Scope — what I'm asking you to do:

Review my store from two perspectives:

As a fan/customer: Walk through the store as a music fan would. Is it compelling? Is the branding clear? Would you buy? Where does the experience break down on desktop and mobile?
As a Shopify expert: Evaluate store design, navigation, product pages, merchandising, theme setup, app stack, checkout flow, and conversion fundamentals.


Identify the major challenges in my current store design and merchandise presentation — the things actually holding back sales, not nitpicks.
Deliver a prioritized enhancement list — a clear, ranked set of recommended changes, written so it can serve as the scope of work for a Shopify freelancer to execute.
Recommend a vinyl pre-order strategy: How should I get my vinyl record (limited pressing) listed on the store NOW for pre-sales, including the right app or native approach for pre-orders, "ships by" date messaging, and inventory handling ahead of the early-August launch.

Deliverable: A written assessment and action plan (doc or PDF) covering all four points above. A short wrap-up call is a plus but not required.

Hi! I'm reaching out because I have a Shopify store (customcooper.com) that was recently migrated from Etsy and has several issues that need to be fixed. I'm looking for someone experienced with Shopify product management and bulk editing.

Here's what needs to be done:

1. **Variant Pricing Fix** — Many products have incorrect flat pricing. Each product has multiple variants (sizes, etc.) and each variant needs its own correct price. I can provide the correct pricing in a spreadsheet.

2. **Remove Etsy Language** — Product descriptions across the store still contain Etsy-specific wording (references to Etsy shop, Etsy policies, etc.) that need to be removed or rewritten for a standalone Shopify store.

3. **Collection/Category Organization** — Products need to be properly organized into the correct collections by category. I have two brand lines: Custom Cooper (pet photo products) and CC Personalization (name/monogram/text products).

4. **Inventory Tracking** — Many products currently have inventory tracking turned off. These need to be updated so inventory is properly tracked.
