I'm looking for an experienced WordPress and Elementor expert to refine and improve my existing cleaning business website.
Over the past few days, I've made several updates, but the website has become visually inconsistent. Some pages look polished, while others need improvement. Spacing, layout, and overall styling vary across the site, so I'd like to create a more cohesive and professional user experience.
Project Goals:
- Improve the overall visual consistency of the website.
- Standardize spacing, typography, and layout across all pages.
- Enhance the design using Elementor while preserving the existing content and structure where appropriate.
- Create a clean, modern, and user-friendly appearance.
- Ensure the website is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to recommend thoughtful design improvements while maintaining the site's existing branding.
This is a redesign and refinement project—not a complete rebuild. If you've completed similar Elementor projects, I'd be happy to discuss the details and review your portfolio.

My website has been online for a while and I think it's due for an update.
The content is mostly fine, but the design feels old and there are a few sections I'd like improved. Looking for someone with a good eye who can make it look more modern without rebuilding everything from scratch.

WooCommerce Shipping Expert Needed for USPS/UPS Live Rates and Perishable Products
We are looking for an experienced WooCommerce expert to complete the shipping setup on our WordPress website. Our checkout is currently not calculating accurate shipping because the correct packed weights and package dimensions have not been entered for all products.
We sell live plants, fresh leaves, teas, seeds, powders, and other perishable and non-perishable products. The freelancer must enter or import the correct packed weight and dimensions for every product.
Most products are already listed on Etsy with the correct weights and dimensions, so this information can be transferred to WooCommerce. We may also need to import additional products from Etsy or other sources.
Perishable products must have a separate shipping class and should only display USPS or UPS services with an expected delivery time of three business days or less. Slow or economy services must not appear when a perishable product is in the cart. If a customer purchases both perishable and non-perishable products together, the complete order must automatically use the faster perishable shipping rules.
The freelancer must connect accurate USPS and/or UPS live rates and test checkout using different products, quantities, package sizes, customer ZIP codes, and mixed carts. The project will only be considered complete when the correct shipping charges and eligible delivery services consistently appear at checkout.
If a paid WooCommerce plugin or carrier extension is required for accurate shipping calculations, we are willing to purchase and provide it after the freelancer recommends the most suitable solution and explains any recurring costs.
Please apply only if you have previous experience with WooCommerce live carrier rates, USPS or UPS APIs, shipping classes, package calculations, and conditional shipping rules. Experience with live plants or other perishable products is preferred.
This is a one-time, fixed-price project for an intermediate or expert freelancer. Please include examples of similar WooCommerce shipping projects and mention which plugin or solution you recommend.

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Google Ads Expert & Performance Analyst to conduct a comprehensive analysis of our Google Ads account and identify the root cause of recurring sales fluctuations.
Our business follows a frustrating pattern: one week we experience strong, healthy sales, followed by a week of extremely low or almost no sales. This cycle continues to repeat, and we need an expert who can determine whether Google Ads performance, conversion tracking, traffic quality, audience behavior, campaign settings, attribution, or another factor is causing these dramatic fluctuations.
I need a WordPress/Bricks/FunnelKit landing page implementation.
Budget: $175.00 maximum.
I have a Magic Patterns code zip and visual reference for a redesigned landing page. I need someone to recreate this design inside my existing WordPress Bricks/FunnelKit landing page.
This is NOT a full website build. The funnel, product, checkout, and live URL already exist.
Current live page:
https://keciaclarke.com/sp/self-love-success-map-offer/
You will receive:
1. Magic Patterns code zip
2. Screenshot/design reference
3. Current live funnel link
4. Product mock-up URL
Important:
- Do not change FunnelKit settings
- Do not change WooCommerce product settings
- Do not change checkout/payment settings
- Do not change tracking, pixel, analytics, or ad settings
- Do not change the live URL unless I approve
- Do not rebuild the whole website
- Only recreate the landing page design inside Bricks
- Make sure all CTA buttons still go to the existing checkout/product flow
- Must be mobile responsive
- Must test desktop and mobile before completion
Please confirm:
1. You have experience with Bricks Builder.
2. You can work from a Magic Patterns code zip and screenshot.
3. You can complete this for $175.00 or less.
4. You can complete it within 72 hours. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE.

