I´m looking for an experienced podcast producer and editor to handle complete episode production for my new podcast series. Each episode requires recording support, full editing, graphics creation, and social media content planning.
Scope of Work
1. Recording & Production Notes (Per Episode)
Support recording of 45-60 minute main conversation plus intro and outro segments
Document key sections and create edit markers throughout the recording
Deliverable: Raw recording with detailed producer notes and edit markers
2. Production Editing, Graphics & Thumbnails
Edit to create final ~30-minute episode
Apply audio cleanup including:
- Noise reduction
- Light EQ (equalization) for clear, balanced voice quality
- Remove obvious mistakes, repeated sections, and long silences
- Create and refine graphics using our established visual system
- Design 2 thumbnail variations per episode using our template
- Export final episode file ready for upload

Project: I created a WordPress website on a staging subdomain and sent it for review. It was working fine at that time. The client came back more than three months later, insisting on free fixes and even a refund based on a third-party QA I never approved. QA and ongoing maintenance were never part of the agreed scope.
I offered a practical solution: I would fix everything under a modest 50-dollar maintenance milestone or via a clear change request. This was refused. Instead of cooperating, I received threats of negative feedback. This is not professional. I do not recommend working here due to shifting scope without agreement, delayed responses, and pressure to perform unpaid work.

Project Overview: We are looking for a versatile and tech-forward Graphic Designer & Video Editor to become our go-to creative partner. We operate a Restaurant & Music Venue and need a cohesive visual overhaul. You will work on everything from rebranding our core identity (logo/menus) to creating hype for our weekly events via high-impact social media content.
Key Requirement: We embrace technology. You must be proficient in using Generative AI tools to speed up workflows and create unique, surreal, or high-quality visuals that stand out.
Responsibilities:
Brand Refresh: Redesign our logo to better match our current vibe and create a style guide (fonts, color palette).
Social Media Content: Create eye-catching flyers and static ads for Instagram/Facebook.
AI Content Creation: Use AI tools to generate background assets, artistic elements, or b-roll for videos to keep production costs low and creativity high.
Video Editing: Produce short, engaging video reels (15–60s) for social media using footage we provide, enhanced with motion graphics or AI overlays.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: A portfolio showing a mix of branding (logos/menus), event flyers, and video editing (Reels/TikTok style).
Tech Stack: Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects) or CapCut.
AI Proficiency: Experience using Nano-Banan, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT (for brainstorming), or AI video tools (Runway/Pika) is a huge plus.
Fast Turnaround: Ability to deliver event assets on a tight weekly/monthly schedule.
