Senior PHP / Database / Examination Platform Developer – AHEC Website & Secure Backend Overhaul
We are looking for an experienced senior PHP/full-stack developer with strong database architecture, web security, e-commerce, examination-platform and SEO experience to undertake a comprehensive technical overhaul of our existing website, AHECGlobal.com. Our website is already live and hosted on a Hostinger PHP hosting environment. We are not looking for someone simply to redesign the front end. We need a developer who can audit, repair, optimize, secure and upgrade the underlying website, database, examination system, registration/payment workflows and backend administration architecture. This is intended to become a long-term, scalable platform for an examination and certification organization. 1. COMPLETE WEBSITE CODE AUDIT & BUG FIXING The first stage will be a comprehensive technical audit of the existing website and its underlying code. We need you to: • Audit the existing PHP/application code. • Identify and fix existing bugs, errors, broken functionality and database issues. • Identify unnecessary plugins, scripts, queries or code affecting performance. • Review server/resource usage on Hostinger. • Optimize PHP, database queries, scripts, CSS and JavaScript. • Identify security vulnerabilities and potential attack surfaces. • Check for broken links, errors, failed forms and integration problems. • Ensure the website works correctly across desktop, tablet and mobile. • Improve the overall stability and maintainability of the codebase. A major priority is website speed. The website must load significantly faster, particularly on mobile devices, while reducing unnecessary server/database resource consumption. We want the developer to identify the actual causes of slow loading rather than simply installing a caching plugin. 2. SECURE DATABASE ARCHITECTURE & BACKEND ADMINISTRATION We need a properly structured, secure and scalable backend database. The database should be organized according to the different types of information collected by the organization, including students, examinations, institutions, payments, assessors/examiners, certificates, courses and related records. We require role-based access control, so different personnel only see and manage the information relevant to their responsibilities. For example: Administrator • Full system access. • User management. • System configuration. • Examination management. • Financial/payment oversight. • Database oversight. • Reports. • Certificates. • Courses and content. • Security and audit logs. Accounts / Finance • Payment records. • Transactions. • Invoices/receipts. • Student payment status. • Institutional payment information. • Financial reports. • No unnecessary access to sensitive examination information. Examinations / Invigilation • Examination scheduling. • Candidate examination records. • Exam keys. • Candidate status. • Examination sessions. • Invigilation-related information. • Examination results. • No access to unrelated financial or administrative data. Assessor / Examiner • Assigned candidates. • Examination submissions. • Assessment information. • Marking/evaluation. • Results. • Relevant examination records only. Registration / Certificates • Candidate registration information. • Eligibility/status. • Certificate records. • Certificate verification. • Certificate administration. The system should enforce least-privilege access, so users cannot access information outside their role. We also need appropriate: • Authentication. • Authorization. • Password security. • Session management. • Audit logs. • Database security. • Data encryption where appropriate. • Secure backups. • Protection against SQL injection. • Protection against XSS, CSRF and other common web vulnerabilities. • Secure file uploads. • Protection against unauthorized database access. • Protection against accidental data exposure. 3. EXAMINATION PLATFORM We already have an internal examination component that needs to be reviewed and significantly improved. The examination system should be: • Lightweight. • Fast. • User-friendly. • Secure. • Mobile responsive. • Easy for candidates to understand. • Easy for administrators and examiners to manage. A candidate should be able to use a unique Exam Key to access their examination. The desired workflow is: Candidate receives Exam Key → enters Exam Key → system validates it → secure examination environment opens in a new browser tab → candidate takes examination → system records the examination session → examination is submitted → results are processed according to the configured workflow. We need the developer to assess the existing implementation and determine the most secure and technically appropriate way to implement this. We also want appropriate examination security measures, including protection against unauthorized access to examination content and candidate records. If feasible within the architecture, we would also like appropriate invigilation/proctoring functionality to be considered. 