SEO & PPC Specialist for Dental Practice Growth – Long-Term Partnership

I’m developing a growth and consulting service specifically for dental practices in the U.S. and am looking for experienced digital marketing specialists who can potentially work with us on an ongoing, white-label basis.
About the business I’ve spent more than a decade working in the dental industry and have worked directly with hundreds of dental practices, as well as larger dental companies. One thing I’ve seen repeatedly is that many dental practices invest significantly in marketing but struggle to understand whether those efforts are actually improving the financial performance of the practice. Our approach is broader than a traditional marketing agency. We look at the entire patient-to-revenue process and help practices identify and address opportunities related to patient acquisition, lead management, scheduling, case acceptance, financing, follow-up, patient reactivation, treatment promotion, and other areas that can affect practice growth. Digital marketing is one part of that strategy. What I'm looking for I’m looking for specialists who can support the execution of services such as: Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization Google Maps/local search visibility Organic rankings for high-value dental treatments such as implants, veneers, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, etc. Technical and on-page SEO Treatment and location-specific SEO Google Ads Meta Ads Landing page optimization Conversion tracking, including calls and forms Reporting that can ultimately be connected to patient inquiries and business outcomes You do not necessarily need to specialize in both SEO and PPC. I’m open to working with separate specialists if that produces better results. Please clearly indicate where your strongest expertise lies. Our philosophy We do not want to automatically recommend a new website, SEO package, or advertising campaign to every practice. We first identify the business opportunity and then determine which strategies make sense. For example, if a practice already has sufficient patient inquiries but is converting them poorly, increasing advertising spend may not be the right first recommendation. If patient acquisition is the bottleneck, however, SEO or paid advertising may become an important part of the strategy. Similarly, we want to improve and leverage a client's existing website whenever practical rather than automatically recommending a rebuild. The relationship This is not intended to be a one-time project. I’m looking to build relationships with reliable specialists who can eventually support multiple dental practices as we grow. Our company would manage the overall growth strategy and client relationship. You would provide specialized digital marketing expertise and execution as a white-label/subcontracted partner. When applying, please include: Your primary expertise: SEO, PPC, or both. Your experience with dental, medical, cosmetic, or other high-value local-service businesses. An example of results you've achieved for a local business, preferably dental or healthcare. How you would approach the first 90 days for a single-location dental practice. How you track calls, forms, leads, and other conversions. Your typical setup and monthly management fees. What is included in your monthly service. Your recommended minimum ad spend for PPC clients, if applicable. Whether you are comfortable working white-label while we manage the client relationship. Whether you have the capacity to support multiple practices if the relationship grows. Please also share a sample or anonymized report if available. Important: I'm not looking for generic proposals or someone to simply sell a predetermined marketing package. I'm interested in building a long-term relationship with specialists who understand that SEO and paid advertising are tools within a broader practice-growth strategy.

Digital Marketing, SEO & AI Search Optimisation Consultant
About WINGS Therapy Center WINGS Therapy Center is a Singapore-based centre providing intensive, movement-based developmental programmes for children with developmental and neurological conditions. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing, SEO & AI Search Optimisation Consultant to conduct a comprehensive review of our public-facing digital presence and develop a practical strategy to make WINGS easier for parents and caregivers to find, understand, trust and contact. This is initially a strategic audit and optimisation project, with potential for ongoing work. What we need We want someone who can look at WINGS from the perspective of a parent searching for help online. The key question is: If a parent needs help for a child with developmental delay, mobility difficulties, hypotonia, cerebral palsy, genetic/neuromuscular conditions or delayed milestones, can they easily find WINGS, understand what we do, trust us and contact us? You will review our complete digital customer journey, including: 1. Website Audit Review our website from both a parent/user experience and search visibility perspective. Assess: * Clarity of our messaging and positioning * Homepage effectiveness * Navigation and website structure * Mobile experience * Calls-to-action * WhatsApp/contact/enquiry journey * Booking an assessment journey * Individual service/programme pages * Parent-focused content * Trust and credibility * Testimonials and social proof * Page speed and technical issues * Website structure and internal linking * Schema/structured data * Metadata, headings and on-page SEO * Opportunities to improve conversion rates Identify exactly what should be changed and why. 2. SEO & Google Search Review how easily WINGS can be found through traditional search. Assess: * Current rankings * Search visibility * Keyword opportunities * Local SEO * Google Business Profile * Technical SEO * On-page SEO * Content gaps * Competitor search visibility * Backlink/profile opportunities * Search intent Identify the searches parents are likely to make and develop a priority keyword/content strategy. 