I'm looking for help resolving a Misrepresentation issue that has limited the visibility of my products in Google Merchant Center.

I haven’t been suspended, but I did receive a warning email from Google, and my Shopping ads are currently not eligible to serve.

My business is on Shopify, and we’re selling a high-end Pilates reformer. The total price is $2,100, but we’re currently in pre-sale, so customers only pay an $800 deposit now. The balance is collected later, and units ship in October 2025. I suspect this payment structure may have triggered the issue, or is at least contributing to it.

I'd like someone with expertise in Google Merchant Center to audit my Merchant Center and website for compliance, identify what may have caused the misrepresentation warning, and assist in resolving the issue and requesting a review before it escalates.
