I'm looking to hire someone to run Meta Ads within my Ads Manager as an Admin. This would include weekly monitoring and optimization. I can help identify static/video creatives to use, or you can generate your own. I have a general understanding of where my CPL and CAC should be, and I'm ready to have someone help get customers.
I have a good understanding of my customer pain points that we can help identify.
My Product:
- Monthly Saas subscription targeting home services (Roofers, HVAC, Plumbers, Electricians, Home renovators)
- Smart website + SEO + Google review automation + Missed Callbacks
- Base package is $199/month, right now $0 setup, but leaning towards $200/setup
My Expectation:
- Weekly optimizations
- Weekly update calls explaining why you made the changes
- Set upfront expectations on what you feel the spend should be to get out of the "learning phase" for my target markets
- Potential to remain onboard if we're successful.
Client's questions:
Have you ran meta ads targeting home services owners previously?

I run a direct-to-consumer SaaS that lives exclusively on our own website, and I need to scale monthly sales to US $300,000 and keep them there. The offer is ready, the product is stable, and payment processing is in place; what’s missing is a proven growth engine that turns qualified traffic into recurring subscriptions from individual users.
Here’s what I’m after: a data-driven marketer who can design and execute the full funnel—traffic acquisition, on-site conversion, and retention. Typical tactics might span SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, influencer partnerships, email automation, CRO, referral programs, or other channels you know will resonate with solo users; I’m open to whichever mix delivers measurable MRR growth.
Key deliverables
• 90-day growth roadmap detailing channels, budget allocation, KPIs, and revenue projections
• Creative assets or clear briefs for ads, landing pages, emails, and in-product prompts
• Ongoing campaign management with weekly reporting on spend, CAC, LTV, churn, and MRR
• Conversion-rate optimisation tests on the website and checkout flow, with documented wins
• A retention loop (onboarding emails, in-app nudges, upsell triggers) that lifts average subscription length
Acceptance criteria
• Hit or exceed $300K in gross monthly sales by the end of month three
• Maintain a CAC ≤ 30 % of first-month revenue while keeping churn under 5 % monthly
• Provide transparent analytics dashboards so I can monitor progress in real time
You’ll get full access to the website, analytics accounts, and any creative resources you need. If you’ve scaled a consumer-focused SaaS before and can showcase verifiable results, let’s map out how you’ll replicate that success here.

* Do you focus primarily on Google Search Ads for local service businesses?
* Do I retain ownership of my Google Ads account?

Please do not rush to submit your proposal. I read every application carefully, and submitting first will not give you an advantage. I am more interested in relevant experience, a clear methodology and realistic recommendations than in a generic or AI-generated proposal.
We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to conduct a detailed technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword and competitor audit for an established English-language website with approximately 300 indexable pages.
The website targets an international English-speaking audience rather than a single country.
This project should also include a practical assessment of how the website could improve its visibility in AI-powered discovery and answer platforms, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and similar tools.
This is not a request for a generic automated SEO report. We need clear analysis, evidence, prioritisation and practical recommendations.
Project scope
1. Current organic performance
Review the website’s current organic visibility using available first-party and third-party data.
The analysis should identify:
Keywords the website currently ranks for
Current ranking positions
Ranking URLs
Search volume
Keyword difficulty
CPC where available
Search intent
Branded and non-branded visibility
Keywords with strong improvement potential
Pages that have gained or lost visibility
Important keywords for which the website does not currently rank
The selected freelancer will receive read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics where available.
2. Keyword research and opportunity analysis
Create a keyword research spreadsheet covering commercially and topically relevant opportunities.
The spreadsheet should include, where available:
Keyword
Search intent
Search volume
CPC
Keyword difficulty
Current ranking position
Current ranking page
Recommended target page
Suitable content type
Business relevance
Opportunity level
Priority
Recommended next action
The strategy should distinguish between keywords suitable for:
Existing-page optimisation
New service or commercial pages
Blog posts and educational guides
Comparison pages
Category or collection pages
FAQ or definition content
Tools, templates or other useful resources
3. Competitor analysis
We will provide a list of 11 competitors.
