I’m looking for a YouTube SEO Manager with proven results in fast channel growth, monetization, and retention optimization.
My channel focuses on cinematic emotional storytelling, true stories, and human dilemmas. I need an expert who understands US audience psychology and can deliver measurable improvements in views, watch time, CTR, and overall channel authority. The goal is rapid monetization (2–4 months) through advanced SEO, high‑impact titles, emotional keyword research, optimized descriptions, and strategic thumbnail analysis.
I’m not looking for generic SEO or AI‑generated templates — only candidates who can show real case studies, analytics screenshots, and past success with storytelling or narrative‑based channels. If you can increase views, boost retention, grow a US audience, and build a strong content strategy that drives consistent performance, you’re the right fit.
Job: 1 long video and 3 Shorts per week.
After monetization goals are reached and strong performance is consistently achieved, there will be an opportunity to transition into a full Channel Manager role with expanded responsibilities and higher weekly compensation.
I’m looking for an automation specialist who can build a fully streamlined social‑content workflow for my media/entertainment brand.
Just to make you aware I am willing to keep my options open to anyone that can come up with the simplest workflow,
I am looking for this workflow done with automation for animated content also
The goal is simple:
I want to drop an idea into Google Sheets and automatically receive platform‑ready content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X — without manual editing or uploading.
What I need built
Google Sheets input system
A simple dashboard where I can enter:
a raw content idea
an emotion or tone
a status field that triggers generation
AI caption + text generation
Automated creation of:
character‑accurate captions
short text overlays
platform‑specific hashtags
Auto‑rendering into templates
My character assets, backgrounds, and text should be injected into pre‑built templates to output:
9:16 vertical videos/images
1:1 square versions
Tools can include Bannerbear, Canva API, or similar — I’m open to your recommendation.
Auto‑publishing pipeline
Finished assets + captions should automatically queue to:
TikTok
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
X
Buffer, Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools are fine.
Deliverables
A complete, end‑to‑end automation workflow
A Google Sheets dashboard that triggers content generation
Connected rendering + publishing pipelines
A small SOP or walkthrough video so I can operate it easily
I am looking for an experienced social media growth strategist with a proven track record of growing personal brands organically through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skill set to interpret data and develop effective growth plans. Experience in organic growth strategies is essential, and familiarity with platforms like Twitter/X and Facebook is a plus.
# 3D Character Artist Needed to Create a Game-Ready GLB Model
We are looking for an experienced 3D character artist to convert one of our original **Fuzzie Friends characters** into a polished, game-ready 3D model.
Fuzzie Friends is a children’s entertainment brand with friendly, colourful characters designed for young children. We will provide clear reference images of the selected character.
The final model will be used in a **tablet/iPad game**, so it must retain the personality and visual identity of the original character while being properly optimised for real-time use on mobile devices.
## Scope of Work
* Recreate the supplied 2D character as a complete 3D model
* Match the character’s shape, proportions, colours, facial features and overall personality as closely as possible
* Create clean, animation-friendly topology
* Optimise the model for use in a tablet/iPad game
* Create clean UV mapping and textures
* Apply appropriate materials while keeping the model lightweight
* Test the model from all angles and correct any visual or technical issues
* Export and deliver the final character as a working **GLB file**
The character has a soft, furry and friendly appearance. We are not looking for individual simulated hair strands or a heavy groom system. The fur should be translated into a stylised, mobile-friendly solution that works reliably inside a game engine and exports correctly to GLB.
## Required Deliverables
* Final game-ready `.glb` file
* Editable source file, preferably Blender
* All texture files
* UV layout
* PBR texture maps where applicable
* Model with applied scale, clean transforms and correct orientation
* Optimised mesh suitable for tablet and mobile performance
* Confirmation of polygon/triangle count and texture resolutions
* Commercial usage rights for the completed model
Rigging and animation are not required for the initial assignment unless discussed separately. However, the model should be created with future rigging and animation in mind.
## Technical Requirements
* Efficient polygon count for a mobile/tablet game
* Clean topology with sensible edge flow
* No unnecessary hidden geometry
* No broken normals, overlapping UVs or missing textures
* Materials and textures must display correctly after GLB export
* Avoid unsupported shaders, complex procedural materials or effects that cannot be included in a GLB file
* The final model must look consistent in standard real-time lighting
## Ideal Freelancer
* Strong experience creating stylised 3D characters
* Experience with game-ready and mobile-optimised models
* Good understanding of Blender and the GLB/glTF workflow
* Able to accurately translate a 2D character into 3D
* Experience with children’s characters, mascots, creatures or soft/furry characters is a plus
* Communicates clearly and is comfortable sharing work-in-progress previews
## Workflow
We would like to review the project in several stages:
1. Basic 3D shape and proportions
2. Character details and facial features
3. Colours, textures and materials
4. Optimisation and final GLB export
Please do not complete the entire model before the basic shape and proportions have been approved.
## When Applying
Please include:
* Relevant examples of stylised 3D characters you have created
* Examples of game-ready or mobile-optimised models
* The software you use
* Your estimated polygon count and texture resolution for this type of character
* Your expected delivery time
* Your fixed-price quote
* Whether rigging can be added as a separate follow-up assignment
Please start your proposal with the words **“FUZZIE 3D”** so we know you have read the complete description.
This first character may lead to additional assignments, as we have several Fuzzie Friends characters that could eventually be converted into consistent 3D game assets.

