I am looking for an experienced Shopify SEO and Google Merchant Center (GMC) expert to optimize my 12-product store for organic search and Google Ads compliance. We are currently utilizing the official Shopify Google & YouTube app to sync our products, but need to ensure there is zero risk of ad suspension and that our pages are fully optimized for maximum search exposure.
Scope of Work: Schema & Structured Data Fixes: Resolve all Product Snippet and Merchant Listing errors/warnings in Google Search Console to guarantee rich snippet visibility. Google Indexing & Search Console Cleanup: Ensure all 12 products and core landing pages are correctly indexed by Google. Diagnose and fix any "crawled - currently not indexed" or other crawl errors. Google Search Visibility Audit: Confirm that the website is successfully displaying when searched on Google. Investigate and fix any critical issues preventing the homepage, collection pages, or brand name from appearing in organic search results. Ad Compliance Audit: Review the storefront against Google’s Merchant Center trust signals and policies (e.g., clear refund policy alignment, contact information, and avoiding misrepresentation flags) to ensure we can scale ads safely without suspension. App & Feed Verification: Confirm the official Google & YouTube app feed is mapping all required product attributes perfectly to GMC with no data quality warnings. Requirements: Deep familiarity with the Shopify Google & YouTube channel app. Proven experience fixing structured data/schema markup specifically within Shopify themes. We are looking for an experienced Google Merchant Centre specialist to audit, fix and optimise our existing Merchant Center account.
This is NOT a Google Ads management job. We already have a separate agency managing our Google Ads. We need someone with genuine technical expertise in Google Merchant Centre, Google Shopping feeds, Local Inventory and product feed configuration. Our current setup includes: Shopify Cin7 Core – our inventory source of truth Simprosys Google Shopping Feed – currently used for our Google feed Simprosys was set up by a previous person, so we're open to changing the setup if you believe there is a better solution. What we need help with Our Merchant Center account currently has several issues that need properly diagnosed and fixed. Local Inventory – major issue Merchant Center is showing approximately 489 products with missing local inventory data. We have a physical store and offer Click & Collect, but our catalogue includes both regularly stocked products and special-order products. Our special-order products aren't physically stocked or inventory-tracked. Customers order what they need and we then order the required quantity from our supplier. We want these products to remain visible in Google Shopping and clickable through to our website, but we don't want Google incorrectly showing them as physical local stock or marking them as "out of stock". We need someone who understands how to separate online product availability from local physical inventory and can configure this correctly. Shipping Our delivery charges are based on postcode, with a flat delivery charge for each postcode/area. This was previously configured in Merchant Center but appears to have stopped working. Merchant Center is currently showing an incorrect dummy shipping policy of A$53–A$63 and 53–63 days. We need the correct postcode-based shipping setup restored and any underlying feed/configuration issues identified. Other issues include: 59 products showing "Product page unavailable" Store Ratings need to be properly configured Product feed and image quality needs reviewing General Merchant Center configuration needs auditing Feed rules, product exclusions and product data need reviewing Identify any other errors or missed opportunities What we're looking for Someone who can: Conduct a proper Merchant Center audit Identify the root causes, not just dismiss warnings Implement the necessary fixes Review whether Simprosys is the right solution Correct our Local Inventory setup Correct our shipping configuration Optimise the product feed Leave the account properly structured and maintainable Ideal experience Strong experience with: Google Merchant Center Google Shopping Local Inventory / Local Listings Shopify product feeds Simprosys Product feed optimisation Shipping configuration Businesses with both stocked and special-order products Experience with Cin7 Core would be a bonus. Important We are NOT looking for: Google Ads management PPC management SEO services Social media management A general digital marketing agency We specifically need a Google Merchant Center / product feed specialist. Please include examples of similar Merchant Center work you've completed, particularly Shopify + Local Inventory projects, and let us know your availability, estimated timeframe and pricing. We are looking for someone who can actually diagnose and fix the account, not simply provide recommendations.

|
We are looking for an experienced e-commerce performance marketer to audit, clean up, and rebuild our Google advertising setup for UrbanCycling.com, an established Shopify cycling apparel store serving the U.S. market.
