About Us
GOIMU has been building fitness equipment for 3 years, with a focus on home strength training (power racks, Smith machines, cable stations, benches, dumbbells, weight plates, etc.) plus a smaller cardio and Pilates line. Our products range from entry-level accessories around $79.99 to flagship machines at $1,399.99. Our Shopify store launched about 6 months ago, and monthly revenue has been growing rapidly. We're now preparing to scale toward $1,000,000/month in sales — and we need our brand identity and store experience to match that level of ambition. This project is directly tied to supporting that growth. You can review our current site at goimufitness.com to understand where we are today. Our Brand Philosophy We're not just a fitness equipment store. We see ourselves as a fitness companion and guide — helping home trainees achieve their fitness goals, not just selling them metal. Every touchpoint — from the first impression on the homepage to the post-purchase experience — should communicate expertise, trust, and genuine support for the customer's fitness journey. This matters for the design work: we're not optimizing for a catalog look. We're building a brand that people trust with their fitness goals. What We're Looking For Two things are non-negotiable for us: 1. No template work. We need a partner who can deeply understand our brand, our customers, and our growth goals — then design from that understanding. If your approach starts with "pick a theme and customize it," we're probably not a fit. 2. Conversion-first, not design for design's sake. We want design that genuinely improves the user's path to purchase. If an element doesn't serve the user or move the needle on conversion, it doesn't belong. With that in mind, here are the specific areas we need help with: 1. Brand Visual Identity Brand color system, typography, visual language Design guidelines / style guide that we can use internally going forward 2. Shopify Store Visual Design Homepage, collection/category pages, product detail pages, policy pages, and other key templates 3. UX & Interaction Design User flows, navigation architecture, product discovery experience Mobile experience (critical for our audience) Trust-building elements, social proof integration, conversion-oriented layout decisions 4. Shopify Implementation & Delivery Turning approved designs into a live, functional, responsive Shopify store You don't need to cover all four areas. If your expertise is in one or two — say, visual design only, or development only — tell us which. We're open to working with specialists and assembling the right combination. How We Work This is an iterative partnership, not a one-shot handoff. We expect regular syncs and progress visibility throughout the engagement. We'd like post-delivery support for a period — to handle adjustments, new pages, and optimizations as we learn from real user data and A/B tests. Our team runs performance marketing in-house (paid social, search), so we bring a strong conversion and data perspective to the collaboration. We expect you to match that with data-informed design decisions, not just aesthetic preferences. Thanks for your time, GOIMU Team goimufitness.com

Our Shopify store has gotten slow over the past year and it's hurting both conversions and our Google ad quality scores. We've added apps over time without really cleaning up after ourselves, so I suspect a lot of unused scripts are still loading.
Looking for someone who can: Audit the store and tell us exactly what's causing the slowdown (not just run a PageSpeed report and call it done) Identify apps we can remove or scripts we can defer Optimize images and clean up render-blocking code in the theme Give us a before/after report on Core Web Vitals Please don't apply with a copy-paste pitch. If you can, take a quick look at our site first and mention one specific thing you noticed. We want someone who diagnoses before they touch anything, not someone who just starts making changes and hopes it helps. Store URL will be shared with shortlisted candidates. We'll provide collaborator access once we move forward. Budget: open to hourly or fixed price depending on scope once you've seen the audit findings.

Fix Mobile Responsiveness, Layout & Pagespeed Issues on WordPress (Divi) Website

We're a small industrial services company with an established WordPress site built on the Divi theme/builder, hosted on Cloudways. The desktop layout is solid but several pages have visible GUI/layout problems on mobile such as things like overlapping or misaligned elements, oversized images/text, awkward spacing, and modules stacking in the wrong order. We need an experienced Divi developer to audit the site on mobile and fix these issues page by page.