Hi
We are looking for a social media manager to grow the online presence of Silver Man, an independent electronic music artist (trip hop / downtempo / cinematic), and my label, 3 Bar Fire Records.
My latest single, "Paint Me in Gold," just picked up playlist adds, radio plays and curator coverage — I need someone who can turn wins like this into consistent, professional content instead of me posting sporadically.
**Role — Hourly, Ongoing**
This is billed hourly, Workload is naturally uneven across the year:
- Most months: **~4 hours/month** — a few posts per week using my own scenic video footage
- Release months (roughly 3 months per year, since I currently release 3 singles annually): **~9 hours/month** — turning playlist adds, radio plays and press into content
**Core Tasks**
- Create and schedule posts/Stories/Reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube
- Turn playlist adds, radio plays, reviews and milestones into engaging content
- Create simple graphics and short-form video using Canva/CapCut
- Write captions and maintain a content calendar
- Tag curators, playlists, radio stations and collaborators
- Engage with comments/relevant accounts and suggest growth ideas
**Requirements**
- Experience managing social accounts for a music artist or label
- Strong English writing skills (clear and natural, not salesy)
- Canva/CapCut or similar design skills
- Understanding of independent music promotion
- Comfortable with a variable hourly workload — light most months, busier around 3 release windows a year
**Bonus:** graphic design experience, familiarity with SubmitHub/playlist curators, and prepared to contact the odd existing industry contact (managers, agents, labels)
**To apply, please include:**
1. Examples of music/artist accounts you've managed
2. Examples of posts or videos you've created — and artwork/graphics if you have it
3. Whether you have experience with SubmitHub/playlisting or industry outreach
4. A short idea of how you'd promote a track that's just gained playlist and radio support
Initially there will be some additonal set up time and also we are straight into as we have a few online magazine features and 4 x playlists plus radio play to promote imminently.
Put "Gold" at the top of your proposal so I know you read this.

