We manage a growing list of client Google Ads and Microsoft Ads paid search accounts within the physiotherapy healthcare space (this is our niche). Most of our current clients are based out of Canada, but we have a growing number of American clients. We help our clients drive more patient leads through their door. We do not do retail ecommerce or product sales of any kind, 100% pure lead generation, so please keep this in mind when applying. We use a pretty standardized workflow, but it's always improving and flexible. Within that workflow are standardized optimization tasks built out over the month. With both growth and account maintenance requirements, time is becoming an issue. And lately, we’ve been adding more new clients to our portfolio. We’re looking for someone skilled with search in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to assist with these regular maintenance tasks. Of course, these tasks will be discussed / explained prior, but they are all pretty straightforward for an intermediate PPC professional. This position would start by taking on a small group of clients and evaluating results. If results are there, the addition of new accounts will come as quickly as you can handle. This is an ongoing role within the agency with plenty of opportunity to grow. Characteristics we are looking for: You’re able to prove your abilities with your skills & hard work and results. You’re reliable, and consistent and bring new ideas to the table. You are available for regular communication with the rest of the PPC and support team. You fully understand the tasks assigned and only implement when everything is crystal clear. Not afraid to ask questions. You get into the details of client accounts and become familiar with the process. Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking. Your hours will increase as more clients are added to our portfolio. Our compensation structure is on a per-client basis (plus a bonus for certain KPIs achieved). We offer a support team and tools to leverage your time so that you can maximize the number of clients without sacrificing quality. We provide team support, templates, workflows, tools, and help with training all designed to maximize your output. We’re looking for someone whom we can trust, is reliable, consistent, takes their work very seriously, but has fun along the way, and is a stickler for details (which in PPC is key in my opinion). The position will include (but not be limited to): Ability to complete specific ad hoc / one-off client tasks quickly and efficiently. Tasks are explained and coordinated in our project workspace. Consistent analysis and optimization of Ad performance on a regular basis for each account/campaign using proprietary dashboards (makes it very easy to monitor all accounts). Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues (our reporting makes it very easy to monitor this). Skillsets Should Include: Minimum three years of experience Good Excel skills Analytical mindset Proficient with Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor Good communication (very important) Team player. We are looking for assistance with SEM & SMM.
SEM will require a review and optimization fo current campaign in the moving and storage industry. We need to drive lead flow while managing our cost per conversion and cost per click. We are focused on certain initial markets and would like to create a recipe that can be followed into other markets. We have experience working with professionals but are looking for creative approaches to generate greater results resulting in increased lead flow, increased conversion, and ideally lower cost per click/ conversion. SMM will require a strategy, implementation plan, and keyword approach to create greater brand exposure, drive lead flow, and generate new business opportunities. This will be a new campaign launch so additional expertise in setting up and developing campaigns is ideal. If you only have expert skills in one of the two areas, that is ok as we are open to hiring more than one freelancer for this project.