4. AUTOMATED CERTIFICATE GENERATION Certificates should not require staff to manually create every certificate. The system should automatically generate a certificate when the configured requirements have been satisfied. For example: Candidate completes examination → examination is assessed/marked → candidate meets the required criteria → system records successful completion → after the configured processing period, the system automatically generates the certificate. The exact waiting period and certificate rules should be configurable by an administrator. Each certificate should have a unique identification/reference number and ideally a verification mechanism so that an employer, institution or third party can verify its authenticity online. 5. STUDENT REGISTRATION & CHECKOUT We want to simplify the entire student journey. If a person purchases an examination, the workflow should be something similar to: Select examination → create account/register → provide required candidate information → payment → payment confirmation → examination access/eligibility → Exam Key or examination instructions → examination → results → certificate. The exact workflow should depend on the service being purchased. We do not want customers being forced through unnecessary forms or complicated checkout processes. The checkout system should be: • Simple. • Fast. • Mobile-friendly. • Secure. • Integrated with the relevant payment system. • Connected to the user's account and database record. • Able to record payment status automatically. 6. INSTITUTIONAL / PARTNER REGISTRATION We also work with institutions and organizations. An institution should have a different registration pathway from an individual student. For example: Institution selects "Partner With AHEC" → completes institutional registration/application form → provides the information we require → application is recorded in the backend → appropriate internal staff are notified → institution can be reviewed/approved → institution receives the appropriate next steps. The system should collect different information depending on whether the applicant is: • An individual student. • An institution/partner. • An assessor/examiner. • Another professional/user category. 7. AI CHATBOT + WHATSAPP INTEGRATION We want an interactive customer-support and lead-generation system. The chatbot should be able to answer questions relating to information published on the website, including: • Examinations. • Courses. • Curriculum. • Certification. • Pricing. • Registration. • Eligibility. • Institutional partnerships. • Payment procedures. • Frequently asked questions. The chatbot should not simply be a generic AI chatbot. It should be connected to an approved knowledge source containing our actual AHEC information so that it provides accurate answers. It should also guide users toward the appropriate action. For example: User asks about an examination → chatbot explains the examination → identifies the appropriate examination → directs the user to registration → user creates account → proceeds to checkout/payment. We also want a WhatsApp interaction option, where appropriate, so that users can communicate with us through WhatsApp regarding website services and inquiries. We would like your recommendation on the best technical architecture for this. 8. E-COMMERCE / SERVICE-SPECIFIC CHECKOUT The checkout experience should change depending on what the customer is purchasing. For example: Examination purchase → Examination selected → Candidate account created → Required candidate information collected → Payment → Confirmation → Examination eligibility/access → Exam Key / examination instructions. Course/curriculum purchase → Course selected → User registration → Required information → Payment → Course access. Institutional partnership → Institution registration → Institutional information collected → Application submitted → Internal review/approval workflow. The backend should retain all relevant transaction and registration information. 9. SAM.GOV VERIFICATION We also want a prominent "Verify USA Approval" or similar verification button on the website. The button should direct users to the appropriate official SAM.gov record/page so that users can independently verify our organization and government registration information. The implementation should use the correct official SAM.gov information and should not create a misleading representation of government approval or certification. 10. SEO & SEARCH VISIBILITY SEO is also an important part of this project. We want the website technically optimized so that it has a strong foundation for ranking for relevant searches. This should include: • Technical SEO audit. • Site structure. • Metadata. • Page titles. • Heading structure. • Internal linking. • Schema/structured data where appropriate. • Sitemap. • Robots configuration. • Canonical URLs. • Image optimization. • Page-speed optimization. • Mobile optimization. • Search indexing issues. • Broken links/errors. • Keyword research. • On-page SEO. • Local/international SEO considerations. Our objective is to make AHEC significantly more visible when potential students, institutions and other users search for relevant examination, certification and training services. We are particularly interested in SEO that is supported by a technically fast, clean and properly structured website, rather than superficial keyword stuffing. 11. MOBILE EXPERIENCE The website must work exceptionally well on mobile. Please review: • Navigation. • Forms. • Registration. • Checkout. • Chatbot. • Examination interface. • Buttons. • Tables. • Candidate dashboard. • Payment pages. The experience should feel like a modern professional platform rather than a website that was simply scaled down from desktop. 