Looking for a Podcast / Media Outreach Specialist to support the September 16, 2026, launch of an upcoming crime-comedy thriller.
I am not looking for someone to produce a generic contact list, marketing audit, or standalone strategy document. I need someone who can identify well-matched podcasts, YouTube shows, book media, entertainment platforms, author interview outlets, and niche audiences—then personally conduct the outreach and follow-up.
About the Book
*Men Will Be Boys* is a Las Vegas crime-comedy thriller series blending dark humor, crime, friendship, fast money, and bad decisions with the pacing and energy of a streaming television series.
The author is also a U.S. Air Force veteran, providing an additional angle for carefully selected veteran-focused outlets.
This Project
This will begin as a focused two-week paid pilot with a fixed budget of $200. If the pilot demonstrates strong execution and generates legitimate interest or momentum, there may be an opportunity to extend the work into a larger 30-day launch campaign.
The book’s marketing foundation and creative assets already exist. This assignment is focused on targeted research, customized pitching, active outreach, follow-up, and organized reporting.
Two-Week Pilot Deliverables
During the $200 pilot, the selected freelancer will:
* Research and qualify 10–15 highly relevant podcasts, YouTube shows, media outlets, or interview platforms
* Provide a brief explanation of why each target fits the book, author, or intended audience
* Develop 2–3 strong and usable pitch angles for the most relevant outlet categories
* Write and send personalized outreach to the approved targets
* Complete at least one professional follow-up for each target where timing permits
* Track targets, contact information, pitch angles, outreach dates, responses, follow-ups, and current status
* Provide documentation showing that the agreed outreach and follow-ups were completed
* Promptly communicate any warm responses, interview interest, media requests, or potential opportunities
Ideal Targets
* Author interview and book-focused podcasts
* Crime, thriller, and fiction podcasts
* Comedy and entertainment podcasts
* Las Vegas-focused media and cultural outlets
* BookTubers and literary YouTube channels
* Independent media and publishing platforms
* Pop-culture and storytelling shows
* Black author and independent-author platforms
* Veteran-focused media outlets when the author’s background is relevant
Success Measurement
Success will not be measured by the number of emails sent.
The pilot will be evaluated based on:
* Relevance and quality of the selected targets
* Strength and personalization of the pitches
* Completion and documentation of active outreach
* Professional and timely follow-up
* Quality of responses and conversations generated
* Warm interest, interview requests, media opportunities, or other legitimate launch momentum
Podcast bookings and media coverage cannot be guaranteed within two weeks. However, the freelancer must complete and document the agreed research, pitching, outreach, and follow-up.
Requirements
Please apply only if you have direct experience with podcast outreach, media pitching, author or book publicity, entertainment PR, or launch campaigns.
You must personally conduct the agreed research and outreach unless another arrangement is disclosed and approved in advance.
Generic templates, scraped contact lists, mass email campaigns, and paid placements without prior approval are not acceptable.
When Applying
Please include:
* One specific podcast, interview, or media opportunity you personally helped secure
* The name of the outlet, the pitch angle used, and the result
* Relevant author, book, entertainment, or publicity campaigns you have worked on
* A brief explanation of your process from research through follow-up
* Confirmation that you can research 10–15 qualified targets, send personalized pitches, complete follow-up where timing permits, and provide documented proof of execution during the $200 two-week pilot
The $200 budget is for the initial two-week paid pilot—not the potential full 30-day campaign. This pilot must prioritize active execution and outreach, not a standalone strategy document, marketing audit, or contact spreadsheet.
Client's questions:
Describe your outreach process from research through follow-up. Include a specific example of a podcast, media placement, or interview opportunity you successfully secured and how you got it.
Provide one specific example of a podcast, interview, or media opportunity you personally secured for an author, book, or entertainment client. Name the outlet, explain the pitch angle, and describe the result.
Based on the description of Men Will Be Boys, identify three types of shows or outlets you would prioritize and explain why.
What exactly would you deliver during the $125 two-week test—including the estimated number of researched targets, personalized pitches, and follow-ups?
Will you personally conduct the research and outreach, or will any portion be delegated to another team member?

Sales & Marketing, Lead Generation & Telemarketing
We're hiring a part-time outreach agent to grow the affiliate program for Modacity, a subscription music practice app, by contacting content creators and inviting them to become paid affiliates.
What you'll do:
Use Freshsales (CRM provided), to manage outreach to a target list of creators. Send personalized outreach messages inviting people to join our affiliate program (25% commission on qualifying subscriptions)
Run follow-up sequences, answer basic creator questions, and help people get set up with their affiliate link and promotional content
Report weekly on: outreach sent, response rate, affiliates signed, and any blockers
What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in cold outreach, sales development, lead generation, or affiliate/partnership outreach (any industry is fine — music or affiliate-specific experience is a plus but not required; we'll brief you on anything you need to know)
Comfortable working in a CRM (Freshsales)
Strong written English — you'll be writing outreach that feels personal, not templated
Self-directed: we'll give you a playbook and a target list; you should be comfortable running outreach independently with light weekly check-ins
Structure:
Part-time, 10-15 hrs/week to start
$13-15/hour, plus commission on affiliates signed and/or revenue generated
Starts as a paid trial (~20 real leads, results reported back), followed by a 30-60 day part-time contract if it's a good fit, with potential to extend long-term based on performance
To apply, please include:
A brief note on your outreach/sales/lead-gen experience (2+ years required)
A sample cold outreach message written specifically for the creator profile below — not a generic template:
Creator profile: Independent piano content creator, ~49K Instagram followers, ~4.5K TikTok, ~6.5K Facebook, small YouTube presence, has her own website, appears to manage her own content (not agency-run).
Task: Write a first-touch cold outreach message (email or Instagram DM — your choice) inviting her to join our affiliate program (25% commission on qualifying subscriptions).
Generic, copy-pasted, or clearly templated applications will not be considered — we're specifically evaluating how you tailor a message to a real creator profile.