The audit should examine:
Keywords competitors rank for
Keywords competitors rank higher for
Competitor keywords missing from our website
High-performing competitor pages
Competitor content formats
Content gaps
Link and authority gaps where relevant
SERP features occupied by competitors
Competitor site structure and internal linking patterns
Areas where competitors appear stronger or weaker
The analysis should identify which competitor strategies are worth learning from and which should not simply be copied.
4. Search intent and SERP analysis
For important keywords and keyword clusters, review the current search results and identify what type of page Google appears to prefer.
Examples may include:
Service page
Product page
Category page
Homepage
Blog post
Detailed guide
Comparison page
Case study
FAQ page
Tool, calculator or template
Recommendations should explain whether the website should:
Improve an existing page
Create a new page
Merge overlapping pages
Change the target keyword
Improve internal linking
Expand or reduce content
Resolve cannibalisation
Reposition a page around a different search intent
5. On-page SEO audit
Review the website’s important pages and identify issues involving:
Page titles
Meta descriptions
H1 headings
H2–H6 hierarchy
Keyword targeting
Search intent alignment
Internal linking
Anchor text
URL structure
Content quality and topical coverage
Thin or duplicate content
Keyword cannibalisation
Image alt text
Schema markup
Page readability and structure
Calls to action
Commercial relevance
Trust and expertise signals
Detailed page-level recommendations should be provided for the most important commercial and organic landing pages.
6. Technical SEO audit
The technical review should cover:
Crawlability
Indexation
XML sitemaps
Robots.txt
Canonical tags
Redirect chains and loops
Broken internal and external links
Duplicate URLs
Parameter and pagination issues
Orphan pages
Internal site architecture
Mobile usability
Core Web Vitals
Page speed
Structured data
HTTPS and mixed-content issues
JavaScript rendering issues where relevant
Any technical issue that may limit organic visibility
Technical issues should be classified by:
Severity
Expected impact
Recommended fix
Level of effort
Responsible team, such as SEO, content or development
7. AI search, AEO and GEO assessment
We also need realistic recommendations for improving visibility in AI-generated search results and answer engines.
The audit should assess:
Whether the website clearly communicates what the organisation does
Whether its services, expertise, audience and value proposition are understandable
Entity signals connected to the brand, services, people and expertise
Topical authority and content coverage
Author and organisational credibility
Structured data opportunities
Definition, FAQ, comparison and buyer-guide opportunities
Content formatting that may make information easier to extract and cite
Third-party mentions, citations and authority signals
Content gaps related to common customer and buyer questions
Opportunities to strengthen branded search visibility
We understand that no freelancer can guarantee rankings, citations or recommendations inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or other AI systems. We are looking for evidence-based recommendations, not guarantees or exaggerated claims.
Expected deliverables
The final delivery should include:
A complete SEO audit and strategy document
A keyword research spreadsheet
A competitor keyword-gap analysis covering the 11 competitors
A page-level on-page SEO recommendation sheet
A technical SEO issue log with severity and suggested fixes
A content-gap and content-strategy plan
Practical AI search, AEO and GEO recommendations
A prioritised 90-day SEO action plan
The 90-day plan should separate recommendations into:
First 30 days
Days 31–60
Days 61–90
Each important recommendation should ideally include:
Expected impact
Priority
Required effort
Supporting evidence
Recommended owner
Next action
Important project limitation
This is an audit, research and strategy project only.
Implementation, content writing, development work and CMS changes are not included during the audit stage. Any implementation work may be discussed separately after the audit has been completed.
Who should apply
You good fit if you have proven experience with:
Technical SEO audits
Large or established websites
Keyword research
Competitor-gap analysis
Google Search Console
Google Analytics
Screaming Frog
Ahrefs, Semrush or similar tools
Content strategy
On-page SEO
AEO, GEO or AI-search visibility analysis
Translating audit findings into a realistic action plan
Please explain your methodology clearly. Avoid sending a generic list of SEO services.
