I’m looking for a social creative designer to create a polished, scroll-stopping Instagram carousel for Travel Tails, a growing dog-travel brand that creates personalized dog-friendly itineraries.
This will be a paid trial project. If we work well together and the creative is strong, there is an opportunity for ongoing social content support, including carousels, static posts, Stories, and potentially short-form video.
I’m looking for someone with strong social-first creative instincts, not simply someone who can execute a standard Canva template.
THE PROJECT
Design a 10-slide Instagram portrait carousel titled:
“Dog-Inspired Coffee Shops Worth a Detour”
This post will feature coffee shops around the United States that have a dog woven into their name, origin story, mascot, branding, or mission.
This is not a list of coffee shops that merely allow dogs. The dog connection and the story behind each business are the editorial hooks.
FEATURED COFFEE SHOPS
Muddy Paw Coffee — Los Angeles, California
Built around the idea “Have a cup, save a pup,” with a rescue and give-back mission.
Hugo Coffee — Park City / Salt Lake City, Utah
Named after founder Claudia McMullin’s rescue dog, Hugo, with a mission supporting animal rescues.
Boris & Horton — New York, New York
Founded by a father-daughter duo and named after their dogs, Boris and Horton.
Bear & Kono’s Coffee — San Bernardino, California
Named after the founders’ rescue dogs, Bear and Kono, with a portion of profits supporting animal shelters and other causes.
Jughead & Murphy’s — Greenwood, Indiana
A women-owned coffee house named after the founder’s dogs, with rotating dog-inspired signature drinks.
Lucky Lab Coffee Co. — Austin / Dripping Springs, Texas
A dog-centered coffee brand built around the belief that life is better with coffee and dogs, with a history of supporting animal-rescue organizations.
Pups & Cups Café — Pullman, Washington
A pet-friendly coffee and tea shop offering locally made, dog-approved snacks.
The Black Dog Coffee Company — Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia
A destination coffee roastery and café with distinctive dog branding and a strong road-trip-detour setting.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
The carousel should feel like a collectible Gen Z travel field guide: warm, clever, image-led, slightly nostalgic, and highly saveable.
Think:
• Instagram editorial meets dog-lover road trip• Cozy café-crawl energy• Real coffee stops discovered while traveling• Natural morning light and warm latte tones• Layered photo cards and travel-zine details• A hidden gem you immediately send to a dog-loving friend• Casual, researched, stylish, and discovery-driven
The finished work should feel designed specifically for social media, not adapted from a corporate presentation.
PLEASE AVOID
• Corporate presentation or brand-guidelines aesthetics• Generic Canva templates• Large empty placeholder boxes• Formal or serif-heavy typography• Childish or excessively cutesy dog graphics• Overcrowded slides• Treating the post as a generic dog-friendly directory• AI-generated café photography• Fabricated café logos or brand details• Excessive decorative elements that compete with the photography
BRAND DIRECTION
Travel Tails is warm, adventurous, approachable, editorial, and discovery-driven.
Brand colors:
• Bone: #E5DACA• Indigo: #263D60• Brown Sugar: #B87045• Pastel Blue: #81A4C4• Forest Green: #345C4E• Deep Charcoal: #3E3E3C
Typography should feel on brand (I'll send you my toolkit) but I'm open to more editorial/scroll stopping fonts for this.
I will provide:
• The official Travel Tails logo in multiple approved colors• The actual Travel Tails illustration library• Brand colors and typography guidance• The featured-shop list and background information• Creative feedback and brand references
The official Travel Tails assets should be incorporated intentionally. Relevant illustrations include the branded map, adventure flag, sparkle details, dog illustrations, and paw-print location mark. They should be used selectively so the carousel still feels modern and photo-led (not required though).
Please do not recreate, redraw, or replace the official Travel Tails logo or illustrations with generic dog graphics.
