NOTE: If hired, you will need to complete the onboarding process in Upwork. It's a requirement of my company that we cannot avoid.
Overview We are looking for a graphic designer to help refresh the look and feel of our company intranet. The goal is to modernize the visual design while strictly working within updated brand guidelines, using primarily primary colors with subtle accents. Project Context Our intranet previously used a broader secondary color palette, but the updated brand system is now limited to primary colors and their tints/shades. We want to avoid a heavy or overly red-dominant look and instead create a design that feels open, modern, and visually engaging. The ideal direction uses subtle color integration, soft gradients, and abstract movement elements without overwhelming the interface. Scope of Work - Redesign visual elements for intranet banners and footers - Recolor provided vector assets using updated brand palette - Create abstract design elements (waves, swoops, light patterns) with subtle color integration - Develop a cohesive visual system that can be reused across intranet pages - Ensure designs remain clean, airy, and not overly saturated with brand color Deliverables - Minimum of 20 reusable design assets (banner and footer) - Banner and footer design variations for intranet pages - Recolored vector asset set (from grayscale/white base files) - Abstract background and accent graphics using brand palette - Gradient-based design elements aligned with brand guidelines Design Direction - Subtle use of primary colors with controlled accents - Predominantly white/gray base with selective color highlights - Light, modern, and open visual style - Movement-based abstract forms (e.g., waves, swoops) encouraged - Science or medical designs encourage (molecules, genes, etc.) - Avoid heavy red-dominant or overly stark designs - Gradients may be explored if aligned with brand tone Requirements - Strong graphic design and visual branding experience - Ability to work within strict brand guidelines while maintaining creativity - Experience creating scalable digital asset systems - Comfort working from provided vectors and adapting them into new visuals - Understanding of modern intranet/UI aesthetic principles Timeline Initial concepts and deliverables expected by end of month to support rollout planning Proposal Requirement Applicants must review the provided intranet walkthrough video before submitting proposals to understand current design usage and placement of banners, footers, and existing visual elements. Please include in proposal: - Relevant experience with similar digital or intranet design systems - Approach to working within constrained brand palettes - Estimated cost and timeline for full delivery Client's questions:

PROJECT: Brand Identity Design for Kovrez
ABOUT THE BRAND Kovrez is a new consumer accessories brand launching in India, selling through Amazon and Flipkart. The name is fully invented — no dictionary meaning — chosen specifically to work as a clean, flexible umbrella brand across multiple product categories rather than being tied to one specific product's literal meaning. ABOUT THE PRODUCTS Launching with mobile phone accessories: - Phone cases and covers - Tempered glass screen protectors - USB-C charging/data cables Planned expansion (same brand, later phase): - Kitchenware and household items - Home décor items The brand needs to feel credible and consistent whether it's on a phone case or a kitchen item later — not so tied to "electronics" or "tech" that it feels out of place once the catalog grows. BRAND PERSONALITY - Trustworthy and premium-feeling, without being cold or corporate - Confident, not loud or aggressive - Clean and modern - Should work equally well at small sizes (a thumbnail on a shopping app, a small logo on a phone case) and larger sizes (packaging, banners) SCOPE OF WORK 1. Logo design (wordmark, with an optional simple icon/mark that can work standalone) 2. Full brand identity — color palette, typography choices, usage guidelines 3. A basic brand style guide document (how the logo/colors/fonts should and shouldn't be used) 4. [Optional, discuss separately] — packaging design direction for the three initial product boxes DELIVERABLES - Logo files: vector formats (AI/EPS/SVG) and raster (PNG, transparent background) in multiple sizes - Brand style guide (PDF) - Source/editable files, not just exports WHAT I'LL PROVIDE - The brand name (Kovrez) and this brief - Reference examples of the general aesthetic I like (can share on request) - Feedback within [X days] of each round of drafts TIMELINE [Fill in — e.g. "2-3 weeks from kickoff to final files"] Please share your portfolio/past work, especially anything in consumer electronics accessories or lifestyle product branding.

I am a professional travel writer looking for a reliable, visual-minded graphic designer for an ongoing relationship. As new articles go live across various digital publications, I need high-end, modern portfolio graphics created for my personal website.