I’m looking for a WordPress designer to rebuild and modernise my company website, Meridianis Consultants.

I will provide the final wording, images, logos, sitemap, visual references and page-by-page content. I need someone to handle the design, page layouts, responsive setup, navigation, contact form, staging build and final migration.
I would prefer the site to be built using Elementor or another modern WordPress system that I can easily edit myself afterward. I do not want the existing rigid custom theme to be reused or simply patched.
Could you please let me know:
whether this is a project you would be interested in;
which WordPress theme or builder you would recommend;
your approximate fixed price;
your estimated completion time;
whether staging, mobile optimisation and migration are included;
whether you provide basic editing instructions after completion.
Please also send me two or three examples of similar corporate WordPress websites that you personally designed.
My WooCommerce store has a growing number of pages that stubbornly refuse to appear in Google’s index. I need a specialist who can quickly identify the underlying issues—whether they’re rooted in on-page elements, backlink profile, or deeper technical misconfigurations—and then implement practical fixes that get those URLs crawled and indexed.
Here’s what I expect:
• A concise audit outlining on-page, off-page, and technical obstacles keeping the pages out of Google’s results.
• Clear, actionable corrections applied (or documented for me to apply) that resolve those obstacles.
• Submission and monitoring through Google Search Console until the affected pages show as indexed.
You’ll have full access to WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting control panel, and Search Console so you can dig in without roadblocks. Once the pages appear in Google’s index, the job is done.

I’m ready to launch a fresh Qikink-powered store alongside a dedicated blog, all under one cohesive, responsive website.
Store requirements
• A clean, single-product-focused layout that keeps the spotlight on our flagship item while still allowing room for future expansions.
• Built-in customer reviews to build trust and social proof.
• A related products display that automatically suggests complementary items as our catalogue grows.
Blog goals
The blog will be used purely for product reviews and updates, giving customers behind-the-scenes insights, feature breakdowns, and release announcements. Seamless navigation between the store and these posts is essential so readers can move straight from an article to checkout.
Technical notes
I’m open on platform choice—whether you lean toward Shopify, WordPress + WooCommerce, or another stack that integrates smoothly with Qikink’s fulfillment. Fast loading, mobile friendliness, and straightforward content editing are non-negotiable.

2. Blog section styled to match the store, ready for me to start publishing.

We're looking for an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer to build a new online store for our jewelry brand.
Our current website has been online for several years, but we're no longer happy with it. The design feels outdated, it's difficult to manage, and it doesn't reflect our brand anymore.
This is not a quick redesign. We want to rebuild the website properly so it's easier for customers to shop and easier for our team to manage.
We already have branding, product photos, and most of the content ready.
What we need
- WordPress + WooCommerce
- Custom design (or a lightweight theme if you can justify it)
- Mobile-first
- Fast loading
- Product variations
- Product filtering
- Search
- Wishlist
- Stripe payments
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Instagram integration
- Newsletter signup
- Basic SEO setup
We'll start with around 150 products, but the catalog will continue growing.
Nice to have
- Experience with jewelry or fashion brands
- Experience improving conversion rates
- Performance optimization
- Ability to recommend plugins instead of installing dozens of them
Budget: $3,000–5,000 Fixed Price
We're looking for someone we can continue working with after launch for future improvements.
Please answer the following in your proposal:
1. How would you approach rebuilding this website?
2. Would you build a custom theme or use an existing one? Why?
3. How would you keep the website fast with 150+ products?
4. What WooCommerce projects have you completed that are similar?
5. What would your timeline be?
6. What would your fixed price be?
7. Who will actually be doing the work?
8. Is there anything you'd recommend that we haven't mentioned?