SLIDE STRUCTURE
Slide 1: Scroll-stopping cover
Headline:
“Dog-Inspired Coffee Shops Worth a Detour”
Make “Detour” the playful accent word.
The cover should feel energetic and photo-led. This is the scroll stopping slide
The headline must remain easy to read on a phone.
Slide 2: Short explainer
Headline:
“What makes a coffee shop dog-inspired?”
Potential categories:
• Named after a pup• Dog logo or mascot• Rescue or give-back mission• Dog-focused origin story
This slide should quickly establish that the post is about the story behind each brand, not simply whether dogs are allowed at the coffee shop
Slides 3–10: Individual coffee-shop features
Feature one shop per slide.
Each slide must include:
• Shop name• City and state• image related to the shop• A clearly visible section or badge titled “The Dog Story”• A concise one- or two-sentence explanation of the dog connection
Photography should be the dominant visual element. The eight feature slides should feel connected, but they do not need to use an identical layout. Thoughtful variation across the slides is encouraged so the carousel remains visually interesting as people swipe.
The dog connection should be immediately understandable on every feature slide.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGE SOURCING
Please identify strong, real image options from each coffee shop's official website or social accounts and provide all source links in a simple sourcing document so we can be sure to tag the accounts at launch.
Do not use screenshots or download images from Google Maps, third-party reviews, or personal accounts without authorization.
Do not use AI-generated café imagery, invent coffee-shop logos, or alter the businesses’ branding.
DELIVERABLES
• 10 Instagram carousel slides • Fully editable Canva file with organized, clearly labeled layers• High-resolution PNG export of every final slide• Simple document containing image-source links• Up to two reasonable revision rounds• Final slides ready for Instagram publishing. Caption ideas welcome!
PROJECT PROCESS
Milestone 1:
• Two cover concepts• One completed coffee-shop feature slide• Initial visual system and typography direction
The remaining slides should not be built until the first milestone has been approved.
Because this project may lead to an ongoing relationship, I’m looking for someone who:
• Understands what makes Instagram/social content feel current and shareable• Has a strong eye for typography, photography, layout, and hierarchy• Can interpret a brand instead of simply applying its colors• Understands carousel pacing and mobile readability• Can turn research and storytelling into compelling social creative• Can contribute thoughtful visual ideas• Communicates clearly and responds constructively to feedback• Is highly proficient in Canva• Can maintain consistency without making every slide look identical
TO APPLY
Please include:
Two or three examples of Instagram carousels or social designs that best match this aesthetic. Please do not send a large generic portfolio.
A short explanation of how you would make this feel like a social-first travel field guide instead of a branded presentation.
Your estimated turnaround time.
Confirmation that you can deliver a fully editable and organized Canva file.
Confidence in gathering imagery to use for this.
Your availability and approximate pricing for ongoing social creative support if the trial is successful.
Here's my current instagram account (it needs work!) @mytraveltailsco
I have a couple designs that I made with AI but there is some stuff I couldn't do with AI like fixing certain appearances on design and adding some stuff. Designs will be going on t shirts for my clothing brand and I need to make designs print ready for print shops.

Short-Form Video Editor for German Viral Content, Automotive & Real Estate
We are looking for a skilled, reliable video editor for an ongoing collaboration.
You will edit high-quality short-form videos.
The content will primarily include:
* German talking-head and personal-brand videos
* Viral and educational short-form formats
* Cinematic automotive content
* High-end real estate videos
* Social media advertisements and branded content
This is not a role for someone who only adds random subtitles, sound effects and transitions. We are looking for an editor who understands storytelling, retention, pacing and visual quality.
Your Responsibilities:
* Edit German short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
* Create strong hooks within the first seconds
* Remove unnecessary pauses and improve the overall pacing
* Add clean, modern German subtitles
* Use B-roll, music, sound design and visual elements strategically
* Edit cinematic automotive footage, including rolling shots, details and dynamic sequences
* Edit premium real estate content with clean pacing and an elegant commercial look
* Follow existing references, brand guidelines and editing styles
* Deliver projects on time and communicate reliably
* Make revisions based on clear feedback
* The expected turnaround time is usually 48–72 hours per short-form video after receiving the footage, brief and references.