Question 1 requirement:
Please share one or two relevant case studies:
One case study related to traditional SEO, such as technical SEO, content strategy or organic growth
One case study related to AEO, GEO or AI-search visibility, where available
For each example, explain your role, the work completed, the tools used, the measurable outcome and the approximate timeframe.
Question 2
How would you audit and prioritise SEO opportunities for an established website with approximately 300 pages and 11 identified competitors?
Question 3
Which tools would you use for this project, and what information would each tool provide?
Question 4
How do you distinguish between evidence-based AI-search optimisation and speculative or unproven recommendations?
Question 5
What would your final deliverables look like? Please describe the documents, spreadsheets and prioritisation system you would provide.
requirement:
Applicants should have one or two relevant case studies demonstrating traditional SEO experience and, where available, experience with AEO, GEO or AI-search visibility.

We're a Singapore-based marketing agency looking for a white-label search partner to deliver SEO, GEO (generative engine optimisation), AEO (answer engine optimisation), and SEM (paid search engine marketing) for our clients.
You would work under our brand. We stay client-facing while you run the search engine behind the scenes.
This is an ongoing partnership, not a one-off gig. We want a team we can build a repeatable process with.
What we need you to be strong in:
- Traditional SEO: technical audits, on-page optimisation, schema markup, content structure
- GEO and AEO: getting brands cited and recommended inside AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews), share-of-model tracking, and the on-page work that makes content extractable
- Diagnostic work: turning a Semrush pull, Google results, and live AI-platform checks into a clear, prioritised roadmap, not a data dump
- Written content: topical authority clusters written answer-first, pillar pages plus supporting pieces
On paid search: a partner who can also run Google Ads is a strong plus. Being visible in AI answers and organic results while also capturing high-intent demand through paid gives clients the full picture, and lets us package a complete search offer rather than stitching together two vendors. If you run SEM to a tight process with clear reporting, tell us how you structure it.
Budget and what we're asking you:
- We work in monthly retainers per client, typically at three levels: $300, $600, and $1,000 per month. In your application, tell us exactly what you'd deliver at each level. What does a client get for $300 a month versus $1,000? Be specific and realistic. We'd rather see an honest, tight scope at each tier than an inflated list that can't be delivered.
Non-negotiables:
- Tight, documented processes. We want to see your workflow, your reporting cadence, and how you turn an audit into a monthly plan.
- White-label ready. Clean deliverables under our brand, no visible tooling or logos of yours.
- You keep current. This space moves monthly. Show us you're on top of how AI search works now, not in 2023.
To apply:
1. Share one diagnostic or audit deliverable so we can see your output quality and how you prioritise.
2. Tell us which tools you run for the GEO/AEO layer and why.
3. Break down what a client receives at each of the three monthly tiers ($300 / $600 / $1,000).
Applications that don't answer all three will be passed over.

Job Category - Digital Marketing, PPC / Google Ads
Job Description -
We're a Mumbai-based digital marketing agency managing Google Ads accounts for local service clinics and restaurants. Our team handles day-to-day execution, but we need an experienced Google Ads specialist to guide our strategy on an ongoing basis.
This is NOT a full account management role. We execute all changes ourselves — we need the expertise, not the hands-on-keyboard work.