About Us
We're building Nesavelle, an international online marketplace designed to connect people, products, cultures, and businesses from around the world. Our mission is to build a thoughtfully curated marketplace that emphasizes quality, uniqueness, and long-term relationships over simply becoming the biggest marketplace.
We're currently in the MVP stage and are looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to help us build the operational foundation for a successful launch and long-term growth.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages tasks or attends meetings. We're looking for a leader who takes ownership, builds systems, drives execution, solves problems, removes bottlenecks, communicates proactively, and consistently delivers measurable results.
This position begins as a 5-hour-per-week engagement, with the opportunity to grow into a significantly larger role as the company expands.
You will not be working alone. Our team currently includes:
- A software developer building the marketplace.
- An Operations Assistant who will support you with research, documentation, administrative work, follow-up, and other execution tasks under your leadership.
Your role is to organize the work, establish priorities, delegate effectively, and ensure the business continues moving forward every week.
---
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Nesavelle and help transform our MVP into a scalable, launch-ready marketplace.
- Coordinate closely with our software developer to ensure projects stay on schedule and blockers are resolved quickly.
- Lead and prioritize the work of our Operations Assistant by delegating appropriate tasks and ensuring they are completed effectively.
- Build SOPs, workflows, documentation, and operational systems that allow the company to scale.
- Create project plans with clear priorities, owners, deadlines, milestones, and accountability.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems that provide visibility into business performance.
- Identify operational risks early and recommend practical solutions before they become larger problems.
- Oversee quality assurance and launch readiness.
- Help identify, evaluate, and prioritize vendors that align with Nesavelle's mission and long-term vision.
- Help us intentionally launch with a carefully selected group of vendors that offer unique products, strengthen our brand, create an outstanding customer experience, and provide healthy profit margins, rather than simply onboarding as many vendors as possible.
- Develop efficient vendor onboarding processes and build strong long-term vendor relationships.
- Hold team members accountable for agreed-upon deliverables while maintaining a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Continuously recommend improvements that strengthen operations, customer experience, marketplace quality, and long-term profitability.
- Keep leadership informed with proactive communication and provide measurable progress throughout the week—not just during scheduled meetings.
---
Communication & Accountability Expectations
One of the most important responsibilities in this role is proactive communication.
Leadership should never have to wonder what you're working on or chase you for updates. We expect you to communicate as work progresses, not only during weekly reports or scheduled meetings.
You should:
- Share meaningful progress as it happens.
- Communicate promptly if you encounter a blocker or need a decision.
- Raise concerns, risks, and opportunities early.
- Submit completed deliverables as soon as they are finished.
- Keep leadership informed so there is always visibility into the project's status.
- Be responsive and engaged throughout the week.
If several days pass without communication, leadership should already understand why and know the plan moving forward.
---
What Success Looks Like
We evaluate success based on execution, ownership, communication, and measurable progress—not simply hours worked.
Every week should produce tangible, measurable results.
---
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience.
- Experience working with startups or rapidly growing companies.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation.
- Experience coordinating software development projects.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
- Highly proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being asked.
- Comfortable making recommendations and taking ownership of operational decisions.
---
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketplace or e-commerce experience.
- WooCommerce experience.
- Dokan Marketplace experience.
- Google Workspace.
- Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and operations.
---
Weekly Expectations
You'll provide a weekly report that includes:
- Work completed
- Work currently in progress
- Upcoming priorities
- Risks or blockers
- Decisions needed from leadership
- Estimated completion dates
- Links to all SOPs, documentation, dashboards, reports, and other deliverables completed during the week
---
Application Questions
Please answer the following:
1. Tell us about the most complex startup you've helped operate.
2. Describe a major operational problem you identified before anyone else noticed it and how you solved it.
3. How do you keep software developers and remote teams accountable without micromanaging them?
4. How would you effectively utilize an Operations Assistant to maximize your team's productivity?
5. Describe how you would evaluate and select the first vendors for a new online marketplace. What factors would you consider most important?
6. Please share examples of SOPs, dashboards, workflows, operational documents, or other systems you've created.
7. What operational achievement are you most proud of?
8. Please include a 2–5 minute Loom (or similar) video introducing yourself and explaining why you're the right fit for this role.
---
Trial Period
The selected candidate will begin with a paid trial engagement.
Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with an exceptional operations leader who will help shape the future of Nesavelle and build a world-class marketplace from the ground up.
I’m ready to launch a warm, artisan-focused online shop and need a developer who can build it in WooCommerce. The site must be completely mobile friendly, reflect our family’s craft story through an inviting design, and make day-to-day management simple for us.
Core build
• Structure the store around clear product categories, with Colour as the key variation option, and ensure stock levels stay accurate by synchronising everything with our existing Square account for both payments and inventory.
• Create the main pages: Home, Shop, Our Story, Artisans, FAQ and Contact, each styled to highlight our handmade aesthetic.
• Connect the catalogue to Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest so we can tag products in posts and sell directly from those channels.
• Apply solid on-page SEO basics (clean URLs, metadata, image alt text) so we start on the right footing with search engines.
Ease of use
I need an intuitive back-end that lets us add or edit products, photos, prices and descriptions without touching code. A short walkthrough or screen-share training session will do, once the build is complete. Administrator login credentials and clear written instructions should be provided at hand-over.
Quality checks
Before launch, please test responsiveness across modern mobile and desktop browsers, run a full purchase flow with Square, and confirm social-channel product feeds are pulling through correctly. I’ll consider the project complete when:
1. Orders process end-to-end via Square with automatic inventory updates.
2. All pages load quickly and display flawlessly on phones and tablets.
3. Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest shops show live products with colour options.
4. I can log in, add a new item, set its colour swatches and publish it in under five minutes.
If this aligns with your WooCommerce skill set and you have an eye for artistic design, I’d love to see examples of similar work and your proposed timeline.