As a bonus, our ideal hire would have direct experience in improving mobile pagespeed for sites similar to ours. Desktop pagespeed for our site is generally strong, we do not wish for any changes made on mobile to affect this. Site Environment - CMS/Builder: WordPress + Divi - Hosting: Cloudways - CDN/Caching: Cloudflare & Varnish - Current status: Desktop pages are finalized and should NOT be altered. Most desktop pages currently score well on Core Web Vitals / page speed and are suitable from an aesthetics standpoint — any mobile fixes must not regress load times or performance scores. Scope of Work 1. Full mobile audit — Review every page of our site on mobile (~375–430px) breakpoints and document all layout/visual issues found (a short list or annotated screenshots is fine, no need to spend time breaking this down for us). 2. Fix responsive settings in Divi — Correct per-breakpoint sizing, spacing, padding/margins, image scaling, text sizing, and element show/hide settings so pages look clean and intentional on mobile. Not just "not broken." 3. Custom CSS where needed — For edge cases Divi's built-in responsive controls can't handle cleanly, targeted custom CSS/media queries are acceptable. 4. Cross-device/browser testing — Test on real mobile browsers (Firefox, Android Chrome), not just a resized desktop browser window. 5. No desktop regressions — Desktop layout must remain untouched/unaffected by changes unless explicit permission is given. 6. No performance regressions — Maintain current page speed / Core Web Vitals scores on desktop pages. 7. Documentation — Brief before/after screenshots (or a short screen recording) for each page fixed, so we have a record of what changed. Again, no need to spend significant time on this. If the issues are fixed then thumbs up. 8.(Bonus) — Mobile pagespeed scores will be improved to the limit possible. Many take upwards of 3-4 seconds to first paint at this time. Requirements - Demonstrated hands-on experience with the Divi Builder. (not just general WordPress page-building experience) - Strong CSS skills for handling cases outside Divi's native responsive settings - Comfortable working within a staging environment (we'll provide a Cloudways staging URL — changes should be tested there before going live) - Portfolio examples or demonstration of past work showing mobile optimized Divi sites/pages - Good communication: We'll be checking in via Upwork messages as work progresses Deliverables - All pages display cleanly and professionally across standard mobile breakpoints - Desktop presentation unchanged - Site speed / Core Web Vitals scores maintained or improved - Short summary/documentation of changes made per page Timeline To begin as soon as possible. To Apply, Please Include - A short note on how you'd approach fixing responsive issues in Divi specifically - 2–3 links or examples of Divi sites you've made mobile-responsive - Confirmation you're able to work within a Cloudways-hosted staging environment

Senior PHP / Database / Examination Platform Developer – AHEC Website & Secure Backend Overhaul
We are looking for an experienced senior PHP/full-stack developer with strong database architecture, web security, e-commerce, examination-platform and SEO experience to undertake a comprehensive technical overhaul of our existing website, AHECGlobal.com. Our website is already live and hosted on a Hostinger PHP hosting environment. We are not looking for someone simply to redesign the front end. We need a developer who can audit, repair, optimize, secure and upgrade the underlying website, database, examination system, registration/payment workflows and backend administration architecture. This is intended to become a long-term, scalable platform for an examination and certification organization. 1. COMPLETE WEBSITE CODE AUDIT & BUG FIXING The first stage will be a comprehensive technical audit of the existing website and its underlying code. We need you to: • Audit the existing PHP/application code. • Identify and fix existing bugs, errors, broken functionality and database issues. • Identify unnecessary plugins, scripts, queries or code affecting performance. • Review server/resource usage on Hostinger. • Optimize PHP, database queries, scripts, CSS and JavaScript. • Identify security vulnerabilities and potential attack surfaces. • Check for broken links, errors, failed forms and integration problems. • Ensure the website works correctly across desktop, tablet and mobile. • Improve the overall stability and maintainability of the codebase. A major priority is website speed. The website must load significantly faster, particularly on mobile devices, while reducing unnecessary server/database resource consumption. We want the developer to identify the actual causes of slow loading rather than simply installing a caching plugin. 2. SECURE DATABASE ARCHITECTURE & BACKEND ADMINISTRATION We need a properly structured, secure and scalable backend database. The database should be organized according to the different types of information collected by the organization, including students, examinations, institutions, payments, assessors/examiners, certificates, courses and related records. We require role-based access control, so different personnel only see and manage the information relevant to their responsibilities. For example: Administrator • Full system access. • User management. • System configuration. • Examination management. • Financial/payment oversight. • Database oversight. • Reports. • Certificates. • Courses and content. • Security and audit logs. Accounts / Finance • Payment records. • Transactions. • Invoices/receipts. • Student payment status. • Institutional payment information. • Financial reports. • No unnecessary access to sensitive examination information. Examinations / Invigilation • Examination scheduling. • Candidate examination records. • Exam keys. • Candidate status. • Examination sessions. • Invigilation-related information. • Examination results. • No access to unrelated financial or administrative data. Assessor / Examiner • Assigned candidates. • Examination submissions. • Assessment information. • Marking/evaluation. • Results. • Relevant examination records only. Registration / Certificates • Candidate registration information. • Eligibility/status. • Certificate records. • Certificate verification. • Certificate administration. The system should enforce least-privilege access, so users cannot access information outside their role. We also need appropriate: • Authentication. • Authorization. • Password security. • Session management. • Audit logs. • Database security. • Data encryption where appropriate. • Secure backups. • Protection against SQL injection. • Protection against XSS, CSRF and other common web vulnerabilities. • Secure file uploads. • Protection against unauthorized database access. • Protection against accidental data exposure. 3. EXAMINATION PLATFORM We already have an internal examination component that needs to be reviewed and significantly improved. The examination system should be: • Lightweight. • Fast. • User-friendly. • Secure. • Mobile responsive. • Easy for candidates to understand. • Easy for administrators and examiners to manage. A candidate should be able to use a unique Exam Key to access their examination. The desired workflow is: Candidate receives Exam Key → enters Exam Key → system validates it → secure examination environment opens in a new browser tab → candidate takes examination → system records the examination session → examination is submitted → results are processed according to the configured workflow. We need the developer to assess the existing implementation and determine the most secure and technically appropriate way to implement this. We also want appropriate examination security measures, including protection against unauthorized access to examination content and candidate records. If feasible within the architecture, we would also like appropriate invigilation/proctoring functionality to be considered. 