I’m launching an online store to sell physical products and need a complete e-commerce website built from the ground up. The look and feel should be clean, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused, with intuitive navigation so customers can move from product discovery to checkout without friction.
Core functionality I expect: • Shopping cart that updates in real time • Secure payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, or a comparable option we can discuss) • Product pages that allow customers to leave verified reviews I’m flexible on the platform—whether you prefer Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or another robust solution—as long as it scales smoothly and lets me manage inventory and orders without technical headaches. After launch, I should be able to handle routine tasks like adding new products, adjusting prices, and viewing sales analytics without decoding code. Please outline your recommended tech stack, design approach, and a realistic timeline in your proposal. If you have a portfolio of live stores, share a couple of links so I can gauge user experience and performance. Once we agree on the framework, I’ll supply branding assets, product images, and copy. You hand off a polished, secure site ready to accept orders—and a brief walkthrough so I understand the admin dashboard. Skills: PHP, Website Design, Magento, eCommerce, HTML, Shopify, WooCommerce, Web Development

WordPress / Elementor Pro Developer Needed – Keukenkleur.nl
We are looking for an experienced WordPress / Elementor Pro developer to build the complete website for Keukenkleur.nl. Keukenkleur.nl is a new DIY concept for kitchen wrapping. The concept and almost all website pages have already been visually designed and will be provided in a comprehensive PDF. The Project The designs in the PDF will serve as the visual foundation for the website. These are not technical Figma files, so we are looking for someone who can independently and professionally translate these designs into a fully functional website. Where necessary, we expect you to make professional decisions regarding spacing, alignment, responsive behaviour, and overall consistency. The website must be built using WordPress + Elementor Pro. What We’re Looking For * Strong experience with WordPress & Elementor Pro * A good eye for front-end/web design * Fully responsive development for desktop, tablet, and mobile * Clean and well-structured technical implementation * Experience with forms and order/payment flows * The website must be easy for us to manage after completion * No redesign: the provided designs are the foundation, but they should be professionally adapted where necessary We are open to your recommendations regarding the best technical solution for the ordering and payment functionality. When Applying Please provide 2–3 relevant Elementor projects that you personally developed, your estimated timeframe and project price, and a short explanation of how you would technically approach this project. Please review the attached PDF before submitting your proposal. Generic proposals will not be considered.

We are launching **Restaurant Equipment Depot**, an ecommerce store selling commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, bars, caterers and food trucks.
This is **not** a simple online catalog. The core of the business is a **B2B quote workflow**: many of our products are high-ticket, freight-shipped, and priced per project. Customers must be able to build an equipment list, request a quote, receive a revised quote from our sales team, approve it, and convert it into an order. The site must launch **fully bilingual in English and Canadian French** — this is a hard requirement, not a phase-two nice-to-have. We have a complete site architecture and page-by-page specification ready (navigation, homepage, category pages, product pages, quote flow, account portal, footer). You will build to that spec — we're looking for execution and technical judgment, not a blank-page design exercise. ### Platform We plan to build on **Shopify**, using Shopify's native B2B features (company accounts, catalogs, volume pricing, quantity rules, payment terms) plus a proper quote workflow. If you have strong reasons to recommend WooCommerce or a different approach, tell us in your proposal and explain why. ### Scope of work 1. **Store setup & custom theme** — clean, professional, commercial-equipment look. Not an obvious out-of-the-box template. Fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile). 2. **Navigation & site structure** — Shop Equipment (11 categories), Brands, Deals, Restaurant Projects, Resources, About, Contact, plus persistent **Request a Quote** and **Call Us** buttons. 