The Workflow: When a new article is published, I will send you the live link, text highlights, and a brief direction/vibe. You will create 2 high-resolution portfolio image assets (one for the portfolio thumbnail and one for the entry page) that fit my site's established minimalist aesthetic. Turnaround time: 24–48 hours per asset set. What I'm Looking For: An exceptional eye for editorial typography, color palettes, and digital publication aesthetics (think clean, modern, magazine-style layouts rather than social media marketing banners). Ability to extract visual themes and assets directly from live article links with minimal hand-holding. Prompt communication and consistency. To Apply: Please attach or link 2–3 examples of digital portfolio cards, editorial screen mockups, or website thumbnails you have designed. In your cover letter, confirm your flat rate per article asset set.

We are looking for a senior UX and digital designer to redesign and build our website in Replit.
Our firm works with technology and IP businesses in the global mobility space, supporting companies with immigration, relocation and establishing operations. Our website is our main marketing platform and a key source of inbound leads. The goal of this project is to improve how clearly we communicate what we do, how effectively users move through the site and how well the website converts relevant traffic into enquiries. The brand, messaging and core website content are already established. We need someone who can restructure and visually translate a complex B2B offering into a clear, distinctive and highly polished digital experience. We are looking for strong judgement around information hierarchy, layout, typography, photography, diagrams, interaction and motion. The site should feel sophisticated and engaging without becoming overdesigned or relying on unnecessary animation. The final website must also be built in Replit, so this is not a design only role. You will be responsible for: • Reviewing the current site architecture, content and user journeys • Reworking the information architecture where needed • Defining the visual and interaction direction • Simplifying complex services and processes through better UX and visual communication • Designing responsive page layouts and reusable components • Using our existing brand system, photography and graphic assets effectively • Identifying where diagrams, visual frameworks, motion or interaction would improve understanding or engagement • Designing around key lead generation and enquiry journeys • Building the final website in Replit • Refining responsive behaviour, performance, accessibility and usability • Ensuring the site is structured for SEO, AEO and GEO • Creating a build that can be maintained and updated after launch What we are looking for: • Strong UX and information architecture • Excellent typography and layout • High level digital art direction • An ability to simplify complex B2B services visually • Strong responsive design • Thoughtful use of interaction and motion • Experience creating reusable front end systems • A clear understanding of conversion, search visibility and website performance • Experience taking projects from concept through to final implementation • Measurable results from previous website projects or redesigns You must be able to build the final website in Replit. Replit experience is strongly preferred, although strong front end developers who are comfortable working in Replit will also be considered. Please send three to five relevant website examples. For each, briefly include: • Your role • Whether you designed, built or did both • The platform or development environment used • Any relevant UX or information architecture work • Measurable results where available, such as improvements in conversion, qualified leads, organic visibility or engagement Please also include a short explanation of how you would approach a project where the brand and content already exist, but the site needs stronger UX, visual communication and conversion performance. Please do not send a large general portfolio. We are looking for a small number of highly relevant examples.