4. AUTOMATED CERTIFICATE GENERATION Certificates should not require staff to manually create every certificate. The system should automatically generate a certificate when the configured requirements have been satisfied. For example: Candidate completes examination → examination is assessed/marked → candidate meets the required criteria → system records successful completion → after the configured processing period, the system automatically generates the certificate. The exact waiting period and certificate rules should be configurable by an administrator. Each certificate should have a unique identification/reference number and ideally a verification mechanism so that an employer, institution or third party can verify its authenticity online. 5. STUDENT REGISTRATION & CHECKOUT We want to simplify the entire student journey. If a person purchases an examination, the workflow should be something similar to: Select examination → create account/register → provide required candidate information → payment → payment confirmation → examination access/eligibility → Exam Key or examination instructions → examination → results → certificate. The exact workflow should depend on the service being purchased. We do not want customers being forced through unnecessary forms or complicated checkout processes. The checkout system should be: • Simple. • Fast. • Mobile-friendly. • Secure. • Integrated with the relevant payment system. • Connected to the user's account and database record. • Able to record payment status automatically. 6. INSTITUTIONAL / PARTNER REGISTRATION We also work with institutions and organizations. An institution should have a different registration pathway from an individual student. For example: Institution selects "Partner With AHEC" → completes institutional registration/application form → provides the information we require → application is recorded in the backend → appropriate internal staff are notified → institution can be reviewed/approved → institution receives the appropriate next steps. The system should collect different information depending on whether the applicant is: • An individual student. • An institution/partner. • An assessor/examiner. • Another professional/user category. 7. AI CHATBOT + WHATSAPP INTEGRATION We want an interactive customer-support and lead-generation system. The chatbot should be able to answer questions relating to information published on the website, including: • Examinations. • Courses. • Curriculum. • Certification. • Pricing. • Registration. • Eligibility. • Institutional partnerships. • Payment procedures. • Frequently asked questions. The chatbot should not simply be a generic AI chatbot. It should be connected to an approved knowledge source containing our actual AHEC information so that it provides accurate answers. It should also guide users toward the appropriate action. For example: User asks about an examination → chatbot explains the examination → identifies the appropriate examination → directs the user to registration → user creates account → proceeds to checkout/payment. We also want a WhatsApp interaction option, where appropriate, so that users can communicate with us through WhatsApp regarding website services and inquiries. We would like your recommendation on the best technical architecture for this. 8. E-COMMERCE / SERVICE-SPECIFIC CHECKOUT The checkout experience should change depending on what the customer is purchasing. For example: Examination purchase → Examination selected → Candidate account created → Required candidate information collected → Payment → Confirmation → Examination eligibility/access → Exam Key / examination instructions. Course/curriculum purchase → Course selected → User registration → Required information → Payment → Course access. Institutional partnership → Institution registration → Institutional information collected → Application submitted → Internal review/approval workflow. The backend should retain all relevant transaction and registration information. 9. SAM.GOV VERIFICATION We also want a prominent "Verify USA Approval" or similar verification button on the website. The button should direct users to the appropriate official SAM.gov record/page so that users can independently verify our organization and government registration information. The implementation should use the correct official SAM.gov information and should not create a misleading representation of government approval or certification. 10. SEO & SEARCH VISIBILITY SEO is also an important part of this project. We want the website technically optimized so that it has a strong foundation for ranking for relevant searches. This should include: • Technical SEO audit. • Site structure. • Metadata. • Page titles. • Heading structure. • Internal linking. • Schema/structured data where appropriate. • Sitemap. • Robots configuration. • Canonical URLs. • Image optimization. • Page-speed optimization. • Mobile optimization. • Search indexing issues. • Broken links/errors. • Keyword research. • On-page SEO. • Local/international SEO considerations. Our objective is to make AHEC significantly more visible when potential students, institutions and other users search for relevant examination, certification and training services. We are particularly interested in SEO that is supported by a technically fast, clean and properly structured website, rather than superficial keyword stuffing. 11. MOBILE EXPERIENCE The website must work exceptionally well on mobile. Please review: • Navigation. • Forms. • Registration. • Checkout. • Chatbot. • Examination interface. • Buttons. • Tables. • Candidate dashboard. • Payment pages. The experience should feel like a modern professional platform rather than a website that was simply scaled down from desktop. 12. SECURITY IS A CRITICAL REQUIREMENT Security is one of our highest priorities. The website and examination platform will handle potentially sensitive candidate, institutional, examination, payment and certification information. We therefore require a serious security review covering both the front end and backend/database environment. We want to minimize the risk of: • Data leakage. • Unauthorized database access. • Account takeover. • Examination-content exposure. • Unauthorized examination access. • SQL injection. • Cross-site scripting. • CSRF. • Insecure APIs. • Unauthorized file access. • Privilege escalation. • Session vulnerabilities. • Insecure payment workflows. • Accidental exposure of personal information. We also need appropriate backup and recovery procedures. We understand that no internet-connected system can honestly be guaranteed to be "100% secure." However, we expect the developer to implement industry-standard security controls and conduct a professional security audit/testing process to minimize vulnerabilities and data exposure. 