This is not a new store or a “start from scratch” project. We already have products, historical sales data, Google advertising accounts, product feeds, customer traffic, updated product photography, and video assets. We need someone who can evaluate what we have, fix the underlying setup, and build a stronger performance marketing system. ### Initial Scope The first phase will focus on Urban Cycling Apparel and should include: * Audit of existing Google Ads campaigns and historical performance * Audit and cleanup of Google Merchant Center * Shopify product feed cleanup and optimization * Product title, category, GTIN, variant, image, and other feed improvements where appropriate * Audit and correction of conversion tracking and attribution * Review of GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Shopify tracking, and related tags * Identification and elimination of duplicate or inaccurate conversion events * Rebuild or restructure our core Google Shopping / Performance Max campaigns * Appropriate Search campaigns where justified * Remarketing strategy for site visitors and cart/checkout abandoners * Product-level analysis to identify our strongest products and categories * Campaign structure that allows us to put more budget behind high-performing products rather than treating the entire catalog equally * Use of our updated product photography and video assets within Google campaigns * Recommendations for improving ROAS and reducing wasted spend * Clear reporting that shows which products and campaigns are actually producing profitable sales ### What We Want From You We are specifically looking for someone with demonstrated experience in: * Shopify ecommerce * Google Merchant Center * Google Shopping * Performance Max * Google Ads * GA4 * Google Tag Manager and/or Shopify conversion tracking * Ecommerce attribution * Product-feed optimization * Dynamic remarketing * SKU/product-level campaign analysis Experience with **apparel, sporting goods, cycling, outdoor products, or large Shopify catalogs** is a plus. Experience managing **Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads** is also a significant bonus. If the Google work is successful, we may expand the engagement to include Meta advertising. ### Potential Expansion UrbanCycling.com is our initial focus. We also own two additional cycling-related ecommerce brands: * KonaTriApparel.com * OzarkCycling.com If the initial engagement works well, there is an opportunity to repeat the process across those brands and potentially manage Google and Meta advertising on an ongoing basis. ### How We Will Evaluate Candidates Please do not send a generic Google Ads proposal. In your response, briefly answer: 1. What would you audit first in an existing Shopify + Google Shopping account? 2. How do you determine which products should receive more or less advertising budget? 3. How do you verify that Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and Merchant Center attribution/conversion tracking are accurate? 4. Give one or two examples of Shopify ecommerce accounts where you improved Google Shopping or Performance Max results. 5. What access would you need to perform an initial audit? 6. Do you also manage Meta Ads? If so, briefly describe your experience. We are comfortable working with an experienced international contractor. Strong written and spoken English is important. We prefer to begin with a **defined paid audit and implementation project**, followed by ongoing optimization if the relationship and results are strong. Client's questions:

We operate an established UAE-based perfume business and Shopify store:
Our website is currently selling successfully in the UAE through Google Merchant Center and Google Ads. We now want to expand into Saudi Arabia while continuing to dispatch orders from the UAE. We are looking for an experienced specialist to handle the complete Saudi market setup across: * Shopify Markets * Website localization * Saudi shipping configuration * SAR pricing * Google Merchant Center * Simprosys Google Shopping Feed * Google Ads/PMax readiness * Policy compliance * Suspension-risk prevention This is not a basic Shopify setup job. The freelancer must have proven experience with international Shopify Markets, multi-country Google Merchant Center feeds and cross-border e-commerce. Main Project Goal Create a complete Saudi Arabia shopping experience that allows customers in Saudi Arabia to: * Browse products in SAR * Use English or Arabic * See accurate Saudi delivery information * Understand customs, VAT and import charges * Complete checkout using a Saudi delivery address * View accurate shipping costs and delivery times * Purchase products without unexpected fees The Saudi website, checkout, product feed and Merchant Center settings must remain consistent to minimize Google Merchant Center suspension or product-disapproval risks. Scope of Work 1. Full Website and Merchant Center Audit Review the existing Shopify store, Simprosys configuration and Google Merchant Center account. Audit the following: * Current Shopify Markets configuration * Website currency and country settings * Product landing pages * Cart and checkout * Existing UAE product feed * Simprosys feed settings * Google Merchant Center diagnostics * Shipping and returns configuration * Product pricing and availability synchronization * GTIN, brand, gender and product-category accuracy * Structured product data * Automatic Google website-crawled products * Existing Google Ads and Merchant Center connection * Potential misrepresentation or policy risks Provide a written list of issues before implementing changes. 