What We Are Looking For
* Strong experience or talent editing vertical short-form content
* A solid understanding of viral content formats and audience retention
* Experience with automotive, real estate or high-end commercial content
* Good storytelling and music-selection skills
* Clean and modern editing not overloaded or cheap-looking
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable communication and consistent delivery
* Ability to understand spoken German
Native German is not required, but you must understand German well enough to edit sentences correctly, identify important statements and create accurate subtitles.
Editing Style
Our preferred style is:
* Modern and high-end
* Fast enough to maintain attention, but not chaotic
* Cinematic when appropriate
* Clean typography and subtitles
* Strong sound design
* Natural color grading
* Premium rather than generic
* Storytelling and emotion over unnecessary effects
You should be able to adapt your editing style depending on the project. A personal-brand talking-head video requires a different approach than a cinematic car edit or a luxury real estate video.
Software
You may use:
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* DaVinci Resolve
* After Effects
* CapCut Desktop
Please tell us which software you use. Project files may be required for selected projects.
Long-Term Collaboration:
We are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of our production workflow.
The workload will start with individual projects and may grow into consistent weekly assignments. Editors who deliver strong work reliably will receive more projects and responsibility over time.
Application:
Please include the following in your application:
1. Three examples of your best short-form edits
2. At least one automotive, real estate or cinematic commercial example
3. Your experience editing German-language content
4. The software you use
5. Your typical turnaround time for a 30–90 second video
6. Your price per edited short-form video
7. Your availability per week
Please start your application with the word **TOGETHER** so we know you have read the complete job description.
Generic applications and unrelated portfolios will not be considered.
Paid Trial Edit
Selected candidates will receive a paid trial project.
The trial will help us evaluate:
* Storytelling
* Pacing and retention
* Subtitle quality
* Music and sound design
* Visual taste
* Understanding of the German content
* Ability to follow references and feedback
We value quality, reliability and long-term collaboration more than the lowest possible price.
I’m refreshing one of my product labels and need a designer who can translate a modern, minimalist aesthetic into a clean layout that highlights product information above all else. You’ll be working with my specific brand colors and the barcode I supply; the barcode must stay fully scannable in the final artwork.
I’ll share current artwork, precise color values, copy, and sizing specs as soon as we start. Once you redesign the piece, I’ll need print-ready files (AI or layered PSD and a press-quality PDF) along with a high-resolution PNG for digital use and the fonts or outlines you used.
Deliverables
• Updated label design in editable source format
• Press-ready PDF that passes a barcode scan test
• One hi-res PNG for online listings
I’m happy to answer any technical questions about dimensions, bleed, or brand guidelines so we can get this done smoothly and quickly.
Brand Designer — Logo & Full Identity (Ongoing Work, Long-Term Roster)
Job description
We're a brand design studio serving international clients. We're building a small, long-term roster of freelance brand designers — not looking for a single one-off gig.
The setup: we handle client acquisition, briefing, project management and payment. Every brief reaches you fully documented — positioning, sector, references, constraints, what to avoid. No client calls, no negotiation, no chasing feedback. You focus purely on design.
What we commission:
Logo design (primary mark, monogram, lockups, favicon)
Full brand identity (logo + colour palette + typographic system)
Brand guidelines documents
Social media kits and post packs
Stationery, mockups and print applications
Packaging design, print-ready
Rebrands and identity refreshes
You won't do all of these. Tell us your strengths and we'll route briefs accordingly.