13. HOSTINGER / SERVER ARCHITECTURE The existing platform is hosted on Hostinger using PHP. We want the developer to determine whether the current hosting environment is sufficient. If Hostinger is appropriate, optimize the application for it. If the current plan or architecture is insufficient, we want you to clearly explain: • What the limitation is. • Why it is causing the problem. • What upgrade would be required. • Whether another hosting architecture would be more appropriate. We do not want unnecessary hosting costs. 14. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE DEVELOPER We are looking for someone who can think beyond individual tasks. We need a developer who can understand the entire system and recommend the right architecture. You should be comfortable working with: • PHP. • MySQL/database architecture. • JavaScript. • HTML/CSS. • APIs. • Authentication and authorization. • E-commerce/payment integrations. • WordPress where applicable. • Custom PHP applications. • Examination/testing systems. • Security. • SEO. • Performance optimization. • AI/API integrations. • WhatsApp integrations. Strong custom PHP/MySQL experience is particularly important. If your experience is primarily WordPress/Elementor/Shopify without significant custom PHP application and database development, please state this clearly. 15. EXPECTED DELIVERABLES At the end of the engagement, we expect: 1. Complete technical audit report. 2. Identified bugs and errors resolved. 3. Improved website loading speed. 4. Optimized PHP/application code. 5. Optimized database structure and queries. 6. Secure role-based backend administration. 7. Improved student registration. 8. Improved institutional registration workflow. 9. Improved e-commerce/checkout process. 10. Improved examination platform. 11. Secure Exam Key access system. 12. Improved examination administration/invigilation functionality. 13. Automated certificate-generation workflow. 14. Certificate verification capability. 15. AI chatbot integration. 16. WhatsApp integration/lead pathway. 17. SAM.gov verification link. 18. Technical SEO improvements. 19. Mobile responsiveness improvements. 20. Security audit and remediation. 21. Backup/recovery recommendations. 22. Documentation of the system and administrator roles. 23. Recommendations for future scalability. IMPORTANT – PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS Before applying, please answer: 1. How many years of custom PHP/MySQL development experience do you have? 2. Have you built or maintained an online examination/testing platform? Please provide examples. 3. Have you designed a role-based database/backend system with different access permissions? 4. What is your experience with website security and database security? 5. Have you integrated payment gateways into PHP/WordPress/custom applications? 6. Have you implemented AI chatbots using APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar? 7. Have you integrated WhatsApp Business/API functionality? 8. How would you approach optimizing a PHP website hosted on Hostinger for speed and reduced server-resource consumption? 9. How would you protect examination questions, candidate data and examination results from unauthorized access? 10. How would you design the automatic certificate-generation and verification system? 11. What would you recommend for the database architecture and role-based access system described above? 12. Please provide 2–3 examples of technically complex projects you have personally developed, not just websites you have designed. 13. Are you comfortable beginning with a technical audit and then working through the project in milestones? SUCCESS CRITERIA The objective is not simply to make AHECGlobal.com look better. We want to transform the existing platform into a: FAST + SECURE + SCALABLE + SEO-OPTIMIZED + MOBILE-FRIENDLY + E-COMMERCE-ENABLED + EXAMINATION + CERTIFICATION PLATFORM that can support increasing numbers of students, institutions, examinations, payments and certificates without becoming slow, difficult to manage or insecure. We are looking for a developer who can take ownership of the technical architecture and help us build this properly for long-term growth.

Our site is using several plugins (listed below) and it looks to be slowing down our pages loading speed.
We are looking for ways to speed up the loading speed of uncached pages only (all frontend and backend pages), we already have caching solutions in place. The site is hosted on a VPS with sufficient ressources. You can test the page loading speed of our site here: https://kolekin.com/ The first page load of the site is always uncached (because we use a multicurrency plugin). You will work on a staging site first, then you will have to implement manually the changes on the live site when everything will be tested and approved. Important: the improvements in page speed should be measured in the browser inspect console (live vs. staging) in real world browsing scenarios, not on tools like Google Pagespeed, etc... Hi Ali,
I’d like to share a little more about what I’m looking for with VMG Handyman Services. My goal is to find someone who can become a **long-term SEO and WordPress partner**, with clear expectations from the beginning. I’ve outlined the project below, including the initial SEO foundation, ongoing SEO work, and the WordPress responsibilities. I’d appreciate it if you could take a look and let me know if this is a good fit for your experience. ### Initial SEO Foundation Phase **Timeline: Approximately 6 weeks** The initial phase would include: * Website SEO audit * Competitor analysis * Keyword research * Local SEO strategy * Website structure recommendations * Technical SEO improvements * WordPress implementation * Creation and optimization of initial priority pages * Internal linking * Schema markup * Formatting and publishing pages ### Ongoing SEO Plan The ongoing SEO work would include: * Continued SEO strategy * Approximately 2–3 quality SEO pages per month * Service pages * Location pages * Service + location pages * Internal linking improvements * Technical SEO monitoring * Local SEO improvements * Google Business Profile recommendations * Other SEO activities recommended to continue growing the website The long-term goal is approximately **40–50 quality SEO pages**, based on the actual keyword research and SEO strategy. If VMG Handyman later decides to significantly expand beyond this scope, increase the workload substantially, or add additional services outside the agreed plan, we can discuss a revised scope together. ### WordPress Responsibility My understanding is that you will handle both: * **SEO strategy** * **WordPress implementation** Including: * Page creation * Formatting * Optimization * Internal linking * Schema markup * Technical SEO improvements * Publishing the content/pages A separate WordPress developer would not be required for the agreed scope. Please take a look when you have a chance. I’d really like to hear how you would approach the project and whether you feel it would be a good fit for your experience. Thanks, Victor