Graphic Designer
Corporate Client Projects, Presentations & Event Marketing EXP Solutions is looking for an experienced Corporate Graphic Designer to support both EXP Solutions and the client projects we manage. A significant part of this role will involve creating materials for corporate clients and large-scale organizations with established and often strict brand guidelines. We therefore need a designer who understands that strong corporate design is not simply about making something look good. It requires accuracy, consistency, brand discipline, and the ability to work within an existing visual system. The ideal candidate has previous experience designing for established companies, enterprise organizations, corporate brands, agencies serving large clients, or similarly structured business environments. This is not primarily a small-business branding or general social media design role. Client Design Projects You may work directly on design projects for EXP Solutions' clients, including corporate organizations with detailed brand standards and approval processes. Depending on the project, you may receive: - Corporate brand guidelines - Approved color palettes - Typography standards - Logo usage requirements - Photography guidelines - Existing presentation templates - Master PowerPoint files - Icon and graphic libraries - Client-approved design systems - Examples of previously approved materials You will be expected to follow these requirements carefully. In many cases, there will already be an established brand. Your responsibility will be to create strong designs within that brand rather than redesigning it based on personal preference. This requires the ability to balance creativity with brand compliance. What You Will Work On Projects may include: - Corporate proposal decks - Client presentations - Executive presentations - Event proposal decks - Conference and exhibition materials - Sponsorship presentations - Event information decks - Event agendas and programs - Corporate reports - Infographics - Timelines and process diagrams - Event signage - Digital invitations - Marketing collateral - Social media campaigns - LinkedIn graphics - Email and newsletter graphics - Website graphics - Branded templates - Internal communication materials - Supplier and venue presentation materials Some projects may be created under the EXP Solutions brand, while others will be produced entirely within a client's corporate identity. Corporate Brand Compliance Following brand guidelines is a critical part of this position. The designer must be comfortable working within strict requirements relating to: - Logo placement and clear space - Corporate typography - Approved fonts and font hierarchy - Brand colors - Photography style - Iconography - Graphic treatments - Templates and master slides - Legal or trademark requirements - Corporate presentation standards - Layout consistency - Accessibility and readability where applicable The designer should understand when creativity is appropriate and when the priority is maintaining the integrity of an established brand. If a client's brand guide specifies how something must appear, those guidelines take priority over individual design preference. Experience We Are Looking For We strongly prefer candidates with demonstrated experience working with: - Large corporations - Enterprise organizations - Global brands - Professional services companies - Corporate marketing departments - Corporate event teams - Agencies supporting major corporate clients - B2B organizations - Conferences, exhibitions, or corporate events Your portfolio should demonstrate that you can create sophisticated corporate materials, not only consumer graphics or social media posts. We are particularly interested in seeing examples of: - Corporate PowerPoint presentations - Executive presentations - Proposal decks - Pitch decks - Event presentations - Conference or exhibition materials - Reports - Infographics - B2B marketing collateral - Work completed under existing corporate brand guidelines Large Format and Environmental Design Experience Experience designing for large-format print and environmental graphics is highly preferred. Projects may include: - Full-wall graphics - SEG fabric graphics and displays - Trade show and exhibition graphics - Large-format event signage - Backdrops and branded environments - Booth and experiential event graphics The designer should understand that artwork that appears acceptable on a computer screen or small-format print may not reproduce effectively when enlarged to the scale of a wall, booth, or exhibition display. You should understand image resolution, DPI/PPI, vector artwork, scaling, bleed, safe areas, print dimensions, file preparation, and other production requirements necessary to create sharp, professional large-format graphics. Attention to detail is especially important for this work, as low-resolution imagery, incorrect dimensions, poor alignment, or other small design issues can become extremely visible once artwork is produced at full scale. Key Responsibilities You will be expected to: - Translate written briefs and business information into polished corporate visuals - Work accurately within EXP Solutions and client brand guidelines - Build professional PowerPoint and presentation layouts - Improve visual hierarchy without changing approved messaging - Turn complex information into clear visual communication - Develop charts, timelines, process diagrams, and infographics - Select appropriate imagery and graphical treatments - Maintain consistency across long presentations and multi-page documents - Adapt designs across different formats - Incorporate feedback from project managers, clients, and other stakeholders - Manage multiple rounds of revisions carefully - Maintain organized editable source files - Follow naming conventions and project folder structures - Meet project deadlines - Communicate clearly when requirements or feedback are unclear - Track project and revision hours accurately Presentation Design Experience Strong presentation design capability is particularly important. You should be comfortable working on presentations that may be reviewed by: - Senior executives - Marketing leadership - Procurement teams - Corporate event teams - HR leaders - Client stakeholders - Suppliers and strategic partners A presentation