Sales & Marketing, Lead Generation & Telemarketing
Social Media Content Editor + Coordinator (ongoing, part-time) for an independent country/Americana artist
Who you'd be working with
Hi! I'm an alt-country and Americana artist based in Australia. I write the songs, I shoot the footage, I show up on camera, and honestly I run most of the machine myself... which is exactly the problem. I've got a whole album campaign rolling out and I need a real human to help me turn the raw stuff I film into a steady stream of posts that actually go out on time.
This is not a job for an agency or a "growth hacker". It's a job for one clever, reliable person who loves music and gets what it means to help an artist look after their little world online.
The gig in one sentence:
I film/photograph it, you edit it and draft the captions, I approve, and you schedule it. That's the loop, however I am also after someone to work with me in the long term, so suggestions & edits are welcome.
What you'd actually do each week:
* Send me a short "film these this week" list (5 or so ideas) tied to my content pillars and what's coming up, so I can shoot it all in one batch (don't stress I'll have a massive list of ideas to pick from!!)
* Edit my raw footage into short-form video (TikTok first, then Instagram and Facebook)
* Draft the captions in my voice and drop them in for me to approve before anything goes live
* Schedule the approved posts in Metricool at the right times
* A little light admin: keep the content calendar tidy and give me a nudge when a deadline is coming up.
I keep the strategy, the songwriting stories, the on-camera bits and final approval on everything. You give me my hands back.
What I absolutely need from you:
* You've worked with a PERSON, not a business. An artist, a musician, a creator, a solo founder... someone real. I'm not a brand with a marketing department, I'm one woman and a guitar, and I need someone who understands that world. Please show me examples of individual people you've helped, not corporate feeds.
* You get music. Ideally country, Americana, folk or the indie artist scene. You should watch this kind of short-form content for fun and be able to spot a format worth borrowing. If you can't tell a Kitchen Table Session from a tour vlog, this isn't the one.
* Reliable over flashy. Consistent posts that never miss beat clever ideas that show up late.
* Confident editing short-form video and comfortable in a scheduler like Metricool.
The hard no's
No AI. None. Not for captions, not for video, not for "ideas", not for anything. I want a human brain and human hands on my content, full stop. If your process leans on AI tools, we're not a match, and I will ask about this.
No redoing my strategy. It's built and I love it. I need it run, not reinvented.
No buying followers, engagement pods, or dodgy growth tricks. Ever.
Send me:
* How many hours per week you think this will take you
* Two or three examples of short-form video you've edited, ideally for an individual artist or creator
* A quick note on the music you love and any artists you've worked with
Can't wait to meet you.
xo Gretta

⭐️ About Us ⭐️
OVRDRVE is a paid advertising and marketing agency working primarily with clients in the spiritual and transformational events space; think retreats, workshops, and conferences with well-known speakers.
We run the full funnel: strategy, creative, copy, and media buying, and we're looking for a media buyer to own execution and optimisation across client ad accounts.
⭐️ What You'll Do ⭐️
- Build and launch campaigns from finalised creative briefs, ad copy, and headlines
- Structure test/scale campaigns using both CBO and ABO, based on client budget and campaign stage
- Identify winning ad angles/creatives and apply scaling strategies to increase performance
- Optimise live campaigns every 3–5 days: analyse performance, adjust budgets, pause underperformers, suggest new creatives to explore based on top performers
- Feed performance data back into creative briefs for the next iteration cycle
- Work across multiple ad accounts and pixels for different clients simultaneously
⭐️ What We're Looking For ⭐️
- Proven experience running paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram); Google Ads or TikTok Ads experience a plus
- Solid understanding of CBO vs ABO structures and when to use each
- Comfortable reading pixel/conversion data and making budget decisions off it, not just platform recommendations
- Experience with event, launch, or webinar funnels is a strong plus (cart-open/cart-close dynamics, evergreen vs live launch)
- Familiarity with GTM/CAPI server-side tracking setups is a bonus
- Clear communicator, you'll be reporting performance directly to us and depending on skills an expertise, maybe clients too
- Available for ongoing work, not a one-off project
⭐️ How to Apply ⭐️
Tell us about your media buying experience, if you've worked with a similar client base, and your approach to media buying. Include any relevant account performance screenshots (client names can be redacted).
Client's questions:
Have you run ads for event, launch, or webinar-style funnels?

