This is an important part of the project.

Please state clearly in your proposal whether:

1. You already have access to licensed stock image platforms such as **Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, iStock, Getty, Alamy, Envato Elements**, or similar; or
2. You would prefer us to provide the final images.

We already have access to **Envato Elements** and can supply assets from there if needed.

We have also seen that **Shutterstock has rugby images that could work well** for this concept. A designer with access to Shutterstock would be very helpful, especially because this project is urgent.

For the first preview/concept, it is acceptable to use **watermarked stock images** to show the design direction. Once the design is approved, we can agree on final licensed high-resolution images and replace the watermarked versions before final export.

All final images used must be properly licensed for the intended use.

## Print / Technical Requirements

The final artwork must be suitable for **large-scale wall printing**.

The actual print dimensions will be provided. The designer should be comfortable setting up large-format artwork at full size or at an agreed working scale, for example 1:10, depending on file size and printer requirements.

The final file should be properly prepared for print, including:

* correct scale or agreed print scale
* high-resolution images
* clean image cutouts
* editable vector elements where possible
* CMYK setup, unless otherwise advised by the printer
* bleed and safe areas where required
* organised layers
* clean typography
* print-ready export

## Final Deliverables

The final package should include:

* Editable **Adobe Illustrator (.AI)** file or properly layered production file
* Print-ready **PDF**
* High-resolution **JPG/PNG preview**
* Linked image/assets folder where applicable
* Fonts used, or an outlined text version
* Properly organised layers
* Final artwork prepared to the agreed print dimensions/scale
* Licensed high-resolution images inserted in the final version
* Any supplied vector assets kept editable where possible

Player photos will naturally remain raster images, but they must be high-resolution enough for large-format printing.

We are looking for a skilled architectural designer to develop a modern exterior facade for a private villa.

The main goal is to enhance the visual identity of the villa with a clean, contemporary design that reflects high-end residential standards commonly seen in Gulf region projects.

The structural layout of the villa is already defined. The focus of this project is on facade treatment, proportions, materials, and overall aesthetic improvement.