3. AI Search Optimisation / AI Discoverability This is a major requirement of the project. We want WINGS to be well represented and discoverable across the emerging AI search ecosystem, including platforms such as: * ChatGPT * Google AI search/AI Overviews * Google Gemini * Microsoft Copilot * Perplexity * Other relevant AI-powered search platforms Review how WINGS is currently represented and identify opportunities to improve our AI discoverability, entity recognition, authority and information clarity. This should include: * Structuring website information so AI systems can clearly understand WINGS * Clear descriptions of our services and areas of expertise * Consistent organisation/name/service information across the web * Structured data/schema * Authoritative and useful parent-focused content * FAQ content based on real search questions * Topic/entity coverage * Local and organisational signals * Digital PR and authoritative third-party mentions where appropriate * Identifying information gaps that may prevent AI systems from accurately understanding WINGS We are not looking for someone promising to “rank us #1 on ChatGPT.” We want someone who understands how AI search and answer engines discover, interpret, retrieve and cite information, and can build a sustainable strategy around this. 4. Social Media Audit Review our public-facing social channels, including: * TikTok * YouTube Assess: * Profile optimisation * Bios/descriptions * Searchability * Consistency of branding and messaging * Content strategy * Content quality * Engagement * Calls-to-action * Hashtags/keywords * Video titles and descriptions * YouTube SEO * Whether our content answers questions parents are actually asking * Whether social media is driving traffic and enquiries Recommend what we should stop, start and continue. 5. Digital Customer Journey Map the journey: Parent has a concern → searches online → discovers WINGS → visits website/social media → builds trust → contacts WINGS → books assessment. Identify every point where we may be losing potential enquiries. We want practical recommendations rather than a generic marketing report. 6. Competitor Review Review relevant Singapore competitors and determine: * What they are doing better * Where WINGS is stronger * What keywords/topics they are targeting * How they present their services * How easy they are to find * How they use content * How they appear in Google and AI search * Opportunities for WINGS to differentiate itself 7. Analytics & Lead Tracking Review whether we can accurately determine: * Where enquiries come from * Which pages generate enquiries * Which campaigns generate leads * Which search terms bring visitors * Which social platforms generate engagement and enquiries * Where visitors leave the website Recommend improvements to our tracking and reporting. Deliverables We expect a clear written audit covering: 1. Website audit 2. SEO audit 3. AI search/discoverability audit 4. Social media audit 5. Google Business Profile/local search audit 6. Competitor analysis 7. Customer journey analysis 8. Analytics/lead-tracking review 9. Content gap analysis 10. Prioritised action plan The final report should clearly identify: 🔴 Priority 1 — Fix immediately Issues affecting visibility, trust, enquiries or user experience. 🟠 Priority 2 — Next 30–90 days High-value improvements. 🟢 Priority 3 — Longer-term growth Content, authority, SEO, AI discoverability and digital marketing opportunities. We also want specific recommendations, not simply observations. For example: ❌ “Improve your homepage.” Instead: ✅ “Change the homepage headline to communicate X, move the assessment CTA above the fold, create a dedicated page for Y, and add FAQs addressing Z.” Ideal Candidate You should have strong experience in: * Digital marketing strategy * SEO * Local SEO * Website UX/CRO * Google Search * Content strategy * Social media strategy * Analytics * AI search optimisation / Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) * Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) * Structured data/schema * Content designed for both humans and search/AI systems Experience in healthcare, children’s services, education, disability services, therapy, wellness or other parent-focused businesses would be highly advantageous. You should have excellent written and spoken English and be able to understand and communicate effectively with a Singapore-based healthcare/family-services business. Important We are not looking for a generic SEO report or social media audit. We want someone who can take a 360-degree view of WINGS’ digital presence and answer: Can parents find us? Can they understand us? Can they trust us? Can they easily contact us? And can both traditional search engines and AI search systems understand what WINGS does and when we are relevant? We want practical, commercially useful recommendations that can be implemented. Project Initial engagement: Comprehensive digital audit + strategic roadmap Please provide: * Examples of similar audits/projects * Relevant SEO/AI search experience * Experience with healthcare or parent-focused organisations, if applicable * Your proposed methodology * Expected timeframe * Fixed project fee * Examples of measurable results from previous projects * Whether you can subsequently assist with implementation We are open to an ongoing engagement if the initial audit and strategy are strong. I need help resolving a policy disapproval on my Google Ads account. My ad for a local CCTV installation business was disapproved under 'Third-Party Consumer Technical Support.' This is a false positive—we offer physical, on-site hardware installation in North London, not remote software tech support.