12. SECURITY IS A CRITICAL REQUIREMENT Security is one of our highest priorities. The website and examination platform will handle potentially sensitive candidate, institutional, examination, payment and certification information. We therefore require a serious security review covering both the front end and backend/database environment. We want to minimize the risk of: • Data leakage. • Unauthorized database access. • Account takeover. • Examination-content exposure. • Unauthorized examination access. • SQL injection. • Cross-site scripting. • CSRF. • Insecure APIs. • Unauthorized file access. • Privilege escalation. • Session vulnerabilities. • Insecure payment workflows. • Accidental exposure of personal information. We also need appropriate backup and recovery procedures. We understand that no internet-connected system can honestly be guaranteed to be "100% secure." However, we expect the developer to implement industry-standard security controls and conduct a professional security audit/testing process to minimize vulnerabilities and data exposure. 13. HOSTINGER / SERVER ARCHITECTURE The existing platform is hosted on Hostinger using PHP. We want the developer to determine whether the current hosting environment is sufficient. If Hostinger is appropriate, optimize the application for it. If the current plan or architecture is insufficient, we want you to clearly explain: • What the limitation is. • Why it is causing the problem. • What upgrade would be required. • Whether another hosting architecture would be more appropriate. We do not want unnecessary hosting costs. 14. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE DEVELOPER We are looking for someone who can think beyond individual tasks. We need a developer who can understand the entire system and recommend the right architecture. You should be comfortable working with: • PHP. • MySQL/database architecture. • JavaScript. • HTML/CSS. • APIs. • Authentication and authorization. • E-commerce/payment integrations. • WordPress where applicable. • Custom PHP applications. • Examination/testing systems. • Security. • SEO. • Performance optimization. • AI/API integrations. • WhatsApp integrations. Strong custom PHP/MySQL experience is particularly important. If your experience is primarily WordPress/Elementor/Shopify without significant custom PHP application and database development, please state this clearly. 15. EXPECTED DELIVERABLES At the end of the engagement, we expect: 1. Complete technical audit report. 2. Identified bugs and errors resolved. 3. Improved website loading speed. 4. Optimized PHP/application code. 5. Optimized database structure and queries. 6. Secure role-based backend administration. 7. Improved student registration. 8. Improved institutional registration workflow. 9. Improved e-commerce/checkout process. 10. Improved examination platform. 11. Secure Exam Key access system. 12. Improved examination administration/invigilation functionality. 13. Automated certificate-generation workflow. 14. Certificate verification capability. 15. AI chatbot integration. 16. WhatsApp integration/lead pathway. 17. SAM.gov verification link. 18. Technical SEO improvements. 19. Mobile responsiveness improvements. 20. Security audit and remediation. 21. Backup/recovery recommendations. 22. Documentation of the system and administrator roles. 23. Recommendations for future scalability. IMPORTANT – PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS Before applying, please answer: 1. How many years of custom PHP/MySQL development experience do you have? 2. Have you built or maintained an online examination/testing platform? Please provide examples. 3. Have you designed a role-based database/backend system with different access permissions? 4. What is your experience with website security and database security? 5. Have you integrated payment gateways into PHP/WordPress/custom applications? 6. Have you implemented AI chatbots using APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar? 7. Have you integrated WhatsApp Business/API functionality? 8. How would you approach optimizing a PHP website hosted on Hostinger for speed and reduced server-resource consumption? 9. How would you protect examination questions, candidate data and examination results from unauthorized access? 10. How would you design the automatic certificate-generation and verification system? 11. What would you recommend for the database architecture and role-based access system described above? 12. Please provide 2–3 examples of technically complex projects you have personally developed, not just websites you have designed. 13. Are you comfortable beginning with a technical audit and then working through the project in milestones? SUCCESS CRITERIA The objective is not simply to make AHECGlobal.com look better. We want to transform the existing platform into a: FAST + SECURE + SCALABLE + SEO-OPTIMIZED + MOBILE-FRIENDLY + E-COMMERCE-ENABLED + EXAMINATION + CERTIFICATION PLATFORM that can support increasing numbers of students, institutions, examinations, payments and certificates without becoming slow, difficult to manage or insecure. We are looking for a developer who can take ownership of the technical architecture and help us build this properly for long-term growth.