Turnaround matters. Our client promise is fast delivery: 24h for a single social post, 48h for a logo set or full identity, 72h for guidelines, 5 days for packaging. Clocks start when we send the complete brief. Revisions are included in the project fee — expect to turn a revision request around within 6 working hours. We confirm your availability before assigning anything.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional brand identity work
Portfolio showing logo and identity work, not just social graphics
Professional English
Vector proficiency (Illustrator, Affinity Designer or Figma)
At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Central European Time
100% original, hand-crafted work. No AI-generated logos or marks. Non-negotiable.
Advantages: French (spoken or written) is a real plus — many of our clients are French-speaking. Spanish, Arabic, German, Portuguese or Italian also valuable. Sector experience in hospitality, e-commerce, real estate, wellness, food & beverage or tech is a bonus.
Rates — you tell us. We don't set prices. Your proposal must include your own fixed fee per deliverable (logo set, full identity, guidelines, single post, post pack, stationery, banner kit, packaging). Only quote for what you actually want to take on. Proposals without a rate breakdown won't be reviewed. Remember revisions are included in whatever you quote — price something you can sustain.
If you'd rather work on a monthly retainer with reserved capacity, tell us your monthly rate and how many projects it covers.
Payment is issued within 7 days of client approval, processed entirely through Upwork's secure system.
Important to know before applying: because we transfer full ownership to the end client, you assign IP rights in the delivered work to us on payment. You keep the right to show the work in your own portfolio unless a client has requested confidentiality — we'll tell you upfront if that's the case. We'd also like to feature your work and first name on our site; entirely optional and withdrawable at any time. No subcontracting — the person we hire does the work.
Please include in your proposal:
Portfolio link, highlighting 2-3 identity projects and your role on each
Your rates per deliverable (mandatory)
Languages you work in and your level
Realistic weekly capacity
Your timezone and usual working hours
Software you use
One short paragraph: how would you approach a 48-hour identity brief?
I need someone to finalize my brand guidelines and do all the heavy Canva setup because I am fed up with it. My social media manager should only have to do small, daily edits.
Scope of Work:
Finalize branding guidelines and adjust colors/components.
Fully populate the Canva Brand Kit.
Design ready-to-use templates for social media.
Acceptance Criteria:
All brand assets are correctly configured inside Canva.
Templates are fully built so the social media expert only makes minor text/image adjustments.
Requirement:
provide links showing previous Canva Brand Kits and templates you have successfully set up.

WHO WE ARE:
Libelle Collective is an operations firm serving health, wellness, and fitness businesses: clinics, boutique studios, and businesses running online courses and memberships. We provide fractional operations management, strategic consulting, launch operations, and clinic and studio operations support.
The Name: Libelle is German for dragonfly, and the dragonfly has been part of the brand from the beginning. "Collective" is literal, not decorative. We are not a firm with staff, and we are not one person with subcontractors. We are a group of independent specialists, each brought in for what they are already excellent at, assembled around what a given client needs. Dragonflies fit that: they don't operate alone, but nobody directs them either. Each one is individually capable, and they gather at the same water. The identity needs to communicate that without making it look like a uniform.
Our Tagline: "Your partner from strategy to scale"
THE HARD PART: WE SERVE TWO STATES OF THE SAME BUSINESS
This is the design problem, and we want you thinking about it before you apply.
We work with two kinds of clients. The first is a clinic or boutique studio owner who is underwater. They are working late, holding everything themselves, and what they need first is relief. The second is a business running launches and memberships that needs real operational machinery built. Different retainers, different entry points.
They are not two markets. They are two stages of one journey, and plenty of our clients move from the first to the second with us. Someone comes to us drowning, we get them stable, and then they want to launch something.
So the identity has to hold warmth and capability at the same time. Warm enough that an exhausted owner feels like they've found a person who gets it. Substantial enough that a business about to run a six-figure launch trusts us with the infrastructure. An identity that only does calm reads as too soft to run operations. One that only does rigor reads cold to someone who is already overwhelmed. Our logo has to carry both.