**Role type:** Contract / project-based (with potential for ongoing work)
**Location:** Remote, U.S. time zone overlap preferred **Reports to:** Bernard Bonomo, Bonomotion Agency LLC ## About the project Bonomotion is a full-service video and photography production agency based in Miami. We're redesigning the homepage (and eventually additional pages) of our primary website, bonomotion.com, using a finished design reference for homepage - already built on a separate Squarespace site. (https://bonomotion.events) The new design needs to be implemented on our **existing WordPress site, which uses the Divi Builder.** This site currently holds real organic rankings — including a #1 position for one of our core service terms — built over several years. **Protecting that is a harder requirement than making the new design look good.** We're not looking for someone who will rebuild the homepage and hope nothing breaks. We're looking for someone who has done this before and can explain, in their application, exactly how they avoid breaking a live site's SEO during a visual redesign. ## Scope of work - Rebuild the homepage in Divi to match a provided design reference (screenshots, live reference site, and a written design specification will be provided) - Recreate two custom sections (a scrolling text ticker and a full-bleed image mosaic) using lightweight custom HTML/CSS in Divi Code modules — not additional plugins - Preserve the existing URL structure exactly — no slugs, paths, or page IDs change as part of this project unless explicitly discussed and approved in advance, with a 301 redirect plan if they ever do - Preserve existing title tags, meta descriptions, header tag (H1/H2) structure, and any existing schema markup, unless we've agreed in writing to change them - Self-host all fonts — no third-party font CDN (e.g., no live Google Fonts CDN calls) - Optimize all new images (proper compression, modern formats, lazy-loading on below-the-fold content) - Build and test entirely in a staging environment before anything touches the live site - Provide a rollback plan and a full backup before any production deployment - Verify Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Business Profile connections remain intact after launch - Flag — before making the change, not after — anything in the design that would require a URL change, a redirect, or a structural shift that could affect current rankings ## Non-negotiables - **No live-site edits without staging first.** Every change is tested in staging, reviewed, then deployed. - **No new plugins without approval.** Our current priority is reducing page weight, not adding to it. Custom-code sections in the Divi Code module are preferred over installing a plugin to achieve the same effect. - **Core Web Vitals must not regress.** We'll share current LCP/INP/CLS baselines before work begins; the finished redesign should meet or beat them. ## Required skills & experience - Proven, portfolio-verified experience building and customizing sites in the Divi Builder (not just WordPress in general) - Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript for building custom sections outside Divi's native modules - Practical, hands-on technical SEO knowledge: 301 redirects, canonical tags, meta tags, schema.org markup, XML sitemaps - Direct experience with Core Web Vitals and page-speed optimization (tools like PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix) - **At least one verifiable example of redesigning a live, already-ranking site without losing organic traffic** — this is the single most important qualification. Please describe your process for this specifically in your application. - Comfortable working from a written specification rather than free-styling the build ## Must Have Skills - Familiarity with local SEO / Google Business Profile management - Experience with WordPress performance tooling (caching, CDN setup, image optimization plugins) - Prior experience on a service-business or agency marketing site ## What we'll provide - A finished design reference (live site + screenshots) - A written design specification covering layout, modules, and performance budgets - A list of URLs that must remain frozen, with current ranking/traffic context - Access to a staging environment - Current site credentials and a technical SEO brief covering what must not change ## To apply Please include: 1. Two to three examples of Divi builds in your portfolio 2. One specific example of a redesign on a live, ranking site, and what you did to protect its existing SEO through the process 3. Your estimated timeline and rate structure (hourly or fixed project quote) for a homepage rebuild of this scope

I’m looking for an experienced Wix/Wix Studio Designer & Builder to take an existing website concept that is already about 85% defined and turn it into a polished, responsive, live website.
This is not a full redesign. The visual direction, brand colours, typography, layout, and references are already established. The current design exists primarily as images/references, and I need someone who can accurately translate that direction into a professional, editable Wix Studio website. What You’ll Do * Build the website directly in Wix Studio * Closely follow the supplied design direction and references * Create a polished, custom-looking website rather than relying on templates * Ensure the website is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile * Work with supplied SVG/vector assets * Pay close attention to spacing, typography, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency * Refine the design where necessary to achieve a professional final result * Make sure the site is clean, functional, and ready for launch There are also a few hand-drawn icons and map elements that need to be converted into proper vector assets. I may hire a separate illustrator for this, so illustration skills are not required. However, if you already work with a reliable vector illustrator, that would be a plus. Project Scope The homepage is the immediate priority. If the homepage is completed successfully and the collaboration works well, I’d like to continue with the remaining pages of the website. What I’m Looking For You should have: * Strong experience with Wix Studio * A strong eye for modern web design and visual details * Experience translating designs/references into accurate websites * Excellent responsive design skills * Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy * Experience working with SVG/vector assets * The ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Good communication and attention to detail Important This project is not a good fit if your approach is primarily selecting a Wix template and modifying it. I’m looking for someone who can build a custom, polished experience from the supplied design direction. To Apply Please send: 1. 2–3 Wix/Wix Studio websites you personally designed and built 2. A brief explanation of your role in each project 3. Your estimated timeline for completing the homepage 4. Your hourly rate or estimated project cost Please only share projects that you personally worked on, preferably websites that demonstrate strong custom design rather than template-based work. Looking to start immediately. If you have strong Wix Studio skills and enjoy turning established creative direction into polished websites, I’d love to hear from you.

I’m setting up a brand-new WordPress blog and need a developer who can take it from zero to launch. The site must revolve around a sleek, fully responsive custom theme that matches my branding and keeps page-load times low. A working comment section is essential so readers can engage straight away, and I’d like solid on-page SEO baked in from day one—think clean permalinks, meta data ready for editing, image alt tags in place, and any lightweight plugin configuration necessary to support those basics.