THIS IS NOT A MEDIA BUYING ROLE
I'm looking for an experienced DTC operator to work directly with me and build a repeatable paid acquisition engine together for my Print-On-Demand (POD) brand. Not someone to take over Ads Manager and tell me to let Meta optimise. Taking a brand from $500k a month to $1M a month is a different problem, not relevant from now. Somone who can take an ecommerce (POD) brand from 0 to 5-6 figures per month on a repeatable base is way more valuable to me at this stage. -- FOUNDER BACKGROUND I've run businesses before, but never an ecommerce one. My other companies are in the consultancy and car industry - no ads, no funnels, no CAC. I started this brand in July: US-only print-on-demand graphic apparel. I built all of it myself - headless storefront with Shopify handling checkout, Printify fulfilment, Klaviyo, the tracking stack, roughly 24 designs, the ad account. Six weeks later I have three sales and I've spent $1,601 getting them. I can see the funnel is broken and I can pull every number out of every system. What I can't do is fix it, because I've never built a paid acquisition engine, and reading about it is not the same as having done it. The brand is active in the fitness/humor niche. -- MY NUMBERS (18 August 2026) From Meta, Shopify, Printify, Klaviyo and my storefront event log. All-time, five campaigns since July: - $1,601 spend, 69,313 impressions, 3,438 clicks, 1,834 landing page views - 3 orders, $119.97 revenue, $0.87 per landing page view The round that produced all three sales (12-16 Aug, $35 price point): - $565 spend, CTR 5.35% (2.89% outbound), CPC $0.34, CPM $18.23 - 737 landing page views, 15 add-to-cart (2.0%), 5 checkouts, 3 orders - Landing-to-order 0.41%, CAC $188 - One design took 91.7% of the budget. Five designs never got a fair test. Unit economics: - AOV $39.99 ($35 tee plus $4.99 shipping). Every order so far is a single item. - Printify cost incl. shipping $13.71 to $16.10, average $14.66 - Contribution $25.33 before payment fees and overhead - Break-even needs roughly 3.0% landing-to-order. I am at 0.41%. Storefront since launch: 3,083 sessions, 2,848 product views, 84 add-to-cart, 45 checkouts Email: 82 subscribers, six live flows, $0 revenue from email Growth capital: roughly $5,000 - $7,500. Every test has to teach me something. Larger budgets are available once a proven system has been developed. Tell me if you read these differently than I do. -- WHAT I NEED YOU TO ANSWER - Where and how can we improve conversion? - How do we structure tests so Meta doesn't starve most of them? - What budget per test, and what kills, iterates or scales an ad? - What CAC can I actually afford at $25.33 contribution? - Is the bottleneck creative, product, Meta delivery, offer, product page or checkout? - How do we scale once acquisition is repeatable? We execute fast - products, mockups, photos, copy, website changes. I need someone who knows what to execute, why, and what the data then means. -- REQUIRED - Proven zero-to-one. You've personally taken an early-stage DTC brand from little or no paid acquisition to consistent daily sales, on small budgets with thin data. - Meta: campaign architecture, ABO, CBO, Advantage+, delivery behaviour, budget allocation, creative and product testing, kill and scale frameworks, attribution. - Creative direction: concepts, hooks, static vs video, UGC-style, product presentation, copy angles. You direct, I produce. - Analytics: Shopify, GA4, Pixel and CAPI, CAC, AOV, CVR, MER, contribution margin, break-even CAC. Whole funnel, not just CTR and ROAS. - CRO judgement: enough to say that Meta isn't the problem and the product page is, and to prioritise what to fix. - US market: substantial experience acquiring US DTC customers through Meta. US-based preferred, but proven US experience matters more. - Apparel, graphic tees or POD is a plus. -- HEADLESS SETUP My storefront is headless: Meta, then a custom (Lovable) frontend, then Shopify backend, then Shopify checkout and Printify for fulfilment. You don't need to be my developer, but you should understand how events and attribution flow across separate systems: Pixel, CAPI, fbclid, event deduplication, checkout attribution, and why Meta, GA4 and Shopify disagree. Strongly preferred, not a dealbreaker. -- HOW WE WOULD WORK One or two calls a week where we assess and decide, async in between, regular data reviews. I do not need a one-off audit with a slide deck or an agency where a junior ends up on the account. -- THE GOAL Phase 1: repeatable daily sales at a sustainable CAC, on proven products and creative combinations. Phase 2: $10k a month, then $20k, then $50k or more, at roughly 15% true net margin. Same person for both. Phase 1 is the audition. -- ENGAGEMENT A 4 to 6 week growth sprint, continuing if it works. Not an agency retainer at this stage. -- PLEASE DON'T Send a generic agency proposal. "Guaranteed 5X ROAS." "Just use Advantage+." "You need more budget." "I scaled an 8-figure brand" with no answer on how you did zero-to-one. Please don't apply if you're not US/Europe based.