may contain significant amounts of information. We need someone who can organize that content intelligently rather than simply placing text onto slides. You should understand: - Information hierarchy - Grid systems - Slide consistency - Executive-level readability - Chart design - Data visualization - Typography - White space - Content flow - Master slides and templates Design Judgment We want a designer who can take direction but also apply professional judgment. For example, if a slide contains too much information, we expect you to recognize the issue and recommend a stronger visual structure. At the same time, you must understand that client content, approved branding, and established corporate standards should not be changed without authorization. The strongest candidate will know the difference between: Improving the design and unnecessarily changing the client's brand or approved content. Software Skills Strong proficiency in the following is preferred: - Microsoft PowerPoint - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe InDesign - Canva - Figma For this role, PowerPoint experience is particularly valuable because many client-facing materials are presentation based. You should be comfortable working with existing PowerPoint templates, master slides, themes, layouts, and corporate presentation systems. 3D Rendering and AutoCAD – Nice to Have Experience with 3D rendering, spatial visualization, and AutoCAD is not required but would be a significant advantage. Candidates who can create or support: - 3D event and exhibition renderings - Booth or exhibit concepts - Branded environment visualizations - Spatial layouts - Floor plans - AutoCAD drawings or related technical design files will be given additional consideration, particularly if they also meet the corporate design, presentation design, brand compliance, and large-format production requirements of the role. Attention to Detail Corporate client work requires a high level of accuracy. Before submitting any design, you should check: - Brand compliance - Logo usage - Typography - Alignment - Spacing - Image resolution - Slide consistency - Colors - Charts - Page or slide numbers - Visible spelling errors - Formatting - File dimensions - Export quality Small inconsistencies can become highly visible when materials are presented to executives or distributed across a large organization. Pixel-Level Attention to Detail We need someone with an exceptionally strong eye for detail. Small inconsistencies in alignment, spacing, sizing, image quality, typography, or other visual elements should be identified and corrected before a design is submitted. The designer should be comfortable reviewing work at a pixel level and should not rely solely on whether a design “looks fine” at first glance. We expect careful quality control and consistency across all EXP Solutions and client-facing materials. Revisions and Client Feedback Client projects may involve several stakeholders and multiple rounds of feedback. You should be comfortable receiving detailed comments and making revisions without becoming overly attached to a particular design direction. When revisions are provided, we expect you to: 1. Review all feedback before beginning. 2. Address every requested change. 3. Avoid modifying approved sections unnecessarily. 4. Maintain consistency across the complete document. 5. Flag conflicting instructions when appropriate. 6. Complete a quality check before resubmitting. Confidentiality Because you may work with corporate client materials, presentations, event information, internal documents, or materials that have not yet been made public, confidentiality is essential. Client information and project files must not be shared, published, reused, uploaded to public portfolios, or distributed without written authorization. Additional confidentiality requirements may apply depending on the client or project. Time Tracking For hourly projects, accurate time tracking is required. You may be asked to report: - Client or project name - Design task completed - Date worked - Hours worked - Revision work completed - Additional revision hours Clear and transparent time reporting is expected. Who This Role Is Best For This position is best suited to a designer who: - Has already worked in a professional corporate environment - Understands enterprise-level branding - Is comfortable following detailed brand standards - Can handle client-facing work - Understands professional stakeholder expectations - Can work independently from a clear brief - Is highly organized - Pays close attention to small details - Communicates professionally - Is comfortable with feedback and revisions - Can maintain quality while working across several projects This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If This may not be the right opportunity if your experience is primarily focused on: - Small-business logos - Influencer graphics - Consumer social media content - Highly artistic or experimental design - Personal branding These skills can still be valuable, but our immediate need is for someone with strong corporate and B2B design experience. To Apply Please include: - A brief introduction describing your professional graphic design experience. - A link to your portfolio. - At least three examples of corporate or B2B design work. - At least one example of a corporate presentation or PowerPoint deck, if available. - Indicate the types of companies or industries you have previously supported. - The software you use regularly. - Your current availability. - Your typical turnaround time for a 10–15 slide corporate presentation. Application check Please begin your proposal with “EXP CORPORATE DESIGN” so we know you have reviewed the full job description. What We Value We value designers who understand that corporate design requires more than creativity. It requires brand discipline, accuracy, visual communication, reliability, and professional judgment. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted creative resource across EXP Solutions and the corporate clients we support. Client's questions:

I need a logo that I can use on my website. https://kawarthawaterfrontcottage.com/. It will be in the navigation bar and also for the logo in the browser tab. I would also use it in documentation and marketing material so I may need a few different versions.