Please develop everything on a staging environment, give me a chance to review, then handle the migration to my live domain. Deliverables • Custom WordPress theme (mobile-first, packaged for future updates) • Configured comment section, tested for spam protection and UX • Initial SEO optimisation applied to the home page, sample post and core templates • Short hand-over guide so I can publish and tweak content confidently Clean code, clear communication and adherence to best practices will be the keys to a smooth hand-off. I have just taken our brand-new website live and my immediate priority is to push it onto the first page of Google. Before we touch paid media, I want a seasoned SEO specialist who can dive straight into optimisation.
Here’s what I have in mind: • Initial audit of the entire site, highlighting technical issues, content gaps and on-page weaknesses • Data-driven keyword research focused on phrases that will realistically move the needle for our niche • Implementation of all on-page fixes—titles, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, ALT tags, schema markup and page-speed tweaks • Technical clean-up: crawl errors, XML sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals and mobile usability • Clear off-page strategy, including a roadmap for acquiring high-authority backlinks without black-hat shortcuts • Weekly progress reports pulled from Google Search Console and any preferred tool such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz The end-goal is simple: measurable improvement in our Google rankings that gets us visible on page one. If you have a track record of achieving this and can outline a realistic timeline, let’s talk. Elementor Pro Website Designer & Developer — Custom WordPress Build
I own a U.S.-based Digital Marketing Agency and am looking for an experienced Elementor Pro website designer/developer to build a polished, modern WordPress website for an established local business. Website design is one of our core offerings, and we are looking for a new designer/dev for the project below. I am looking for a very specific combination of advanced Elementor Pro skills, strong visual design ability, performance knowledge, and an understanding of how website development and design impact SEO. This is not a branding, copywriting or SEO strategy project. Those elements will already be completed and provided. Project Scope: 10 page website built with Elementor. No e-comm. The layout will likely be: Home, About, Services (3 subpages), Trade, FAQ, Contact Us, Thank You (plus policy page) You will be provided with: A WordPress development site Final website content Content already structured and labeled for SEO Creative direction and inspiration websites Brand colors and fonts Logos and brand assets Professional photography/images WP-Optimize Premium Gravity Forms license You must have your own access to Elementor Pro during development. Any additional plugins, paid tools, third-party services or ongoing licenses must be discussed and approved before being added to the website. The completed site cannot remain dependent on freelancer-owned licenses or proprietary tools after handoff. Project Deliverables You will be responsible for designing and developing the complete website in Elementor Pro. The finished website should include: Polished, customized page designs Fully responsive desktop, tablet and mobile layouts Proper implementation of the provided SEO/content structure Clean and efficient Elementor structure Proper use of Elementor Global Fonts, Global Colors and reusable styles/components Properly resized and optimized web images Performance and page-speed optimization Functional navigation, links, buttons and Gravity Forms Cross-browser and device testing Basic accessibility best practices Final site-wide QA Clean, organized Elementor backend that my agency can easily maintain after handoff The site should be built efficiently without excessive containers, unnecessary widgets, excessive animation, plugin bloat or other practices that unnecessarily increase the DOM or affect performance. Elementor Templates & Kits I am open to discussing the use of templates, kits or pre-built components being used as a starting point when appropriate, but the finished website must be extensively customized. There should be no leftover: Placeholder or demo content Template pages Stock/template imagery Demo links or forms Unused sections Unnecessary global styles Unused templates or assets Template metadata or other remnants of the original design The finished website should look and function like a custom website, not a template with new content inserted. Design Expectations Strong visual design skills are extremely important for this project. I am looking for someone with a sophisticated, modern design aesthetic and an excellent understanding of: Typography Spacing Visual hierarchy Image placement Page composition Consistency User experience Responsive design You should be comfortable customizing Elementor extensively rather than being limited by the original structure or appearance of a template. Mobile design is particularly important. The mobile site should be intentionally designed and optimized, not simply left to Elementor's default responsive behavior. SEO-Conscious Development You are not responsible for SEO strategy, keyword research or SEO copywriting. That work is being handled by my agency. However, you must understand how website design and development can affect SEO. Content will already be structured for you, including the intended heading hierarchy. That structure must be preserved during development. This includes properly implementing H1/H2/H3 headings, semantic page structure, internal links and other provided SEO elements rather than changing them for visual purposes. Performance, mobile usability, image optimization and clean development are also important parts of the build. Performance & Image Optimization You should understand how to build Elementor websites with performance in mind. Images must be appropriately resized for their intended use, compressed and optimized for the web, including modern image formats when appropriate. The site should be optimized according to current Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed best practices, while recognizing