Hello, am not looking website speed optimization expert who just install plugins and says done, I need someone who have solid experience with Core Web Vitals and experience working with RUM tool and analyzing Crux data. Problem is our site facing suddenly drop in core web vitals it might be due to I believe cookies, or cache configuration. We use Cloudflare APO+Cache Plugin+Cloudflare PRO+Redis+Hetzner Managed server with enough powerful resources. Also one site has just CLS issue. I also want you to check any potential server issues as we sometimes have server issues. I have already heavily optimized my sites and they have 90+ google page speed scores so you just need to find out quick small bottelneck for sudden drop in core web vitals.

The site was started in 2005 on blogger, and imported to WP in 2015. There are a little over 600 posts in the blog. Google Search console identified almost 500 posts that “need improvement”. Several posts cannot be saved after edits and updates are made. Traffic is direct from subscribers, and RSS feed readers, and new visits are generated from organic search, Pinterest, Shared links from other artists, Social Media and links in my newsletter. Im glad to work on orphaned posts, or repaired links, or refreshed images, but I’ll need a punch list of what to prioritize first, etc.

You'll receive completed Figma designs and build them as HubSpot page templates, not one-off pages. The goal is a library of well-structured, repeatable templates that our marketing team can use to publish new pages without developer involvement. Every template should include clearly defined content areas where non-technical team members can drop in text, images, and other assets without breaking the layout.
Consistency matters. The more uniform these templates are in structure, spacing, and behavior, the better. We want a cohesive system, not a collection of one-offs.
What You'll Be Doing
Building reusable page templates (site pages, landing pages, blog templates) from Figma files.