3. **Homepage** — announcement bar, prominent search, hero, category tiles, featured brands grid, featured products, "Opening a Restaurant?" section, "Why Us" icon row, pre-footer quote CTA, full footer. 4. **Product pages** — image gallery (multiple angles + spec plate), specs/dimensions/electrical/certifications displayed prominently, tabbed content (Overview, Specifications, Dimensions, Features, Downloads, Warranty, Shipping, Reviews), spec-sheet PDF downloads. 5. **Three purchase paths** per product: **Add to Cart** (standard items), **Add to Quote** (complex/high-value equipment), **Request Project Pricing** (large projects). Plus "Call for Pricing" support. 6. **Category pages** — faceted filtering by brand, type, door configuration, width, price, availability, features. Quick View, Add to Cart and Add to Quote on every product card. 7. **Advanced search** — must handle model numbers, SKUs, part numbers, brands and natural queries ("48 inch 2 door refrigerator") with refinement filters, **in both languages**. Recommend and implement a dedicated search app — better than default Shopify search. 8. **Quote system (the most important part)** — persistent quote cart with counter, quote request form (customer info, project info, business type, delivery location), **file upload** for equipment lists (PDF, XLS, DOC, images), admin-side quote management (edit quantities, add/remove items, apply discounts, add freight/installation/notes), send quote to customer, online quote view, **Accept Quote → Checkout → Order** conversion, automated status emails. 9. **Customer account portal** — dashboard, orders, quotes, reorder, invoices, addresses, company info, saved equipment, settings. 10. **Landing pages** — Restaurant Projects page (6-step process), equipment package pages (pizza, burger, bakery, coffee shop, food truck, catering, bar). 11. **Resource/blog section** — buying guides and SEO content structure with proper schema markup, with hreflang handled correctly for the bilingual site. 12. **Bilingual English / Canadian French build (required)** — language switcher, translated navigation, product titles and metafields, filter labels, quote forms, checkout and all transactional/quote emails. Correct hreflang tags, localized URLs, and language-aware SEO. **We will supply the French translations** — you are responsible for the architecture that serves them properly, not for translating. 13. **Integrations** — GA4 and conversion tracking, transactional + marketing email, abandoned cart, quote follow-ups, freight/LTL shipping logic for oversized items, and a clean path to future accounting/ERP and CRM integration. 14. **Product import** — bulk CSV import structure for catalog data, with metafields for all technical specifications in both languages. ### What we'll provide - Full written site architecture and page specifications - Brand name, logo direction and product/brand list - Product data, images and spec sheets - All content copy in English **and** French ### Deliverables - Fully functional bilingual Shopify store on our domain, staging site during development - Documented theme code and any custom app/extension code - Admin training session or screen-recorded walkthrough for our sales team on managing quotes and publishing content in both languages - 30 days of post-launch bug fixes ### Requirements - Proven Shopify experience — **please link 2–3 live stores you built**, ideally B2B, wholesale, industrial or high-SKU catalogs - Experience with Shopify B2B / company accounts and quote or RFQ workflows - **Demonstrated multilingual Shopify experience** (Shopify Markets or a translation app) — please link a live bilingual store - Liquid, Shopify theme development, metafields, Shopify APIs; custom app development a plus - Strong communication in English - Available for regular check-ins during our business hours (North America, Central Time) ### To apply, please include 1. Which platform you recommend (Shopify or other) and **why, in 3–4 sentences** 2. How you would build the quote workflow — native, app, or custom — and which apps you'd use 3. How you would handle the English/French build, including translated metafields and filters 4. Links to relevant work, including at least one bilingual or multilingual store 5. Your estimated timeline and a milestone-based price 6. Start the first line of your proposal with the word **KITCHEN** so we know you read this post We're looking for a long-term partner. After launch there will be ongoing work: catalog expansion, ERP integration, advanced pricing and new landing pages.

