We run a paid-media-driven lead generation business in the financial services
vertical (IUL / tax-free retirement). Most of our paid spend (80%+) is on Google
Ads, with the remainder on Meta. We're scaling spend significantly and need a
single owner — not an agency — to live inside this account day-by-day, own