HOW WE THINK ABOUT BRAND
Our original identity was built by an experiential branding agency, and their philosophy still governs how we evaluate this work. Three ideas from it matter to us:
The logo is the tip of the iceberg. Most of what makes a brand real sits below the waterline: the experience, the standards, the way a client feels working with us. A beautiful mark that isn't tied to that is decoration. We expect you to ask what the experience is before you draw anything.
Every choice traces back to an attribute. Ours are relief, trustworthy, and transformative. Relief is the one that matters most: our clients arrive carrying too much, and the brand should land the way it feels when weight comes off your shoulders and you realize an adult is in the room. Not soothing and not soft. Settled. Expect us to ask which attribute a choice serves. "It felt right" is not an answer.
A recommendation beats a menu. We would rather see one direction you believe in, with a clear account of what you explored and set aside, than four options that make us do the deciding. Doing the narrowing is the work we are paying for. That said, we are hiring remotely and this is a real risk for both of us, so tell us honestly how you handle it if the recommended direction misses.
BUILD IT FOR GROWTH
Libelle Collective is the first entity under what will become a broader Libelle umbrella. Additional divisions and sub-brands are planned. The identity you design has to function as a masterbrand that can extend without a full rebuild in two years.
The dragonfly concept is an asset here, not a constraint. One mark can carry the parent brand while the swarm idea gives us a natural logic for how sub-brands relate to it. We are interested in how you would use that.
Our existing identity has two separate elements: an ornate line-art dragonfly and a letter monogram, which alternate in a repeating pattern. The dragonfly is detailed and delicate, drawn at a size that suits print and pattern work. It has never had to survive as a 32px favicon. We are open to evolving it or replacing it. Tell us which you would do and why.
Your proposal should address how you would handle this architecture. It is the most important criterion we are using to evaluate applicants.
DELIVERABLES
-Primary logo mark
-Secondary lockup, plus a standalone icon or monogram for small format use (favicon, social avatars, document marks)
-Typography system: primary and secondary typefaces with weights, hierarchy, and licensing guidance
-Written notes on how the mark and system extend to future sub-brands
-Applied examples on three real touch points, not just a logo grid on a white background. Ours are client proposal covers, a client-facing dashboard header, and an email signature.
-Final files in AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and PDF, in full color, single color, and reversed
-A short usage guide or an addendum to our existing brand guidelines
WHO IS A FIT
-You have built identity systems, not just logos. Your portfolio shows at least one multi-brand, sub-brand, or parent-company system.
-You work from a brief and can defend your choices with reasoning.
-You are comfortable with a defined number of structured revision rounds rather than open-ended iteration.
TO APPLY, INCLUDE
-Two or three portfolio pieces closest to this project, with a sentence on the thinking behind each
-How you would approach a mark that has to hold up as an umbrella brand
-Your process and how many revision rounds are included
-Your flat rate and estimated timeline
-Confirmation that you provide full copyright transfer and editable source files
Please skip the generic proposal. We read all of them and we will only respond to applicants who answer the umbrella question directly.
Client's questions:
Describe a brand system you designed that had to support sub-brands or multiple divisions. How did you structure it?
Our mark has a dragonfly. How would you keep that from reading as decorative or feminine-by-default in a professional services context?
How would you build an identity that reads warm to an exhausted clinic owner and capable to a business running a six-figure launch?
Do you present one recommended direction or a set of options, and how many revision rounds does your price include?
Do you transfer full copyright and deliver editable source files on completion?
I am seeking an experienced graphic designer to create collateral for two businesses in the healthcare field. The designer will need to align their work with an established brand guide and produce a variety of materials, including track branding items, flyers, folders, gift bags, gift boxes, and other business collateral. Requirements include proven experience in graphic design, familiarity with brand guidelines, a strong portfolio, effective communication, and the ability to incorporate feedback. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus. Deliverables include high-quality designs, multiple revisions, and final files in required formats suitable for print and digital use.