UI/Figma Specialist Needed to Visually Harmonize Existing Mobile PWA Screens
Job description: We are looking for an experienced UI/Figma specialist to visually harmonize a set of existing mobile PWA screens for a digital concierge product called QR VIA. The screens are already designed in terms of content, functionality, information architecture and user flow. This assignment is not a redesign project. The goal is to make all screens look as if they were created by one professional designer using one consistent design system. The current screens are functional mockups and already contain the correct structure, content and logic. What still needs improvement is the visual consistency between the screens. The specialist will be asked to standardize elements such as: exact screen dimensions and layout proportions; spacing, margins and padding; typography and font hierarchy; card sizes and corner radii; shadows and borders; button and CTA styling; photo sizes and image treatment; header positioning; QR VIA logo positioning and sizing; language selector and menu button; bottom navigation; microphone / QR VIA help panel; icon sizes and alignment; consistent use of colors; visual alignment of dynamic information blocks. A very important requirement is that you do not change the existing UX, functionality, text hierarchy or screen structure unless specifically requested. We do not want the screens to be creatively redesigned. We want them to be professionally normalized and visually consistent. We will provide one detailed reference screen that contains most of the recurring UI components. This reference should be used as the primary visual benchmark for the remaining screens. We will also provide several different screen types, for example: dashboard / overview screen; photo-tile overview; device instruction screen; first-line troubleshooting screen; dynamic support / escalation screen; transport / route screen. The objective is to create a coherent reusable design system that can later be applied to the full screen library. For the first step, we would preferably start with a small paid test assignment of approximately 3 screens. The test screens will include: one detailed reference screen; one overview screen with multiple photo cards; one facility/dashboard screen. If the result is good, the assignment can be extended to the full set of QR VIA screens. Deliverables: professionally harmonized Figma screens; reusable components where appropriate; consistent spacing and typography system; clearly defined color styles; consistent buttons, cards, navigation and UI states; editable Figma source files; no changes to the approved screen logic without prior approval. Important: The intellectual property and final design files must be transferred to us upon payment. Confidentiality is important. We may ask the selected freelancer to sign an NDA before receiving the complete screen library. When applying, please send: examples of mobile UI or PWA interfaces you have standardized or refined; examples showing strong design-system consistency; your estimated time for a 3-screen paid test; your fixed price or hourly rate; confirmation that you are comfortable working from existing screens rather than redesigning them. We are especially interested in someone who is precise, disciplined and detail-oriented, rather than someone who wants to reinvent the interface. A successful result should make the screens look visually identical in design language, while preserving the existing content and functionality.

**About us**
Small Australian bike brand. Tech stack; WooCommerce on WordPress, Zoho One Enterprise (CRM, Books, Inventory, Flow), Existing automations run through Zoho Flow. No in-house developer. We need support fixing some of data transfers between our Zoho tools and our website. These systems are half set up, but we don’t have the capability to finalise these data transfers. **What we need fixed** 1. **Website form → Zoho CRM (Zoho Flow)** Form submissions create a Lead successfully. We need the submission to be associated with the existing Contact. rather than sitting as an orphan Lead. Propose the correct data model for this — we're open to being told our current approach is wrong. 2. **Contact name fields** Full name is landing in the wrong name field (likely a mapping workaround in the Flow that concatenates into the Last Name field). Needs correct first/last mapping without breaking the Flow. 3. **Zoho Inventory ↔ WooCommerce sync** Native connector is installed but syncs fail — currently throwing a "sync has already been initiated" error. Need it working and running on an automatic twice-daily schedule. 4. **WooCommerce order → Zoho (the main piece)** When an order is placed in WooCommerce, we need: - **Zoho CRM:** match on customer email → create Contact if none exists (with source data attached); create a Deal set to Order Won, linked to both the Contact and the Sales Order; create the Sales Order. - **Zoho Books:** create the corresponding order/invoice. We assume Zoho Inventory is the right vehicle because order line items come through cleanly, but we want your recommendation. **Deliverables** Working integrations, plus a short written handover of what was configured and where, so we can maintain it. **To apply** Tell us: your Zoho Flow / Zoho Inventory experience, how you'd approach item 4, and a rough hours estimate. Fixed price preferred once scope is agreed.