I’m launching a new online store for physical products and need the full e-commerce website built from the ground up. The shop must handle everything from clean product listings to secure checkout, with a built-in customer review section so buyers can rate and comment on each item.
Here’s how I picture the flow:
• Visitors browse a searchable catalog of my physical goods.
• They add items to a standard shopping cart and move through a streamlined, mobile-friendly checkout.
• After purchase, an automated prompt invites them to leave a verified review that displays on the relevant product page.
Pick the stack you’re most comfortable with—Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a comparable platform—just be sure it supports easy inventory management, payment gateway integration, and the review feature without heavy custom code.
Deliverables:
1. Fully functional e-commerce website, ready to accept live orders.
2. Admin dashboard access with instructions on adding new products and moderating reviews.
3. Basic on-page SEO setup so each product can start ranking straight away.
4. A short hand-off guide or video walkthrough outlining daily operational tasks.
I have product photos and copy ready; you’ll handle the rest, from installing the theme or template through final QA. Let me know your suggested platform, estimated timeline, and any recent stores you’ve built that include customer review functionality.
I’m ready to launch an online store focused on clothing and accessories and I need a full-featured e-commerce site built from the ground up. The overall look should feel classic and elegant—clean typography, balanced white space, timeless colour palette—so visitors immediately associate the brand with quality and style.
Core functions I must have:
• Product pages that let shoppers choose size and colour before adding items to cart.
• A reviews and ratings section on every product to build trust and social proof.
• Secure checkout, inventory tracking, order confirmation emails and an easy-to-use dashboard so I can update products myself.
Please integrate responsive design so it works perfectly on mobile, tablet and desktop, and optimise loading speed for image-heavy fashion catalogues. I’m open to using Shopify, WooCommerce or another reputable platform—advise me on the best fit and any premium themes or plugins you recommend that align with a classic aesthetic.
Deliverables will be:
1. Fully functioning storefront on the chosen platform, live on my domain.
2. A short hand-off guide (screenshots or screencast) showing how to add new products, edit variants, and moderate reviews.
3. Two rounds of post-launch tweaks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
If this matches your expertise in fashion-focused e-commerce, let’s discuss timeline and milestones so we can open the virtual doors soon.