I have attached an image that I want the logo to take inspiration from. I don't want the logo to be photorealistic, I want it to be more animated and minimalistic. The features from the image that are important include the cottage, trees, waterfront with rocks, the dock, and the beach. I want to be able to recognize the property from the logo, but I want the logo to be simple and clean, primarily highlighting the key features. For example, I want the cottage with trees around it represented but I don't need so many trees and the exact shape of the cottage isn't that important. I just want it represented nicely in a logo, based on best practices and the designer's creative direction. I will want at least 2 versions of the logo. One with no text and one with with text. The text is "La Picholine - Vacation Rental". Placement of the text should take into account that both logos should be pretty identical and inclusion or removal of the text should not significantly change the look of the logo. I have worked with designers in the past building applications. I prefer working with a designer who can mock up rough concepts to get us aligned on direction. I generally want to see a few options based on what I've requested and based on the creative direction of the designer. Then we can iterate together on the details to get us to a final product. This is a test for the larger project. Optimize a group of images, optimized for web, 2x deliverable scale. Create one hero image based on the images or theme of the project. In this case Loyalty program that was released in Japan with localization needs. I am asking of you to also create the folder structure based on the html images portfolio-site/assets/images/consumer. You are to do the the Points section of a hero and the first 4 cards, some with multiple images. You are to edit the html to point to the images. This is only a test. Some images are typical 16 by 9 and some may be tall and will display with vertical alignment and empty space surrounding. Some images may be a poor quality, for now only worry about optimization. I may need to determine which ones and update them by myself or you (paying you and additional cost for quality improvements, which photoroom I have access to can do this job).

Could you please prepare this for us as both an SVG file only with the Mawi Surf Extraction for the website and a high-resolution JPG like the example I send for the brochure, in the same visual style as the other masterplan? The idea is to have a clean, standalone masterplan that we can use for the website, brochure and other marketing materials. Thank you!

We are seeking a reliable freelance production designer to support two established brands in the equipment sales and auction industries. This is an ongoing, part-time relationship requiring approximately 20 to 30 hours per month.
The role focuses on producing and updating repeatable marketing assets using established templates, brand standards, approved copy, and supplied images. Success means delivering accurate, consistent, production-ready work efficiently. It does not mean reinventing the creative direction for every assignment. Typical Projects Projects may include: Monthly featured sales item flyers using updated products, pricing, photography, and offer details. Save-the-date website banners for upcoming equipment auctions. TV screen graphics promoting upcoming auctions. An initial master concept may need to be created, followed by recurring date and content updates. Employee business cards using established company templates. Reusable 8.5 by 11 inch holiday closure signs for multiple business units and locations. Website banners, email graphics, sales sheets, print advertisements, signage, and other adaptations based on approved campaign concepts. New master templates when a recurring production need is identified and the creative direction has been approved. Social media adaptations are not included in this role. Our Social Media Manager owns social media content and channel-specific execution. Responsibilities Follow existing brand standards and approved design direction. Update templates with supplied copy, dates, contact information, pricing, images, and offer details. Maintain strong typography, spacing, alignment, image quality, and visual consistency. Prepare files correctly for print, website, email, digital display, and other specified uses. Deliver editable source files along with organized final exports. Check names, dates, contact information, dimensions, image resolution, and supplied content before submission. Complete revisions promptly and communicate questions before making unsupported assumptions. Maintain organized file names, versions, linked assets, and working files. Work collaboratively with our Graphic Designer, Marketing Manager, and Vice President of Marketing. Manage recurring assignments through ClickUp or a similar project management system. What We Will Provide We will provide: Campaign Briefs with Messaging Hierarchy Brand standards and logos. Existing templates and prior examples. Product and equipment photography when available. Required dimensions, formats, deadlines, and distribution channels. Clear feedback and an identified approver. This role does not own campaign strategy, social media planning, offer development, or primary copywriting unless separately discussed. Required Qualifications Demonstrated production design experience using established templates and brand systems. Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience preparing both print-ready and digital files. Careful attention to names, dates, prices, dimensions, and other production details. Ability to deliver editable, organized source files. Reliable availability for approximately 20 to 30 hours per month. Ability to manage several small assignments with different deadlines. Professional written communication and dependable turnaround. Experience with equipment, automotive, construction, agriculture, industrial, dealership, franchise, auction, or other business-to-business brands is preferred. Working Relationship This is intended to become an ongoing relationship rather than a single project. Work will generally arrive in planned batches, although occasional time-sensitive assignments will occur. We prefer someone who can acknowledge new assignments within one business day and complete standard template updates within one to two business days when capacity allows. Our internal Graphic Designer will continue to own major creative development and visual quality. The production designer will help extend approved work across recurring formats and relieve repetitive production demands. How to Apply Please include: A short explanation of your production design experience. Portfolio examples showing templated, recurring, or multi-format design work. Examples of both print and digital production. The Adobe programs you use and how you package editable files for handoff. Your normal turnaround time for template updates. Your availability for 20 to 30 hours per month. Your hourly rate. Any relevant experience with business-to-business, equipment, dealer, auction, industrial, or multi-location brands. Please describe how you balance speed with accuracy when working from an established template.

