Hi, I need to finish a business plan for my startup. We have all the content but has been written in different documents and the original plan from 2020 needs to be updated. So is a bit of a Frankenstein with over 130 pages. It is a complex holding structure with several sub-companies underneath, but all the content is available. So is mostly about having the eye to cut and paste, re-write, re-fresh, and understanding where what segment belongs to inside a complex business plan.

(1) Mend and turn the Frankenstein doc e.g. Product Strategy, Marketing Strategy, etc. into a coherent business plan
(2) And needs research and re-freshing in some areas e.g. market analysis, etc. from the plan from 2020

We are a European game server hosting provider, focused on the EU / Benelux market, serving mainly Minecraft and multiplayer gaming communities.
Our audience is young, dynamic gamers (teenagers & young adults). The infrastructure and product are solid — now we want to boost conversions through better UX, CRO, and messaging.
We are looking for an experienced CRO / UX / Marketing specialist who understands gaming audiences, not corporate SaaS.
Scope of work
You will focus on analysis and advice only. No development is required. We have internal technical resources and will handle all implementation ourselves.
What you’ll do
Full CRO and UX audit of our website.
Identify conversion blockers such as trust issues, lack of clarity, friction, and pricing perception.
Analyze user behavior using existing data from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (session replays and heatmaps).