## Senior HealthTech Product Designer / Architect — Telemedicine & Longevity Platform
We are developing a physician-led digital health, telemedicine and longevity platform, initially launching in Montenegro with the longer-term goal of expanding throughout the Balkan region and potentially into broader European markets. We are looking for an experienced **HealthTech Product Designer / Product Architect / UX/UI Specialist** — either an exceptional individual or an experienced healthcare technology agency — to help transform the concept into a professionally designed, scalable product and MVP roadmap. This is not an ordinary website project. It is also NOT an online peptide store, supplement shop, or direct-to-consumer prescription-drug website. The vision is to build a premium digital healthcare platform connecting patients with licensed medical professionals and, where appropriate, laboratories and licensed pharmacy partners. Potential areas of care may include: • Physician-supervised metabolic and weight management • Women's health and menopause • Hormonal and metabolic health • Healthy aging and longevity • Preventive health and diagnostics • Nutrition and lifestyle medicine • Telemedicine consultations • Other physician-directed therapies where medically appropriate and legally permitted Certain prescription medicines and potentially peptide-based therapies may eventually form part of physician-directed treatment. However, the platform must be designed around **medical care, physician oversight and patient outcomes — not pharmaceutical e-commerce.** We already have access to physicians and a pharmacist in Montenegro and are separately working through the applicable medical, pharmaceutical and regulatory requirements. ### WHAT WE NEED FIRST We are intentionally NOT beginning by asking someone to develop a large custom application. Before significant development begins, we want to properly define: • What the platform should do • What the first MVP should contain • What should NOT be built yet • What should be custom-developed • What should use established third-party healthcare technology or APIs • How patients, physicians and administrators should interact with the system • How the architecture can eventually scale into additional jurisdictions The initial engagement should focus on **discovery, product architecture, user experience and UX/UI design.** ### PATIENT JOURNEY We expect the patient experience to eventually resemble: Education / Program Discovery → Initial Assessment → Secure Patient Registration → Medical Intake Questionnaire → Consent → Appointment Scheduling → Physician Consultation / Telemedicine → Laboratory Testing if Required → Physician Treatment Decision → Treatment Plan → Prescription Workflow if Medically Appropriate and Legally Permitted → Licensed Pharmacy Coordination → Follow-Up → Ongoing Patient Monitoring This workflow is not final. We specifically want an experienced HealthTech professional who can review it, challenge it and help us improve it. ### PATIENT EXPERIENCE Potential functionality may eventually include: • Secure patient registration and authentication • Medical intake questionnaires • Consent management • Appointment scheduling • Telemedicine/video consultations • Secure patient/provider communication • Medical document upload • Laboratory-result access • Treatment-plan access • Follow-up questionnaires • Progress tracking • Payments/subscriptions • Patient dashboard ### PHYSICIAN / PROVIDER EXPERIENCE Potential functionality may include: • Provider dashboard • Patient list • Medical intake review • Appointment management • Patient history • Laboratory/document review • Clinical notes • Treatment plans • Follow-up management • Secure patient communication • Prescription workflow where legally permitted • Patient monitoring ### ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE Administrative and customer-service staff should NOT automatically have unrestricted access to confidential clinical information. The architecture should consider appropriate separation and role-based permissions between: • Patients • Physicians • Other clinical personnel • Pharmacists where appropriate • Administrative personnel • Billing/customer support ### HEALTHCARE DATA & SECURITY Because the platform may process sensitive medical information, healthcare privacy and security must be considered from the beginning. Experience with some combination of the following is highly desirable: • GDPR and sensitive health data • Privacy-by-design • Secure authentication • Encryption • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) • Consent management • Audit logging • Secure document storage • Healthcare data architecture • EHR/EMR systems • FHIR • HL7 • Healthcare APIs • Laboratory integrations • Pharmacy integrations • Secure cloud architecture The initial market is Montenegro, which is continuing to develop its digital-health framework and align with European standards. We have separate medical and regulatory advisers. We are NOT expecting a designer or developer to provide legal advice. We ARE expecting the technology to be designed so that legal and clinical requirements can be implemented correctly. ### DESIGN & BRAND DIRECTION This is extremely important to us. We want the company to feel: **Premium Medical European Modern Clean Sophisticated Trustworthy Science-driven Human** We do NOT want the appearance of: • A bodybuilding peptide website • Supplement e-commerce • Discount online pharmacy • Generic medical template • Aggressive pharmaceutical advertising We want patients to immediately feel that they are entering a serious, physician-led private healthcare environment. Medical credibility, physicians, patient trust and excellent user