This is a part-time, remote role (minimum 20 hours per week) combining social media management with administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing Support
Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and Facebook
Write engaging, on-brand captions and content
Edit short-form and long-form video content (reels, clips, recaps)
Design branded graphics using Canva (Adobe Suite a plus)
Support promotion of workshops, speaking engagements, and launches
Track engagement metrics and assist with performance reporting
Administrative Support (Under Senior Administrative Assistant Direction)
Provide administrative support as assigned by the Senior Administrative Assistant
Assist with calendar coordination, scheduling, and meeting logistics
Support client communications and internal follow-ups
Help maintain CRM systems and client records
Assist with document organization, workflow tracking, and SOP updates
Support logistics for events, workshops, and speaking engagements
Assist with basic website updates and internal systems support
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, social media, or marketing roles