2. Shopify Saudi Arabia Market Setup Create and configure a separate Saudi Arabia market without damaging the existing UAE market. Required setup: * Add Saudi Arabia in Shopify Markets * Configure SAR as the customer-facing currency * Configure fixed or correctly converted Saudi prices * Ensure SAR remains consistent on: * Product pages * Collection pages * Cart * Checkout * Structured data * Simprosys feed * Google Merchant Center * Configure English and Arabic versions * Implement a professional country/market selector * Avoid forced IP-based redirects that could affect Google crawling * Configure Saudi-specific URLs where technically possible, such as: * `/en-sa` * `/ar-sa` * Preserve existing UAE URLs, currency and functionality * Verify hreflang, canonical URLs and language-market mapping * Prevent duplicate-content or incorrect-market indexing issues 3. Saudi Shipping and Checkout Configuration Configure Saudi shipping based on the rates, timelines and courier information we provide. The freelancer must configure: * Saudi shipping zones * Accurate shipping charges in SAR * Handling time * Transit time * Total estimated delivery time * Free-shipping threshold, if applicable * Remote-area restrictions, if applicable * Saudi postal/address fields * Available payment methods * COD availability or removal for Saudi Arabia * Saudi checkout testing * Duties and import-tax messaging * DDP or DAP/DDU disclosure according to our confirmed courier arrangement The website must not show UAE delivery promises to Saudi customers. 4. Website Content Localization Update market-dependent website content. Saudi customers must not see inaccurate UAE-only statements such as: * “Free delivery across UAE within 1–2 business days” * “We currently deliver within the UAE only” * “All prices include UAE 5% VAT” * “Under 500 AED” Create appropriate Saudi versions, including: * Saudi delivery announcement * SAR-based navigation labels * Saudi shipping information * Saudi checkout messaging * Saudi returns instructions * Customs/VAT disclosure * Saudi-focused FAQ * Saudi contact/support information * Updated About Us wording explaining that the company is UAE-based and delivers to Saudi Arabia The UAE storefront must retain its existing UAE-specific information. 5. Legal and Policy Page Updates Create or update clear, professionally formatted policies for Saudi customers. Required pages or sections: * Saudi Shipping Policy * Saudi Return and Refund Policy * Saudi Terms and Conditions * Saudi Customs, Duties and VAT disclosure * International delivery FAQ * Payment and COD information * Damaged, defective or incorrect-product procedure * Failed-delivery and refused-shipment procedure Policies must clearly state: * The seller is 11 Perfumes LLC, UAE * Orders are dispatched from Dubai, UAE * Saudi delivery estimates * Shipping charges * Responsibility for Saudi VAT, customs and import charges * Whether shipments are DDP or DAP/DDU * Saudi return process * Return shipping responsibility * Return address * Refund processing time * Non-returnable opened perfume conditions * Customer support details The freelancer should identify compliance issues but must not make unsupported legal claims. 6. Product Catalogue and Feed Data Audit Review products before activating the Saudi feed. Check and correct, where information is available: * Product titles * Brand names * GTIN/barcodes * Product condition * Gender * Size and volume * EDP, EDT, Parfum or Extrait type * Product category * Variant data * Availability * SKU * Product images * Sale prices * Compare-at prices * Structured product data GTINs must never be guessed. Any missing or uncertain barcode must be reported separately. There are currently some possible gender-data inconsistencies on the website. These must be identified and corrected before the Saudi feed is launched. 7. Simprosys Saudi Feed Setup We currently use Simprosys Google Shopping Feed. Create a separate Saudi feed or country configuration without disrupting the working UAE feed. Recommended feed structure: * UAE English — AED * UAE Arabic — AED * Saudi English — SAR * Saudi Arabic — SAR Required work: * Target Saudi Arabia * Configure the correct feed label * Use correct Saudi market URLs * Submit SAR prices * Map English feeds to English landing pages * Map Arabic feeds to Arabic landing pages * Configure Saudi shipping * Configure product availability * Exclude products that cannot legally or logistically ship to Saudi Arabia * Prevent UAE-only products from entering the Saudi feed * Review automatic item updates * Review automatically crawled products * Ensure Shopify, Simprosys and Merchant Center data remain synchronized ### 8. Google Merchant Center Saudi Setup Configure Saudi Arabia inside the existing Merchant Center account where appropriate. Required work: * Add Saudi Arabia as a country of sale * Configure Saudi delivery settings * Configure Saudi return policy * Connect the correct Saudi product source * Verify feed language, currency and landing-page matching * Verify shipping costs against checkout * Verify delivery estimates * Resolve Saudi-specific feed errors * Review account-level warnings * Review product-level disapprovals * Confirm that UAE products and campaigns remain unaffected * Verify business information and customer-service details * Complete a pre-launch Merchant Center compliance review Do not activate Saudi Shopping Ads until the website, checkout, shipping and feed have been fully tested. ### 9. |
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist with a strong focus on Google Shopping to help us build and scale our WooCommerce-based e-commerce store in the Dutch market (The Netherlands).