experience should be central to the design. The public website may eventually include: • Homepage • How It Works • Programs • Medical Team • Metabolic & Weight Health • Women's Health / Menopause • Healthy Aging / Longevity • Diagnostics & Laboratory Testing • Telemedicine • About • Education / Insights • Book an Assessment ### WHAT WE EXPECT FROM PHASE ONE The first engagement should ideally produce: 1. Product discovery and recommendations 2. Information architecture 3. Complete sitemap 4. Patient journey/user-flow mapping 5. Physician/provider workflow 6. Administrative workflow 7. MVP feature recommendations 8. Recommendations regarding what NOT to build initially 9. Wireframes 10. High-quality Figma UX/UI designs 11. Responsive desktop/mobile designs 12. Patient portal concepts 13. Provider portal concepts 14. Clickable prototype 15. Initial technical architecture recommendation 16. Recommendations regarding third-party technology/API integrations versus custom development 17. Preliminary roadmap and cost estimate for MVP development The objective is to finish Phase One with a prototype and technical roadmap that can be reviewed with physicians, pharmacists, regulatory advisers and potential development partners before committing to a larger build. ### WE DO NOT WANT TO REINVENT EVERYTHING We are particularly interested in candidates who understand when NOT to custom-build. Where appropriate, we are open to evaluating established technology for: • Video consultations • Scheduling • Secure authentication • Identity verification • Electronic signatures • Payments • Secure messaging • Healthcare records • Laboratory connectivity • Other healthcare infrastructure We want someone capable of answering: **“What should we build ourselves, and what should we integrate?”** ### WHO SHOULD APPLY Strong preference will be given to candidates with genuine experience in: • HealthTech • Digital health • Telemedicine / telehealth • Healthcare SaaS • Patient portals • Physician/provider portals • Healthcare UX/UI • Medical workflow design • EHR/EMR • GDPR-sensitive healthcare systems • FHIR / HL7 • Healthcare APIs • Pharmacy/laboratory integrations • Secure healthcare software architecture European healthcare experience is particularly interesting to us. You do NOT have to personally specialize in every area. An excellent senior product architect working with appropriate specialists may be a strong fit. Healthcare technology agencies are also welcome, provided you clearly identify who will actually work on our project. ### IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A GENERIC WEB DESIGN JOB If your primary experience is building ordinary WordPress, Shopify or WooCommerce websites and you do not have meaningful healthcare/digital-health experience, this is probably not the right project. We are looking for someone who can think about the **business, patient, physician and technology together.** We value someone who will challenge us when necessary rather than simply build everything requested. ### WHEN APPLYING, PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS **1. Show us your 2–3 most relevant healthcare, telemedicine or digital-health projects.** Please provide links, screenshots, Figma files or case studies where confidentiality permits. **2. What exactly did YOU personally do on those projects?** Please distinguish your own work from your agency/team's work. **3. Have you designed or built both patient-facing and provider/physician-facing systems?** Please explain. **4. What experience do you have with GDPR-sensitive medical data or other regulated healthcare environments?** **5. What experience do you have with EHR/EMR, FHIR, HL7, laboratory systems, pharmacy systems or healthcare APIs?** Be specific. **6. If you were launching this business initially for approximately 50–100 patients, what would you NOT build yet?** This is one of the most important questions. **7. What would you recommend custom-building versus integrating using existing technology?** **8. How would you approach separating administrative/customer-service data from confidential clinical data?** **9. What would you recommend as the simplest secure MVP?** **10. Do you provide product strategy, UX/UI/Figma, software architecture and development — or only some of these services?** **11. If you are an agency, who specifically would be assigned to this project and what is each person's role?** **12. Please provide your estimated hours, timeline and cost for the initial discovery/product architecture/UX/UI phase.** ### HOW WE INTEND TO WORK We are looking for quality and relevant experience rather than simply the lowest bid. The initial engagement will be a **paid discovery, architecture and UX/UI phase**. We are not committing the entire software-development project to anyone at this stage. If the relationship is successful, there may be an opportunity to continue into: • MVP development • Launch • Integrations • Ongoing development • Maintenance • Additional healthcare programs • Expansion into additional markets We are interested in finding a long-term technology partner if the right relationship develops. ### APPLICATION INSTRUCTION Please begin your proposal with: **PHYSICIAN-LED HEALTH** In your opening paragraph, please also answer this question: **What is the single biggest mistake you believe a founder could make when building this type of healthcare platform?** Generic proposals that do not address the project or application questions will not be considered. We look forward to seeing your healthcare work and, more importantly, understanding how you think.

We are looking for an experienced WordPress and Elementor designer/developer to refresh our educational publishing website: www.bmezy.com.au.