Client's questions:
Please provide samples of marketing collateral that you created to include packaging, checklists rack cards etc.
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
Please list any certifications related to this project
I run an AI-powered avatar account and I need someone who can take full ownership of our short-form video presence on Instagram and Facebook. You will be creating the videos yourself—mixing educational tutorials that show followers how the avatar is built, used, or integrated with popular tools, and light-hearted, entertaining shorts that keep the feed fun and engaging.
I will supply brand guidelines, raw avatar assets, topic outlines, and posting calendar targets. From there you handle the rest: script or storyboard a punchy idea, edit it into a vertical Reel, write an engaging caption and hashtag set, then publish at the scheduled time on both platforms. Familiarity with apps such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, VEO3, Higgsfield or similar mobile editors is important so you can turn around concepts quickly without sacrificing polish. Being comfortable inside Meta Business Suite (or a scheduler like Later/Buffer) will help you stay on top of consistency.
Weekly Deliverables
• 50 educational tutorials (30–60 sec Reels)
• 50 entertaining shorts (15–30 sec Reels)
• Captions, hashtags, and thumbnail covers for every post
• A simple performance summary in Google Sheets at week’s end
Acceptance criteria: videos must be in 9:16, meet Instagram/Facebook Reel specs, include on-brand motion graphics, and be uploaded on the agreed dates without watermark artifacts.
If you have a portfolio of Reels or Shorts you’ve produced—and ideally data showing you boosted reach or engagement—please share it so I can get a feel for your style. Looking forward to collaborating and growing this AI avatar’s audience together.

Framer Developer Required – Premium Website Build
I’m looking for an experienced Framer developer to build a premium, responsive marketing website entirely in Framer for a first aid training company.
This is an implementation project, not a design project.
The website has already been fully designed, with high-fidelity desktop and mobile mockups completed for every key page.
The successful freelancer will be responsible for building the website in Framer using reusable components and two CMS collections.
Project includes
* Premium responsive website
* Around 10 page templates
* Desktop & mobile mockups supplied
* Two CMS collections (Courses & Articles). The website must remain within Framer’s Basic plan by using only two CMS collections.
* Responsive layouts
* Reusable component system
* Navigation, animations and interactions
* SEO & accessibility best practice
The attached design pack should be treated as the primary implementation reference.
This is not a redesign project. I’m looking for a developer who enjoys building polished, pixel-accurate implementations from completed designs.
Minor implementation improvements are welcome where they improve responsiveness or usability, but the overall design should closely match the supplied mockups.
Please include
* Links to 3–5 Framer websites you’ve personally built
* Your fixed-price quotation
* Estimated delivery timeframe
* A brief explanation of how you structure CMS-driven Framer websites
* Any assumptions or areas you believe require clarification before providing a fixed-price quote
I need an experienced full-stack developer to configure HubSpot from the ground up and make sure it speaks flawlessly with every channel we rely on. The project covers three main areas:
1. CRM configuration
HubSpot has to be tailored for robust lead management, reliable sales tracking, and clear customer-support workflows. This includes setting up pipelines, custom properties, deal stages, ticketing, and the automation that ties them together.
2. Multi-channel integration
• Website – embed HubSpot forms so new contacts flow straight into the CRM, add the tracking code to monitor user behaviour across all pages, and sync every historical and future contact record.
• Email marketing – connect our existing email platform so campaigns automatically tag, score, and update contacts inside HubSpot.
• Social media – link Facebook, LinkedIn, and any other active accounts so ads and organic posts feed engagement data back into HubSpot reporting.
3. UTM strategy & implementation
Build a coherent naming convention, apply it to all current marketing links, and confirm that each UTM parameter is captured correctly inside HubSpot analytics and dashboards.
Acceptance criteria
• All forms submit to the correct HubSpot lists with no duplicate fields.
• Visitor sessions and conversion events display in the HubSpot timeline within 30 minutes of activity.
