I'm currently developing a new baby playmat brand and I'm looking for a pattern designer to help create our first collection.
I'm looking for soft, mix of modern and vintage designs, not overly "babyish", with a focus on floral, botanical, abstract and subtle geometric patterns. I'd also like the designs to work as reversible playmats, with a main design on one side and a simpler coordinating pattern on the other. I have some existing design inspiration and ideas that I'd be happy to share to give you a better sense of the aesthetic I'm looking for.

I’m looking for an experienced Children’s Book Illustrator to create 24 spreads of pastel or watercolor style illustrations plus a book cover (front and back) for a children’s book. The illustrations should feature warm color tones and a soft, inviting aesthetic. The trim size I am aiming for is 8.5x11 inches, however I am open to other trim sizes if your artwork suits better with a different size.
I’ve attached reference images that reflect the style I’m aiming for. Please share relevant samples of similar work, especially children’s book illustrations, and estimated timeline for completing the full project. AI generated images will not be accepted. A few shortlisted candidates will be given a paid sample test for shortlisting the final candidate. I am flexible with the budget if your illustrations match my requirements. Please write "Curiosity" at the top of your proposal so that I can shortlist those candidates who have really read the whole description. Client's questions:

The overall look is warm, romantic and slightly vintage: deep chocolate-brown tailoring paired with an ivory or cream shirt, embellished in a restrained antique-gold palette. The visual language should combine delicate botanical branches and small flowers with bees, honeycomb geometry, stars, crescent moons and a few subtle heart motifs. I want it to feel refined and magical rather than cartoonish, busy or overly literal.
I need one coherent motif family, then separate, non-repeating placement compositions for: - shirt front panels, arranged vertically around the buttons - shirt collar points - shirt cuffs - jacket lapel/shoulder area - trouser hems, with a honeycomb-and-stars border that rises slightly up the outer leg The shirt artwork should be the centerpiece with most embroidery on top of it, and designed to be more botanical, with symbolic details such as bees, flowery branches, stars and moons. The jacket and trousers should remain mostly dark and tailored, with selective gold linework and honeycomb details rather than dense embroidery across the whole garment. Please create original artwork from this written brief rather than copying an existing design. I am commissioning digital artwork only—no physical garment or embroidery production is required. Technical requirements - Clean, editable vector artwork preferred: AI, SVG or EPS - Separate file/layer for each garment placement - Solid colours only; no gradients, painterly shading or photographic effects - Limited palette: antique gold/bronze plus optional dark brown (for the beige shirt) and cream (for the Chocolate brown jacket & pants) - Avoid extremely fine lines, tiny text, crowded details and very small gaps - Designs should remain attractive when simplified into stitch-based embroidery - Please include one preview image of each placement on a plain background - I would like to start with one small paid pilot motif before commissioning the full set Please let me know your fixed price for the pilot motif, your price for the complete five-placement collection, the number of revisions included, and whether I will receive commercial-use rights for the final artwork.

Family Photos to Whimsical Elves

I am turning a set of ordinary family photographs into a children’s storybook and need each person transformed into a modern, whimsical elf while still looking unmistakably like themselves. There are up to five images in total, and the illustrations must feel photographically realistic so they can sit beside the original photos in the layout without jarring contrasts.
You’ll be free to choose your preferred digital or traditional medium—Procreate, Photoshop, hand-painted watercolours scanned at high resolution—so long as the final files arrive print-ready (at least 300 DPI, CMYK) and equally sharp for e-book use (RGB, web-optimised). Skin tone, facial features and personal quirks should remain recognisable; the elfin touches—ears, attire, subtle woodland elements—should add charm without drifting into caricature. Deliverables • 1–5 finished illustrations, each supplied as layered PSD (or equivalent) plus flattened TIFF/PNG • A brief colour-profile note so my printer can match hues accurately I’ll review a rough concept for each image first to be sure the likeness and tone feel right, then sign off before you move to full rendering. Looking forward to seeing how you blend realism with a dash of elfin magic. I have AI-edited images that I’ll provide as references for the characters, scenes, poses, and overall look, but I’d like you to draw and recreate the artwork yourself rather than edit or trace the existing images.