BMEZY creates Business Management and Enterprise resources for Western Australian schools. Our current website uses WordPress and Elementor, which we want to retain so we can update routine content ourselves after handover. DESIGN FILES AND INSTRUCTION HIERARCHY The design and requested changes are already defined. We are not looking for someone to redesign the website from scratch, create their own interpretation of our brand or omit annotated requirements. We will provide three complementary design files: - The original high-resolution mock-up, which is the visual baseline for the website. - A clean annotated PowerPoint containing a font reference, a separate annotation sheet for each of the five pages and repeated site-wide instructions. - AND FOR OUR CHOSEN WEBSITE DEVELOPER: Our logo, book mockups and other branding materials. Where the PowerPoint requests a change, it takes precedence over the original mock-up. Where no change is annotated, the original design should be preserved. Please review both files carefully and raise any uncertainty before building rather than making an unapproved interpretation. The final website contains five pages: - Home - Product Samples - Full Product Catalogue and ISBNs - How to Order - Contact Us The finished website must closely reproduce the original visual direction, action every applicable annotation and be professionally adapted for different screen sizes. No annotated requirement or major visual element may be changed or omitted without our approval. VISUAL DIRECTION The required style is clean, polished and modern academic. It uses BMEZY branding, blue and white with subtle pastel/gradient styling, strong typography, resource cards, book covers, icons, buttons, handwritten-style elements, Western Australian imagery, a consistent black Perth skyline across the lower section/footer, catalogue/ISBN tables and clear user pathways. We will supply the original mock-up, annotated PowerPoint, logos, book cover artwork, graphics, written content and other available assets. Please confirm at the outset that both design files open correctly. ELEMENTOR AND EDITABILITY The finished website must remain easy for us to edit. Routine content such as prices, ISBNs, wording, buttons, links, descriptions, images and contact details should be editable through Elementor wherever reasonably possible. Custom CSS or limited custom development is acceptable where needed to reproduce the design and annotations, but ordinary page content should not be unnecessarily hard-coded. Please use modern Elementor practices such as Containers/Flexbox, global colours, global typography, reusable styling/components and logically organised page structures. The Elementor editor should remain clean and understandable after handover. RESPONSIVE DESIGN The supplied design files primarily represent the desktop website. The project includes professionally adapting the design for desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile. We do not want the desktop layout simply reduced in size on mobile. Navigation, cards, buttons, typography, tables, product information and calls to action must remain attractive and easy to use on smaller screens. We would like to approve both the desktop and mobile implementations. WEBSITE FUNCTIONALITY This is primarily an informational/product website rather than a traditional e-commerce website. Resources are purchased through BMEZY Direct, Campion and ReadCloud, so we do not require a WooCommerce-style checkout. The site should direct users to the appropriate purchasing method. The Contact Us page must include a functioning enquiry form. The site will also contain links to external resources and sample materials. Existing useful URLs should be retained wherever practical. If a URL must change, an appropriate redirect should be implemented. PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY The website should look polished without becoming slow or bloated. Include sensible image optimisation, responsive behaviour, browser compatibility, performance practices and basic on-page SEO structure. Avoid unnecessary plugins. The site must work on current major desktop and mobile browsers. DEVELOPMENT PROCESS The redesign should initially be completed on a staging/development website rather than directly on the live website. The existing site must be backed up before migration or significant changes. We want to review the work progressively. The responsive Home page should be developed and approved first against the original mock-up, the Home page annotation sheet and all site-wide instructions. Once the Home page styling is approved, the remaining four pages can follow the same design language while applying their own page-specific annotations. REVISIONS AND DESIGN ACCURACY The quoted price must include reasonable revisions needed to align the website with the original mock-up, every applicable annotation, the site-wide instructions and the responsive requirements. This does not include unlimited revisions for new ideas or changes in scope. Corrections to inaccurate typography, spacing, colours, sizing, layout or responsiveness, or implementation of an annotated