What we need:
- A monthly audit of each account covering: impression share (lost to budget vs. rank), bid strategy fit (Target CPA/ROAS vs. Maximize Conversions, etc.), search term report review, negative keyword gaps and how we can solve all of these issues
- Quality Score/ad rank issues, and keyword/campaign structure
- Clear, prioritized recommendations we can execute ourselves (not just observations)
- Async availability between audits for quick questions via WhatsApp/message/ email (not just a monthly call)
- Guidance on how to realistically compete against other advertisers targeting the same local keywords
Ideal experience:
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally including local/service-based businesses (clinics, healthcare, or similar local-intent verticals)
- Familiarity with Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile integration, and call tracking (e.g., CallRail) is a plus
- Comfortable working in an advisory capacity — reviewing accounts and teaching/directing rather than executing
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Measurement) preferred
How we'll work together:
- Access provided via Google Ads manager account link (view/limited access, not full transfer)
- Monthly written audit + recommendations document
- Ongoing async Q&A support between audits
- Open to a flat monthly retainer or hourly, whichever you prefer — please propose in your application. We will start with just 1 client and expand from there if needed
To apply, please include:
- Your experience with local/service-business Google Ads accounts (clinics, healthcare, or similar)
- An example of how you've identified and fixed an impression share or bidding issue in a past account (feel free to anonymize details)
- Your proposed monthly retainer or hourly rate for this kind of advisory arrangement

When a Google Ads suspension and Merchant Center suspension stop paid traffic and product visibility, we need a specialist who can identify the real policy/root-cause issues, fix the account/site/feed problems, and build a defensible reinstatement case.
This is not a campaign-management role. We need hands-on suspension recovery across Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.
You will own:
- Audit the exact suspension notices, account history, website, policies, business identity, payments, product feed, shipping/returns pages, and linked-account consistency.
- Produce a written root-cause report separating verified issues from assumptions.
- Build a remediation checklist with evidence for every change.
- Fix or clearly specify required website, feed, account, and policy corrections.
- Prepare the appeal/review packet, including chronology, screenshots, URLs, account IDs, case IDs, changes made, and the exact requested action.
- Track Google responses and recommend the next move without duplicate or reckless appeals.
After reinstatement, we also want the same operator to be capable of building and launching the first compliant Google Ads campaign:
- Audit prior campaigns, search terms, conversion tracking, Merchant Center linkage, and landing-page readiness.
- Produce a simple campaign plan covering Search, Shopping or Performance Max only where justified.
- Build ads, assets, keywords, negatives, audiences, budgets, and conversion checks.
- Launch only after our approval, then provide a 30-day optimisation plan and a clean performance dashboard.
Suspension recovery remains the primary requirement. If you are only a normal Google Ads manager and cannot prove reinstatement work, do not apply. If recovery and campaign execution require different specialists, say so clearly and identify which part you personally own.
Required proof:
- Show 2–3 recent Google Ads or Merchant Center suspension cases you personally worked on.
- State the suspension reason, what you changed, whether reinstatement was achieved, and approximate timeline.
- Redact client-sensitive details, but provide enough evidence to verify the work.
- Tell us which suspension types you will not accept or cannot ethically fix.
We will reject anyone promising guaranteed reinstatement, proposing account cloaking, replacement accounts, fake business information, policy evasion, or repeated appeals without diagnosis.
AI workflow:
We are only hiring people who already use AI to produce verified work. Do not apply if your AI use is limited to writing generic text. We need people who can research, cross-check sources, build trackers, draft responses, inspect evidence, and explain where AI might be wrong.
Manual verification is mandatory. Google policy pages, account notices, feed diagnostics, website content, identity/payment details, and every factual appeal statement must be checked by a human before submission.
Paid test (60–90 minutes):
We will provide a redacted packet with suspension notices, site URLs, Merchant Center diagnostics, and previous correspondence. Return:
1. A one-page root-cause brief.
2. A risk-ranked remediation table.
3. The evidence still missing.
4. A draft appeal outline.
5. Your AI workflow and how you verified the output.
Do not submit appeals, change billing/identity details, create replacement accounts, or make live website/feed changes without our approval. The first milestone is diagnosis and an evidence-backed recovery plan.
Answer these questions in your proposal:
1. What AI tools do you use every week for real client work?
2. Show one example where AI made this work faster and how you verified the result.
3. Show one example where AI was wrong or incomplete and how you caught it.
4. For a suspended Google Ads account plus suspended Merchant Center account, what would your first 60 minutes look like?
5. What work in suspension recovery should never be fully delegated to AI?
6. What are the last two reinstatements you achieved, and what evidence can you show?
7. After reinstatement, describe the first Google Ads campaign you would build and how you would verify conversion tracking before launch.