I need someone to review my ad copy and landing page for policy triggers, reframe any flagged language, and manage the appeal or manual review process with Google Ads support to get the ads approved and running.

We run Bonds Experts, a Texas-based surety bond and bonded title services business (bondsexperts.com), and need an experienced Google Ads specialist to fix several account errors.
Current issues to resolve: 1. Ad and call-asset disapprovals - Some of our ads have been flagged for a "Destination Not Accessible" policy violation and a Government Documents and Official Services (GODOS) policy issue ("Certificate required"). We recently updated our site content to get compliant without pursuing the GODOS certification, and have an open Google Ads support case for manual re-review. We need help getting these ads and call assets reinstated. 2. Broken conversion tracking - A past Performance Max campaign reported an implausible ~96% conversion rate, indicating conversion tracking is not set up correctly. This needs to be properly audited and fixed before any further bid or budget optimization. 3. General account health check - Once the above is resolved, we'd like a review of campaign structure, keyword match types, and ad assets (RSAs) for potential improvements. What we need from you: - Diagnose and resolve the ad/call-asset policy disapprovals - Audit and fix conversion tracking so reporting is accurate - Provide recommendations for campaign optimization once tracking is reliable We'll grant Google Ads account access after hire. Looking for someone with hands-on experience navigating Google's ad policy review/appeal process and setting up accurate conversion tracking (Google Ads conversion actions / GA4).

Most importantly, they will need to have an understanding of our industry, which products we are seeking to highlight, and how we are trying to position our brand for growth this holiday season. Your expertise will help us drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
After initial campaign setup, follow-up and tweaking of P-max and shopping campaigns to ensure continued performance will be ongoing. If you have a proven track record of successful campaigns, we would love to hear from you!

When Applying Please include: -A brief overview of your Google Ads experience. -Specific experience with personal injury law firms or legal PPC. -Examples of successful campaigns, including approximate monthly ad spend, CPC, CPL/CPA, call volume, conversion rate, and lead-quality improvements where possible. -Your experience using CallRail and how you track and evaluate qualified phone leads. -Your approach to the first 30 days of taking over or launching a legal PPC account. -How you use GA4, GTM, offline conversions, enhanced conversions, and CRM data in campaign optimization. -How you currently use AI and automation in PPC management. -Your experience with newer Google Ads campaign types and modalities, including Performance Max, audience signals, remarketing, Customer Match, automated bidding, and AI-assisted campaign optimization. -How you distinguish between a cheap lead and a valuable legal lead. -Your availability and preferred working arrangement. Please start your application with the words “PI PPC” so we know you read the full posting. We are looking for someone we can trust with an important client account and potentially develop into a long-term PPC partner across additional agency accounts. Experience, organization, communication, accountability, and measurable results will be the primary factors in our selection. I’d also strongly recommend adding one screening question on Upwork: “If a personal injury campaign is generating calls but the firm says the cases are low quality, what are the first 5 things you would investigate?” That one question will quickly separate real legal PPC operators from general Google Ads managers.

Senior Google Ads Media Buyer - Ecommerce USA (Full-Time, Full Channel Ownership)

|
We're a DTC ecommerce company built by operators with multiple 8-figure brands. Our supplement brand is scaling hard on Meta, where we're currently spending ~$60K/day (~$2M/month) with a dedicated senior media buyer in the account and a creative team producing at volume.