I'm currently experiencing a few issues with my website and Google Merchant Center and would like to know if you can assist.
On the website side, there are several minor issues that require coding changes: •The policy page title needs to be edited and renamed to 'Return and Refund Policy', but this can only be done through the website code. •The footer policy link also needs updating via code so the links are clearly visible. •There is a spacing issue with the announcement bar on the desktop version of the site. The theme is a free version, and some custom-coded features (such as the contact number display) appear to have created a layout/spacing problem that needs to be resolved. In addition, my Google Merchant Center account has been suspended, and my products are not being approved. Unfortunately, Google has not provided a clear reason for the suspension, so I need someone to investigate the issue, identify the cause, and help get the account and product listings approved again. -Under the featured products, there are no products. Need to remove the empty collection. -Need the 14days return policy taken down from the announcement bar and badge. Note these are coded or premium features so probably not easy to take down from a free theme. -Also has it become compulsory to register business as LTD according to Google who don't accept ordinary businesses even if a business does not meet revenue threshold? Could you please let me know if this is something you can help with and provide your best price quote for the work involved? Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you. https://www.dirashomesandlifestyle.co.uk/

Hello please see below:
Theme: Dawn (or custom based on Dawn) Issue: Mobile homepage only — the header/logo scrolls away instead of staying fixed, and appears visually detached because the header is transparent over the hero image (color-inverse gradient classes on .header-wrapper). What works: Header is sticky on all other pages on mobile. Desktop is fine. What we tried: Custom CSS position: fixed on .header-wrapper inside @media (max-width: 749px) — applies on other pages but not homepage Targeting .template-index #shopify-section-header — no effect JS console test confirmed position: fixed physically works on the element Root cause suspected: The color-inverse gradient classes on the homepage header-wrapper may be overriding or conflicting with the fixed positioning, or the homepage hero section is interfering with the header stacking context. Goal: Logo/nav fixed at top of screen on mobile homepage, ideally with a solid background so it's not transparent over the hero. Is this something you can help with? Kind Regards, Steph Hayes

E-Commerce Recruiter - Outbound Sourcing & First-Round Screening (Remote)
READ THIS FIRST You must have recruited for e-commerce companies. This is non-negotiable and it is the first thing we check. That means you have filled roles like media buyers, Shopify operators, customer service teams for online stores, supply chain and fulfilment, e-commerce finance, or VAs at scale, for businesses that sell online. What does not count: general corporate recruitment, IT and tech staffing, agency recruitment outside e-commerce, or "I recruit for all industries including e-commerce". Adjacent is not the same as inside. If you cannot name the e-commerce companies you recruited for and the roles you filled there, do not apply. We will close your application without reply and without exception. We are strict about this because e-commerce hiring is its own skill. You need to know what a media buyer actually does all day, why a Shopify operator with agency experience is different from one who ran their own store, and which claims on a CV do not survive a second question. That knowledge does not transfer from other industries. INTRO We run a portfolio of roughly 12 Shopify dropshipping stores across two entities, one in the Netherlands and one in the US. Quiet months run EUR 400-500K. Black Friday peaks hit EUR 1-2M. Our team is roughly 35 people: remote VAs and managers mainly in the Philippines, plus a small European core. We hire 20 or more roles a year across the whole business: media buyers, customer service, supply chain, finance, operations, HR, listing and dispute specialists, market launch managers. The mix is deliberately varied, so you will not be recruiting the same profile twice. Right now the two founders do all the sourcing and screening themselves. That is the bottleneck. HOW WE THINK ABOUT THIS The people we want are not applying to job posts. They already have work. That is the whole thesis of this role. Sitting on Upwork waiting for applications gets us people who are available, and available is not the same as good. We want you going out and finding people who are not looking, and making them interested. Upwork and OnlineJobs.ph are fine as one channel among several. But we believe the real quality sits elsewhere: LinkedIn, regional platforms in the candidate's own country, local e-commerce communities, Slack and Discord groups, referrals, and whatever routes you know that we do not. If your entire method is filtering inbound applications on the big marketplaces, we are not the right fit. THE ROLE You find the candidates and you make the first cut. We make the final call. We already have the interview infrastructure: a scorecard system with behavioural questions, anchored 1-5 rating scales, red flags and work samples per role, plus a dashboard where candidates and interview rounds are tracked. You will use it. You do not have to build it. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Source actively and outbound. Find people who are not applying to us, in the region the role calls for, and get them interested enough to have a conversation - Use routes beyond the obvious ones. Local job platforms, LinkedIn, regional communities, referrals, your own network. Tell us about channels we are not using - Screen incoming applications too. Most of our roles have one hard, non-negotiable requirement, and most applicants do not meet it. Catch that fast and without sentiment - Run first-round screening conversations, scored in our existing scorecard system rather than on gut feel - Set and review the work sample where a role has one, and judge the output - Hand us three to five candidates per role with a written recommendation: what they are strong at, what worries you, and what we should probe - Help sharpen the job posts. We write the first version and give you the context; you improve them as you learn what actually attracts the right people. We expect that feel to develop over the first months rather than on day one - Keep the pipeline moving. Good candidates disappear when they wait a week for a reply - Tell us early when a role will not fill as specified. If our requirements are unrealistic for the budget, say so rather than screening indefinitely HARD REQUIREMENTS - Proven recruitment experience inside e-commerce. Not adjacent, not partial, not "among other industries". This is the requirement, and everything below it is secondary. We will ask for the companies, the roles, and the outcomes - Genuine outbound sourcing ability. You find people who are not applying, not just filter people who are. Show us how you did it - You have interviewed candidates yourself, not only scheduled interviews for others - Real reach in at least one of the regions we hire from: Latin America, Southeast Asia including the Philippines, or Eastern and Central Europe. Tell us which one and prove it - Knowledge of hiring channels beyond the big international marketplaces, especially local platforms and communities in the regions you cover - Comfortable working with structured interviews and scorecards, or able to explain why unstructured interviews predict almost nothing - Excellent written English and comfortable interviewing in English - Direct communication. If a candidate is weak, we want that in your first line, not buried in paragraph three NICE TO HAVE - Experience recruiting across several different functions rather than one specialism - Experience designing or judging work samples and trial tasks - Additional languages relevant to the regions you source from HOURS This averages 5 to 10 hours per week over time. Some weeks are heavier, for example when two roles are open at once, and some weeks are quiet. We are looking for a long-term working relationship rather than a one-off project, and we would rather you push harder on a live role than spread thin hours across a dead one. HOW WE WORK Remote and async. Stack: Slack, Google Drive, Hubstaff, plus our own interview dashboard. We move fast, we are direct, and we expect you to flag problems before we ask. HOW TO APPLY Start your application with the word SHORTLIST so we know you read the full post. Question 1 is a filter, not an icebreaker. Applications that do not answer it with specifics will be closed without reply. 1. Which e-commerce companies have you recruited for, and which roles did you fill there? Name the companies or describe them precisely if you are under NDA: what they sold, roughly what size, and which roles you filled. Give the volume: roles per year, and roughly how many were sourced outbound versus inbound. If your e-commerce experience is one role at a company that mostly does something else, say so now rather than later. 2. Which region do you have real reach in, and what does that reach consist of? Be concrete: platforms, communities, networks, language. 3. Name three channels you use to find candidates that are not Upwork, LinkedIn or OnlineJobs.ph. What did you find there? 4. Describe how you sourced a hard-to-fill role. Where did you find the person, what did you say to get them interested, and did they take the job? 5. Describe a candidate you rejected who looked strong on paper. What did you catch that others would have missed? 6. Tell us about a period of work that stayed difficult for months rather than days. What kept you going, and how did it end?