Client's questions:
Describe the last two Google Ads or Merchant Center reinstatements you personally achieved. Include suspension reason, changes made, timeline, and evidence you can show.
I need an experienced SEO partner to give sochannamlegal.com a complete performance boost. The mandate covers every pillar of search: on-page refinement, robust off-page authority building, and the technical housekeeping that keeps Googlebot happy. My priorities are clear—grow qualified traffic, climb the rankings for competitive legal keywords, and keep visitors engaged once they arrive.
Here’s the landscape:
• Content scope: blog articles, core service pages, and conversion-focused landing pages all require keyword research, metadata tuning, internal linking, and structured data where appropriate.
• Technical stack: a crawl-level audit, speed and Core Web Vitals fixes, XML sitemap and robots validation, schema implementation for legal services, and a clean URL structure.
• Off-page growth: natural backlink acquisition through authoritative outreach, citation management for local GEO visibility, and a plan for ongoing digital PR.
Acceptance criteria
1. Pre- and post-optimization reports from Google Search Console & Analytics that demonstrate measurable lifts in impressions, clicks, and average position.
2. A site health score of 90%+ on Screaming Frog or equivalent after technical fixes.
3. Documented link placements with domain metrics for every acquired backlink.
Preferred tools include Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO, but I’m open to your proven workflow. If you have verifiable success stories with law firms—or similarly competitive niches—let’s discuss timelines and milestones.

We're looking for a Senior Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist who understands that profitable growth doesn't come from optimizing campaigns alone. It comes from optimizing the entire customer acquisition funnel, from keyword intent and ad copy to the landing page, offer, checkout, and conversion path.
Our primary channel is Google Search Ads. Experience with Performance Max and remarketing is a plus, but high-intent search campaigns are where you'll spend most of your time.
Our primary objective is acquiring profitable customers online. Lead generation is simply one step in that process.
Because clicks in our industry typically cost $55 to $85 per click, minimizing wasted ad spend during the initial launch is critical. We're looking for someone who has successfully launched and scaled campaigns in high-cost, high-value service industries and can demonstrate how they reduced customer acquisition costs while increasing conversion rates.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge our assumptions. If you believe the biggest opportunity is outside the Google Ads account, we expect you to tell us.
This is not a project for someone who simply launches campaigns and sends reports. We're looking for a strategic growth partner who uses data to improve every stage of the customer acquisition journey.
About Us
========
We're a growing bookkeeping firm looking to build a predictable and scalable customer acquisition system through Google Search.
Our goal isn't simply to generate more leads. It's to consistently acquire profitable clients at an attractive customer acquisition cost while continually improving the entire marketing funnel.
If you've successfully built and scaled Google Ads campaigns for bookkeeping firms, accounting firms, or similar financial service businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
Required Experience
=================
You must have successfully managed and scaled Google Ads campaigns for one or more of the following:
* Bookkeeping firms

* Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) or Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
* Landing page conversion rate

For each decision, please explain:
* Why you made the decision
* What alternatives you considered
* The measurable business impact (include metrics whenever possible)
We're interested in understanding how you think, not just the results you achieved.
3. Please share any supporting evidence you're permitted to provide.
Examples include:
* Google Ads performance screenshots (sensitive information may be redacted)
* GA4 or Looker Studio reports
* Landing page URLs
* Before-and-after performance reports
* Case studies
* Client testimonials or references
* A brief 2 to 5 minute Loom video walking through one campaign you personally managed (optional, but highly encouraged)

I'm launching a Google Ads audit platform and need beta testers from two groups:
Small business owners running their own Google Ads campaigns, and agency owners or PPC managers who run Google Ads for clients.
Here's how it works:
You connect your Google Ads account via read-only OAuth, our tool pulls 30 days of account data, and within a few minutes you'll receive a scored audit report with specific findings and a prioritized action plan. The whole process takes under 5 minutes on your end.
