I am launching a free volunteer-run English club in Tokyo Japan for elementary school kids age 6-12. The idea is simple: give kids a relaxed place to build confidence in every core English skill—speaking, listening, reading and writing—while also making new friends and having fun.

Where I need your expertise is in turning this vision into a practical, well-structured program that volunteers can pick up and run smoothly week after week. The sessions will revolve around games, storytelling, arts & crafts, plenty of English singing and dancing, the occasional field trip, guest speakers, and even music or dance recitals.

If you have experience designing ESL curricula for young learners, organising community events, or creating engaging, hands-on lesson materials, you’ll fit right in. Familiarity with Tokyo’s permitting requirements, child-safety guidelines, or local volunteer networks would be a bonus.

Ciritical in this project is your understanding of Japan and Japanese culture. Experience setting up ESL classes in America is completely different than setting up ESL classes in Tokyo Japan.

The extreme challenge is finding and recruiting kids and mothers who speak English. Finding English speaking kids is extremely difficult. 99% of Japanese will never speak English, even after several hundred English classes. If you are not familiar with Japanese culture, this project is not for you.

Deliverables I’m aiming for:
• A 10-week modular lesson plan (45-minute sessions) that blends all of the above activities and balances skill practice.
• Printable activity sheets, song lyrics, flashcards and craft templates.
• A simple volunteer handbook covering child-protection basics, setup/cleanup routines and session flow.
• Bilingual (JP/EN) flyer and short social-media copy to help recruit families and volunteers.
• Social media presence including website, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok (Japanese only).

Everything should be easy to replicate with common classroom supplies and minimal budget. The group will rent a meeting room in a public building such as a community center or library.

I need a scale model of a rugby-stadium CORNER stand built entirely from wood + the seats made of plastic, fitting within 400 mm × 200 mm. Think of the finished piece as a proper architectural model: accurate and straight, true-to-life seating tiers, visible railings, stair runs, vomitories, corner roof cover, and any other details that make the miniature feel like the real structure at a glance.

I’m putting together a cohesive collection of small watercolor paintings—each no larger than 8×10 inches—that captures the subtle color, texture, and crystalline structure of a curated selection of natural rock and mineral specimens. The final set will include at least 65 to 80 individual pieces; the exact count may climb a little higher as the series evolves.

I already have reference photos for part of the collection and will share those with you at the outset. For the remaining specimens, I’ll count on your eye to source or shoot clear, well-lit references that stay true to the stone’s natural hues and surface details. Accuracy matters to me; collectors who buy mineral art notice when a labradorite’s flash or a malachite’s banding feels off.

Your process can be entirely traditional—wet-in-wet, dry-brush, layered glazes—so long as the end result is archival and ready for matting. I’ll need a high-resolution scan (300 dpi or better) of each finished piece in addition to the original artwork, as I plan to issue limited-edition prints later.

Deliverables
• 65+ original watercolor paintings on acid-free paper, each ≤ 8×10 inches
• 300 dpi color-corrected scans of every painting (TIFF or high-quality JPG)
• Brief provenance notes for any reference images you source yourself

Acceptance
A painting is complete when the mineral’s form, optical effects (shine, translucence, iridescence), and palette match the agreed reference, and when the scan reproduces those qualities faithfully. Full copy rights to me.
