So I run Hala Coffee House we are a small specialty coffee place focused on traditional Yemeni and Arabian coffee culture. Our signature drinks are Jubani coffee, Adeni Chai and a few fusion items like our ginger blend. Honestly the reviews speak for themselves, people love what we serve the problem is our website does not.

Our current site is at halacoffeehouse.com if you want to take a quick look before applying. It works, but it feels generic. It could be any cafe anywhere in the world. And that's the problem what we sell is not generic at all. We are a Yemeni rooted brand and the website does not tell that story even a little bit.

So I am looking to rebuild it. Here's what I have in mind:

• Around 5-6 pages home, story (this matters a lot to us), menu, locations, contact, and maybe a journal/blog section
• Design needs to feel warm and rooted in heritage without being cliché. I don't want stock photos of Arabic patterns slapped on top of a generic template. Looking for something modern that respects where we come from
• Has to work great on mobile that's where most of our traffic comes from
• Menu I want to update myself, we add seasonal items
• Instagram feed on the homepage probably
• Google maps for our location