I'm paying $10 for your time. In return I just need honest written feedback — was the analysis accurate, did the findings reflect what you already know about the account, was anything missing or wrong, and would you pay for this.
To qualify:
Active Google Ads account with at least 30 days of history
Minimum $500/month in ad spend
Willing to write a quality synopsis of honest feedback after receiving your report
What this isn't:
No sales calls
No upsells
Read-only access — we cannot make any changes to your account
Real feedback only. If the report is wrong, I want to know.
To apply: Tell me your monthly Google Ads budget, whether you're a business owner or agency, and what industry you're in.
I manage nayasaweragurgaon.org and need a results-driven SEO specialist to lift our pages higher in Google’s organic results. My single, clear objective is stronger search-engine rankings; traffic and visibility will follow once that core metric improves.
Here is how I picture the engagement:
• Conduct a technical and on-page audit so we both know our current baseline.
• Build a keyword map that aligns with the charity-focused content on the site.
• Implement on-page fixes (meta tags, internal links, schema, image optimisation).
• Advise on, or manage, safe link-building to support those target terms.
• Supply concise progress reports that show ranking movement on Google.
I am interested in working with someone who can point to previous, comparable wins rather than offering a generic proposal. When you respond, focus on the experience that proves you can move the ranking needle, mention the key tools you rely on (Ahrefs, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.), and outline how quickly you expect initial movement for a non-profit domain of our size.
If the collaboration goes well, there is scope for an ongoing retainer.

Newly launched child development education company selling 17 digital parenting guides through a Webflow ecommerce store.
Deliverables
1. Measurement plan (written, one page): what we track and why, covering the metrics a standard digital products company monitors: revenue by traffic source, add to cart rate, checkout abandonment by step, product page engagement, lead magnet conversion, and email capture rate.
2. Google Analytics 4: property configured under our company account, full ecommerce event tracking implemented for a Webflow store (view item, add to cart, begin checkout, purchase), conversions marked, internal traffic filtered.
3. Google Tag Manager: clean container setup managing all tags.
4. Google Search Console: verified under our company account, sitemap submitted, coverage issues reviewed and resolved.
5. Microsoft Clarity: installed and configured for session recordings and heatmaps.
6. Generative engine optimization (GEO/AEO) baseline: structured data validation across products and FAQs, llms.txt or equivalent readiness recommendations, and a short written assessment of how our content surfaces in AI search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) with three prioritized recommendations.
7. One dashboard (Looker Studio or equivalent) showing the measurement plan metrics at a glance, owned by us.
8. Handoff document: what was built, where it lives, and how to read it, written for a non-technical founder.
Hard requirements
• Proven GA4 plus GTM ecommerce implementations (show at least two examples)
• Webflow ecommerce experience specifically
• Search Console remediation experience
• Demonstrable GEO/AEO work, not just familiarity with the term. Tell us what you have actually done.
Non-negotiable ownership terms
Every account and property is created under, or transferred to, our company Google account before final payment. We verify ownership by logging in ourselves. No exceptions, no properties under your agency accounts, no shared logins. This term is part of acceptance criteria.
To apply, answer this in your proposal
Walk us through the measurement plan you would build for a 17 product digital guide store, and name the events you would track beyond purchases. Generic proposals that do not answer this question will not be considered.
Timeline and budget
Setup completed within 10 business days of hire. Propose your fixed price for the full deliverable list. Include an optional monthly rate for a future light engagement (monthly review and recommendations) which we may add after traffic matures.
Allyzent is a physician-founded healthcare AI company transforming how provider organizations operate through end-to-end automation of front-office and back-office workflows. Our patented technology securely works with virtually any EMR or healthcare application without relying on traditional API integrations.
Our growth to date has been driven primarily through referrals and word of mouth. As we continue to scale nationally, we are seeking an experienced Growth Funnel & Customer Acquisition Consultant to build a repeatable, scalable customer acquisition engine that consistently generates qualified meetings with healthcare decision-makers and then move to other B2B verticals as well.