We sell food supplements and nutritional products, with product margins ranging from approximately 15% to 35%. Because of these relatively tight margins, profitability and efficient campaign management are extremely important. ### Current situation The webshop is currently still relatively small and generates approximately 30–60 orders per month, with an average order value of around €100. At the moment, no Google Ads or Google Merchant Center accounts have been created yet. We are therefore looking for a specialist who can help us set up the entire Google advertising infrastructure from scratch and build a strong foundation for future growth. This includes, where necessary: * Setting up Google Ads * Setting up Google Merchant Center * Setting up and optimising the product feed * Configuring conversion tracking * Connecting Google Ads, GA4 and WooCommerce * Ensuring accurate purchase and revenue tracking * Creating the right campaign structure * Launching and managing Google Shopping / Performance Max campaigns * Continuously analysing and improving performance We are looking for someone who can take ownership of this process and advise us on the best setup from the beginning. ### What we are looking for We are looking for someone with proven experience in: * Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns * Building and scaling e-commerce Google Ads accounts * WooCommerce * Google Merchant Center and product feed optimisation * Google Ads conversion tracking and GA4 * Scaling profitable Shopping campaigns * Campaign structure, bidding strategies and budget allocation * Identifying profitable vs. unprofitable products * Product-level performance analysis * A/B testing and continuous campaign optimisation Experience with supplements, health products, nutrition or other competitive e-commerce markets is a strong plus. ### Our situation * Market: The Netherlands * Platform: WooCommerce * Niche: Food supplements / nutritional products * Product margins: Approximately 15%–35% * Current order volume: Approximately 30–60 orders per month * Average order value: Approximately €100 * Google Ads account: Not yet created * Google Merchant Center account: Not yet created * Current stage: Small webshop with significant room for growth * Goal: Build a profitable and scalable Google Shopping acquisition channel ### What we expect from you We are looking for more than someone who simply launches a Performance Max campaign and lets Google's automation do the rest. Because our product margins range between 15% and 35%, you need to understand the relationship between: Product margin → advertising cost → conversion rate → AOV → ROAS → actual profit We want someone who can help us build the account correctly from the start and make data-driven decisions about: * Which products should receive more advertising budget * Which products are profitable to advertise * Which products should be reduced or excluded * How campaigns should be structured * How budgets should be allocated * When and how the account should be scaled Our goal is profitable growth, not simply generating as much revenue as possible. We are especially interested in someone who has experience taking a relatively small e-commerce business and building a Google Shopping strategy that can gradually scale. ### Application Please start your proposal with “SHOPPING” so we know you have read the full job description. Please also briefly answer the following questions: 1. What is your experience with Google Shopping and Performance Max? 2. Have you previously built a Google Ads and Merchant Center setup from scratch for an e-commerce business? 3. Have you managed e-commerce accounts with relatively low product margins (approximately 15–35%)? 4. Have you successfully scaled a small e-commerce account from a similar starting point? 5. How would you approach building and scaling Google Shopping for a supplement webshop in the Dutch market? 6. What would your recommended setup process look like during the first 30–60 days? 7. What metrics do you focus on when determining whether a Shopping campaign is actually profitable? 8. Please provide examples of e-commerce accounts you have managed and the results you achieved, where possible. We are looking for a hands-on Google Ads specialist who can take ownership of the setup and management of the account, think commercially, communicate clearly and help us build a profitable long-term growth channel through Google Shopping.

