We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer to refresh and modernize our existing WordPress website to better reflect our company's evolution.
Over the past year, our business has shifted significantly in both strategy and service offerings. We have refined our messaging, identified our target market, and have a much clearer value proposition. Now we need a website that communicates that transformation.
This is not a branding exercise from scratch. We have already completed the heavy lifting on positioning and messaging. Most of the website copy is either complete or in draft form; we're looking for a talented professional who can translate that content into a polished, modern website.
Our website is currently built in WordPress, but we are open to alternatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking someone who will:
• Redesign our existing WordPress website with a clean, executive-level, modern aesthetic
• Create a user experience that speaks to executive decision-makers and business leaders
• Organize and present our messaging in a compelling, easy-to-consume format
• Recommend page layouts, visuals, icons, graphics, and calls to action
• Improve overall flow and navigation
• Ensure the website is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Optimize for performance and SEO best practices
• Make recommendations on content placement, hierarchy, and conversion opportunities
SKILLS
• Demonstrated experience designing modern, high-converting websites for B2B businesses, consulting firms, or professional services organizations.
• Advanced WordPress design and development skills
• Strong UI/UX design capabilities with an eye for clean, executive-level, premium aesthetics.
• Ability to translate existing messaging and content into a compelling visual experience without requiring extensive copywriting.
• Knowledge of responsive design and optimization for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Understanding of SEO best practices, page speed optimization, and website performance.
• Strong visual design skills, including selection of imagery, icons, graphics, and layouts that reinforce the brand and messaging.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations and challenge ideas when appropriate.
• Ability to manage the project independently, communicate progress proactively, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
PROPOSAL REQUESTS
Please include the following in your proposal:
• Portfolio: Links to 3–5 websites you have designed and/or developed that best demonstrate your design style and experience with B2B, consulting, or professional services websites.
• Project Approach: A brief overview of how you would approach this project, including your design process, how you collaborate with clients, and how you ensure the final website aligns with business goals and target audiences.
• WordPress Experience: A summary of your experience designing and developing WordPress websites.
• Estimated Timeline: Your estimated timeline for completing this project, including availability to begin, key milestones and any assumptions that could impact delivery.
• Pricing Approach: Please describe how you typically price website redesign projects (fixed fee, hourly, milestone-based, etc.), along with a rough estimate for this project based on the information provided.

# Website Rebuild With Technical SEO, AEO, and Ranking Preservation
## Project Overview
Glow Medspa is seeking an experienced website developer and technical SEO specialist to rebuild our existing website from scratch.
This is not simply a website redesign. We need someone who understands how to migrate and rebuild an established website without losing existing Google rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, indexed pages, blog content, or domain authority.
The new website must be designed from the beginning with:
* Technical SEO
* Local SEO
* Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
* Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
* Conversion optimization
* Fast page speed
* Scalable content architecture
Our goal is to improve the website’s design, performance, conversion rate, search visibility, and ability to appear in AI-generated answers from platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other answer engines.
## Primary Objectives
The selected freelancer or agency will be responsible for:
1. Rebuilding the website with a modern, high-end, conversion-focused design.
2. Preserving our current Google rankings and organic traffic during the migration.
3. Retaining and properly migrating all valuable blog posts, service pages, location pages, images, metadata, and existing content.
4. Preserving existing URLs whenever possible.
5. Creating a detailed 301 redirect map for any URLs that must change.
6. Maintaining the value of our existing backlinks.
7. Improving technical SEO, site speed, mobile performance, crawlability, and indexation.
8. Structuring the site for strong local SEO across multiple locations.
9. Optimizing the website for AEO and AI-generated search results.
10. Creating a scalable structure for future services, locations, FAQs, educational content, and blog posts.
11. Ensuring the website is easy for our internal team to update after launch.
12. Tracking rankings, traffic, indexation, and technical issues before and after launch.
## Required Experience
Applicants should have demonstrated experience with:
* Full website rebuilds and SEO-sensitive migrations
* Preserving rankings during platform or website migrations
* Technical SEO audits
* Google Search Console
* Google Analytics 4
* Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Sitebulb, or similar tools
* Keyword mapping
* URL mapping and 301 redirects
* Canonical tags
* XML sitemaps
* Robots.txt configuration
* Schema markup
* Core Web Vitals
* Mobile-first development
* Local SEO
* Multi-location business websites
* AEO, GEO, and AI-search optimization
* Structured FAQ and educational content
* Medical, healthcare, medspa, beauty, or other regulated service businesses
Experience with medspa or healthcare websites is strongly preferred.
