The series in total will be 20 books. Currently 10 books are complete. I would also be interested in creating a movie trailer that we can add to as each book is published.

About us
Divij Bespoke is an established bespoke tailoring house serving an international clientele of repeat customers — custom suits and dress shirts, made to measure, with a traveling-tailor tradition behind the brand. We're relaunching our digital presence with a new e-commerce experience and need a senior designer who lives and breathes quiet luxury.
The aesthetic bar
Think Loro Piana, Brunello Cucinelli, The Row: restrained serif/sans pairing (we use Playfair Display + Manrope), generous whitespace, hairline rules, sharp corners, no gimmicks. If your portfolio is SaaS gradients and rounded cards, this isn't the fit. If it's editorial fashion and premium print, we should talk.
What you'll do
Design campaign and landing-page visuals for paid and organic channels (hero imagery direction, layout comps, ad creative sets)
Art-direct and retouch product/fabric photography and editorial imagery
Produce email templates, lookbook layouts, and social creative within our existing design system
Occasionally extend the design system itself (new components, iconography) — you'll work from our token/type spec, not reinvent it
Must-haves
7+ years designing for fashion, luxury, or premium editorial brands (portfolio required — we will look at typography first)
Fluent in Figma; strong photo retouching (Photoshop or equivalent)
Real ad-creative experience: you know what a Meta/Google creative set needs, not just what looks good
Comfortable working async with a fast-moving dev team; you deliver measured specs, not "roughly like this"
Screening questions
Link the two portfolio pieces closest to quiet-luxury fashion. What typographic decisions did you make and why?
Describe a time you designed within a strict existing design system. How did you handle wanting to break it?
What's your weekly availability and timezone overlap with US Pacific or Hong Kong Timezone?
I have a set of AI-generated logo concepts for my yoga/movement studio, Nova House, and I need a professional graphic designer to turn them into clean, usable, production-ready assets.
Background:
The concepts explore an elephant icon, a moon + stars mark, and a north star mark, paired with the wordmark "Nova House" and tagline "Move. Breathe. Glow" A gold/midnight blue/silver color palette and typography direction (Cinzel/Trajan Pro for headers, Montserrat/Lato for body) have already been decided. These are AI-generated references only — not final art — so everything needs to be professionally redrawn/vectorized, not just cleaned up.
Scope of work:
Recreate the elephant icon, mandala, moon + stars, and star elements as clean, hand-crafted vector illustrations (not AI artifacts) — the reference images have visible flaws (asymmetry, garbled text, inconsistent linework) that need to be fixed, not replicated.
Finalize ONE primary logo lockup (Elephant + Mandala + Company Name + tagline: Where Energy Finds You) plus a horizontal version and a submark/icon-only version. With and Without the tagline.
Deliver clean wordmark typography (no distorted or placeholder text).
Provide color variations: full color, all-black, all-white/reversed.
Package all files as: vector (AI/EPS/SVG), high-res transparent PNG (2000px+), and a simple one-page brand style guide (colors with hex codes, fonts, logo usage/spacing rules, do's and don'ts).
Deliverables:
Primary logo (vector + PNG, light & dark backgrounds)
Submark/icon (vector + PNG)
Freestanding elements (mandala, moon+stars, star) as standalone vector assets
1-page brand guide (PDF)
Ideal skills:
Strong hand/vector illustration skills (this is line-art heavy, detailed work)
Logo/brand identity design experience
Comfortable working from rough AI-generated references as creative direction, not literal source material
To apply, please include:
2–3 examples of similar illustrative/line-art logo work
Your estimated turnaround time. Need usable logos in 2 weeks max.

Fishtank Learning, a curriculum website, is looking to add imagery that adds to the joy and brilliance in our math curriculum. We're looking for a design editor with excellent attention to detail who can help us elevate the professional look of our curriculum and maintain the focus on the math students are engaging in and bring to life the content through visuals.
Images range in complexity, from applying simple elements to a template to re-creating geometric figures to creating small vignettes that illustrate problem situations. We will provide a style guide and general guidelines to follow, as well as access to previous design work that can be edited and used to create new images. Math content knowledge is not required. We use Figma; familiarity with Figma is preferred.
We will be asking qualified candidates to complete a performance task for us that will involve creating a couple images (using any image creation program) similar to the ones that will be created during this project. If you have any work samples that you would like to share that might be helpful for us to look at to get a sense of your work, please feel free to send along!