---
# Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced consultant to own the strategy, design, development, execution, and continuous optimization of Allyzent's complete customer acquisition engine.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who can build an end-to-end customer acquisition system that consistently turns prospects into qualified meetings and ultimately into long-term customers.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience building high-converting funnels for B2B SaaS, AI, healthcare technology, or other high-ticket service businesses.
---
# Key Responsibilities
## Customer Acquisition Strategy
* Develop Allyzent's overall customer acquisition strategy.
* Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
* Map the complete customer journey from awareness to booked meetings.
* Develop compelling offers and lead-generation strategies.
* Continuously optimize every stage of the acquisition process.
* Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
---
## Funnel Development
Design, build, launch, and optimize the complete customer acquisition funnel, including:
Develop, create, and optimize AI-assisted Video Sales Letters (VSLs) that effectively communicate Allyzent's value proposition and drive qualified meetings.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing the overall VSL strategy
* Researching customer pain points and buyer psychology
* Writing high-converting VSL scripts
* Creating AI-generated voiceovers
* Producing AI-generated videos using modern AI video creation platforms
* Selecting visuals, animations, graphics, and supporting content
* Structuring offers and calls-to-action
* Addressing common customer objections
* Testing multiple VSL versions to improve conversion rates
The consultant should be proficient in leveraging modern AI tools to rapidly create professional-quality VSLs while maintaining a polished and compelling final product.
The initial engagement will be on an hourly consulting basis, with the number of hours mutually agreed upon based on project scope and milestones.
As the engagement progresses and measurable results are achieved, Allyzent may, at its sole discretion, introduce additional performance-based incentives. These may include bonuses tied to key performance indicators such as landing page conversion rates, qualified meetings booked, funnel performance, pipeline generated, or other mutually agreed-upon customer acquisition metrics.
For consultants who consistently deliver exceptional results and demonstrate strong strategic leadership, this role has the potential to evolve well beyond an hourly consulting engagement. Outstanding performance may lead to the opportunity to build and lead Allyzent's **Customer Acquisition & Growth Department**, with expanded leadership responsibilities and a compensation structure that could include **significant performance-based revenue bonuses** tied directly to the business growth generated through the customer acquisition engine.
Our objective is to build a long-term relationship with a high-performing individual who thinks like an owner, is passionate about driving measurable business growth, and wants to grow alongside Allyzent as the company continues to expand nationally.
---
# Career Growth Opportunity
This role is designed for someone who wants more than a consulting engagement. We are looking for an individual who enjoys building complete customer acquisition systems—not just individual marketing assets.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy, writing persuasive messaging, building high-converting funnels, creating AI-powered Video Sales Letters, implementing marketing automation, and using data to continuously improve performance.
As Allyzent grows, the right individual will have the opportunity to become a trusted strategic leader responsible for scaling the company's customer acquisition efforts. We believe exceptional performance should create exceptional opportunities, and we are committed to rewarding individuals who make a meaningful impact on the company's long-term success.

The business
I’m an independent publisher of thriller fiction with 56 titles across 8 series, all enrolled in Kindle Unlimited. New release in my flagship series lands in August.
This catalog has produced $5,000–$15,000/month in profit in the past with competent ad management. It is currently underinvested — roughly $400/month in spend — because I haven’t had an operator who could scale it. I’m looking to fix that.
The goal
Reach $14,000/month in net profit by January, growing from roughly break-even today.
Getting there means scaling ad spend from $400/month to somewhere around $10,000–14,000/month over four to five months — but spend is the means, not the objective. I am optimizing for total monthly profit, not for a headline ROAS number. I would rather run $12,000/month at a 2.2x blended return than $2,000/month at 4x, because the first pays me roughly twelve times as much. If you scale until the marginal dollar stops clearing breakeven, and can show me that’s what you’re doing, we’ll get along well.
The ad budget is separate from your fee and is not the constraint. Finding an operator who can deploy it profitably is.