Hi! I’m looking for an illustrator to create one single-page character illustration for a children’s picture book I’m currently developing.
The character is already planned out, and I’ll provide the character description along with some visual references to help communicate the look and personality I have in mind. The references are mainly for direction, so I’m open to the illustrator adding their own creative touch. I’m looking for a soft, warm, whimsical children’s book style, preferably something with a hand-drawn or watercolor feel. I like expressive characters, gentle textures, and artwork that feels organic and storybook-like rather than overly polished or 3D. For this initial job, I only need one finished illustration. Character appearance and small details are important because the character may be used again in future illustrations. The budget for this first illustration is $10 fixed price. If the artwork is a good fit, there may be an opportunity to work together on additional pages afterward. Please send a few relevant samples of your illustration or character work when applying.

I'm developing a children's picture-book series for ages 3–7 based on my two daughters. Before committing to the full book, I'd like to commission a paid character-development test.
The two recurring main characters are Alanna, age 3, and Brielle, age 5. I have reference photographs of both girls and would like their illustrated characters to remain recognizably inspired by their actual facial features, hair and personalities while still having a warm, whimsical picture-book look. I'm looking for something whimsical, playful and expressive, but with more dimensional lighting and painterly storybook quality rather than a flat cartoon/vector look. Could you quote me for developing both characters and creating one finished illustration of the two sisters together? This is intended to become an ongoing book series, so character consistency is extremely important. If the test is successful, I'd also like a quote for illustrating and preparing a complete 32-page picture book.

I need five cohesive paintings inspired by my tabletop party: four individual 11x14-inch portraits—one for each adventurer—and a fifth piece that brings the whole group together as a gift for our DM. The vibe should be realistic yet unmistakably high-fantasy with a subtle anime edge, so think true-to-life anatomy, dramatic lighting, and just enough stylised flair to make the armour, spell effects, and backgrounds feel magical.
Medium is flexible. Traditional acrylic, watercolor, even oils are fine, and I am equally happy with a digital painting that mimics brushwork if it ultimately prints well at full size. Whichever route you choose, please plan to supply high-resolution files for backup and, if working traditionally, a safe way to ship the originals. I will provide reference sketches, written backstories, and palette ideas for each character the moment we start. In return, I would like to see rough composition thumbnails first, then a clean colour draft for approval before you move to final rendering; that helps me be sure each portrait fits the shared aesthetic. Deliverables • Four finished 11x14-inch character portraits • One group painting at a size you recommend for best composition (open to suggestions) • High-resolution digital files of every piece • Progress updates at sketch and colour stages If this sounds like a quest you are ready to accept, let me know your preferred medium and timeline so we can get rolling. I’m looking for a thoughtful Canva or editorial designer to create the first digital journal for REVEAL, a new question-led self-discovery brand.
This is an early-stage project and a first product—not a full brand launch or an extensive custom publication. I want to begin with a simple, beautifully designed journal that I can introduce to my audience, gather feedback on and build upon over time. REVEAL is built around the questions AI, advice and other people cannot answer for us, the questions that help women discover what is actually true about their lives and what they want next. Project Scope I will provide all written content, prompts, brand language and initial visual direction. The designer will use these materials to create a cohesive digital journal of approximately 15–25 pages, including: Cover page Welcome or introduction page Section-opening pages Guided questions and journal prompts Writing and reflection pages A few statement or quotation pages Closing page The exact page count will be confirmed before the project begins. Design Direction The journal should feel: Editorial, modern and emotionally intelligent Warm, feminine and mature Earthy but elevated Minimal without feeling empty or cold Approachable rather than overly luxurious Distinctive enough to begin establishing the REVEAL aesthetic The goal is to create a strong visual starting point for REVEAL—not to develop a complete brand identity at this stage. Visual inspiration may include the editorial restraint of Kinfolk and Papier, the emotional intelligence of The School of Life and the question-led impact of We’re Not Really Strangers. The final design should feel original to REVEAL. Please avoid generic wellness aesthetics such as blush-pink self-care graphics, watercolor flowers, butterflies, moons, excessive script fonts or overly spiritual imagery. Deliverables Design of one approximately 15–25-page digital journal High-resolution PDF suitable for digital download Print-friendly PDF Fully editable Canva template Consistent fonts, colors and page styles that can be reused Commercial usage rights for the completed design Ideal Designer You may be a good fit if you have experience designing: Digital journals or workbooks E-books or editorial PDFs Canva templates Women-focused lifestyle or personal-development products Clean, text-focused layouts I’m looking for someone who can take an existing creative direction and turn it into a polished, easy-to-use first product without overcomplicating the process. Budget and Timeline Target budget: $150–$350 fixed price Preferred timeline: 1–2 weeks This is a small initial project. If the journal connects with the audience, there may be opportunities to design future REVEAL journals and related products. To Apply Please include: A short introduction Two or three relevant examples Confirmation that you work in Canva Your fixed fee and estimated timeline The number of revisions included Confirmation that I will receive the editable Canva file and commercial usage rights