We're in seek of one freelancer with graphic design experience that can deliver graphics files set up based on our customers input.
We're a small family business in Dallas Texas with a very unique patented product combining laser engraved graphic designs with automotive accessories. We take pride in our work and have been in business for 20 years. We're looking for an additional graphics professional that can do the following...
1. Communicate with our clients that have made a purchase with our company. You would be a part of the team, and the upmost respect and professionalism for our brand and our clients would be required. Most communication would be via a company Email that you set up for yourself. However, on rare occasions you may need to speak with a client, or with one of our employees by phone. So, this position does require good English proficiency. Each project will require you to contact the customer via email and ask about their idea for their custom project. You'll be given plenty of direction from an existing graphic artist with 20 years of experience with our company.
2. Must know Photoshop, OR a good comparable photo manipulation program and be very familiar with cloning, retouching, cropping, fading, layering, blending etc. Adobe Illustrator and or Corel Draw are also a plus. Must have capability to work with and create vector files as well. MOST of the time, customers will show us examples online of what they want, and just tell us to change it or make it work for their particular specifications, however sometimes you'll need to create a project from scratch and use some creativity!
3. Must be able to navigate the internet quickly in searching for images and ideas, find HD High Resolution images that will be acceptable for the clients and will work well with our laser engraving process. NO laser experience is required. We handle all file conversion on our end for the laser. All files will be delivered in BMP and JPEG, very simple stuff. We do have several templates already set up that will help get you started. Plus, we will be providing a few hours of paid training should you pass the preliminary test. We will not pay for the test, but it should not take more than 30 minutes. We will not give anyone a test that we are not serious about hiring. So, if you're offered a test, that's good news! First, we will have several questions for you and want to see some of your work.
4. Must be familiar with DropBox and file transfer. You'll be required to create customer folders on DropBox and transfer the files there after you get written approval from our clients.
We are looking for someone LONG TERM, meaning a few years minimum. If you are seeking short term work only, this is not for you. We want someone to be apart of our team that is dependable, professional and courteous with integrity.
Client's questions:
What experience do you have that applies to this job?
How much graphics experience do you have and which programs?
Do you consider yourself fluent in the English language, both writing and conversational?

* bold energy
* modern ecommerce
* controlled rebellious character
* strong mobile presentation
* clarity and accessibility
Specific brand names, campaign details, website links and private reference materials will only be supplied to shortlisted applicants.

* primary call-to-action areas
* live media access
* a featured product or mission image

No copyrighted artwork, unlicensed fonts or copied brand elements may be used.
No portfolio publication, social-media posting or public disclosure is permitted without written client approval.
---

AI-assisted tools may be used for exploration or supporting production, but they must be disclosed.
The final work must:
* be professionally directed and refined
* contain no garbled text

Australian Trades Marketing, Monday.com and CapCut
Role Summary
Vision Infrastructure Group Services is seeking a highly organised, AI-capable Creative Operations Coordinator with a strong understanding of Australian trade, construction and service businesses.
You will help manage our creative production, video editing and advertising-testing system across a portfolio of Australian businesses.
This is not a basic social media posting role.
The position requires someone who understands how Australian trade customers think, including the importance of:
Trust
Local reputation
Licensing and qualifications
Workmanship
Reliability
Finance and affordability
Before-and-after results
Customer reviews
Speed of response
Clear service areas
Professional presentation
You will take approved marketing direction and convert it into properly organised research, creative briefs, scripts, advertisements, edited videos, production tasks and performance reports.
A major part of this role will be:
Maintaining a highly organised Monday.com creative-production system.
Producing and editing short-form video content using CapCut.
Understanding Australian trade and construction customers.
Turning supplied business footage into multiple advertising creatives.
Coordinating designers, video editors and AI creative contractors.
Organising footage, advertisements, templates, scripts and brand assets.
Ensuring creative work is completed, reviewed, approved and reported correctly.
Using AI tools to increase production speed without reducing quality or accuracy.
Tracking what is being tested and what is producing genuine leads and commercial results.
The successful candidate will combine creative production, AI capability, Australian trades marketing understanding, workflow coordination, video editing and performance reporting.
Australian Trades Understanding
A strong understanding of Australian trade, construction and service businesses is an important part of this role.
You will work across businesses including:
Roofing
Concreting
Construction
Engineering
Electrical
Plumbing
Remedial building
Property services
Other trade and professional service businesses
You must be able to understand and communicate the difference between:
Residential and commercial customers
Homeowners, builders, strata managers and property managers
Repairs, replacements, maintenance and new installations
Emergency work and planned work
Lead volume and genuine lead quality
Low-value enquiries and commercially valuable opportunities
General brand content and direct-response advertising
You do not need to be a qualified tradesperson.
However, you must be willing to learn:
Common Australian trade terminology
Customer concerns and objections
Typical purchasing decisions
Trust signals used by Australian consumers
The importance of licences, insurance, safety and warranties
Local service-area messaging
Australian spelling and language
The difference between useful advertising claims and misleading claims
How trade leads are handled by sales and operations teams
Creative content must sound appropriate for the Australian market.
It must not use:

Overseas pricing language
Unrealistic building methods
Incorrect Australian products or materials
Claims that do not match the business
Generic wording that could apply to any company
The coordinator will be expected to build stronger Australian industry knowledge over time and record useful findings inside the Monday.com creative knowledge system.
Supplied Video Footage
The business already has access to a substantial amount of video footage and will continue to supply footage for creative production.
This may include:
Roofing projects
Concreting projects
Construction sites
Before-and-after footage
Completed work
Work in progress
Team members on site
Equipment and machinery
Customer testimonials
Project walkthroughs
Drone footage
Problem areas
Repairs
Installation processes
Safety systems
Vehicles and branding
Raw mobile-phone footage
The role is not primarily responsible for travelling to Australia or filming projects.
Your responsibility will be to take the footage supplied by the business and turn it into organised, platform-ready creative assets.
You will be expected to:
Review supplied footage.
Identify the strongest clips.
Remove weak or unusable footage.
Organise footage by business, project, service and location.

Store edited and raw versions correctly.
Link all footage and completed creatives to Monday.com.
Maintain a clear footage and creative asset library.
The ability to maximise existing footage is essential.
The successful candidate should be able to turn one project’s footage into multiple creative options, rather than producing only one video and moving on.
CapCut and Video Editing Responsibilities

The business will supply the majority of the raw project footage.
You will be responsible for converting that footage into professional short-form content and advertisements.
You may be required to:

Apply approved brand fonts, colours and visual standards.

Maintain editable CapCut project files.
Organise source footage and completed exports.
Produce versions for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and organic platforms.
Use templates without producing repetitive or low-quality content.

I’m ready to move all control of my business website to a single, reliable partner in or around Pune. My current developer will hand everything over, but I need you to own the process end-to-end and keep me in the loop in plain, non-technical language.
What you’ll walk into
• Platform is still a mystery to me—it could be WordPress, Shopify, or a custom build. You’ll confirm this during the handover.
• I’m unsure whether any Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, or Ads accounts already exist. You’ll audit what’s there, claim or create the right properties, and link them properly.
• My top priority is airtight SEO and accurate analytics tracking, so those pieces must be implemented first.
Core responsibilities
1. Collect full access from the current developer—domain registrar, hosting, CMS, email, analytics, ad accounts, everything.
2. Transfer ownership to me, verify that all logins work, and document them clearly.
3. Configure GTM, GA4, Search Console, and Google Ads conversion actions so I can finally see what’s happening on the site.
4. Put a maintenance routine in place: backups, security patches, uptime monitoring, performance tweaks.
5. Handle ongoing content or design updates as needed, based on an agreed monthly plan.
6. Coach me through the basics so I can make small changes without breaking anything.
Acceptance for each milestone will be simple: if I can log in myself, see real-time GA4 data, and restore the latest backup on a staging copy, the job is done right.
Please share links to similar takeover or long-term maintenance projects you’ve completed, outline your monthly support fee, and note how quickly you can start once the current developer is ready. Pune-based professionals get first preference, but a responsive remote team is welcome if you can guarantee prompt communication.
Looking forward to handing this over to someone who makes the technical side invisible and the results visible.
