## Review Before Any Customer Trial

We first verify your relevant experience, existing implementation, required customer workflows, operating evidence, limitations, support capability and code rights. This includes checking one-click configuration and installation and the other essentials needed for our customers to use the system.

Explain what already works and disclose missing capabilities or dependencies. A proposal, demonstration or willingness to test does not by itself qualify a candidate. Technical fit and the agreed requirements must be established before we approve paid customer testing.

The actual account/user arrangement must use authorized resources and comply with applicable provider terms. Client-provided test resources will be considered individually after qualification; they are not automatically supplied to every applicant.

## Preferred One-Month Paid Trial

- You deploy your existing solution on your own isolated server. We provide a domain and organize real customers. We evaluate one candidate solution at a time.
- We agree on readiness checks, the actual customer-testing start date, the one-month period, workload records and evaluation criteria before starting.
- You monitor the deployment and address issues throughout the agreed support coverage. Specify support hours, time zone, incident contacts, acknowledgement and recovery targets, and escalation arrangements.
- We assess task completion and output quality, reliability, latency, failures, confirmed limitations and total cost, with version, workload, user/account scale and observation time recorded for comparison.
- We review the evidence during the month and at its end to decide whether further testing is useful. Any extension requires a separate agreement; there is no automatic renewal.

## Pricing and Milestones

Quote a fixed service fee for the one-month trial and propose an Upwork milestone breakdown. For each milestone, identify the amount, deliverables, timing and acceptance evidence. Clearly state what deployment, monitoring, incident handling, fixes and reporting are included.

List ALL additional testing expenses separately, including hosting/infrastructure, usage charges and other direct costs. State quantities or pricing assumptions, what is already included, exclusions, spending caps and any costs requiring further approval. We cover direct testing expenses agreed in advance; the engineering/service fee is separate. Do not include the same cost in multiple items.

All freelancer payments will use Upwork. Agreed trial work is paid independently of whether we later purchase the code. Please quote optional code ownership acquisition and later integration separately from the trial service.

## Test Records and Code Ownership

All project-specific test records, runtime logs, metrics, incident records, reports and user data generated or lawfully collected for this trial belong to us, subject to privacy obligations and applicable user rights. We need complete retention and independent access/export. Records must not be selectively withheld or deleted, overwritten or altered without our written approval. Necessary corrections must preserve the originals, reasons and audit trail.

After the one-month trial, we decide whether to purchase ownership of code you have the right to transfer. Purchase is not guaranteed. Before a trial begins, clarify the temporary trial-use rights, proposed acquisition price and scope, transferable ownership, any retained reuse rights, and open-source or third-party exclusions. Providing source code or a usage license is not the same as transferring ownership.

Monitor the applications after the switch.