Are you comfortable managing multiple ad accounts for different clients at once?
Can you share 2–3 examples of past account performance (screenshots are fine, client names redacted)?
How do you decide when to turn off an underperforming ad vs let it run longer to gather data?

Promo should accomplish one or more of the following:
Capture attention within the first few seconds.
Showcase the excitement of a live performance.
Position opera as welcoming and accessible to new audiences.
Build excitement and urgency.
Encourage viewers to purchase tickets.
WE'LL PROVIDE
Creative brief and content outline
Copy/text to include

STYLE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Sophisticated, polished, and engaging.
Designed to appeal to both seasoned arts patrons and first-time opera attendees.

Strong visual storytelling, purposeful motion, and compelling typography.

Custom creative that reflects our brand.
Design with accessibility in mind, including readable font sizes, sufficient color contrast, and text that is easy to read on mobile devices.
Text and important visual elements within platform-safe areas so they are not cropped in feeds or ads.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERABLES
The initial submission should substantially meet the approved creative brief and project specifications. Up to three rounds of revisions are included to refine the deliverable; revisions are not intended to redesign a concept that does not follow the agreed requirements.
Payment is due only after the promo meets the project specifications and is approved for publication. If the deliverable does not meet requirements after the included revision rounds, the client may reject the milestone and terminate the contract without further payment.
Payment is for completed, approved deliverables—not time spent working on a project.
TO APPLY
Please include:
2-3 examples of promos (using stills, videos, or graphics, or combination) you've created that focus on events, entertainment, performing arts, or similar. These examples MUST be currently showing on a Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube account.

Client's questions:
Describe briefly how you would approach creating a promo for an opera company that appeals to people who don't normally attend opera.