I’m looking for an experienced children’s book illustrator for a picture book I’m preparing to self-publish, titled The Bizarre Little House (for now at least).
The story is intended for children ages 4–8 and follows a little house that was built around a tree. What everyone initially sees as a flaw eventually turns out to be exactly what the house needs when a powerful storm comes through. Ideally, the story is the first of many that find fun ways to convey deeper lessons about things like gratitude, fear, anger, belonging, etc... almost with an Aesop's Fables vibe. This one aims to help kids discover that the things that make us different may be part of what makes us special; that we are each designed with unique purpose, regardless of how flashy or fancy that purpose may be. It is inspired by Christian/biblical principles, but the story itself is whimsical and approachable rather than overtly religious. I’m looking for an illustration style that feels warm, whimsical, expressive, and timeless, with plenty of personality and emotion. The house itself is an important character, so I’m especially interested in an illustrator who is skilled at bringing environments and non-human characters to life. The manuscript is complete, and I’m looking for help with: * Character and visual development * Interior illustrations for a full picture book * Front and back cover illustration * Ideally, book layout/text placement and print-ready files for self-publishing, if this is a service you provide I’d love to work collaboratively through initial concepts/sketches before moving into final illustrations. I’m also open to beginning with a paid sample illustration to make sure the style and vision are a good fit. I’m a professional copywriter and brand messaging strategist, but this will be my first independently published children’s book (inspired by my niece and nephew)!! I’m looking for someone who understands the picture-book process and can be a thoughtful creative partner in bringing the story to life. :)

URGENT – CINEMATIC FAMILY LEGACY FILM
I am creating an emotional family legacy film for my mother’s 79th birthday. This is not a birthday slideshow, photo montage, promotional video or business presentation. I want it to feel like a beautifully produced short documentary / visual memoir about a mother and the legacy she created through her family. The material is already prepared. I have: * Written interview answers and personal memories from her husband, children, their spouses and grandchildren * Custom pencil/watercolor sketches of each family member * Illustrated scenes inspired by important memories * Family photographs * Quotes and Arabic family sayings * An established warm watercolor/pencil visual style What I need First, I need a strong story editor/narrative storyteller. The existing Q&A should NOT appear as questions and answers. I need the editor to read each family member’s answers, identify the strongest memories, humor and emotion, remove repetition, and transform them into short, beautifully written memoir-style stories. Each family member will then have a short chapter/sequence about their relationship with Mama, supported by their sketches, photographs and illustrated memories. The individual stories should ultimately connect into one emotional narrative about Mama — who she is, what she gave her family, and how different parts of her live on in each generation. Visually, I want: * Elegant cinematic movement of our watercolor/pencil sketches and photographs * Subtle parallax/animation rather than aggressive effects * Beautiful typography and selected quotations * Emotional music and sound design * Smooth, sophisticated transitions * Warm, intimate, timeless pacing * Professional narrative structure The finished film should make the family laugh, recognize themselves, and ultimately become emotional. It should feel personal and authentic rather than sentimental or generic. Important: I am specifically looking for someone with excellent storytelling/editorial judgment, not only technical video-editing skills. Timing is critical. The birthday is September 14. I need someone who can start immediately and dedicate substantial time to the project now. Before hiring, please send: 1. Your closest example of an emotional documentary, personal story, family film or visual memoir. 2. Confirmation that you can personally edit written interview/Q&A material into compelling narrative storytelling. 3. Your immediate availability and fastest realistic turnaround. 4. Your fixed-price proposal. I am willing to pay a rush premium for the right person and exceptional work.