## AEO and AI Search Requirements
We are specifically looking for someone who understands that AEO involves more than adding FAQ sections.
The new website should be structured to help search engines and AI platforms clearly understand:
* Who Glow Medspa is
* What services we provide
* Where our locations are
* Which treatments address specific client concerns
* How our treatments work
* Who is a good candidate
* What clients can expect
* Why our business is credible and trustworthy
* How Glow Medspa compares with alternative treatment options
The project should include recommendations and implementation for:
* Entity-based site architecture
* Clear question-and-answer content
* Service and treatment schema
* LocalBusiness or MedicalBusiness schema
* FAQ schema where appropriate
* Organization schema
* Breadcrumb schema
* Review and aggregate rating schema where compliant
* Author and expert-review signals
* Treatment-specific educational content
* Internal linking between services, concerns, locations, FAQs, and blogs
* Content formatting that can be easily cited or summarized by AI platforms
* E-E-A-T and trust signals
* Consistent business information across the site
Applicants should explain how they approach AEO and GEO and how they measure progress. We understand no one can guarantee immediate rankings, so we are looking for a credible, evidence-based strategy rather than unrealistic promises.
## SEO Migration Requirements
Before development begins, we expect a complete inventory of the existing website, including:
* All indexed URLs
* Current page titles and metadata
* Existing rankings
* Organic traffic by landing page
* Backlinks pointing to specific URLs
* Existing blog posts
* Service pages
* Location pages
* Images and media
* Internal links
* Structured data
* Pages receiving meaningful impressions or clicks
Before launch, we expect:
* A finalized URL migration map
* A 301 redirect plan
* Metadata migration
* Content migration
* Internal-link review
* Canonical-tag review
* Schema implementation
* XML sitemap setup
* Robots.txt review
* Staging-site indexation protection
* Analytics and conversion tracking
* Google Search Console verification
* Technical crawl and quality assurance review
After launch, we expect:
* Immediate crawl and indexation monitoring
* Redirect testing
* Broken-link testing
* Search Console monitoring
* Ranking and traffic monitoring
* Core Web Vitals review
* Resolution of migration-related technical issues
* A defined post-launch support period
## Website Expectations
The new website should be:
* High-end and visually polished
* Appropriate for a premium medical spa brand
* Fast and responsive
* Mobile-first
* Easy to navigate
* Designed to convert visitors into consultations and appointments
* Easy for staff to update
* Secure and maintainable
* Built without unnecessary plugins or bloated code
* Scalable to additional locations and services
We are open to recommendations regarding the platform and technology stack, but the applicant must explain why the recommended platform is appropriate for SEO, AEO, performance, security, maintenance, and scalability.
## Expected Deliverables
Please include the following in your proposal:
* Existing website SEO and technical audit
* Content and URL inventory
* Keyword and page-mapping strategy
* Recommended sitemap and information architecture
* Website design and development
* Migration of existing pages and blog content
* URL preservation and redirect mapping
* Technical SEO implementation
* Local SEO structure
* AEO and GEO implementation
* Structured-data implementation
* Page-speed optimization
* Analytics and conversion tracking
* Pre-launch quality assurance
* Launch management
* Post-launch monitoring and support
* Documentation for our internal team
## What to Include in Your Proposal
Please answer each of the following:
1. Provide examples of websites you rebuilt without losing existing rankings.
2. What specific process do you use to protect organic traffic during a website migration?
3. How do you determine which URLs must remain unchanged?
4. How do you preserve backlinks when rebuilding a website?
5. How do you approach AEO and optimization for AI-generated search results?
6. What schema types would you recommend for a multi-location medical spa?
7. How would you structure service, concern, location, FAQ, and blog content?
8. What platform or technology stack would you recommend and why?
9. What tools do you use to benchmark rankings and traffic before launch?
10. How long do you provide post-launch migration monitoring?
11. Who will perform the work: you personally, your internal team, or subcontractors?
12. Provide an estimated timeline and a breakdown of project phases.
13. Provide either a fixed-price estimate or a detailed projected budget range.
## Important
Please do not apply if your primary experience is visual website design without technical SEO migration experience.