As one of Australia's leading female-focused lifestyle media platforms, reaching between 30M and 90M people monthly, we're looking for talented graphic designers who genuinely care about beautiful design and know what makes people stop scrolling.
We're looking for someone with an eye. That instinct. The ability to look at a design and know instantly if it works. And we're ideally looking for someone who gets this space and our audience. We've built something special here, and we want to keep it that way as we grow. What You'll Do • Create social media graphics that actually pop (Instagram posts, TikTok thumbnails, Facebook carousels, YouTube thumbnails) • Create editorial collages/montages and graphics from a selection of client images • Design article headers that make people click • Build promotional assets for brand campaigns • Create templates that work across platforms • Jump on trending moments fast when they happen Timing is flexible but ideally we really want you go be available to work crossing over Sydney business hours (9am-5pm AEST/AEDT). What We're Looking For • You know social media design. Like, you actually know it. You understand aspect ratios, what performs on different platforms, the difference between what looks pretty and what actually works. • You've got an eye for beautiful aesthetics. You see a design and you instantly know if it's right or not. • You can move fast without sacrificing quality. Speed and beauty aren't mutually exclusive. • You use Canva confidently (essential) as we build most of our campaign designs in there. • Adobe Suite is a bonus. The Personality: • You're collaborative. You take feedback, you improve work, you don't get defensive. • You care about the final product. You want it to look good and perform well. • You're ideally a woman who understands our audience because you're part of it. • You're excited by the idea that millions of people will see your work. What Doesn't Work • Designers who need constant hand-holding • Designers who can't think outside a Canva template. We want creativity and spark not copy/paste • Anyone who thinks templates are "good enough" • People who get offended by quick feedback and iteration Why You'll Love This • Your designs reach millions of people monthly. Real reach. Real impact. • You'll see your work being shared and engaged with immediately. • You'll work with a team that's collaborative, fun, and genuinely supportive. • You're part of building something that matters in the female-focused lifestyle space. • The work is meaty and real, not filler. How To Apply • Upwork only. That's it. We won't respond on other platforms. Tell us: • Portfolio or links to your best social media design work (real, published work) • Show a variety of graphics you have created, not just a couple. We want to see the breadth of what you can design. • One design you made that performed well (any metrics if you have them) • How fast can you genuinely turn around a quality social media graphic? • Why you're genuinely interested in this specific role Start: ASAP Hours: Flexible. Approx 10 hours per week. Vibe: Warm, collaborative, beautiful, real Can't wait to hear from you!