Connecting Google merchant centre to shopify store

I have a shopify store
I have a shopify store, and previously had our google account attached to it with no problem. About 18 months ago, google brought in a new verification feature, and we had to verify we own the business google listing even though we already claimed it, had access to it and was using it without problem. We attempted to verify the business over 7 times, before they finally accepted the 8th verification (this was stemming over the 18 month period and significantly set back our business growth). The biggest problem with the lack of verification then meant I couldn’t connect my shopify products to the google merchant or ad centre for google shopping and ad purposes. The verification was recently successful, so I have just gone to connect the google and YouTube sales Chanel to my store, only to find out I am STILL having problems, even after thinking it was due to verification issues. When I try to connect my merchant center, it says I need to request a review, to which I try to do (see screenshot #1), this takes me to the merchant centre (screenshot #2), that states I somehow have violated policy and have misrepresentation issues. The only thing is it Will not tell me what I have apparently violated or what I have misrepresented so I have no way of fixing it. I have tried fixing everything but cannot figure out why. This is all merchant centre will tell me: “Misrepresentation Prevents all products from showing in Australia Based on the information available about your business, there is reason to believe that customers are being misled on Google. Review the Misrepresentation policy and make changes to your Merchant Center and/or online store Make sure your Merchant Center and online store follow the following best practices / guidelines * Provide transparency about your business identity, business model, policies and how your customers can interact with you * Promote your online reputation by showing reviews or highlighting any badges or seals of approval * Use a professional design for your online store that includes an SSL certificate * Provide information in the business information settings in your Merchant Center * Follow SEO guidelines, improve your eligibility for seller ratings and match your product data in your Merchant Center with your online store Learn more about the Misrepresentation policy Misrepresentation Prevents all products from showing in Australia Based on the information available about your business, there is reason to believe that customers are being misled on Google. Review the Misrepresentation policy and make changes to your Merchant Center and/or online store Make sure your Merchant Center and online store follow the following best practices / guidelines * Provide transparency about your business identity, business model, policies and how your customers can interact with you * Promote your online reputation by showing reviews or highlighting any badges or seals of approval * Use a professional design for your online store that includes an SSL certificate * Provide information in the business information settings in your Merchant Center * Follow SEO guidelines, improve your eligibility for seller ratings and match your product data in your Merchant Center with your online store Learn more about the Misrepresentation policy” It then says I need to ‘verify info’ to which I clicked, and it’s stating I need to either upload my government ID or take a selfie, to which I am incredibly uncomfortable and WILL NOT DO. This is large scale business, and I will not have my personal ID uploaded to this. Especially when based in the last 18 months experience, it’s highly unlikely this will even lead to a solution, and this will continue to drag out without a full resolution. I am looking for anyone who has experience with this exact problem, can figure out what our apparent ‘violations’ are and can find out how to bypass off of googles stupid hurdles. I have tried contacting google, to which there is no email or phone number, and their ‘contact us’ section just forces you down the route of a loophole where they keep sending you in circles to ‘read this community guidelines for help’ Its insane to me that I can’t just speak to someone, if I spoke to someone they could tell me exactly what is going wrong and why they are not allowing me to connect the accounts. I have provided screenshots of the error messages and the hurdles on both shopify and google merchant centre, happy to provide more details if needed but I need someone who can assure me they know how to figure out what I am doing wrong, and fix it. If you think you know how to get around this, please reach out. I need to make this clear I am specifically looking to NOT have to upload an image of myself or my ID. I can prove without a doubt I am the own of the business (I am the director) however my personal beliefs and choices are that I am trying to get away form digital identity. I need you to find another way around having my personal data uploaded to google. Do you have experience with this exact issue, and do you believe you can successfully connect my google and YouTube + merchant and ad centre accounts without me uploading any additional personal data (note: others don’t have to do this, its because I have somehow breached/misrepresented, and they state I have to verify my identity whereas I would never have had to do this if I didn’t apparently breach anything, but again I can’t seem to figure out what it is I’ve even breached and why this was even necessary in the first place.

I need an experienced Shopify + Google Ads tracking specialist to urgently fix a broken conversion tracking setup.