About us
Manigen is the Google Ads profit partner for ecommerce. We run Google Ads for ecommerce brands, and we back it with software we built ourselves.
Honesty and transparency are core values for us. We show clients the real numbers, good week or bad week, and we care about real results instead of metrics that just look nice. That only works if what we measure is actually true. That is where tracking comes in, and why we take it seriously.
We are paid on profit, so our tracking has to be right. If conversion data is missing or wrong, the bidding gets worse, our reporting is off and we get paid less. It matters.
The role
We are looking for one tracking specialist to join the team, on an hourly basis. Not a one-off project. You become the person we go to for anything tracking related, across all our client accounts.
Expect 2 to 10 hours in a normal month. More in the first months while we get existing client setups in order, more when we onboard a new client, and more when something breaks and needs fixing that day. We want someone for the long run who we can ping on Slack and get on a call with when needed.
What you would work on first
Our next steps, roughly in this order:
- Fixing the data gaps in a WooCommerce GTM setup, where GTM shows fewer transactions than WooCommerce
- Getting Cookiebot and Shopify analytics to work together
- Setting up our Shopify stores so GCLID data shows up in the checkout information
- Making it clear in the client's own Shopify dashboard whether a sale came from Google Ads or not
- Rolling out server-side tracking for our clients
- Checking and improving the tracking setups of our current clients
- Setting up tracking properly for new clients from day one
Must have
- Google Ads conversion tracking, in depth. Including offline conversion uploads.
- Microsoft Ads conversion tracking, including UET.
- Ecommerce tracking end to end: GTM, GA4, dataLayer, ecommerce events, consent mode v2.
- Shopify, including Shopify analytics and the customer events / pixel side of it.
- WooCommerce, including the usual ways it quietly loses orders.
- Server-side tracking that you have actually run for clients (Stape, self hosted on GCP or similar). This one is a hard requirement, not a nice to have.
- GDPR in practice, with real Cookiebot experience. Compliant, without throwing away data we are allowed to collect.
- Developer knowledge. You know your way around website code files, themes and JavaScript, and you can read someone else's code to find why a tag is not firing.
- You like figuring out why two numbers do not match. That is most of this job.
- Fluent or native English, and fine with hopping on a call when needed.
- Slack. All our work runs through Slack.
Strong preference for Europe, or at least a good overlap with European hours.
Big plus
- You already use Claude Code or Codex in your work. We use them a lot ourselves and would rather work with someone who does the same.
- Google Merchant Center and product feed experience.
- Call tracking, including getting calls into Google Ads as conversions.
How we work
You get access to what you need, your own Slack channel and clear ownership. We will not micromanage your hours. We do expect you to be straight with us: say when something is broken, when a fix is a workaround, and when a setup should be rebuilt instead of patched.
How to apply
Three things I'd like to know about you:
1. How do you currently go about setting up server-side tracking?
2. How fast can you usually respond when something breaks on a live store?
3. Do you use Claude Code or Codex? What for?
Short and specific is better than long and polished. Generic AI written applications get skipped.

I’m ready to launch a clean, modern, and minimalist e-commerce site and need someone who can take the project from concept to live store. The core of the build is straightforward: an online shop that feels light, intuitive, and fast while still giving shoppers the functionality they expect from a top-tier retail experience.
Here’s what I need delivered:
• Advanced product search with smart filters so visitors can drill down quickly to the exact item they want.
• A customer review system that blends seamlessly with the layout and can be moderated from the admin panel.
• Full payment-gateway integration (Stripe or PayPal preferred, but I’m open to recommendations) set up and tested in both sandbox and live modes.
I have no off-the-shelf theme in mind; the design should follow a modern, minimalist aesthetic throughout—think generous white space, crisp typography, mobile-first responsiveness, and lightning-fast page loads. Whether you work best in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or another framework, I’m happy to hear how you’d bring the style and features together.
Please outline your proposed tech stack, timeline, and any similar projects you’ve completed. Once the key pages, functionality, and styling are approved, I’d like a brief hand-off session so I can manage routine updates on my own.