Generic proposals will not be considered. Begin your proposal with the phrase:
**“SEO-safe rebuild”**
This confirms that you have read the complete project description.
We are looking for a long-term partner who can build the site correctly, protect the value of our existing website, and help position Glow Medspa for traditional search and the future of AI-powered search.
I have just launched a brand-new travel website and need a specialist who can tighten up every technical element that influences search performance and, most importantly, the number of bookings that result from it. Crawling, indexing, page-speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, XML sitemaps, and mobile optimisation all need a close look. Any fixes you implement must ultimately translate into higher conversion rates rather than simply better keyword positions.
Please walk me through your recommended approach in a detailed project proposal: the audits you plan to run, the tools you rely on (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Lighthouse, etc.), the work sequence, and how you will measure improvements in both technical health and conversion metrics. If you also see quick wins in on-page or off-page areas, feel free to outline them, but the core mandate is technical SEO.
I’ll supply full access to the CMS, hosting panel, and analytics once we kick off. Looking forward to seeing a clear roadmap, realistic timelines, and past results that prove you can turn technical tweaks into tangible revenue for travel brands.

About Us
We are a fast growing personal finance media and education company. We run a top ranked podcast, a paid membership community, and a suite of digital products. Our audience is in the hundreds of thousands and our funnels get real traffic every single day.
We are consolidating our marketing stack into GoHighLevel. We need someone who lives inside GHL daily and can move fast without breaking things.
What You Will Do
Rebuild our existing Kajabi landing pages inside GoHighLevel, matching design pixel for pixel and improving conversion where you see opportunity
Build new funnels from scratch including opt in pages, sales pages, checkout pages, order bumps, upsells, and thank you pages
Set up forms, surveys, calendars, and the automation triggers connected to each funnel step
Connect email and SMS workflows, tags, and pipelines so leads route correctly
Install and verify tracking including GA4, Meta pixel, conversion events, and UTM structure
Handle domain and subdomain setup, DNS records, redirects, and page speed optimization
QA every page on desktop, tablet, and mobile before anything goes live
First Project Scope
Audit our current Kajabi pages and deliver a migration plan with a page by page map
Migrate our existing landing pages into GoHighLevel without losing traffic or breaking links
Build two new funnels from scratch based on wireframes and copy we provide
Deliver short Loom walkthroughs and basic documentation so our team can maintain the pages
You Are a Great Fit If You Have
Two or more years building inside GoHighLevel specifically, not just general page builders
A portfolio of live GHL funnels you can link to, with a clear note on what you built
A real understanding of direct response layout, page hierarchy, and how copy flows on a converting page
Comfort writing custom CSS and HTML inside GHL when the builder alone is not enough
The discipline to follow brand guidelines exactly on fonts, colors, spacing, and buttons
Strong async communication, realistic ETAs, and a track record of hitting them
Nice to Have
Hands on Kajabi experience, especially migrating off of it
Experience with membership platforms such as Skool or Circle
Background in the personal finance, education, or info product space
Basic design skills in Figma or Canva
Experience building GHL snapshots and running A/B tests
Project Details
Start date: immediately
Structure: fixed price for the initial migration, then ongoing hourly or monthly retainer for continued funnel work
Estimated volume: 10 to 20 hours per week to start
Long term potential: yes, we ship new funnels and pages every month
How to Apply
Please do not send a generic proposal. We read every application and we can tell.
Start your application with the word GRADIENT so we know you read this all the way through.
Then include:
Three live GoHighLevel funnels you built, with links and a one line note on your role in each
Your experience migrating pages off Kajabi or a similar platform
A short answer on how you would migrate roughly 20 pages without breaking existing links or losing traffic
Your rate and your weekly availability
Optional but appreciated: a 60 second Loom introducing yourself
We move quickly. If you are a fit, expect to hear from us within a few days.
I need a complete WordPress site built with the Avada theme . Avada is already licensed, so you can jump straight into installing the theme, importing an appropriate starter demo if helpful, and custom-tailoring it with Fusion Builder.
