I need a logo that I can use on my website. https://kawarthawaterfrontcottage.com/. It will be in the navigation bar and also for the logo in the browser tab. I would also use it in documentation and marketing material so I may need a few different versions.

I have attached an image that I want the logo to take inspiration from. I don't want the logo to be photorealistic, I want it to be more animated and minimalistic. The features from the image that are important include the cottage, trees, waterfront with rocks, the dock, and the beach. I want to be able to recognize the property from the logo, but I want the logo to be simple and clean, primarily highlighting the key features. For example, I want the cottage with trees around it represented but I don't need so many trees and the exact shape of the cottage isn't that important. I just want it represented nicely in a logo, based on best practices and the designer's creative direction.

I will want at least 2 versions of the logo. One with no text and one with with text. The text is "La Picholine - Vacation Rental". Placement of the text should take into account that both logos should be pretty identical and inclusion or removal of the text should not significantly change the look of the logo.