item that was missed, are part of the original scope rather than an additional project. If an annotated requirement is technically infeasible or would create a material usability problem, identify it and propose an alternative for approval before proceeding. Annotated items must not be silently omitted. MILESTONES, APPROVAL AND PAYMENT This will be a milestone-based fixed-price project. A milestone will only be released after the relevant work has been reviewed against the mock-up, annotations, site-wide instructions and responsive requirements, and any reasonable corrections have been completed. If the work materially fails to meet the agreed project description, original mock-up or annotated PowerPoint after a reasonable opportunity to correct it, we reserve the right not to approve or release the relevant outstanding milestone and, where necessary, to use Freelancer.com's dispute process. Suggested milestone structure for an A$900 project: 1. A$180 - Staging setup and responsive Home page matching the design and relevant annotations. 2. A$180 - Product Samples and How to Order pages, with page-specific annotations completed. 3. A$180 - Product Catalogue/ISBN and Contact pages, with page-specific annotations completed. 4. A$180 - Responsive refinement across all five pages and full application of site-wide instructions. 5. A$180 - Final revisions, testing, optimisation, migration and handover. Final milestone amounts may be adjusted to match the successful freelancer's accepted quote. FINAL HANDOVER At completion, we expect all five pages and applicable annotations completed, responsive desktop/tablet/mobile layouts, working forms and links, reasonable optimisation and migration to our live domain. We require ownership and control of the completed website and any custom code created specifically for the project. Any paid plugins, fonts, stock assets or licences requiring an ongoing fee must be disclosed and approved before use. The website must not rely on a freelancer-owned licence that will stop functioning after the project ends. Please provide brief written handover instructions or a short screen recording showing us how to update the main editable areas through Elementor. WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR PROPOSAL Please begin your proposal with: BMEZY ELEMENTOR Then answer the following questions: 1. Please provide 2-4 examples of Elementor websites you personally built, preferably from supplied designs or mock-ups. 2. Having reviewed the original mock-up and complete annotated PowerPoint, can you reproduce this style closely and action all specified changes in Elementor? 3. Would any elements require custom CSS, custom development or an approved alternative? 4. How would you make this five-page design responsive on mobile while preserving the annotated priorities? 5. Will normal website content remain easily editable by us through Elementor after completion? 6. Do you use Elementor Containers/Flexbox and global styling? 7. Will you build on a staging website before making the redesigned website live? 8. Do you anticipate needing any paid plugins or licences? If yes, please identify them. 9. What is your estimated completion timeframe? 10. What is your fixed-price quote for the complete five-page project? 11. Does your quote include reasonable revisions needed to accurately implement the original design, page-specific annotations and site-wide instructions? 12. Do you accept the milestone approval and payment conditions in this project description? Generic copy-and-paste proposals that do not address these questions are unlikely to be considered. I’m building a fresh, modern-looking website for a small tour company in Jamaica and need a developer who can take it from concept to launch. The visual direction is clear—clean lines, plenty of white space, and responsive layouts that look sharp on desktop and mobile alike.
Two core functions must be in place from day one: • Secure online payment system (credit/debit cards; the exact gateway we can choose together). • A straightforward contact form that routes submissions to my email without fail. Beyond those essentials, I’ll count on you for: • Setting up a simple content management workflow so I can update text and images myself. • Basic on-page SEO best practices baked in. • Cross-browser testing to ensure everything works smoothly. I’ll provide branding assets, copy, and any product/service details you need; you deliver a fully functional site, ready to go live after we run through final checks. If you have a preferred stack—whether WordPress with WooCommerce, Shopify, or a lightweight custom build—let’s discuss what fits best. Clear communication, clean code, and timely progress updates will be key to moving this project forward. I need a full-featured multi-vendor e-commerce platform that lets photographers sign up as individual stores and sell three product categories: cameras and lenses, lighting and studio equipment, and accessories and tripods. The entire flow—from vendor onboarding through product listing, cart, secure payment, shipping options and post-sale dashboard—has to feel seamless for both sellers and buyers.
