We need a clear, sales-first messaging foundation that:
Aligns internal execution
Guides outbound and inbound messaging
Creates consistency across sales, email, and content
Sets firm language boundaries (what we say and never say again)
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for creating a Messaging Spine, not a brand guide.
This will include:
1. Founder-Led Discovery
Deep interview(s) with the founder to extract:
Buyer reality
Sales truth
Language that already works
What no longer fits
2. Messaging & Positioning Audit
Review existing messaging (sales emails, website, emails, content, etc.)
Identify:
Misalignment
Dilution
Legacy language that undermines trust or authority
3. Messaging Spine Development
You will deliver a concise strategy document (approx. 5–7 pages) that includes:
Category definition (what we are and are not)
Ideal buyer worldview and buying context
Emotional and practical decision drivers
Language constraints:
What language we avoid
What language we lead with
Core narrative for sales and outbound
Guardrails for future copy, content, and visuals
Clear guidance on what should be tested vs fixed
This document should be usable by:
Sales and outbound contractors
Marketing execution partners
Internal team members
What This Project Is NOT
This is not:
A rebrand
A website rewrite
Social media copywriting
A visual or design project
A long-term retainer (at least initially)
If your approach relies heavily on:
Brand archetypes
Storytelling frameworks
Vibe-based positioning
Workshops without concrete outputs

After viewing the rough cut, I was asked to color correct to a warmer tone, add make some additional adjustments. By that time the client had essentially used up their available budget. Andrew and I negotiated a reduced rate so that he could bring the project in within budget. We devised a plan for me to work through revisions in 30 minute increments, which I did. Andrew was really nice to work with.

I am looking for an expert to design a full brand kit/identity including: logo, typography, colour palette, imagery style, graphic elements, layout/grid system, print-ready collateral (business cards, 1 brochure design, 1 roll-up design), digital assets (email signage, 1 newsletter design, merch/uniform mockups (scrubs, apparel, bags, promo items), and signage and environmental branding (storefront, interior signage).