Background: We run a Shopify store (Just Nourish) with Google Ads campaigns (PMax + Search) as our primary sales channel. On August 26, 2026, Shopify enforced a deprecation deadline for legacy tagging methods (checkout.liquid custom pixels, Google Tag Manager on the Thank You/Order Status pages) for non-Plus merchants, in favor of their native "Google & YouTube" app integration. Since that deadline (August 27 onward), our Google Ads "Purchase" conversion action has been receiving little to no data — conversions are showing as roughly 0-1 per day, when real Shopify order volume normally runs about 10 orders/day (70/week). Real orders have dropped to about 2/day since the change, which we believe is because Smart Bidding has lost real conversion signal and pulled back reach/bids as a result. What's already been done: - Confirmed via Shopify order data vs Google Ads reporting that real sales exist but aren't being tracked consistently - In Shopify's Google & YouTube app, pointed the "Checkout completed" event to our manually-created "Purchase" conversion action (AW-16705141592/NjM3CPKW69ocENj20J0-) - Paused overlapping/duplicate Google Ads tags in GTM (Add to Cart, Checkout, Purchase, Enhanced Conversion Data) to remove conflicting tracking - Switched Enhanced Conversions method in Google Ads from "Google Tag Manager" to "Google Tag" - Ran a live test order through a real ad click to verify tracking end-to-end Current open problem: We're now trying to switch the primary conversion action over to Shopify's auto-created "Google Shopping App Purchase" action (native to the Google & YouTube app, rather than our manually-mapped "Purchase" action), since the manual mapping has proven fragile. When attempting to set it as primary, Google Ads flags it as "misconfigured" and we don't know why. What I need: 1. Diagnose why "Google Shopping App Purchase" is showing as misconfigured and fix it 2. Recommend and correctly configure whichever conversion action (Purchase vs Google Shopping App Purchase) is the right long-term choice given we're now fully on Shopify's native Google & YouTube app (not GTM/custom pixel) 3. Verify no duplicate/conflicting tracking remains between Shopify's native app and any leftover GTM tags 4. Confirm Enhanced Conversions is properly set up and passing data for the correct primary action 5. Help set a Google Ads data exclusion for August 27 to present so Smart Bidding disregards the broken tracking window when campaigns resume spending This is time-sensitive — we've paused ad spend in the meantime to stop wasting budget, and need this resolved so we can safely resume campaigns with reliable tracking. Please share relevant experience with Shopify's Google & YouTube app migration and Google Ads Enhanced Conversions setup.

**Job Title:** Google Merchant Center and Amazon Setup for Seasonal Products
We are looking for an experienced e-commerce specialist to configure approximately 13–17 seasonal plant products in Google Merchant Center and Amazon. Each product ships during a designated **Fall or Spring shipping season**. However, we cannot guarantee an exact shipment date far in advance because fulfillment depends on accumulated chill hours, product maturity, and harvest scheduling. More specific shipping dates become available as the applicable season approaches. We need someone who understands how to configure seasonal products without creating inaccurate delivery promises, policy violations, listing disapprovals, or account suspensions. **Scope of Work** * Review and configure our Google Merchant Center account. * Add or optimize approximately 13–17 product listings. * Assign products to their applicable Fall or Spring shipping season. * Recommend a compliant way to display seasonal availability when exact shipment dates are not yet known. * Diagnose and resolve Merchant Center warnings, errors, or disapprovals. * Configure shipping for the continental United States. * Exclude Alaska and Hawaii from purchasing and delivery. * Configure different shipping charges for western and eastern ZIP-code regions. * Configure shipping rates based on product group and order quantity. * Ensure shipping is not charged separately on the 10-unit option because it is already included in the product price. * Configure the applicable shipping charges for larger quantities. * Review the supplied shipping-rate and ZIP-code matrix. * Set up the products appropriately on Amazon. * Create or optimize titles, descriptions, attributes, variations, images, and other required listing information. * Review Amazon’s requirements and identify any approvals, documentation, category restrictions, or compliance concerns. * Verify that pricing, availability, and shipping information are consistent across the website, Google Merchant Center, and Amazon. * Test the completed setup and provide instructions for updating seasonal availability and estimated shipping dates. **Important Fulfillment Details** * Products ship during a designated Fall or Spring season. * The applicable shipping season will be identified for each product. * An exact shipment date may not be available when the order is placed. * Product readiness depends on seasonal conditions, chill-hour requirements, maturity, and harvest scheduling. * A more precise shipping estimate is provided as the applicable shipping season approaches. * Shipping is limited to the continental United States. * We do not sell or ship to Alaska or Hawaii. * Shipping charges vary between western and eastern ZIP-code regions. * Shipping charges also vary by order quantity and product group. * Shipping is already included in the price of the 10-unit option and must not be charged twice. * A shipping-rate and ZIP-code reference will be provided. **Required Experience** * Proven Google Merchant Center setup experience. * Experience resolving product-feed errors and account disapprovals. * Strong understanding of Google’s shipping, availability, and delivery-estimate requirements. * Experience creating and optimizing Amazon product listings. * Experience with seasonal, agricultural, preorder, backorder, or delayed-fulfillment products is strongly preferred. * Ability to recommend compliant solutions for products sold in advance of their shipping season. * Experience configuring ZIP-code-based and quantity-based shipping rules. **Expected Deliverables** 1. Fully configured Google Merchant Center product catalog. 