About Metta Dealers:
Metta Dealers is a marketing agency that partners with car dealerships across the U.S. to help them generate more qualified showroom traffic so they can sell more cars. We manage the entire customer-acquisition journey—not just the advertising platforms. Our work includes paid media, creative strategy, landing pages, conversion tracking, CRM follow-up, attribution, and sales-funnel analysis. Experience & Requirements: This is a specialized agency-side lead-generation position. To qualify, your work history must clearly demonstrate: •4+ years working inside a digital marketing agency, personally managing at least 10 active client accounts simultaneously with over 30k monthly advertising budgets. • 2+ years or more managing local or appointment-based lead generation campaigns for businesses such as automotive, legal, home services, medical, dental, real estate, or similar industries. • ADVANCED hands-on experience with Meta and Google search lead generation campaigns. You must have owned the campaigns yourself, not simply supervised others or reviewed reports. • Strong understanding of CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, contact rate, appointment rate, show rate, close rate, ROAS, and cost per sale. • C1–C2 spoken English. • Big Plus: Direct automotive marketing experience or a working understanding of dealership lead generation, CRM follow up, appointments, showroom traffic, financing, and vehicle sales. About This Position: - We are looking for a senior performance marketer to own advertising performance across a portfolio of dealership accounts. - You will personally build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns while looking beyond the ad platforms to understand what is actually driving leads, appointments, showroom visits, and sales. - You will decide how campaigns should be structured, what gets tested and why, when to scale or pull back, and whether the data you are optimizing against can be trusted. - When performance drops, you should be able to determine whether the bottleneck is paid media, creative, landing page conversion, lead quality, CRM follow up, attribution, or another part of the funnel, then develop and implement the solution. - When needed, you should also be comfortable making changes to funnels, follow up sequences, and automation workflows. Compensation Salary between $2,000 - $3,500 (Depending on experience). Performance & growth bonuses. What Success Looks Like -You notice performance problems before someone points them out. -You understand how performance connects across: Traffic → Lead → Conversation → Appointment → Show → Sold -You think beyond CPL and understand how advertising decisions affect dealership sales. -You proactively identify new creative angles, campaign strategies, offers, and testing opportunities. -When something is not working, you have a theory, investigate it, and take ownership of solving it. -You can clearly explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what should happen next. -A Day In This Role -You will review account performance, pacing, lead volume, creative performance, funnel metrics, and lead quality. -You will optimize campaigns, launch tests, develop new strategies, review CRM conversations, and identify opportunities to improve client performance. -When creative, funnel, CRM, tracking, or technical changes are needed, you will collaborate with the appropriate team members while remaining accountable for moving the solution forward. -Depending on the situation, you may also communicate directly with dealership clients and explain complex strategies and performance data in simple business terms. You’ll Do Well Here If • You think about business outcomes, not just advertising metrics • You surface problems and recommendations before someone asks • You want to understand why performance changed, not simply react to it • You stay current on Meta, Google, creative strategy, advertising trends, and new tools • You are comfortable making judgment calls and defending them with data • You take ownership and prefer solving problems over escalating them This Probably Isn’t For You If • You have never worked for a marketing agency before • You need someone else to tell you what to do inside the ad accounts • You stop paying attention once the lead is generated • You are not interested in creative strategy or what happens after the click (e.g., your experience is strictly in Shopify, dropshipping, or DTC product e-commerce rather than appointment-based pipelines). • You prefer executing tasks over diagnosing problems and developing solutions • You need constant oversight to keep accounts moving Schedule Details Location: Remote Work Schedule, Non-Negotiable: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, U.S. You must be able to work these exact hours consistently regardless of location. Why Metta Dealers? • Competitive starting salary with performance-based bonus opportunities • Long-term growth potential within a fast growing, performance focused agency • High autonomy with clear expectations and ownership • Full time remote position with structure and flexibility • Paid U.S. holidays • Paid time off Include keyword #pineapple in your proposal to be taken into consideration Client's questions:

Shopify Product Research + Product Listing for a New Store

I’m working on a new Shopify store and need help with the product side of things before I start putting serious time into the store design.
I have a general niche in mind, but I don't have the final product list yet. I need someone who can actually research the market and help narrow down products that make sense for the store. I’m not looking for a spreadsheet full of random products copied from AliExpress or Amazon. I want the research to have some reasoning behind it. For each product, I’d like you to look at things like existing competition, selling prices, customer reviews, product demand/trends, how other stores are presenting the product, and whether there is a realistic angle for selling it. Once the products are selected, I’ll also need them added to Shopify and properly organized. What the work may include Product research based on the target market/niche Competitor and marketplace research Checking product pricing and positioning Reviewing customer feedback and common complaints Finding useful product information and images Shortlisting products with a clear reason for selection Creating Shopify product listings Writing/formatting product titles and descriptions Adding variants, pricing, tags and collections Organizing the final product catalog I don't expect you to guarantee that a product will "go viral" or become a winning product. I'm more interested in good research and sound judgment. If you have your own research process or tools, that's fine. I'm open to that. I've used things like Google Trends and marketplace research myself, so I'm not looking for someone who simply enters a keyword into one tool and sends me the results.