We are seeking an experienced 3D product visualization and animation artist to create photorealistic marketing assets for Sonar Sentinel, a patent-pending marine electronics product designed for anglers using forward-facing sonar.
The product is a motorized, boat-mounted sonar turret system. A detailed engineering CAD assembly already exists, along with a functional 3D-printed prototype. The selected artist will use the CAD model to accurately represent the intended production product in multiple real-world fishing applications.
The purpose of this project is market validation. The finished assets will be used on a product landing page and in targeted advertising to measure customer interest at the anticipated retail price.
This is not a product-design or CAD-engineering assignment. The product is already designed. We need someone who can convert engineering CAD into polished, commercially effective CGI while maintaining dimensional and mechanical accuracy.
PROJECT SCOPE
The initial project is expected to include:
One photorealistic hero image showing the product installed on a center-console fishing boat
Use-case images showing the product on a bass boat, fishing kayak, and fishing PWC
Several clean product renders, including transparent-background PNGs
One visual illustrating the direction or coverage of the forward-facing sonar beam
A short CGI product sequence
Editing of real working-prototype footage supplied by us
One approximately 45–60-second market-validation video combining real footage, CGI, text, and motion graphics
Horizontal 16:9 and vertical 9:16 versions
High-resolution final stills suitable for website and advertising use
The real prototype footage will demonstrate that the product functions. The CGI will communicate the intended production appearance and illustrate additional use cases that are difficult or expensive to film.
We understand that the final number and complexity of scenes may need to be adjusted to remain within the project budget. Applicants are encouraged to recommend the most effective deliverable package for market validation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected artist will:
Import and prepare an engineering CAD assembly for visualization
Apply realistic production materials and finishes
Maintain accurate product proportions and mechanical operation
Source or create commercially licensed marine-environment assets
Create realistic boat, kayak, PWC, water, lighting, and outdoor scenes
Animate approved product movements
Composite CGI with supplied prototype footage
Add clean motion graphics, labels, and feature callouts
Help establish a concise storyboard before production
Provide review renders at agreed milestones
Deliver organized source files and final exported assets
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Applicants should have demonstrated experience with:
3D product visualization and product animation
Importing STEP, IGES, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar engineering CAD
Hard-surface mechanical or consumer-product rendering
Photorealistic materials, lighting, and compositing
Outdoor, automotive, boating, marine, or water environments
Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, or a comparable workflow
Commercial advertising and product-launch content
Video editing and motion graphics
Experience with marine products, boats, fishing equipment, or technical product animations is strongly preferred.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Product geometry must remain consistent with the supplied CAD.
The project cannot rely primarily on AI-generated video.
Any stock models, footage, textures, music, or other assets must include appropriate commercial licensing.
Final source files must be included.
We require full commercial usage rights for the completed work.
The selected freelancer must sign a confidentiality and intellectual-property agreement before receiving the complete CAD assembly.
PROJECT STRUCTURE
Milestone 1 – Paid Test
Create one finished photorealistic scene showing Sonar Sentinel installed on a center-console fishing boat.
This test will evaluate product accuracy, mounting realism, materials, water, lighting, overall quality, and communication.
Milestone 2 – Final Still Images
Complete the agreed use-case scenes, product renders, transparent images, and sonar-direction graphic.
Milestone 3 – Animation and Video
Complete the agreed CGI animation, edit the supplied prototype footage, add motion graphics, and deliver the finished horizontal and vertical videos.
BUDGET
The maximum fixed-price budget for the complete project is $1,500, including the paid test milestone.
Please provide:
Separate pricing for the paid test
Your proposed deliverables within the $1,500 total budget
Any recommended scope adjustments that would produce the strongest market-validation assets within this budget
HOW TO APPLY
Please include:
Two or three examples of your most relevant product-visualization work.
At least one example created from engineering CAD.
Examples involving vehicles, boats, water, outdoor environments, or mechanical products, if available.
The software and workflow you would use.
Your proposed price for the paid test image.
Your proposed deliverables within the $1,500 total budget.
Your estimated schedule.
Confirmation that editable source files and commercial usage rights are included.
A brief explanation of how you would maintain consistent product geometry across the still images and animation.
Please begin your proposal with the words “Sonar Sentinel” so we know you have read the complete project description.

* Building a pipeline of quality sponsorship opportunities
* Reaching out to brands consistently
* Booking meetings with potential partners
* Negotiating sponsorship agreements
* Creating long-term relationships with companies

This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who understands digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or selling digital products.
The Opportunity
I am offering up to 40% commission on verified sales generated through your marketing efforts, with the possibility of additional performance bonuses based on sales milestones.
The e-book is priced at approximately $10 and focuses on my personal journey, lessons, and experience building income through online work and remote business.

- Making money online
- Freelancing and remote work
- Starting an online business
- Financial independence

- Influencer partnerships
- Content creation

I am especially interested in someone who already has an audience, network, or experience in the online business, finance, freelancing, or entrepreneurship space.

Compensation
- Up to 40% commission on verified sales
- Additional performance bonuses may be available for reaching agreed-upon sales milestones