Expert E Commerce Graphic Designer for Website Banners and Product Promotions | Immediate Start | Ongoing Work
ABOUT THE ROLE The New You Plan is an established UK e commerce brand with a colourful product range and a busy promotional calendar. We are looking for an experienced, creative and highly reliable graphic designer who can start immediately. We already have a substantial amount of work ready to begin, with the opportunity for regular ongoing work if the relationship is successful. This is not an entry level or basic Canva design role. We need someone with strong commercial design skills who can create polished e commerce graphics, work confidently with product packaging and follow our established brand guidelines precisely. Please study the attached example carefully. We need someone who can create promotional product graphics to this professional standard while keeping every design consistent with the New You brand. THE WORK The role will include creating: 1. E commerce website banners 2. Website category and product graphics 3. Promotional campaign graphics 4. Email marketing graphics 5. Social media graphics 6. Product compositions featuring multiple packages 7. Complete sets of matching campaign graphics in different sizes and formats You will usually receive product images, promotional information, logos, brand colours and creative direction. You must be able to turn these assets into attractive, professional designs that are ready to use commercially. WORKING WITH OUR BRAND GUIDELINES The New You Plan already has an established and recognisable visual identity. You must be able to work precisely within our supplied brand guidelines rather than introducing a completely different personal style. You will need to follow our approved colours, fonts, logo usage, typography, product presentation, spacing and overall campaign style. Every new design must feel unmistakably part of the New You brand and remain consistent with our website and existing marketing materials. We want someone who can bring fresh creative ideas while protecting the consistency of our brand. You must also be able to create a complete collection of graphics that looks cohesive across website banners, product pages, emails and social media. Attention to detail is extremely important. Products must be presented accurately, and promotional information must be clear, attractive and easy for customers to understand. PRODUCT COMPOSITION AND IMAGE MANIPULATION You must be confident working with photographs of product packaging and arranging multiple products into realistic, visually balanced compositions. This includes: 1. Accurately cutting out and positioning products 2. Adjusting angles, dimensions and perspective 3. Creating realistic lighting and shadows 4. Retouching and improving product photographs 5. Reconstructing or extending parts of product images when required 6. Matching colours across different product photographs 7. Making products look as though they were photographed together 8. Creating strong visual hierarchy without making the design feel crowded Our packaging, logos, product colours and promotional information must always remain accurate. AI AND ADVANCED DESIGN SKILLS We actively welcome designers who use AI tools intelligently to speed up concept development, backgrounds, product staging and production. However, AI must be combined with genuine professional design ability and advanced Photoshop skills. We are not looking for someone who simply generates an image and submits it without properly refining it. Every final design must be manually checked, retouched and professionally finished. The result should look natural, realistic and commercially polished without being recognisably AI generated. We will not accept distorted packaging, altered logos, incorrect text, unrealistic shadows, inconsistent lighting, strange product dimensions or other obvious AI errors. You should be able to use AI as an efficient creative tool while maintaining complete control over the quality, accuracy and brand consistency of the final design. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal designer will: 1. Have proven experience designing for e commerce brands 2. Be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop 3. Ideally also be skilled in Adobe Illustrator 4. Have excellent product compositing and image manipulation skills 5. Understand typography, spacing, balance, colour and visual hierarchy 6. Have experience following established company brand guidelines 7. Be able to match an existing visual style accurately 8. Work quickly without compromising quality 9. Follow detailed instructions accurately 10. Respond positively to feedback and complete revisions quickly 11. Check all spelling, prices, quantities and promotional details carefully 12. Communicate clearly and reliably 13. Be comfortable creating several coordinated graphics for one campaign AVAILABILITY AND SPEED This is an urgent position, and you must be available to start immediately. Applicants can be based anywhere, but you must be available and actively working for a substantial period during UK working hours. Availability during UK evenings would also be very useful. You must be responsive during agreed working hours so that we can communicate, review designs and complete revisions in real time. We have a large amount of work ready to begin and frequently need straightforward first drafts on the same day or within 24 hours. Please do not apply if you can only communicate once per day, have very limited weekly availability or normally require several days to produce a first draft. ONGOING OPPORTUNITY We will begin with a small paid trial project. If the quality, speed, accuracy and communication are right, there will be an opportunity for regular ongoing work. We have a busy e commerce website, frequent promotions and a consistent requirement for new creative assets. HOW TO APPLY Please include all of the following in your application: 1. Links to at least three relevant e commerce graphics or website banners that you personally created 2. Examples showing product packaging arranged within a promotional design 3. An example of advanced Photoshop compositing or image manipulation 4. An example of work you created while following an established company’s brand guidelines 5. An example where you combined AI tools with professional design and retouching 6. A list of the AI and design tools you use 7. Your normal working hours stated in UK time 8. The number of hours you can work immediately and during the next two weeks 9. Your usual turnaround time for a first draft when all assets and instructions are provided 10. Your hourly rate 11. Confirmation that you are happy to complete a small paid trial project Please begin your application with the words “NEW YOU” so we know you have read the complete job description. Generic applications without relevant e commerce examples will not be considered.
