We are looking for an AI Developer to build a custom, AI-driven "Advertising Agent" for my CPA firm, Pay Minimum Tax.

The goal is to move beyond manual management by creating a semi-automated system that utilizes LLMs (like GPT-4) to generate ad creative, monitor live performance via APIs, and push leads directly into GoHighLevel.

Technical Requirements (The "Agent's" Functions)
The system you build must be able to:
1. Creative Generation: Use LLMs to generate ad copy, headlines, and descriptions specifically for tax preparation, tax planning, and our "9-year backlog" service.
2. API Integration: Connect to Google Ads API and Meta Ads API to monitor daily metrics (CPL, Spend, Conversion Rate).
3. Autonomous Analysis: The agent should analyze performance data daily and generate "Action Recommendations" (e.g., "Pause Keyword X," "Increase budget on Ad Y").
4. Human-in-the-Loop (HITL): Develop a simple interface (or Slack/Email integration) where I can "Approve" or "Reject" the agent’s recommendations before they are executed via API.
5. GHL Sync: Ensure all tracking data and lead sources are seamlessly pushed into GoHighLevel.
6. Reporting: Generate a weekly automated summary of "What worked vs. What didn't" using natural language.
7. The Agent must learn over time.