Google is our next channel. Right now we run branded search only. That's it. Non-brand search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen — none of it is live. We're not looking for someone to "optimize" a mature account. We're looking for someone to build the entire Google channel from the ground up and own it. The Role This is a full ownership role. You are the Google Ads person. There is no one above you in the account, no agency to coordinate with, and no existing structure to inherit beyond a branded search campaign. You decide the roadmap, you build it, you run it, and you're accountable for the results. Your two numbers: profitable new-customer acquisition and scaled spend on Google. We want Google to become a real second channel next to a $1.8M/month Meta program, not a branded-search mop-up. There is no budget ceiling here if the numbers work. Everything you do ladders up to that. You'll work directly with the CEO, who is a performance marketer and built our Meta account himself. He is not a Google expert and he doesn't need to be — that's why we're hiring you. You'll also work closely with our Meta media buyer and creative team, sharing what's winning on each channel and pulling from a creative engine that's already running. You'll be doing the hands-on work yourself. Campaign builds, feed setup, keyword research, bid strategy, creative asset requests, landing page feedback, reporting — it's yours. If you're used to delegating execution to a junior, this isn't the right role yet. As the channel scales, we'll build a team under you. What You'll Do Build the Google channel from scratch. Design the account structure and rollout sequence across non-brand Search, Shopping / Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Display. Decide what launches first, why, and what "working" looks like at each stage. Own every number in the account. Budgets, bid strategies, conversion tracking, audience signals, negative keywords, feed quality, search term hygiene. If it's in Google Ads or Merchant Center, it's your responsibility. Get tracking right before spending. Enhanced conversions, server-side / GA4 setup, offline conversion imports, proper attribution windows. We scale on clean data. You know what breaks here for supplement brands and you fix it first. Navigate supplement compliance on Google. Ad disapprovals, Merchant Center suspensions, health claim policies, landing page and product page compliance. You've dealt with this before and you know how to keep an account healthy without gutting the offer. Scale profitably, not just scale. Know when a campaign is ready for more budget, when tROAS/tCPA targets are choking delivery, and when a "winner" is just brand cannibalization or remarketing dressed up as acquisition. Diagnose, don't just report. When CAC moves, we want the why and the fix, not a screenshot. Feed the creative team. Brief what YouTube, Demand Gen, and PMax assets need to be made — hooks, lengths, formats, angles — based on what the data says. Work with our Meta buyer to cross-pollinate winning angles between channels. Push on landing pages and offers. You know Google traffic converts differently from Meta traffic. You'll flag where the funnel is leaking and work with us on page and offer tests. Build the workflows. Naming conventions, testing frameworks, launch cadences, reporting rhythms. You're setting the standard for how Google is run here — document it so it scales past you. Report with signal, not noise. Daily pulse on the numbers that matter. Weekly deep-dive on channel mix, brand vs. non-brand split, incrementality, and scaling opportunities. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years running Google Ads for DTC / ecommerce, with demonstrable experience managing $300K–$1M+/month across the full Google stack, not just Search. You'll be building next to a Meta account spending $60K/day, and we expect Google to grow into six figures per month quickly. If the biggest account you've run is $30K/month, or your experience is mostly branded search and Shopping maintenance, this isn't the right role. You've built a channel from zero before. Taken an account from nothing (or brand-only) to meaningful non-brand spend at target efficiency. You'll be asked for specifics: account context, what you built, what happened. Supplement / health / wellness experience. You've lived through disapprovals, Merchant Center reviews, and policy walls, and you know how to work with them. This is close to non-negotiable. Deep fundamentals: conversion tracking architecture, bid strategy mechanics, brand vs. non-brand incrementality, PMax controls and their limits, YouTube and Demand Gen creative requirements, MER / aMER thinking, LTV-informed CAC targets. Creative strategy chops. You don't make the ads, but you know exactly which assets Google needs and can brief them clearly to a creative team that's used to producing for Meta. Extreme ownership and availability. When Merchant Center suspends the account on a Friday afternoon, you're on it, not "next business day." Confidence without ego. You'll hold your own in a performance debate with a CEO who knows Meta cold, back your calls with data, and say "you're right, I missed that" when you did. Systems discipline. You document decisions, follow workflows, and communicate proactively with founders and the creative team. Bonus Points Experience scaling Google alongside a strong Meta program and understanding how the channels interact (halo, brand search lift, attribution overlap) Hands-on with GA4, server-side tagging, post-purchase surveys, or third-party attribution tools Experience with landing page / funnel testing specifically for Google traffic Familiarity with direct-response creative frameworks (hooks, angles, awareness levels, offer testing) What You Get A proven product with $60K/day of Meta traction and a creative engine already producing, so you're not starting from a blank creative library True ownership of a channel from day one, with the budget to scale it once it works Direct daily access to the CEO, a performance marketer, not a suit A Meta media buyer and creative strategists to collaborate with, not a silo A path to building and leading a Google team as the channel grows Good compensation How to Apply Send us: Your track record: 2–3 Google accounts you've built or scaled — monthly spend range, brand vs. non-brand split, what CAC/ROAS did under your watch, and your specific role. Answer this scenario (max 300 words): A supplement brand runs branded search only. Meta spends $60K/day profitably with strong creative and heavy brand demand spilling into Google. You're handed the Google account with a mandate to build the full channel. What do you launch in your first 30 days, in what order, and why? What do you need from the creative and dev teams before you spend a dollar on non-brand? Your compliance war story: One time Google policy or Merchant Center got in the way on a supplement or health account. What happened and how did you resolve it? Your compensation expectations and earliest start date. Applications without the scenario answer will not be reviewed. Kind regards, Umut Client's questions:

We are an 18 year old private aviation company. We sell two products: a prepaid Jet Card and on demand charter. Average client value is very high, sales cycles are long, and volume is low. This is not an ecommerce account. We care about lead quality and downstream close rate, not clicks or form fills.