Primary focus
• The site revolves around detailed company information and our history, presented in a clean, professional layout that reinforces trust.
• On the homepage I want an eye-catching “About ” section followed immediately by clear, easily accessible “Contact Information.”
Look-and-feel
Brand colours, logo, and copy are ready to hand over. I’m looking for a modern, responsive design that loads quickly, follows SEO/GEO best practices, and works flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Please handle
• Theme installation and child-theme setup
• Page structure, navigation, and Fusion Builder layouts
• Basic on-page SEO/GEO (titles, meta, alt tags)
• Speed optimisation and security hardening
• Final walk-through so I can update content myself
Deliverables
1. Fully functional Avada WordPress site published on my host
2. Source files, child theme, and any custom CSS/JS
3. Short hand-over guide (PDF or doc) explaining how to edit sections, especially the About Us and Contact areas
Most of photos/texts are ready.
Let us know your cost and time required.

We're looking for an experienced Wix Expert who can design and develop a high-quality website that is visually appealing, fast, responsive, and optimized for user experience. This project is for someone who understands both the creative and technical aspects of building websites with Wix Editor and Wix Studio, and who can deliver a polished website that reflects modern design standards.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Wix website design, Wix website development, Wix redesign, Wix Studio, and responsive web design. We're looking for someone who can transform ideas into a professional online presence while maintaining clean layouts, excellent typography, strong visual hierarchy, and seamless navigation across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Your responsibilities will include designing custom page layouts, developing the website in Wix, improving the overall user experience, optimizing website performance, implementing SEO best practices, creating engaging landing pages, and ensuring the website is easy to manage after launch. Experience with Velo by Wix, custom forms, dynamic pages, CMS collections, animations, and third-party integrations is highly desirable.
We're particularly interested in professionals who understand conversion-focused design and can build websites that not only look beautiful but also help generate leads, increase engagement, and improve customer trust. Knowledge of UI/UX principles, branding, accessibility, page speed optimization, and mobile-first design will be a strong advantage.
Experience with Wix SEO, Wix CMS, Wix Business Solutions, Wix Booking, Wix Stores, Wix Blog, Wix Events, Wix Forms, and custom Velo development is a plus. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Framer is also welcomed if your workflow involves custom design before development.
This is a fixed-price project with a budget of $100. If the collaboration goes well, there will be opportunities for additional Wix website projects, website redesigns, landing pages, business websites, portfolio websites, eCommerce websites, and long-term maintenance work.
When applying, please include a brief introduction about yourself, links to your best Wix websites, whether you primarily use Wix Editor or Wix Studio, examples of any custom Velo functionality you've built, your estimated turnaround time, and why you believe you're a great fit for this project.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional work, communicates clearly throughout the project, and genuinely enjoys creating modern, high-performing Wix websites that combine outstanding design with reliable functionality.
We are a boutique travel advisory and hotel curation service and help travelers book trips. We're a small, fast-moving team. Everyone who works with us is expected to be detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of owning their work without hand-holding.
THE PROJECT
We are building a booking engine, and we want the frontend to be no-code, separate from our existing WordPress site. This is the primary focus of this engagement.
We're looking for a no-code platform that gives us, as a small agency, frontend code independence — meaning our team can make adjustments, iterate, and maintain the site without depending on a developer for every small change. On the backend, we need something robust enough to support API integrations and content with speed and quality, and that allows us to scale as the business grows.
You will be handed a fully interactive HTML prototype — built and signed off by the team — that defines every screen, every interaction, the look, the UI/UX, and every piece of copy. Your job is to implement it faithfully on the chosen platform. The scope of design ambiguity is very low. The scope of implementation quality is very high.
After the initial build is live and performing, the next phase will involve integrating a bed bank API for direct hotel booking functionality. Experience with API integrations is necessary.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Core requirements:
- No-code platform expertise — you are highly proficient in the platform you work with (e.g. Webflow, Lovable, Bubble, or similar). You build clean, well-structured projects that are easy to maintain.
- Pixel-perfect implementation — you follow a spec and deliver what's in front of you, not your interpretation of it. Small details matter to us.
- WordPress proficiency — our main site runs on WordPress. We'd value a contractor who can also manage and maintain a WordPress site competently, as a potential ongoing secondary responsibility once the no-code project is complete. This need to start ASAP.