2. Products assigned to the correct Fall or Spring shipping season. 3. Correct regional and quantity-based shipping settings. 4. Alaska and Hawaii excluded from sales and delivery. 5. A compliant solution for communicating seasonal fulfillment when exact dates are not yet available. 6. Amazon product listings configured and ready for review or launch. 7. Resolution of preventable warnings, errors, or disapprovals. 8. Testing of product pricing, availability, and shipping calculations. 9. Written instructions for maintaining the listings and updating seasonal shipping estimates. Please include examples of similar Google Merchant Center and Amazon projects you have completed. In your proposal, explain how you would configure products that ship during a defined Fall or Spring season when the exact shipment date depends on product readiness. **Screening Questions** 1. Have you configured Google Merchant Center for products that ship during specific seasons? Please describe your experience. 2. How would you handle Google’s delivery estimates when the shipping season is known but the exact shipment date is not? 3. Have you configured different shipping rates based on ZIP-code region and order quantity? 4. What experience do you have setting up and optimizing Amazon product listings? 5. What information and account access would you need to complete this project?

We are looking for an experienced Google Merchant Center (GMC) specialist with proven experience handling Misrepresentation policy suspensions and Merchant Center account reviews.
Our GMC account is currently affected by a Misrepresentation issue, which is preventing our products from showing in the United States across Google Shopping and free listings. We have already made improvements to our Shopify store, but before submitting another review request, we want an experienced GMC specialist to conduct a complete compliance audit of both the Merchant Center account and Shopify website, identify any remaining issues, and provide a clear action plan for resolving them. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Conducting a complete GMC account audit Reviewing the Misrepresentation suspension and available account information Auditing the Shopify website against Google's Merchant Center policies Checking business identity and contact information Verifying consistency between Shopify and GMC business information Reviewing Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service Checking website transparency and customer trust signals Reviewing About Us and Contact pages Checking checkout functionality and customer experience Reviewing product information and product data consistency Identifying missing, misleading, inconsistent, or potentially problematic information Reviewing Merchant Center business information/settings Checking product feed/data quality where relevant Identifying potential technical or policy-related issues that could contribute to the suspension Providing a detailed list of required corrections Advising us on what should be changed before requesting another review Preparing the account and website for the GMC review process Assisting with the review/reinstatement process after all corrections are completed Important We are not looking for someone who simply clicks "Request Review." We want someone who can actually investigate why Google is detecting Misrepresentation, identify the underlying issues, and help us correct them before another review is submitted. The review should only be submitted once the website and Merchant Center account are properly prepared. There is no expectation of a guaranteed reinstatement, as the final decision belongs to Google. We are looking for someone with the expertise to maximize the chances of a successful review by addressing the actual compliance issues. Required Experience You should have: Proven experience with Google Merchant Center Experience resolving Misrepresentation suspensions Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center policies Experience auditing Shopify stores for GMC compliance Understanding of Google Shopping and Free Listings requirements Experience with Merchant Center account reviews/reinstatement Strong attention to detail Ability to explain exactly what is wrong and how it should be fixed To Apply Please answer the following: How many GMC Misrepresentation suspensions have you successfully helped resolve? What are the most common causes of Misrepresentation suspensions you have encountered? How do you audit a Shopify store before requesting a GMC review? What specific areas would you check first in our case? Have you handled an account where the review/request option was unavailable or had changed? Please provide examples of similar GMC cases you have worked on. You may remove any confidential client information. Please do not apply if your approach is simply to submit another review request without first performing a complete compliance audit. We are looking for an experienced specialist who can take a methodical, policy-focused approach and help us resolve the issue properly.