We recently brought Google Ads in house after exiting our agency. The account has a clear set of structural problems we've already diagnosed (and partly fixed) and we need an experienced operator to fix them and then run the account week to week with us. What you'd do: Rebuild campaign and ad group structure around search intent and CRM outcome, not legacy taxonomy Reallocate budget toward high intent charter and Jet Card terms Full search term hygiene and negative keyword build Ad copy within a strict compliance framework (we provide the rules, you follow them) Weekly optimization with a written change log Work with us on offline conversion imports from Salesforce as that pipeline matures Coordinate on landing page tracking QA before any new page takes traffic (we have a checklist) Our stack: Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, CallRail, Salesforce, VWO. You'll have a marketing lead as your daily point of contact and a front end engineer for tracking implementation. You will not be touching GTM or tracking code directly. Constraints you need to be comfortable with: No changes based on a single day of data No spend increases without written approval No copy goes live without our review Every change documented Requirements: 5+ years managing Google Ads with meaningful budgets ($30K/mo or higher) Experience with high ticket, long cycle lead gen (luxury, real estate, financial services, B2B enterprise, or similar) Comfortable with offline conversion tracking and CRM matched attribution Strong search term and negative keyword discipline Clear written communication. You'll be documenting every change. Nice to have: Bing Ads experience, luxury travel or aviation background, familiarity with Mixpanel. How to apply: Tell me about one account where you fixed a structural budget allocation problem, what you changed, and what happened to lead quality (not just CPA). Two paragraphs max.

We are a lean PPC agency serving eCommerce and lead-generation brands. We are hiring a part-time Google Ads media buyer, starting with a dental lead-generation account, with scope to grow after a successful paid trial.
We need someone who can identify what matters, recommend exact changes, explain the evidence and carry approved work through implementation and follow-up. Your work should make account decisions easier for our team. What you will own - Monitor spend, pacing, lead volume and available lead-quality signals. Flag material risks with a recommended next step. - Analyze search terms, keywords, campaign structure, targeting, ads and conversion measurement in the context of the business. - Submit a short prioritized change queue with current state, exact proposed change, supporting data, risks and review criteria. - Implement approved changes, check the result and keep a clear change log. - Connect with the team on tracking, landing pages and lead handling; identify dependencies you cannot resolve yourself. - Write concise weekly updates covering results, uncertainty, actions and decisions needed. What makes you a fit - Hands-on Google Ads lead-generation experience, ideally with local service or dental accounts. Explain your personal contribution to the examples you share. - Sound judgment with incomplete data. You can distinguish platform conversions from qualified leads and historical patterns from current evidence. - Reliable estimates, clear communication and self-review. You flag missing information and scope increases before the deadline or hour cap. - Practical AI use is welcome. You verify facts, settings and proposed changes and remain accountable for the final work. Use [AI PPC] in the beginning of your cover letter, if a LLM is used to create. How to apply Please send: (1) one redacted lead-generation work sample showing a decision you made and its result; (2) one example of an AI-generated recommendation you corrected and how you verified it. (3) an approval sheet example for client/agency review Shortlisted candidates complete a brief reasoning screen, a short interview and a paid, limited-scope trial with one revision. The trial focuses on one campaign and a usable change request. No full account audit is required in your application. Client's questions:

Mobile App User Acquisition Manager, Marketplace App Targeting 200K Installs