- Custom code when needed — JavaScript or code as needed for the project flow.
- API integration experience — the booking engine must work beautifully across all devices and screen sizes, and integrate reliably with third-party APIs, with excellent speed.
- SEO best practices — you build with clean semantic structure, proper meta tags, alt text, sitemap, and page speed optimization in mind, so the platform is set up to rank well from day one.
- Speed and reliability — you communicate proactively, hit your deadlines, and flag problems before they become surprises.
Strong plus:
- Experience with travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sites — you understand booking flows, payment security, and know what good looks like.
- Technical SEO experience specific to travel/booking sites — schema markup for hotels and pricing, structured data, and site architecture for scale.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
This is not a design project. The design, copy, and UX are already defined. We are not looking for someone to redesign anything or offer creative direction unless specifically asked. We need a skilled implementer who can take a detailed spec and build it correctly.
This is also not a long-term salaried role — it begins as a project engagement. If the work is excellent and the relationship is good, there is ongoing work available managing and maintaining both the booking engine and our WordPress main site.
HOW TO APPLY
Please share:
- Your no-code platform portfolio and API integrations.
- A brief note on your experience with booking engines specifically.
- Your availability and rough timeline estimate for a project of this scope.
- Your hourly rate or project rate, whichever you prefer to work with.
- References from at least two past clients with public websites we can verify.
Your application will only be considered: (1) if it begins with a single sentence explaining why you are the right person for this specific project, (2) provides the two or more references mentioned above.
Client's questions:
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
Include a link to your GitHub profile and/or website
Please list any certifications related to this project

Our site is high-traffic and business-critical. The immediate priority is making it fully dynamic and genuinely self-serviceable. Whatever you build — theme sections, templates, landing pages — must be easy for our internal team to edit through the Shopify admin. We don't want to raise a dev ticket (or wait on you) every time a banner, headline, image, or section order needs to change.
Practically, that means:
• Content, copy, images, links, and layout options exposed as theme settings and section blocks — not hardcoded
• Templates built so a non-technical team member can duplicate them and build a new page or product page without touching code
• Clear, sensibly labelled settings in the customiser (no cryptic field names)
• Short handover notes or a Loom for anything non-obvious
Beyond that, you'll handle ongoing changes, new features, and improvements.
What we need from you
• Proven experience with high-traffic Shopify stores
• Strong grasp of industry best practices (performance, security, accessibility, maintainable code)
• Solid understanding of technical SEO — your work must never harm rankings (Core Web Vitals, structured data, clean markup, redirects etc.)
• A rigorous QA process so deliverables consistently match requirements the first time
• Fast turnaround — minimal lead time when we request changes or new features
How we'll work
Ongoing engagement (hourly or retainer). We'll start with a smaller task to assess quality, turnaround, and communication before scaling up. All major new pages, product templates & design request comes with the full XD file, so you'll have the complete spec up front.
To apply, please include:
Examples of high-traffic Shopify stores you've built or maintained
• An example of a theme section or template you've built that a non-technical client edits themselves
• A brief description of your QA process
• Your typical turnaround time for:
- small change requests
- new product pages
- landing pages
• Your availability and preferred communication setup
Client's questions:
A brief description of your QA process (approach to testing and improving)
An example of a theme section or template you've built that a non-technical client edits themselves
Your availability and preferred communication setup
• Your typical turnaround time for:
- small change requests
- new product pages
- landing pages
NAELORÉ is a premium demi-fine jewelry brand focused on timeless, elevated pieces with a clean luxury aesthetic.
This is not a basic Shopify setup project.
We're looking for an experienced Shopify designer/developer who can create a premium luxury e-commerce experience with a strong focus on user experience, conversion optimization, mobile performance, and clean design.
Our goal is to create an original shopping experience inspired by premium brands such as Cartier, Mejuri, Tilly Sveaas, and PDPAOLA. These brands are provided as inspiration for quality, presentation, and user experience—not for copying designs.
Assets We Will Provide
We will provide:
• Professional product photography
• Lifestyle/model photography
• Brand logo and brand assets
• Product information (materials, dimensions, care instructions, etc.)
• Product catalog and collections
• Existing branding and copy where applicable

• We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for premium design, user experience, and conversion optimization.
