Dimensions: The safe print area for the portrait side is a maximum of 65mm Width × 65mm Height.
Legibility & Fine Detail Constraint: Because the physical print size is constrained to a 65mm square on a curved surface, the artist must ensure the portrait remains highly legible and visually impactful at a small scale.
Avoid overly dense cross-hatching or hyper-fine lines that risk blurring or turning into solid blocks of ink during the high-heat wrap printing process.
The illustration must rely on clean, deliberate line weights that retain clarity when viewed from an arm's length while drinking.
4.2Back Copy Typography & Layout Constraints (Added Specification)
Font Size Standard: The text layout on the reverse side of the mug must be set at a minimum of 10pt font size to ensure clear legibility from an arm's length while holding the mug.
Font Style & Selection: Because the high-heat firing process can cause minor surface distortions on enamelware, decorative or overly complex fonts must be avoided. The typography must use:
A clean, geometric sans-serif (e.g., Helvetica, Futura, or similar clean digital fonts).
Or a highly legible, crisp slab-serif that provides sharp contrast against the hand-drawn pencil line-work of the portrait on the opposite side.
High-Contrast Testing: All text layouts must be tested with high-contrast alignment during the digital mockup stage before being approved for physical production manufacturing.

Helios Facade designs and delivers BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaic) curtain wall systems, ventilated facades, and window/glazing systems for commercial and multi-residential buildings, primarily in the New York, New Jersey, and broader Northeast US market, with additional work in Canada. We coordinate with architects, developers, structural/MEP engineers, and glass/panel fabricators to deliver solar-integrated building envelopes.
We're looking for a technical drafter and energy analyst to own the drawing, modeling, and analysis workstreams behind our BIPV and facade projects. This is a technical role first - strong BIM/drafting skills and solar system knowledge are the priority. Comfort with light day-to-day coordination (written follow-ups on technical items, brief status updates) is expected, but general executive-assistant-style admin support is not the focus of this role and will be layered in organically as the working relationship develops.
Core Responsibilities:
Solar system installation design - Draft the components and layout of a BIPV/solar curtain wall installation: PV module/panel schedules, inverter and electrical equipment selection and placement, cabling/wiring runs and junction box locations, mounting/substructure layout, and system optimization (string sizing, orientation/tilt considerations, shading impact).
Energy generation analysis - Model BIPV system sizing and energy yield estimates (kW system size, annual kWh generation, NPV/OPEX savings), and help build/maintain internal cost and energy calculators (Google Sheets/Excel).
Window and curtain wall system design - Design and detail window/glazing systems and curtain wall assemblies: cable design, framing/mullion layout, glazing type selection (IGU makeups, spandrel vs. vision glass), thermal performance basics, and coordination with structural substructure requirements.
Ventilated facade design (BIPV panels) - Design ventilated rainscreen facade systems using our BIPV panels as the cladding layer: substructure/bracket layout, air-cavity/ventilation detailing, panel-to-substructure fixation, and integration of PV wiring/junction boxes within a ventilated assembly.
BIM and drawing production - Build and revise models and shop/fabrication-style drawings in Revit or Autodesk Forma (elevations, panel take-offs, glass/BIPV schedules, system schematics) from architect-issued drawings, coordinated for internal review and fabricator submission.
Submittal support - Track submittal logs and deadlines (Autodesk Forma/Construction Cloud), organize shop drawings, cut sheets, and certification/testing documentation (module and fire testing standards) by project.
Reports and presentations - Turn technical/financial inputs (cost models, submittal status, system performance) into written summaries and slide decks as needed.
Required Skills:
BIM proficiency required - Revit and/or Autodesk Forma; able to build and navigate building models and produce coordinated drawings.
Solid understanding of solar PV system components (modules, inverters, cabling, mounting/racking or BIPV integration hardware) and system optimization principles.
Facade/curtain wall and window system detailing experience (AutoCAD or Revit shop drawings, panel take-offs, glazing schedules).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for energy and cost calculations.
Available for overlap with Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Nice to Have / Big Plus:
Solar/BIM-integrated energy modeling experience (tools such as BIM-Solar, PVsyst, Sefaira, Ladybug/Honeybee, or similar solar irradiance/BIPV yield tools).
Knowledge of building/construction codes in New York, New Jersey, and Canada (NYC building and energy codes, NJ Uniform Construction Code, National Building Code of Canada and provincial codes) as they apply to facades, glazing, and PV systems.
Experience with PV module certification and testing standards (IEC and UL module standards).
Tools We Use:
Revit, Autodesk Forma/Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Workspace
How to Apply:
Please include: 2-3 sample drawings or models (panel schedules, curtain wall/window details, or BIM screenshots) you've produced; your BIM software experience and version; any solar PV design or energy-modeling experience; familiarity with NY/NJ/Canadian building codes if applicable; and your availability/timezone overlap.