2. Platforms or audiences you currently have access to
3. Experience promoting digital products or e-books
4. Your proposed strategy for generating sales
5. Examples of previous results, if available
6. How you would approach the first 30 days
Please submit a specific proposal rather than a generic marketing response.
If you can help connect this e-book with the right audience and generate measurable sales, I am willing to reward strong performance and build a long-term partnership. This version is probably the best balance: short enough that people will actually read it, but detailed enough to attract serious marketers rather than random applicants.
Looking for a Podcast / Media Outreach Specialist to help promote an upcoming crime-comedy thriller book launch.
I am not looking for someone to build a generic contact list. I need someone who can identify the right podcasts, YouTube shows, book media, entertainment platforms, author interview outlets, and niche audiences — then actively pitch, follow up, and help secure real conversations, warm replies, or interview opportunities.
About the Book
Men Will Be Boys is a Las Vegas crime-comedy thriller series that blends dark humor, crime, friendship, and bad decisions with the pacing of a streaming TV series.
This Project
This will begin as a focused 2-week test project. If the work shows real movement and results, there may be an opportunity to extend into a larger 30-day launch campaign.
Deliverables
* Develop strong media and podcast pitch angles
* Build a targeted outreach list of the most relevant opportunities
* Write and send personalized outreach messages
* Track outreach, replies, follow-ups, and status
* Follow up professionally and consistently
* Help secure interview opportunities, warm responses, media interest, or other legitimate promotional opportunities
Ideal Targets
* Author interview podcasts
* Crime and thriller podcasts
* Comedy and entertainment podcasts
* Las Vegas-focused media outlets
* BookTubers and literary YouTube channels
* Independent media platforms
* Pop culture and storytelling shows
* Veteran-focused media outlets (when relevant)
Success Measurement
Success will not be measured by the number of emails sent. Success will be measured by the quality of opportunities generated, warm responses received, interview invitations secured, and overall momentum created for the launch.
Requirements
Please apply only if you have experience with podcast outreach, media pitching, author/book publicity, entertainment PR, or launch campaigns.
When applying, please include:
* Examples of podcast appearances or interviews you have helped secure
* Relevant outreach or publicity campaigns you have worked on
* Results achieved from those campaigns
* A brief description of your outreach process from research through follow-up
Generic mass-email strategies are not what I am looking for. I am looking for thoughtful, targeted outreach that creates genuine opportunities and conversations.
The $125 budget is for the initial two-week paid test, not the full 30-day campaign. The test should prioritize execution and active outreach—not a standalone strategy document.
Please specify how many thoroughly researched targets, personalized pitches, and follow-ups you can realistically complete during the $125 two-week test.

About us
We're a venture-backed startup building the redemption rail that lets loyalty programs (banks, hotels, premium concierges) offer sports tickets and premium experiences to their members. We work with major ticketing platforms, official hospitality providers, premium brokers, and pro teams directly - F1, NFL, NBA, MLB, EPL and more. We're live with our first distribution partners and scaling supply fast.
The role
You'll own the day-to-day operations of our inventory supply chain - the layer between our inventory partners (ticketing platforms, hospitality providers, teams) and our product/engineering team that publishes that inventory to our distribution partners.
The partners are largely signed. Your job is making their inventory actually flow: onboarded, ingested, priced, published, refreshed, and merchandised around the sports calendar.
What you'll do
Partner onboarding: run technical onboarding with new inventory partners - confirm checkout flows, fulfillment processes, feed formats (CSV/API), refresh cadence, support escalation paths. Chase open questions to closure.
Inventory operations: load and maintain partner feeds, verify pricing and availability, filter overlapping listings, flag stale inventory before a member hits a sold-out event.
Publishing: get the right inventory live on our distribution partners' storefronts — deciding what to list, when, and at what recommended price.
Hot deals curation: monitor the market for inventory priced meaningfully below public rates and package it into time-boxed deals.
Calendar-driven merchandising: plan inventory pushes around the sports calendar — season openers, playoffs, F1 race weekends, marquee events (Masters, All-Star, Super Bowl).
Partner communication: be the operational point of contact for supplier questions on orders, fulfillment, and escalations.
You're a fit if you
Know US sports cold - schedules, seasons, playoff formats, what makes an event hot. You should know off the top of your head why the second week of October matters.
Have 2+ years in operations involving ticketing, live events, travel, ecommerce marketplaces, or inventory/supply management.
Are ruthless about follow-up. Much of this job is driving open integration questions with partners to resolution.
Are comfortable in spreadsheets and CSV data; can spot a pricing or availability error in a feed.
Communicate clearly with both business partners and engineers.
US-based with availability during ET business hours.
Nice to have
Ticketing industry experience (broker, team box office, marketplace, primary ticketing).
Experience with inventory/feed management (CSV pipelines, marketplace listings, or similar).
Familiarity with premium hospitality (suites, VIP experiences, hospitality packages).
Concierge or luxury travel background.
To apply
Answer these in your proposal (applications without them will be skipped):
Name one live event in the next 90 days where you'd expect premium ticket prices to drop close to event date, and why.
Describe a time you managed inventory, listings, or supplier data feeds. What broke, and how did you fix it?
What's your availability across ET business hours?
Start with the word "KICKOFF" so we know you read this.
Looking for someone with experience in AI for handing our marketing and outreach and leadgen flows.
Tasks include:
- generating relevant and useful content using AI
- Create , optimize and manage funnels using AI
- well versed in using AI agents for fast development and full automation.
- fast learner and passionate about the work.