URGENT – Premium Illustrated Family Legacy Book
I am completing a deeply personal illustrated legacy book for my mother’s 79th birthday. Much of the source material already exists: family interviews and written answers, stories, photographs, custom pencil/watercolor portraits, and an established visual direction. I need an exceptional professional who can take this existing material and turn it into a beautiful, emotionally compelling, publication-quality digital book. This is not simply book formatting. The work requires: • Strong memoir/editorial storytelling — edit and weave family answers into engaging narratives while preserving each person’s authentic voice and important Arabic phrases. • Creative art direction and visual storytelling — determine what scenes should accompany each story and use/integrate our existing family sketches and photographs. • Premium editorial/book design — sophisticated typography, watercolor/pencil imagery, generous white space, quotations and varied page compositions. • A warm, elegant family-heirloom aesthetic, comparable to the reference pages I will provide — not a standard template or conventional memoir layout. This is an emergency rush project. I need someone who can start immediately and dedicate substantial time over the next few days. The immediate priority is the complete high-quality digital/soft copy; printing will be handled later. Please apply only if you can start immediately. Include 2–3 portfolio examples closest to this style and state exactly how quickly you can deliver a first substantial draft and the completed book. Budget is flexible for exceptional quality and genuine rush availability.

Job Description: I am seeking a talented freelance children's book illustrator for a completed 40-page picture book titled Crocs in Paris.
The story follows a creative 9-year-old girl named Emma who insists on wearing her favorite bright pink Crocs (complete with a glowing taco charm) on a trip to Paris, despite her mother's warnings about the "Fashion Police." The book relies heavily on visual comedy, character expressions, and shifting between real-world Paris and Emma's vivid imagination. What I have ready: A completed, fully paginated 40-page manuscript. A professional visual character exploration/turnaround sheet (showing front, side, and back views of Emma, as well as character notes and a portrait of Mum). Project Scope & Milestone Payments: The deliverables include 1 half-title spot illustration, 1 title page, and 19 double-page spreads. I am self-funding this project out of my personal monthly salary. I am looking to hire an artist via a fixed-price Milestone Contract spread over 4 to 5 months (e.g., Month 1: Rough Storyboard, Month 2: Spreads 1–6, Month 3: Spreads 7–12, etc.). Style Preferred: A warm, soft watercolor and colored pencil feel with gentle hand-drawn sketches (similar to a smooth Quentin Blake style). Excellent facial expressions and strict character continuity are essential. Please provide a link to your children's book portfolio, your general timeline availability, and your estimated flat-rate quote for the project based on a monthly milestone structure. I am looking for a skilled artist to recreate approximately 15 existing illustrations for a book.
The current images were developed by me with the assistance of AI. The concepts, compositions, colors, and overall artistic direction already exist. However, I would like them to feel more organic, expressive, and genuinely handmade. The selected artist will use the existing images as references and physically redraw or repaint them using traditional materials—such as watercolor, gouache, pencil, ink, pastel, or a suitable combination. I am open to the artist’s recommendations, but I do not want digitally generated or AI-created replacements. The goal is not to completely redesign the illustrations. I would like to preserve the original concepts and visual consistency while introducing natural textures, subtle imperfections, more thoughtful details, and the emotional quality of a human hand. Scope of work: * Recreate approximately 15 existing illustrations * Work closely from the reference images and established artistic direction * Maintain a consistent style and color palette throughout the series * Physically create the artwork using traditional materials * Provide high-resolution, professionally scanned files suitable for printing * Make reasonable revisions based on feedback * Ship the original physical artwork to New York after completion The ideal artist: * Has strong experience in traditional illustration * Can work from an existing visual concept without simply copying the artificial qualities of the reference * Has an expressive, refined, and artistic hand * Understands book illustration and print requirements * Pays close attention to consistency, texture, composition, and small details * Is comfortable signing a work-for-hire agreement transferring commercial usage rights Please include: * Examples of relevant hand-drawn or hand-painted work * The traditional materials you would recommend for this project * Your estimated price for approximately 15 illustrations * Your estimated timeline * Confirmation that you can provide professional high-resolution scans and ship the originals to New York * A brief explanation of how you would make AI-assisted reference images feel more natural and human Please begin your proposal with the words “Traditional Illustration” so I know you have read the full description.