Seeking a creative designer to craft an engaging Instagram post for a card show event. The design should be visually appealing and effectively communicate the event details. I am looking for something a bit more organic, not AI feeling. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and photo editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. This will work even better if you have experience in drawing and designing gaming characters, like pokemon and one piece. This is a part-time project with a short duration, perfect for someone looking to add a unique project to their portfolio.
My ~1600 sq ft, first-floor 2 BHK in Bangalore is fully built and furnished, and I now need a rigorously accurate 2D As-Built floor plan to serve as architectural documentation for an upcoming interior overhaul. Every room—living, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, circulation zones—must be captured with identical care; no area is allowed to drift even a millimetre off scale because the drawing will drive custom cabinetry and fixed furniture later.
You’ll have to visit the site in person and rely exclusively on a digital laser distance meter for all measurements; tape-based approximations or eyeballed offsets will be rejected. Once the data is gathered, translate it into a clean, layered CAD drawing (DWG or equivalent) and a scaled PDF that prints correctly on A3.
Deliverables
• One editable CAD file with all walls, doors, windows, and service shafts properly layered and dimensioned
• Matching, plotted PDF at agreed scale
• A brief measurement log that records key control dimensions for verification
I’ll make the home available for a single uninterrupted session, but you are welcome to schedule a second short visit if spot-checks are needed. When the final files align with onsite re-checks to the millimetre, the job is complete.

I'd like to commission second and third versions of my existing logo, and a remake of the first one in the correct file types (with any cleanup) - along with a complete file package for web and print. Current mark attached.
Background
I am developing my holistic wellness company, which will provide online and print publications for use as educational course materials in personal development. The three logos will represent mind, body, and spirit. The attached logo was developed by a local artist for my company (which is no longer in business). I love my logo and would like to expand it to two other versions.
What I'm after
The existing logo is a seated figure in meditation pose. I'd like two companion versions of the same figure: one standing in a tree pose and the other sitting with hands resting on the knees (fingers in a mudra). The logos will represent Mind, Body & Spirit.
I'd like to keep everything similar to the original logo, including the spiral flourishes and the windswept hair, as they create movement and personality. I will need color variants: solid black, white knockout for dark backgrounds, and deep plum purple, which is my company's main color scheme.
If you would like to accept this project, I'd like a full copyright assignment for the final artwork, along with the source files, so I can use and adapt it going forward. Happy for you to show the work in your portfolio.
Timeline and budget
Could you let me know your flat-fee project rate for this scope and roughly how long you'd need to complete it?
Thank you for your consideration for this project! Have a great evening. ;-)

I have an architectural floor plan ready and now need a dedicated plumbing drawing focused solely on the water supply system. The final file should show every pipe run, branch, and riser, complete with fixture connections, pipe sizes, flow directions, and a concise specification schedule for valves, fittings, and materials.
Key points I want captured:
• Clear routing from main incoming line to every fixture.
• Fixture tags that match the architect’s room schedule.
• Legends, notes, and a specification table for all pipes and accessories.
• Drawings delivered in editable AutoCAD (DWG) format plus a plotted PDF.