Title: Sales / Business Development Closer: Sell Branded Educational Content & Customer-Education Programs (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Read the "to apply" section before responding and don't use AI, we can tell.
About us
Phronesis Growth Labs is a full-stack learning studio. We design and produce world-class educational content for great brands: cinematic video, courses, certifications, and complete customer-education programs, combining expert instructional designers with our own AI-accelerated production studio. We help companies teach the market: turn products into adoption, and audiences into customers. We've delivered at enterprise scale (including 29 courses for Adobe in a single year) and produce for world-class brands. See the work: phronesisgrowthlabs.com
The role
We're opening a sales/BD seat to grow our services business. You'll sell branded educational content and customer-education programs to the teams that fund them: marketing, product marketing, customer education, brand/content, and enablement. You own outreach, discovery, and closing. We give you a strong product, a real portfolio, and sales materials; you bring the hustle and the close.
You'll:
Prospect and open conversations with Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Education / Academy, Brand & Content, and Enablement leaders
Run discovery calls and translate needs into scoped engagements (we support you on scoping)
Manage your pipeline and close mid-market and enterprise deals
Build relationships that turn into renewals, expansions, and referrals
You are:
An experienced B2B closer from agency, media, content-marketing, video production, or eLearning services: someone who sells to marketing and education buyers, not just HR
Comfortable with consultative sales cycles and $50K+ deal sizes
Self-directed, organized, and excellent on a call
Bonus: an existing network in marketing, customer education, brand, or corporate training
Compensation:
$3,000/month base (90-day pilot, then ongoing)
10% of first-year contract value, uncapped, paid as clients pay, plus renewal residuals
Accelerators for strong performance; real six-figure upside for the right closer
To apply: In your proposal, tell me about one content, media, or education services deal you closed: the client, the value, and how you got it over the line. Applications without this will be skipped.

If you are a manager, or an agency that is going to pitch me a €5,000/month backlink package please don’t respond.
I will do some tactical, high-impact backlinking to build a baseline of trust, but burning a mountain of cash on links is NOT my strategy.
I need a high-level SEO Architect and Growth Expert. A pure strategist who knows how to engineer massive traffic under brutal market conditions.
Our website will cover breaking gaming news, trending internet culture, and viral Reddit curations.
I don’t care about the competition. We will deliberately be targeting highly saturated keywords and competitive news topics bringing out breaking news as fast as possible.
Your mission is to architect the technical, structural, and algorithmic strategy to match the giants and capture our goal of 100k+ daily views anyway. Yes I’m crazy… but I’m looking for someone ever crazier.
Your Mission:
Algorithm Manipulation: Map out the exact technical layout, speed frameworks, and indexing triggers (Google News API/IndexNow) to force Google Discover and Google News to push our content over higher-authority sites.
Semantic & Entity-Based Architecture: Design article structures. (Maybe gamingbible.com angle?) Schema markups, and topical graphs that allow our site to rank for saturated keywords.
Lean Authority Strategy: Design a minimal, highly efficient, and cost-effective digital PR/backlink blueprint that builds the necessary E-E-A-T without blowing the budget.
System Operations: Outline the exact technical setup, content velocity requirements, and user-retention mechanisms needed to sustain 100k daily pageviews.
Who You Are:A battle-tested SEO Architect who has successfully helped scale media/entertainment sites. A systems thinker who views "saturated niches" and "low link budgets" as optimization problems, not excuses.
A professional who understands algorithmic mechanics (CTR thresholds, Discover feed triggers, entity mapping) inside and out.
To Apply:
Do not send a generic copy-paste cover letter. Answer these two questions directly:
What is your exact strategy for making a site rank or hit Google Discover for a highly competitive, saturated news keyword?
How do you architect a lean, cost-effective backlink strategy that provides maximum authority with minimal spend?