The Project
I am developing a new consumer product platform that combines AI image transformation, personal photos, creative artwork, and 3D product visualization**. I am looking for an experienced full-stack/product engineer to build a lean functional prototype/MVP that demonstrates the core customer experience. This is intentionally **not** a request to build the complete long-term platform. ## Core Experience The prototype should allow a customer to: 1. Select a product and product option 2. Upload their own photo 3. Apply an AI image style 4. Add a small selection of pre-made stickers/illustrations 5. Add personalized text/name 6. Arrange the elements into a design 7. See the design applied to a rotatable 3D product 8. Submit/order the design The objective is to make this experience feel polished and intuitive—not to build a large production system. ## AI Use an existing AI image-generation/editing API. For the prototype, I only need a small number of AI styles, for example: * Watercolor * Storybook * Cartoon * Background removal The architecture should allow additional styles to be added later. ## Creative Assets I would like a small starter library of pre-made: * Stickers * Illustrations * Decorative elements * Backgrounds The prototype does **not** need hundreds or thousands of assets. I mainly want to demonstrate that customers can combine their own photos with artwork and text. ## Design Editor The editor should allow users to: * Move elements * Resize elements * Rotate elements * Layer elements * Delete elements * Add text It does not need to be a full Canva-style professional editor. ## 3D Preview The customer should be able to see the design on a realistic 3D product and rotate it approximately 360°. Please use an existing 3D configurator/library where possible rather than building a custom 3D engine. ## Ordering For the prototype, I am open to using Shopify or another existing e-commerce solution. A sophisticated checkout, inventory system or fulfillment system is **not required**. ## Production The final design should be exportable as a usable image/print file. I will handle production manually during the prototype stage. **No printer or manufacturing-equipment integration is required.** ## What I Am NOT Asking You to Build Please do not build: * Native iOS/Android apps * A proprietary AI model * A full Canva-style editor * A sophisticated asset-management platform * Automated printer integration * Complex inventory/fulfillment software * Artist royalty/accounting systems * Social/community features * A large custom 3D engine Those may be considered after the concept is validated. ## Preferred Approach I strongly prefer using existing: * APIs * AI services * 3D components * E-commerce platforms * Open-source libraries * Cloud services The goal is to **build smart, not build everything from scratch**. ## Estimated Scope I expect this prototype to be approximately **80–150 engineering hours**, depending on the technical approach. Target timeline: **approximately 4–8 weeks**. I am open to a fixed-price proposal or hourly engagement. Please provide: * Estimated hours * Estimated total cost * Timeline * Proposed technology stack * Existing components/APIs you would use * Examples of similar AI, personalization, e-commerce or 3D work I am particularly interested in engineers who are good at taking a product concept and finding the simplest way to turn it into a polished working experience. ## Confidentiality Additional product-specific information will be provided to shortlisted candidates. Please do not publicly share project materials, designs, specifications or concepts without authorization.