The work
• Own campaign architecture across 56 ASINs — Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, structured by series and by entry point
• Aggressive horizontal expansion: competitor ASIN targeting, category targeting, keyword clusters, and self-targeting across the backlist. I have a large SKU count and expect the campaign count to reflect it.
• Search term harvesting, negative keyword sculpting, bid and placement management, budget pacing
• Weekly reporting against blended profitability — not in-platform ACOS alone (see below)
• Coordinate ad support around new releases and price promotions
Important context you need before applying
This account has a wrinkle that most Amazon PPC work does not:
1. A large share of my revenue is invisible to the ads console. Kindle Unlimited pays per page read rather than per unit sold. Those royalties appear in a separate Amazon reporting dashboard and must be reconciled manually against ad spend. Platform-reported ACOS therefore systematically understates true return, sometimes by a wide margin.
2. Series read-through changes the target. A reader acquired on book 1 of a 12-book series generates royalties across the remaining 11. That means my allowable ACOS on a series entry point is roughly 100–150% — a campaign that looks like a loser in the console can be one of my most profitable. Chasing a low ACOS on this account will destroy it.
3. I supply the model, you supply the platform expertise. I will give you the read-through data, the true-ACOS reconciliation spreadsheet, and the target thresholds. I’ll also supply the comp-author and comp-title targeting lists, since I know this genre. You bring the campaign structure, bid discipline, and scaling craft.
4. Some familiar levers don’t exist here. This is a KDP account, not Seller Central. There’s no inventory management, no coupons, no A+ content, and product-page optimization is limited to title, subtitle, description, categories, keywords, and cover. Certain ad types and features available to Seller Central sellers are limited or unavailable. Expect to work primarily in Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands.
Prior book or publishing experience is NOT required. I’d rather hire someone who has genuinely scaled a $10K+/month multi-SKU Amazon account and learn them into my category than hire someone who knows books but has never operated at scale.
Requirements
• 3+ years managing Amazon Ads / Sponsored Products
• Currently or recently managing $10,000+/month in spend on a single account (please be specific — this is my primary filter). To be clear about why: I’m not impressed by spend for its own sake. Strong efficiency on a small account is easy, because a small account only buys the cheapest, highest-intent traffic. Holding profitability while deploying real budget across a large catalog is the hard skill, and prior spend volume is the best available proxy for it.
• Experience with catalogs of 50+ SKUs
• Fluent with bulk operations / bulk sheets
• Comfortable optimizing against a revenue source that lives outside the ads console
• Works inside my ad account. I retain ownership and access at all times.
• Clear weekly written reporting
Nice to have
• Media, digital goods, or publishing experience
• Experience taking an account through a 5–10x spend increase without breaking it
Engagement structure
This is a paid discovery project. The operator whose plan I move forward with will be engaged on an ongoing monthly retainer — scope and fee to be agreed after the audit.
• Step 1: Paid discovery — a fixed-fee written audit of my existing account data plus a 90-day scaling plan. Approximately 4–6 hours of work. I'm hiring 1–2 people for this step.
• Step 2: Ongoing monthly retainer for the operator whose plan I move forward with. This is intended as a long-term engagement.
I'm looking for a monthly retainer arrangement, not open-ended hourly. Please quote your monthly fee at two tiers: managing ~$3,000/month in spend, and managing ~$12,000/month in spend.
Client's questions:
What is the largest monthly ad spend you have personally managed on a single Amazon account, for how long, and how many campaigns and SKUs did it involve?
How would you add $5,000/month of incremental spend to an account without destabilizing campaigns that are already profitable?
My books are in Kindle Unlimited. Console KENP royalties lag and undercount, and a book 1 reader could generate royalties across 11 more books. Therefore, reported ACOS could understate my true return. How do you set bids and judge campaign performance?
As spend scales, blended ROAS usually declines. How do you decide when to stop adding spend? What tells you the next marginal dollar is not worth it?
What is your monthly retainer at ~$3K/month in ad spend, and at ~$12K/month? Please also note your timezone and typical working hours.