• We expect proactive recommendations and thoughtful problem-solving—not simply someone who builds exactly what's requested.
• Generic proposals, AI-generated applications, or proposals that do not answer the questions above will not be considered.
• Please keep all communication within Upwork until a contract is in place. Do not contact us via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, or any other platform regarding this project.
• Please begin your proposal with the word "NAELORÉ" so we know you've read the entire job posting.
I have already completed all branding, artwork, copy, and website planning for a children's book brand. I need an experienced Wix developer to build the website using my existing illustrations. No creative design is required—I'm looking for someone who can faithfully implement my vision.

Need speed optimization and yearly maintenance plan for my website performance
My website is heavy not sure why, already on cloud hosting
I care more about loading and navigation speed, than about only speed scores
We have plugins like Litespeed with hostinger and some work already done, but still heavy
Need it to be very fast as this affects bounce rates. Fixed and maintained:
Need yearly basic maintenance to fix any minor issues and to make sure my grocery woocommerce site is running smoothly
Mention your maintenance plan you usually offer clients and what it includes (I Attached a template I did)
When fixing an issue, i expect brief work summary log of what was done to keep track of work (where code was added, or if any plugin added/removed and such)
Start proposal with Hey there and send your maintenance template for faster shortlist
Client's questions:
Add woocommerce website that you maintain or optimize
I am currently wanting to start a website for my postpartum doula services. I already have a URL through porkbun. Convert a finished, high-fidelity Figma design into a live WordPress site.
Design style: editorial/magazine-inspired layout — illustration-heavy, high-contrast sections, custom spacing and typography (not a templated theme look)
Set up a gated content section (form-gated download/resource, likely via Elementor Pro forms or a plugin like OptinMonster/WPForms — open to your recommendation)
Ensure responsive behavior matches design intent across desktop/tablet/mobile

We're looking for an experienced Shopify Store Audit & Optimization Specialist to perform a comprehensive review of our Shopify store and identify opportunities to improve performance, user experience, conversions, and overall store health.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Shopify best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO fundamentals, site performance, and customer journey optimization. We're looking for actionable recommendations—not generic advice—and someone who can help prioritize improvements that will have the greatest business impact.
Responsibilities
Conduct a complete audit of our Shopify store.
Evaluate website design, layout, and overall user experience.
Review navigation, product pages, collection pages, and checkout flow.
Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Analyze mobile responsiveness and usability.
Assess site speed and performance.
Review Shopify settings, apps, and theme configuration for optimization opportunities.
Identify technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
Evaluate trust signals, product presentation, and merchandising strategy.
Provide a prioritized action plan with clear explanations and recommendations.
If qualified, implement approved improvements after the audit.
Hello web designers, hope this project finds you well?
This could be simply the best project ever! I am looking for an experienced web designer and SEO specialist to build a professional website for my business.
At the moment, I only have my logo. The successful freelancer will help me identify everything else needed to complete the project, including the website structure, required content, images, features, and any recommendations that will improve the final result.
As part of your proposal, please tell me what information you would need from me before starting. I would also like to see examples of similar websites you have designed, together with a brief explanation of why you would recommend a similar approach for my business.
The website should be modern, mobile responsive, fast loading, and easy for me to update in the future. User experience and conversion should be considered throughout the project.
SEO is equally important. I would like the website to be built with strong on page SEO from the beginning and include keyword research, technical SEO, metadata, internal linking, page speed optimization, and recommendations that can help the site begin attracting qualified visitors. My objective is to build a strong online presence that supports sales growth over the coming months and positions the business well for the end of Q3.
Please include the following in your proposal:
The information you would need from me.
Your suggested website platform.
Similar projects you have completed.
Estimated timeline.
What is included in your SEO service.
Any suggestions that would improve the project.
I am ready to start once I find the right freelancer and will be reviewing proposals carefully.

Build a corporate website for Torfs (belgian shoe retailer) in WordPress, fully responsive. Main website is Torfs.be but we would open TorfsFashionFamily.com.