TITLE
Children's Book Illustrator — 24 Background Recreations (Digital Painting Welcome; No AI) PROJECT We are commissioning 24 artist-drawn background illustrations for a personalized children's book. Digital painting is welcome, including drawing and painting by hand with a stylus in Photoshop, Procreate, or a similar application. Traditional painting is also acceptable and encouraged, but physical paintings are not required. The important requirement is that a human artist draws and paints the artwork, rather than generating it with AI. We will supply approved reference images. We need faithful, near-identical recreations of the BACKGROUNDS ONLY, not a new visual interpretation. Match the composition, object placement, proportions, perspective, palette, lighting, and painterly finish as closely as possible. Small natural differences in brushwork are expected; major redesigns are not. Remove the main character, other people, and page text unless an exception is explicitly marked. Preserve scenery, playground equipment, furniture, and decorative background details, including framed wall art. Draw the background naturally where it is currently hidden behind characters or text. Preserve open areas for later text and character placement. We will disclose the origin of the references and confirm reproduction permissions before contracting. Please give a preliminary estimate from the samples, then confirm a fixed quote after reviewing all 24 references and the production specifications. STYLE Textured, gouache-style children's-book illustration with a warm, whimsical, vintage-storybook / folk-art feel. Rounded, simplified forms; matte-looking surfaces; brush and paper-like texture; soft shading; and gently exaggerated perspective. Daytime scenes: golden yellow, ochre, olive green, and burnt orange. Nighttime scenes: deep indigo and muted blue-purple, sometimes with warm amber light. This describes the desired appearance, not a requirement to use physical gouache. HUMAN-CREATED WORKFLOW / NO GENERATIVE AI Please create the illustrations through your own drawing and painting. Conventional non-generative brushes, appropriately licensed non-AI textures, layers, masks, selections, transformations, and color adjustments are acceptable. Do not use text-to-image or image-to-image generation, generative fill or expansion, AI-generated scene elements or textures, AI upscaling, or AI-generated artwork painted over or retouched and presented as artist-created work. Use the supplied references as guides; do not simply erase the characters from the supplied flattened images, apply a painterly filter, or make minor edits and deliver them as new illustrations. Any reference-tracing method should be disclosed and agreed before work begins. Please identify who will actually create the artwork. Studios and teams may apply, but disclose the proposed artist(s), their roles, and how the style will stay consistent. Do not change or subcontract the approved artist/team without agreement. DELIVERABLES 1. Twenty-four clean, text-free, character-free background illustrations in high-resolution PNG or TIFF format. Create them at the agreed final print dimensions and bleed, targeting at least 300 pixels per inch without AI upscaling. Color specifications and file naming will be agreed in advance. 2. For digital work, the editable layered source files in an agreed format, such as PSD or the application's native format. Include actual working layers, not only a flattened image placed into a source file. Agree any separate foreground elements needed for later character compositing before work begins. For traditional work, quote high-resolution digitization; artificial layers are not required. 3. Four to six authentic photographs documenting work on a few of the commissioned backgrounds. For digital work, these can show the artist drawing on a tablet or pen display, an in-progress scene at the workspace, and the completed scene on screen. Include at least one photograph of the artist's hand actively drawing. Faces are not required. Clear, well-lit smartphone photographs are fine; professional studio photography is not required. These must show the actual project, not unrelated work, stock photography, or fabricated process scenes. 4. Progress previews at sketch, color-blocking, and finished stages for the two pilot backgrounds. Screenshots are acceptable for these progress previews, but do not replace the agreed marketing photographs unless we approve that substitution. Optional addition: Please state whether you can include a time-lapse or screen recording showing the development of one or two backgrounds, and quote any extra cost separately. Do not record unrelated client information or private material. Digital delivery is required. There is no requirement to create or ship physical originals. An artist proposing traditional painting should identify any scanning or shipping charges separately; shipping is optional. PAID PILOT AND APPROVALS Please quote a paid two-background pilot: one sunny park scene and one nighttime bedroom scene. If approved, these count toward the 24 backgrounds; they are not additional pages. Show the pilot price within the full-project total. We will approve composition/sketch and color direction before final rendering, then proceed in agreed batches. Please quote for two rounds of sketch-stage feedback and one minor final-correction round, and explain what would count as additional work. No unpaid custom test is requested. CHARACTERS AND FUTURE WORK We will add characters and text separately using software to create personalized editions. This commission covers backgrounds only. We will not imply that you created character artwork you did not make. Please confirm you are comfortable with the disclosed workflow. A later project may involve artist-created character variants in the same style. That would be separately scoped and paid; it is not included or guaranteed here. PUBLISHING RIGHTS, PROCESS MEDIA, AND CREDIT Please base your quote on exclusive, worldwide, perpetual publishing rights for these backgrounds in this book and its unlimited personalized and translated editions, in print and digital formats, plus associated marketing. We need permission to reproduce, resize/crop, and composite separately produced characters and text with the backgrounds, and to provide files to our production and printing partners for these purposes. Identify any restrictions or extra fees. Broader uses or a copyright assignment can be discussed separately. We also require agreed nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual permission to use the delivered process photographs on our website, product pages, social media, email campaigns, paid advertisements, and printed marketing for this project, including reasonable cropping and captions. Obtain the relevant photographer permissions and consent for identifiable people shown. Hands-only photographs are acceptable. Any publicly usable screenshots or videos should be separately identified and included in the same agreed permission. Proposed book credit: "Background illustrations by [Artist Name or Studio Name]." Please state whether credit is required, preferred, optional, or declined, and identify any separate process-photo credit requirements. Credit and marketing permissions will be agreed separately in writing, subject to applicable rights. This scope does not grant permission to train or fine-tune AI models on your artwork or process media. Any such use would require a separate express agreement. PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR APPLICATION - Three to five relevant examples of your own illustrations, especially painterly children's-book environments with daytime and nighttime lighting, and any existing process examples. - Who would create the work, the software or medium used, and how you would match the references. - A fixed total for 24 backgrounds, final exports, the agreed source files, and 4–6 process photographs, including the stated publishing and marketing permissions. Show the two-background pilot price and itemize extras, taxes, or applicable fees. - Your availability, proposed schedule, and revision terms. - Written confirmation that your illustration workflow will not use generative AI, and that you accept the disclosed character workflow and agreed process-documentation requirements. - Your credit and privacy preferences.
