We have developed a suite of ESG reporting templates intended for organizations operating in the UAE and GCC and are seeking an experienced sustainability professional to review and validate them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing the templates for accuracy, completeness, and usability
• Verifying formulas, calculations, and reporting logic
• Identifying missing KPIs, disclosures, or compliance requirements
• Assessing alignment with relevant ESG and sustainability frameworks
• Providing practical recommendations to improve usability and reporting quality

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• UAE sustainability and ESG reporting requirements
• MOCCAE, ADX, DIFC, ESG disclosures
• GRI, SASB, ISSB, IFRS Sustainability Standards
• Sustainability consulting, assurance, or ESG reporting

Deliverables:

• Validation report highlighting issues, gaps, and recommendations
• Annotated template or change log showing suggested edits
• Short written summary or debrief call

Dezvoltăm o aplicație mobilă de nutriție și planificare a meselor personalizată pentru piața din România. Am realizat cu succes un sondaj de cercetare de piață și avem un grup de participanți deja selectați (în principal studenți și tineri profesioniști ocupați) care sunt pregătiți să fie intervievați.

Căutăm un vorbitor nativ de limba română care să preia proiectul, să coordoneze ultimele sloturi de programare și să desfășoare aceste scurte interviuri de cercetare de utilizator.

CERINȚĂ CRUCIALĂ:
Trebuie să ai o disponibilitate flexibilă și deschisă pe parcursul întregii săptămâni viitoare pentru a susține aceste sesiuni online pe măsură ce participanții își rezervă intervalele orare.

Ce vei avea de făcut:

Să desfășori un lot inițial de 7 interviuri online (maximum 25 de minute per interviu).

Să urmezi un script de interviu predefinit și un set de întrebări țintă pe care ți le vom pune la dispoziție.

Să menții un ton prietenos, conversațional și empatic pentru a explora obiceiurile utilizatorilor, frustrările legate de cumpărăturile de alimente și programul lor zilnic.

Să folosești un instrument de transcriere live (cum ar fi Zoom Live Transcript sau Fathom) pentru a captura răspunsurile text în timp real, asigurându-te că nu se înregistrează și nu se stochează fișiere video sau audio.

Cerințe:

Vorbitor nativ sau fluiditate absolută în limba română (esențial).

Abilități excelente de comunicare, empatie și ascultare activă.

Conexiune stabilă la internet, un mediu liniștit și o configurație curată cu microfon și cameră web.

Un background sau studii în curs în Cercetare UX/UI, Psihologie, Sociologie sau Asistență Socială reprezintă un avantaj major.

Buget, plată și extindere:

Acest contract începe ca un milestone cu preț fix de $110 pentru finalizarea primelor 7 interviuri, inclusiv colectarea transcrierilor text.

Potențial pentru mai multă muncă: Dacă acest prim lot decurge bine și va fi nevoie să realizezi interviuri suplimentare dincolo de cele 7 inițiale, vom mări și renegocia prețul plății în consecință pentru sesiunile extra.
