The current website is built on PrestaShop, and the new website needs to be developed on WordPress + WooCommerce. The goal is to create a modern, responsive, conversion-focused online store inspired by the layout, structure, and shopping experience of Newegg.com.

I am looking for an experienced Web Performance Optimization (WPO) and Technical SEO specialist to fix server delays, resolve 404 errors, and optimize my website's Core Web Vitals for mobile.

Current Setup:

Platform: Pure HTML/CSS/JS (This is NOT a WordPress site).

Hosting Provider: SiteGround.

Current Issues to Fix:

High TTFB / Server Latency: Google PageSpeed Insights shows a Time to First Byte (TTFB) of 2.0 seconds on mobile. I need this optimized down to under 0.5 seconds using SiteGround's server capabilities (NGINX Direct Delivery, SiteGround CDN, etc.) and code-level optimization.

Strong proficiency in raw HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (no reliance on WordPress plugins).

Proven track record of improving Google PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse scores (specifically targeting mobile TTFB and LCP).
