Our business is What Matters Coworking + Playlab, the first pay per use office with teacher lead kids classes & activities. We are located in Greenhills Shopping Center at the GF of Connecticut Arcade Parking Bldg near restos and retail, but we are in a hidden part (this has pros and cons - we are quiet and safer for families with kids and among the few conveniently in a mall, but we are hard to discover, even for frequent GH mall goers). We are cheaper than international chains like Regus / KMC, but more expensive than student-oriented and simpler designed coworking spaces. For background, our other business is managing and constructing offices for BPOs, banks, tech companies - so our office is designed with ergonomic chairs, appropriate spacing and sound diffusion, and a well thought out layout. Our USP is also in being: 1) family-friendly (kids can learn while adults work / do meetings) & 2) wellness advocate (we have sit stand desks with compatible exercise equipment, and developing healthy snacks & drinks menu) and 3) learning oriented (we want to conduct industry specific learning events for adults, and skill building complementary activities for kids) What I am looking for is someone who can set up 2-3 successful google/meta ads under the smallest possible daily budget that will convert to at least 50 trials each per month (ave 2 per day) of our 1.) coworking + playlab services (targeting executive parents at middle management & up or those with own businesses) and 2) professional meeting spaces (corporate clients). We can also be an event/training venue and a long term (3+ months) office space, but I'm not sure if ads is the most cost effective way to promote at this time. We have someone who does the creatives (static ads/videos) and we can remake the ads' messaging or format based on the recommended ads to set up . We also prefer a per google ads campaign set up rate over a monthly retainers, but we are willing to explore options.