We are scaling a newly launched consumer marketplace app for buying and selling pre owned goods, including jewelry, watches and luxury items. The app is live on iOS and Android. We are backed by a large national retail chain with physical store locations across the US and Latin America, which gives us an acquisition channel most app launches do not have. We are looking for someone to own user acquisition and get us to 200,000 downloads, with retained users who actually transact rather than installs that churn in week one. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Paid user acquisition across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta and TikTok. Full funnel, from channel mix and budget allocation through daily bid and creative management. App Store Optimization on both stores. Title, subtitle, keyword field, screenshots, preview video, description, and a ratings and reviews strategy. Attribution and measurement. Stand up or audit our mobile measurement partner setup, get SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit configured correctly for iOS, and make sure we can see cost per install, cost per registered user and cost per first transaction, by channel. Creative testing at volume. You will brief and iterate on ad creative continuously. We can produce assets, but you drive what gets tested and what wins. Retail to app conversion. We have physical stores and foot traffic. In store QR placement, point of sale prompts, receipt and packaging inserts, and staff referral mechanics are a major lever and we want someone who will actually build that channel rather than treat it as an afterthought. Reporting. A weekly view of spend, installs, cost per install, day 1, day 7 and day 30 retention, and progress against the 200,000 target. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE We are not paying for installs alone. An install that opens once and never returns costs us money and tells us nothing. Success is 200,000 downloads with retention and transaction rates you help define and then hit. If your answer to every problem is more budget, this is not a fit. REQUIREMENTS You have personally driven a consumer app past 100,000 installs and can talk through what the cost per install was, what it started at, and what you did to move it. Hands on with Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns, not just managing an agency that ran them. You have configured a mobile measurement partner such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or Singular, and you understand what changed for iOS attribution after ATT. Comfortable with marketplace dynamics, specifically that buyer demand and seller supply have to grow together. You report in plain numbers and you tell us when something is not working. NICE TO HAVE Marketplace, resale, or secondhand commerce experience. Luxury or high value goods categories. Experience with an app tied to a physical retail footprint. Spanish language capability, since part of our store network is in Latin America. TO APPLY Answer these three questions in your proposal. We will not review proposals that skip them. Name an app you took past 100,000 installs. What was the channel mix, what was your blended cost per install, and what was day 7 retention? For a two sided marketplace where inventory is still building, would you push installs hard now or pace them? Explain your reasoning. What is the first thing you would want to see from us in week one before spending a dollar? We move fast and we have decision makers directly involved, so you will not be waiting weeks for approvals.

Job Title: Setup Google Search Ads & Simple Landing Page for Local Bobcat & Dump Trailer Business
Job Description: I am an independent owner-operator looking for a qualified Google Ads and web automation freelancer to set up a high-efficiency local lead generation campaign for my business, Rwp Services inc (marketing locally under the catchy brand RWP Bobcat & Hauling). I operate a 2021 Bobcat T450 compact track loader (skid steer bobcat), a 2014 Ford F-250 6.7L diesel, and a Big Tex 14LD electric dump trailer. I have a strict initial budget of roughly $10–$12 a day ($300–$350/month) and need this campaign built surgically to maximize every single dollar. This is a one-time fixed-price setup project. A strict requirement of this job is a video hand-off and recorded screen-share walkthrough (e.g., zoom) teaching me exactly how to pause/unpause the campaign, add money, and navigate the basics, as I am not highly tech-savvy. I plan to structure this contract in sequential milestones as we go along so I can review progress. Project Scope & Deliverables: 1. Mobile-First Single-Page Website Build: Build a clean, fast, ultra-simple single-page landing page using an affordable platform (like Carrd or Wix etc) The page must feature a highly visible header calling out local property owners: "RWP Bobcat & Hauling: We fill holes, deliver dirt, and haul away the trash." Include huge, clickable buttons right at the top for smartphone users to "Click for free quote" etc Create a simple, catchy quote form with a drop-down menu sorting what they need: Option 1: Bobcat Tractor Work Only (Spread existing dirt/grading) Option 2: Dump Trailer Material Delivery Only (Clean fill, rock, topsoil) Option 3: Full-Service Delivery & Spreading Combo Option 4: Trash & Debris Removal (Hand-Load or Tractor-Load) Add a mandatory checkbox for communication preference ("Call me back" vs "Text message is best"). 