that hosting and third-party services can also affect final scores. WP-Optimize Premium will be available for the project. Plugins & Custom Development Use Elementor's native functionality wherever reasonable rather than installing unnecessary plugins. Gravity Forms will be provided for website forms. Custom CSS or code is absolutely fine when it is the best solution, but it should be clean, organized and maintainable. Any additional plugin, premium tool or recurring expense must be approved before implementation. How We Will Work Together You will work directly and collaboratively with me, the agency owner. I will provide the website strategy, SEO-structured content, branding, assets and overall creative direction. I am involved in my website projects and value collaboration throughout the design and development process. At the same time, I am hiring you for your expertise. I need someone who can take the direction and materials provided and confidently translate them into a polished website without requiring step-by-step instructions for every design or development decision. I welcome creative and technical input. If you see a better way to approach a layout, improve user experience, optimize performance or solve a development issue, I want you to bring that expertise to the project. Communication, attention to detail and the ability to incorporate feedback are extremely important. Deadline The complete project must be finished within 30 days of the project start date. Delays may happen if the client does not provide assets on time. However, delays cannot be initiated on your end. This includes: Design and development Responsive/mobile optimization Revisions Performance optimization Testing Final QA Required Experience This is NOT an entry-level Elementor project. You should have advanced experience with: Elementor Pro Containers, Flexbox and Grid Elementor Theme Builder Global styles and design systems Responsive/mobile development Custom CSS when needed Clean, efficient Elementor development WordPress best practices Website performance optimization Core Web Vitals Image optimization Cross-browser/device testing I am looking for someone who combines technical Elementor expertise with strong design ability. Final Handoff & Ownership The finished website must be clean, organized and manageable within Elementor Pro so my agency can maintain and update it after completion. The website should not rely on freelancer-owned subscriptions, licenses or proprietary systems after handoff. Any custom work created specifically for this project will become the client's property upon final payment. Please do not outsource or subcontract this project. If this is for you, please: 1. Begin your response with the words Elementor Pro so I know you have read the complete project description. 2. Please also provide links to three LIVE Elementor Pro websites that you personally designed and developed. Briefly explain your role on each project. 3. Please do not send a general agency portfolio containing websites you did not personally design or develop. 4. Please only apply if you currently have the availability and capacity to meet this timeline. Consistent communication and steady progress throughout the 30-day project are expected. I am looking for a developer/designer who could potentially become a long-term resource for future agency website projects if this project is a good fit.

Two WordPress sites from different businesses need a clear, low-cost path to better visibility and faster loading. The focus starts with solid keyword optimisation: refreshing meta tags, headings, internal links, and any schema that will help the right search terms rank organically.
Equally important is shaving every unnecessary millisecond from the pages. I expect practical work such as smart caching, lightweight plugin selection, code minification, and any server-level tweaks that directly reduce page-load time without pushing me toward expensive hosting upgrades. Once the initial improvements are in place, I want light, ongoing support—small monthly check-ins to keep plugins current, monitor core Web Vitals, and adjust keywords as the businesses evolve. No paid-ad campaigns; organic gains should speak for themselves. When you reply, highlight relevant WordPress SEO and performance projects you have handled before and briefly outline the methods you lean on for keyword research and speed testing. A concise note on your experience is all that’s needed; proposals packed with fluff can be skipped. Description:
I'm looking for a part-time, ongoing BigCommerce specialist (Stencil theme) to own the health and performance of my ecommerce site, frozen-solutions.com. This is a recurring 20 hour/week engagement, not a one-off project. What I need done: The role runs in cycles: review the site (technical SEO, content, UX, conversion), recommend prioritized fixes with clear reasoning, then implement what's approved. Recurring work includes SEO health monitoring (broken links, missing meta descriptions, title tags, alt text, page speed, Core Web Vitals), product catalog data quality across a large multi-category SKU catalog, navigation upkeep, and conversion optimization. There's also a larger project to scope: migrating the primary domain from frozen-solutions.com (hyphenated) to frozensolutions.com (non-hyphenated) with a full redirect plan, done carefully so we don't lose SEO equity. I already have a written RFP with full scope, known site defects, and working method if you want the details. Skills required: Hands-on BigCommerce Stencil experience (not just Shopify/WooCommerce relabeled) Technical SEO: meta tags, canonical tags, schema, redirects, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals Experience managing large ecommerce catalogs (hundreds of SKUs, faceted search/filtering) Comfortable working independently against a prioritized backlog How I like to work: Backlog-driven, reviewed and re-prioritized every two weeks. Anything over 4 hours gets a quick estimate and my sign-off before you start. I want a short weekly written update (not a meeting) covering what was reviewed, recommended, implemented, and what's next. All theme/template changes get tested on staging first, never direct to the live site.

Location requirement: Must be based in the United States.