I’m commissioning a single, high-impact illustration to serve as the permanent cover for an upcoming podcast and episodic YouTube series devoted to exploration, adventure, and the strange and unexplained.
Here’s the creative direction: you’ll paint our two human hosts—reference photos supplied—in a moody, colorful, semi-realistic style that nods faintly to retro mystery art (like classic Nancy Drew covers). Their stance and facial expressions should read confident and determined. Behind them I want a dense forest that feels deep and atmospheric, layered with soft, cinematic lighting. Hidden among the trees, work in subtle shadows or silhouettes of mysterious creatures to hint at the paranormal theme without stealing focus.
The final piece must be 100 % hand-drawn by you, the human artist—no AI, filters, or generated assets. I need exclusive worldwide rights and request full discretion until the show launches, so an NDA will be part of the agreement.
Deliverables:
• High-resolution artwork (minimum 4000×4000 px, RGB) suitable for podcast apps and YouTube thumbnails
• A layered PSD or Procreate file so we can adapt the composition for future banners and merch
If this brief sparks your imagination, please reach out, and include a link to your art portfolio / examples.

Concept Art Job Description
I am looking for an illustration of an original sci-fi species. Humanoids that draw inspiration from fantasy elves but with an alien look, similar to how the Mualijae elves from Pathfinder push the concept into something less conventional. The goal is not to copy any existing design but to use that as a jumping-off point.
Style: Try to be as realistic as possible, but stylized is fine.
Details:
The species should have long pointed ears, cat-like eyes, and tails. The tails are important, please don't leave them out. All members of this species have dark skin, ranging from light brown to dark brown. For additional reference on the overall aesthetic direction, Sue from Phantasy Star Online is a good touchstone for the blend of alien and humanoid I am going for. Also look at the Mualijae elves illustrations from pathfinder for additional references.
Character 1 — Female:
• Yellow cat-like eyes
• Black hair
• Sci-fi inspired clothing or armor
Character 2 — Male:
• Red cat-like eyes
• Orange hair
• Sci-fi inspired clothing or armor
Both characters should feel like they belong to the same species and visual world. Sci-fi inspired clothing or armor for both. Something that reads as futuristic rather than fantasy, while still feeling natural to the characters wearing it. Please let me know if the scope of this request affects pricing.
Here is a lore explanation:
They are distinguished by their long pointed ears, tails, and cat-like eyes. Eye color ranges from red to yellow, with purple being rare. Hair colors span black, white, and orange, with purple again representing the rarest variation. Skin tone ranges from light brown to dark brown across the population.
They are a moderately tall species, with heights typically falling between 5'10" and 7'1". Their tails are not merely aesthetic; they evolved as a counterbalance to the species' height when standing upright. For many, tail removal is not a cosmetic choice but a serious medical decision, as its absence can severely impact balance and mobility.
Their cat-like eyes grant them natural night vision and the ability to perceive most UV light spectrums.
I need a complete CAD drawing package for a new residential build in Maui County, Hawaiʻi. The end goal is straightforward: obtain county permit approval without delays. That means every sheet must follow current Maui County codes, formatting standards, and naming conventions.
The set has to cover the full scope—floor plans, elevations, sections, a properly scaled site plan, electrical layouts, and any other details the county typically requests (energy compliance notes, schedules, legends, details, etc.). I’ll supply the survey, sketches, and any program notes I already have; you turn them into a coordinated, professional permit set delivered in both PDF (ready for upload) and editable DWG.
Key expectations
• Sheets match Maui County title-block, scale, north-arrow, and sheet-index requirements
• All dimensions, callouts, and code references are cross-checked for consistency
• Revisions continue until the county accepts the submission (minor tweaks are part of the job)
• Final delivery: consolidated bookmarked PDF plus native CAD files
Familiarity with Hawaiʻi Residential Code and experience getting drawings accepted by Maui’s Planning & Permitting Department will make this run smoothly. If that’s in your wheelhouse, let’s make it happen.