3 languages: Dutch, French, English (multilingual setup — WPML or Polylang, your recommendation welcome)
We have completed our first acquisition as a group, and the site needs to reflect this growing multi-brand structure with a dedicated tab/section per entity:
Torfs — the founding/core brand
The Brands of Torfs — overview of the brands under the group (e.g. Laurent David, Milo & Mila, ..), one overview page with short description per brand
TLGB (The Little Green Bag) — our most recent acquisition, its own dedicated section
A central News & Press hub that can host all group-level content in one place: press releases, acquisition announcements, and updates from individual brands (e.g. the launch of the new Laurent David site) — should be flexible enough to keep adding future acquisitions/brands without restructuring the site
Additional core pages: Homepage, About Us + Vision & Mission on one page, Press (to publish all releases), Investor profile, Careers/Vacancies (link naar jobs), Contact (simple form)
Clean, modern design comparable to the reference site — brand-agnostic, premium, warm tone (not overly corporate to comply with our warm family culture) within basic Torfs design
Design should feel like a "family of brands" — visually tie the individual brands together while giving each brand its own presence
Basic SEO setup (meta tags, sitemap, page speed optimization)
GDPR/cookie consent compliant (EU/Belgian requirements)
CMS structure that lets our internal team easily add new brands, press releases, and vacancies without developer help — this is important since the brand portfolio is expected to keep growing

We're a small independent book publisher. We've traded on Shopify since 2022 with over 10,000 orders and a few hundred reviews. Until now our catalogue has been digital; we're expanding into physical books; paperbacks and hardbacks, sold both individually and as six-volume slipcased sets. Our current store was built around low-priced digital downloads and doesn't present a physical catalogue well.
We're looking for one designer/developer (or a small studio) to handle both the design and the build.
We need a conversion-focused store that doesn't look like one. We've been considering Shrine Pro for its built-in upsell and cart tooling, but we want that tooling applied with restraint; editorial typography, generous imagery, no countdown timers or gamified popups. It should read as a publisher rather than a dropshipping store. If you think a different theme gets us there more cleanly, tell us which and why.
We have directional mockups to share. They set the visual direction but need finishing properly by a designer.
**Scope**
1. Theme selection, setup and custom styling
2. Home page
3. Two product page templates — physical (specification panel, contents list, format options, frequently bought together, bundle pricing) and digital (file details, instant delivery)
4. Cart drawer with free-shipping progress, plus a free digital item automatically attached when a physical set is added. This needs to survive express checkout, and digital delivery must trigger on payment rather than on fulfilment in mixed physical/digital carts
5. Blog rebuild; index organised properly, plus a long-form article template with sticky contents rail, summary block and author pages. Article and BreadcrumbList schema throughout
6. Collection structure and megamenu navigation, keeping the physical and digital ranges separate. Around 14 physical collections planned
7. Google Merchant Center and Shopping feed setup for the physical range
8. Migration with redirects, preserving existing product reviews
9. Core Web Vitals and mobile performance pass
We want to keep/add sticky add to cart, cart drawer upsells, quantity and bundle breaks, frequently bought together, purchase notifications using real order data only.
We don't need things like countdown timers, live visitor counters, spin-to-win, generic trust-badge rows.
Fixed price, around $2,500, though negotiable for the right proposal, within reason.
In your proposal, please include examples of your previous work. Also, please do not use AI to form your application, this will be noticed and likely ignored.
Client's questions:
Please share two or three live Shopify stores you've worked on. For each, tell us whether you did the visual design, the development, or both.
Which theme would you recommend for this project and why? If you'd use Shrine Pro, name the built-in features you would disable for a publisher brand and explain your reasoning.
Would you be able to start right away? We need to be live and operational by end of August.
It's very important our website is mobile optimised? And achieves very high speed scores do you have experience with speed optimisation?

I need a WordPress generalist to go through my site and handle a short list of small fixes and housekeeping items. This is a quick, well-defined task — not an ongoing project — so please only apply if $10 works for the scope below.
Scope of work:
Update outdated plugins and WordPress core (with a backup taken first)
Check the site for broken links and fix or remove them
Fix 1–2 small visual/CSS glitches (details shared once hired)
Basic optimization check (unused plugins, obvious clutter)
Deliverables:
Confirmation that updates were applied safely (with backup)
Short list of what was fixed
Requirements:
Solid general WordPress troubleshooting experience
Careful with backups before making changes
Comfortable with a small, fixed-budget scope — no scope creep expected on either side