Estimated time: 3–5 hours. Please give your own time estimate after reviewing the site, before starting work. BACKGROUND My site's original homepage was built with its entire content stored as one giant HTML block — roughly 4.3 million characters — instead of using normal WordPress/Elementor page-building. About 91% of that size is 24 photos embedded directly as base64 text inside the HTML, instead of being properly uploaded as image files. This caused: the Elementor editor failing to load or requiring Safe Mode, PHP "memory exhausted" fatal errors, 503 server errors just trying to view or edit the page, broken/overlapping layout, and slow load speed likely hurting Google search ranking and Core Web Vitals. CURRENT STATE OF THE SITE (please read before starting) The live homepage right now is a temporary, simplified replacement (WordPress page ID 2125) I had rebuilt to stop the crashing. It's stable but simpler than the original design. The original, full-design homepage still exists at WordPress page ID 653. Its content is intact but currently unlinked and should not be visited or edited without a plan — the last direct load attempt returned a 503 server error. Please don't open it in the Elementor editor without a plan, as this can trigger the same crash. WHAT I NEED — OUTCOMES, NOT A STEP-BY-STEP 1. The original homepage (page ID 653) loads reliably and quickly, no crashes or errors, keeping its original design and content. 2. That page is live as the actual homepage, replacing the temporary one (page 2125). 3. The Services, Reviews, and Contact buttons in the navigation each take visitors to the correct section of the homepage. 4. The site is fast and healthy by Google's standards — good PageSpeed Insights scores, passes Core Web Vitals, mobile-friendly. Share before/after scores. 5. Please also ensure basic on-page SEO fundamentals aren't broken by these fixes (meta titles, alt text, page titles). Full SEO strategy is a separate future project — not in scope here. 6. Any other pages with the same underlying issue are identified and fixed, or flagged with a recommendation. 7. Nothing else on the site breaks — in particular, ~35 actively-maintained neighborhood/service pages should be untouched. ACCESS PROVIDED WordPress admin, SSH/WP-CLI, phpMyAdmin/direct database access, and hosting backups (UpdraftPlus + host-level automatic backups). A NOTE ON CAUTION This site has proven fragile to edit — please take a full backup before making changes, and use staging if your workflow supports it. I'd rather this take slightly longer than risk another outage. ADDITIONAL SCOPE — GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE FINDINGS Please also fold the following into scope: - 15 pages blocked with a 403 (access forbidden) error - 72 pages "discovered but not indexed" — more than double actual page count, suggesting duplicate or broken URLs - Some pages with redirect errors and 404s Before starting any work, please do a full review of the site (Search Console, the pages, the server) and provide one complete list of everything found that needs fixing, along with a time/cost estimate for the whole scope. Full details also attached as PDF.

I need a seasoned SEO partner to take full ownership of my site’s visibility and drive it to higher positions on Google. The goal is clear: improve organic rankings across the board, and I’m looking for complete support—on-page, off-page, and technical.
Scope of work • On-page SEO: fresh keyword research, refined metadata, content optimisation, internal-link sculpting, and schema implementation that aligns with Google’s best practices. • Off-page SEO: authority link building through white-hat outreach, digital PR, and backlink profile cleanup. • Technical SEO: full audit, page-speed fixes, Core Web Vitals tuning, mobile and crawl-ability improvements, and structured data validation via Google Search Console. Acceptance criteria 1. A baseline and follow-up ranking report that proves measurable gains for agreed-upon target keywords. 2. A technical audit document listing issues, actions taken, and post-fix validation. 3. Monthly performance summary from Google Analytics and Search Console showing organic growth. About the Project
Our website is a leading publication covering eCommerce fraud prevention, chargebacks, and payments. The site runs on WordPress using the WP News theme with WPBakery Page Builder, and it's time for a refresh. We're looking for an experienced WordPress developer (or developer/designer) to replace our current theme with a new, modern design that aligns with the branding we use across our other properties. We will provide brand guidelines — logo, color palette, typography, and reference examples from our existing branded materials. You'll design the new layouts from those guidelines and implement them on WordPress. This is a redesign of an active, content-rich site — not a new build. Preserving existing functionality, content, and SEO equity is just as important as the new look. Scope of Work 1. Design - Design new layouts based on our brand guidelines: homepage, article/post page, category/archive pages, resource pages, and standard pages (about, contact, advertise) - Fully responsive (mobile, tablet, desktop) - Design review/approval checkpoint before implementation begins 2. Implementation - Replace the current WP News theme with the new design - Propose your recommended approach — fully custom theme, child theme, or adapting a well-supported modern theme — and explain the trade-offs in your application - Migrate all existing content (several years of articles, pages, media) into the new theme with no data loss - Rebuild existing page layouts currently built with WPBakery (or migrate away from it if you recommend that — tell us your approach) 3. Functionality to Preserve The new theme must maintain all current site functionality, including: - Articles/news with categories, tags, and author pages - Resources section: reports and downloadable content, webinars, podcasts, vendor directory, job board, training/certifications listings - Newsletter signup and subscription integrations - Site search - Advertising placements/sponsor sections (banner zones must be preserved or improved) - Social media integration - Contact and article-contribution forms 4. SEO & Performance - Preserve URL structure and permalinks (or implement proper 301 redirects if any change) - Maintain metadata, structured data, and SEO plugin configuration - Improve Core Web Vitals / page speed over the current site No drop in search indexing — this is a hard requirement 5. QA & Launch - Staging environment for development and review - Cross-browser and mobile QA - Coordinated launch with rollback plan - Post-launch support window for bug fixes (please state what you include) - What We'll Provide - Brand guidelines: logo files, colors, fonts, and examples of our branding from other properties - WordPress admin and hosting access (staging) - A point of contact for prompt feedback and approvals -Full inventory of plugins and integrations at kickoff Timeline Target of approximately 4–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Please confirm feasibility in your application or propose an alternative timeline with reasoning. Ideal Candidate Strong portfolio of WordPress news/magazine/publisher sites — please include links Experience replacing or migrating themes on live, content-heavy sites without SEO or data loss Solid design sensibility, or a designer on your team, to translate brand guidelines into polished layouts Experience with WPBakery (and migrating away from it) is a plus Familiarity with performance optimization and Core Web Vitals Clear communicator in English, comfortable with async updates To Apply, Please Include 2–3 links to publisher/news WordPress sites you've designed or rebuilt, with a note on what you did Your recommended technical approach (custom theme vs. adapting an existing theme, and what to do about WPBakery) and why How you would protect SEO and existing content during the theme swap Your proposed timeline and milestone breakdown What your post-launch support includes Applications that don't address these points will not be considered. Please start your proposal with the word "Journal" so we know you've read the full description.