• Email and social channels pull engagement metrics (opens, clicks, comments, ad spend) into HubSpot reports.
• UTMs appear consistently in contact properties and attribution reports using the agreed naming scheme.
• A brief hand-off document details the setup and how to extend it.
I’m ready to provide admin access, current site repo, and brand guidelines as soon as we start.

Description:
Nextbuckets is a new basketball accessories brand launching with grip socks, targeting youth/club players (bought by coaches and parents). The brand celebrates street basketball culture — pickup games, one-on-ones, park meet-ups, trash talk, and brotherhood — rather than structured training or clinical performance-gear branding.
Founder story: Grew up playing pickup ball in parks and schoolyards in a rough neighborhood — basketball was an escape, and it brought a tight group of friends together for hours outside. That path led to playing at the provincial and collegiate level. The brand is about bringing that same park culture back to the next generation of players, many of whom now grow up only inside structured club systems. There's also a real, visible link to the NBA: a lot of today's best players came up on the blacktop and it still shows in their game — Nextbuckets is a continuation of that lineage.
Brand tone: Confident, direct, a little cocky where it's earned — like a good trash-talker, not a marketing department. Visuals should feel lived-in and real, not polished/studio.
What I need:
A primary logo mark + wordmark lockup
Color palette refinement (starting point: charcoal, basketball orange, chalk cream, deep rust — open to adjustment)
Basic brand guidelines (logo usage, typography, color)
Reference feel: Looking for the level of clean, precise, symmetric mark design you see in brands like Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Gymshark, and Apple — not an illustrative or hand-drawn icon. Open to a wordmark-led design (no icon) if that fits better, similar to how some streetwear brands lead with strong typography alone.
I have put down below an idea of how I want the logo to look like. But feel free if you have better idea, I'm all ears.
Please include in your proposal: 2–3 examples of past logo work, ideally in sports/streetwear/apparel.

About Peel Happy
I’m launching a new business called Peel Happy—a vintage-style sticker vending machine rental company for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, grand openings, markets, and other special events.
Guests receive custom-designed stickers from a vintage vending machine as a unique keepsake and interactive experience. The machine itself is meant to be part of the event decor and something guests naturally gather around, photograph, and share.
I’m looking for a creative freelancer to help build the brand from the ground up and create the content needed to launch on Instagram.
⸻
Brand Vision
This is the most important part of the project.
I want Peel Happy to feel like a brand Millennials and Gen Z instantly connect with.
The vibe should be:
* Bright and colorful
* Fun without feeling childish
* Playful with a little edge
* Nostalgic but modern
* Trendy and highly shareable
* Instagram-worthy
* Premium enough for weddings and luxury events
* Clean and professionally designed
Think of a brand that people immediately want to photograph and share.
This is NOT a children’s birthday party company. While families are certainly a customer, the primary audience is adults planning stylish events.
⸻
Project Deliverables
Brand Identity
Please create:
* Primary logo
* Secondary logo variations
* Brand icon/mark
* Color palette
* Typography recommendations
* Mini brand guide (5–10 pages)
* Canva Brand Kit
* Final files in AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, and Canva (when applicable)
⸻
Instagram Launch
Please create:
* Instagram profile photo
* Instagram bio suggestions
* 9 professionally designed Instagram posts
* 5 editable Instagram Story templates
* Canva source files
Important:
I do not want the Instagram graphics to look obviously AI-generated.
They should look professionally designed and cohesive, as if Peel Happy is already an established brand.
⸻
Instagram Reels
Please create 5–8 short Instagram Reels (10–20 seconds each).
AI-assisted video creation is completely acceptable for the reels.
These should feel like content people would organically see on Instagram or TikTok—not generic advertisements.
Please provide editable files whenever possible.
⸻
Marketing Goal
The goal of this project is not simply to create a logo.
The goal is to launch Peel Happy as a business people immediately understand and want to book.
Every piece of content should help answer questions like:
* What is Peel Happy?