Core expectations • Multi-vendor architecture with separate seller dashboards • Real-time inventory, order tracking and payout management • Responsive design optimised for mobile checkout • Integrated payment gateway and escrow or split-payment feature • Search and filter tuned for gear-centric attributes (mount, focal length, wattage, etc.) • Basic CMS pages plus blog space for future content marketing • Clean, performant code ready for future plugin or API integrations Acceptance criteria 1. A test seller can register, list one item in each product category and complete a dummy transaction end to end. 2. Admin panel exposes vendor management, commission settings and dispute tools. 3. Page-speed score of 90+ on Google Lighthouse desktop and mobile. If you have solid experience building e-commerce or marketplace sites—especially with platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce + Dokan, Shopify Multi-Vendor or custom stacks (Laravel, Node, React)—please walk me through two relevant projects and the specific challenges you solved. I’m ready to launch an online store dedicated to selling in-game items—think skins, currency, and similar digital goods—for both PC and mobile gamers. I need a complete, production-ready website that makes it effortless for customers to browse, add items to cart, check out securely, and receive their purchases instantly by key, code, or automated in-game delivery.
Here’s what matters most to me: • A clean, modern storefront that feels native to the gaming community and works smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers. • Robust inventory and order management so I can add new items, adjust stock, and track sales without wrestling with the back end. • Secure payment processing (credit card, PayPal, plus any gamer-friendly options you’d suggest) with anti-fraud measures suited to digital goods. • Automated or near-instant fulfilment to deliver purchased items right after payment clears, minimising support tickets. • Clear SEO-ready structure and basic on-page optimisation so new players can actually find the store. I’m flexible on the stack—whether you’re more comfortable with WooCommerce, Shopify, or a custom React / Node or Laravel build, pitch what you know will scale for thousands of digital orders and low-latency delivery. Integrations with key tools (e.g., Discord webhooks, Stripe, PayPal, game-specific APIs) are definitely welcome. Deliverables: 1. Fully functional, branded website live on my chosen domain and host. 2. Admin dashboard documentation or quick-start guide so I can handle day-to-day operations. 3. One brief hand-over session (recorded is fine) to walk me through deploying updates and managing item listings. If you’ve built e-commerce experiences for virtual goods before—or you’re just a wizard at streamlined digital delivery—let’s talk. B2B Forklift Parts WordPress Website Redesign & SEO

We are building OZIL (ozilparts.com), a new global B2B brand specializing in forklift spare parts. The website already exists on WordPress, but we need it professionally redesigned and restructured — not simply made more visually attractive.
Our two main objectives are: 1. Generate qualified RFQs and inquiries from international forklift parts buyers, distributors, dealers, workshops and companies. 2. Build a strong SEO foundation capable of ranking organically on Google for forklift parts, brands, models and individual part numbers. The website must be designed from the beginning to scale to thousands of products and part numbers without becoming difficult to manage or damaging SEO. We need: • Professional global B2B industrial design with strong brand credibility. • Clear website architecture for forklift brands, models, product categories and individual parts. • A scalable product database structure suitable for thousands of future SKUs/part numbers. • Powerful search allowing buyers to find parts by part number, keyword, brand, model or category. • SEO-friendly URLs, categories, breadcrumbs and internal linking. • Proper technical SEO, schema markup, sitemap, indexing and crawlability. • Optimized product/category page templates designed for Google search visibility. • Fast loading and excellent Core Web Vitals on mobile and desktop. • Strong RFQ system throughout the website — we are primarily B2B, so the objective is inquiries and quotations rather than a standard retail checkout experience. • RFQ functionality allowing customers to inquire about one or multiple parts easily. • WhatsApp/contact options without making the website look like a small local business. • Google Analytics and Google Search Console setup/tracking. • WordPress backend structured so our team can easily add new brands, models, categories and thousands of parts later without rebuilding the site. SEO is a major part of this project. We do NOT want someone who will simply install an SEO plugin and call the website “SEO optimized.” We need proper keyword architecture, technical SEO and scalable page structure from the beginning. The long-term goal is for OZIL to compete internationally for searches such as forklift parts, forklift spare parts, specific forklift brands/models, product categories and especially individual OEM/part-number searches. Before beginning development, we expect you to review ozilparts.com and propose: • Recommended site architecture • Product/part-number database structure • SEO strategy and URL structure • RFQ/conversion strategy • Recommended WordPress/Elementor/WooCommerce/ACF or other technical stack • What should be retained, changed or rebuilt from the current website Please do not start by selecting a template. Architecture, SEO scalability and conversion strategy should be agreed first. We are looking for someone who can build the technical foundation correctly now so that OZIL can grow into a large international forklift-parts website without requiring another complete rebuild later.