2. Zapier / Make Text Alert Automation: Connect the landing page form to Zapier (free tier) so that the exact second a homeowner hits "Submit," a text message notification is instantly sent directly to my mobile phone with all of their details, location, and project type. 3. Google Ads Campaign Structure (3 Separate Nets): Build one Search Campaign split into three distinct Ad Groups so my dump trailer stays busy even when tractor work is slow: Ad Group 1: Bobcat Grading, Hole Filling, and Leveling. Ad Group 2: Dump Trailer Trash, Construction Debris, and Junk Hauling. Ad Group 3: Clean Fill Dirt / Material Delivery (4 to 5 yards). Strict Ad Schedule: Program the campaign to run Monday through Sunday, splitting the day into peak windows: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Ads must automatically pause outside these hours and turn off completely overnight to protect my budget. Set up a highly optimized list of high-intent keywords with a Max CPC bid limit (approx. $5.50–$6.00 cap) alongside a robust list of Negative Keywords (e.g., "rental", "toy", "jobs") to block useless clicks. 4. Surgical Geographic Targeting (By Zip Code Only): Do NOT target all of Broward and Palm Beach counties broadly. You must target strictly by the specific high-yield, large-lot zip codes I provide, including: Palm Beach/Southern Blvd Corridor: Loxahatchee (33470), Loxahatchee Groves (33470), Westlake (33470, 33411), The Acreage (33411, 33412, 33470), Wellington (33414, 33449), Royal Palm Beach (33411), Jupiter Farms (33478), and Unincorporated WPB/Caloosa (33412, 33418). Broward Large-Lot Zones: Southwest Ranches / Sunshine Ranches (33330, 33331, 33332), Davie (33324, 33325, 33328, 33330, 33331), Parkland (33067, 33076), West Pembroke Pines / US-27 (33029), and Miramar Ranches / Country Club Ranches (33023, 33025, 33027). 5. Training & Hand-off: Provide a clear, short video recording and/or zoom call etc showing me how to open the Google Ads app on my Samsung phone to check spending, add funds, and flip the giant "Pause/Unpause" switch for vacations etc, also how to manage and or navigate thru any other apps or sites that I would need in order to maintain it myself 💡 Freelancer Input & Recommendations: While I have laid out the core framework I am looking for based on my F-250, trailer, and Bobcat T450 setup, I am not a tech-savvy marketer. I welcome your professional expertise. If you use tools to analyze the local market and find a keyword I forgot, see a better way to structure the website buttons to get more texts, or have a specific local targeting suggestion I missed, please suggest it in your proposal. I am looking for a true partner to help get my business off the ground safely. Application Questions (Please answer to be considered): Can you explain your experience setting up Google Ads and automated landing pages for local trade, hauling, or bobcat(heavy equipment like skid steer)owner-operators if any? How will you configure my campaign keywords and bid caps to ensure my strict $10–$12/day budget isn't instantly drained by low-intent or accidental clicks? Are you comfortable delivering the final contract through milestones and recording a video walkthrough (Loom) to teach a non-tech-savvy operator how to manage the account? Budget: One-time fixed fee (Please submit your best bid).

I'm looking to work directly with an individual Google Ads specialist, not an agency or someone who will outsource the account to another team member.
We are an established Australian online gifting business specialising in live plant gifts and hampers. We have a slightly different business model from a typical ecommerce store, as we serve two main customer groups: 1. I’m looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and optimize a small Search campaign for a SaaS pre-launch over the next month.
The account and campaign are already set up, including GA4, GTM and conversion tracking. The current campaign targets the US and has a relatively small pre-launch budget. I need someone to review and optimize: bidding strategy and CPCs keywords, match types and search terms negative keywords budget allocation and impression share ad performance and conversion data This is not a campaign build from scratch. I’m looking for hands-on optimization and strategic guidance during a short testing period. Please include examples of Google Search campaigns you’ve managed for SaaS or lead generation, your hourly rate, and roughly how many hours you think this account would require over one month. Thanks!