* Why would someone rent it?
* How does it work?
* What events is it perfect for?
* What makes it different from other party rentals?
* Why is it worth the investment?
* How do I book it?
Our primary call-to-action will simply be:
“DM us for pricing and availability.”
⸻
Instagram Content Direction
I’d like the feed to feel like a real business—not just advertisements.
Potential post ideas include:
* Welcome to Peel Happy
* What is Peel Happy?
* How the sticker machine works
* Perfect for weddings
* Baby showers
* Birthday parties
* Corporate events
* Grand openings
* Markets & pop-ups
* Custom sticker examples
* Sticker design inspiration
* Behind the brand
* FAQs
* Why guests love it
* The party favor guests actually keep
* “Imagine this at your event”
* Booking announcements
* Availability posts
* Call-to-action posts encouraging people to DM us
The page should feel cohesive and exciting enough that someone would want to follow it before we’ve even completed our first event.
⸻
Reel Ideas
The reels should be designed to stop people from scrolling and encourage inquiries.
Ideas include:
* POV: You rented Peel Happy for your wedding.
* The party favor everyone actually keeps.
* Watching stickers dispense (satisfying close-ups).
* Different sticker collections for different events.
* Before vs. after adding Peel Happy to an event.
* Event setup transformation.
* “Things every wedding needs.”
* “Things every baby shower needs.”
* Corporate branding examples.
* Sticker ASMR.
* Trending audio with fun text overlays.
* “Would you rent this?”
* Countdown to an event.
* Why guests love Peel Happy.
Feel free to suggest additional creative concepts.
⸻
Who I’m Looking For
Someone who has experience with:
* Branding
* Logo design
* Canva
* Adobe Creative Suite
* Social media marketing
* Modern design trends
Experience with hospitality, lifestyle brands, event companies, or consumer brands is a plus.
I’m looking for someone who understands branding—not just graphic design.
⸻
Budget
Fixed Price only
I’m open to freelancers who use AI as part of their workflow to work efficiently, especially for the reels.
However, the branding and Instagram graphics should have a polished, human-designed feel.
⸻
To Apply
Please send:
* Your branding portfolio
* 2–3 projects that best match this style
* Your estimated timeline & fixed price
* Confirmation that you’re comfortable completing this project within a fixed-price budget
Please include the word “sticker” in your proposal so I know you’ve read the full posting.
If this project is a great fit, I’d love to continue working together on future graphics, social media content, marketing materials, and product launches as Peel Happy grows.
We're looking for a storefront design like the following. I will provide our current logo and wordmark and you must adjust to meet the AI mockup and add a few touches to clean it all up. Please let me know if you'd be interested.

About the brand:
editorial media brand that explores people, places, culture, and atmosphere through cinematic storytelling.
We don't create travel vlogs or traditional documentaries. Every film is designed to make the audience feel something—to observe, reflect, and see the world differently.
The visual language is minimal, timeless, and cinematic.
Each video will typically be 30–60 seconds, with longer films developed over time.

Creative Direction:

The creative direction is inspired by brands and filmmakers such as:

Leica
A24
Monocle
Kinfolk

I'm looking for an experienced designer to create a professional logo and a concise brand guideline for my business. The goal is to establish a clean, memorable, and cohesive visual identity that can be used consistently across digital and print materials.
The project includes developing two original logo concepts, refining the selected direction based on feedback, and creating a 2–3 page brand guideline document. The guidelines should cover logo usage, color palette, typography, and essential brand specifications to ensure consistency across all applications.
Final deliverables should include editable source files along with web-ready assets. The overall identity should be modern, versatile, scalable, and designed to support long-term brand growth.
I'm seeking a designer with strong experience in logo and brand identity design, a portfolio showcasing branding and guideline projects, and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and brand systems. The ideal candidate can create a polished identity that feels distinctive, professional, trustworthy, and easy to implement.
