The site will be organized by breed—Sphynx, Persian, Ragdoll, Maine Coon—allowing owners to find products suited to their cats' specific needs. We have a comprehensive creative brief with clear brand positioning, visual direction, and target audience.
What We Need
We're looking for a designer-developer who can both design and build a custom Shopify site. You should be equally comfortable creating beautiful mockups and writing clean code. The site should feel warm but elevated—think Aesop, Parachute Home, Mejuri, not mass-market pet stores. Clean, modern, premium, mobile-first, fast-loading, and easy to navigate with breed-specific sections.
Your Role
You'll be responsible for the complete process: translating our creative brief into visual design mockups, getting our approval on the design direction, then building the fully functional Shopify site. We need someone who understands both the aesthetic and technical sides equally well.
Deliverables
Design mockups for homepage, shop page, product page, about page, and supplier application page in desktop and mobile views. Once approved, you'll build the custom Shopify theme from the ground up. This includes a home page, shop page with breed filtering, product pages, an about page, a supplier application page with form, and a user feedback mechanism. The site must be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile. E-commerce setup should include payment processing and shipping integrations, along with basic SEO optimization. We expect at least two to three rounds of revisions on both design and build phases.
Breed Navigation Structure
The site needs to support breed-specific shopping experiences. We're considering two approaches: URL paths like archr.luxury/sphynx and archr.luxury/persian, or subdomains like sphynx.archr.luxury and persian.archr.luxury. We're open to your recommendation on the best UX approach based on your experience with SEO, user experience, and technical implementation.
What We Provide
We'll provide a comprehensive creative brief that covers brand story, positioning, tone, and visual direction with specific aesthetic references. The domain is already secured at archr.luxury. We'll handle all content and copywriting, as well as product information and images from our suppliers. We're responsive communicators and will provide prompt feedback throughout the process.
Ideal Candidate
You're a true hybrid: equally skilled at design and development. You have at least three years of experience designing and building Shopify sites, with a portfolio showing luxury or boutique e-commerce work—fashion, lifestyle, home goods, or similar categories. You have a refined aesthetic sensibility and can interpret mood boards and visual references. You're proficient in design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, and you write clean, efficient code for custom Shopify themes. You don't rely on pre-made templates. Excellent English communication is required, and understanding of drop-ship or marketplace business models is a plus.
How to Apply
Your proposal should include a portfolio with two to three live e-commerce sites where you handled both design and development. Show us the design mockups and the final built sites. Explain briefly how you'd approach the breed navigation structure and your overall design and development process. Provide an estimated delivery schedule with milestones for both design approval and development phases, your proposed fee and what it includes, any questions you need clarified about the project, and at least one client reference we can contact.
What We're Not Looking For
Please don't apply if you're only a developer looking for someone to provide designs, if you're planning to use a pre-made template with minimal customization, if you can't show both design work and built sites in your portfolio, or if your approach doesn't align with the level of quality we're aiming for.
Next Steps

This isn’t a plug-and-play setup job. We need someone who will dig into our data, understand what our customers are asking for, and design automations that feel personal and helpful—not robotic.
What You’ll Do
Phase 1: Discovery & Strategy (Week 1)
∙ Analyze our existing customer messages and conversation patterns across Instagram/WhatsApp
∙ Identify the most common customer questions, pain points, and conversion blockers
∙ Map out our customer journey and pinpoint where automation adds the most value
∙ Propose a prioritized automation roadmap with clear reasoning for each flow
Phase 2: Implementation (Weeks 2-4)
∙ Build and configure ManyChat flows based on approved strategy
∙ Integrate with our Shopify store using APIs for order tracking, product recommendations, etc.
∙ Set up personalization and segmentation based on customer behavior
∙ Create fallback flows for handling edge cases gracefully
∙ Test all automations thoroughly before launch

We are Earth Protex, a new materials technology company developing circular materials solutions for the textile and fashion industry. We develop and sell fibers, yarns, and finished fabrics built from multiple yarns/fibers and multi-component constructions. We operate primarily under a contract manufacturing model, working with external mills that produce to our specifications.
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Creator ERP developer to design and implement a production-grade ERP layer that integrates tightly with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory (already implemented or in progress). This system must connect product development, sourcing, sampling, quality control, inventory/receiving, and financial visibility end-to-end.
Phase I is focused entirely on contract manufacturing workflows and management reporting. Phase II (not part of this scope) may later include shop-floor/MES functionality. The Phase I data model must allow Phase II expansion without rework.
IMPORTANT: We will ONLY consider candidates who have already built complex ERP systems in Zoho Creator with real Bill of Materials and product assemblies. If you cannot demonstrate this experience, please do not apply.
Core requirement
A master “Development or Sales Order” object that originates from Zoho CRM (customer opportunity) or is created internally (R&D). This is the parent record tying together BOM/spec versions, sampling, purchase orders, QC/testing, receiving, invoices, landed costs, and profitability.
Phase I functional requirements
1. Master Development/Sales Order
Lifecycle status, ownership roles, full timeline view. Parent for procurement, QC, sampling, inventory, and finance.
2. Procurement
One master order to many purchase orders. Each PO has its own supplier/mill, estimated vs confirmed quantities, planned vs actual dates, pricing assumptions, and status. Early estimates must convert cleanly to confirmed production.
3. Invoicing and payments
Partial invoices, multiple invoices per PO, advance payments, and balances. Invoice posting to Zoho Books/Inventory must be configurable and gated by receiving and/or QC approval. Full traceability across PO lines, receipts, QC, invoices, and accounting entries is required.
4. Product data, BOMs, and version control
Link to existing Zoho Inventory SKUs, while allowing development items to later convert into SKUs. Support complex assemblies with multiple yarns/fibers per product, each with attributes (count, type, composition, color, mill). Full version control and auditability of BOM/spec changes is mandatory.
5. Sampling and logistics
Track inbound supplier samples and outbound samples to customers/labs, including dates, courier info, tracking numbers, and status. All linked to the master order and visible in a timeline. Relevant updates synced back to CRM.
6. Quality control and testing
Record test data (pilling, shrinkage, bursting/tearing strength, etc.) with method, results, pass/fail, source, and report links. QC status must act as a configurable gate for production release, shipment approval, and invoicing.
7. Receiving and inventory
Stock-in to Zoho Inventory only when QC conditions are met. Visibility into planned vs actual quantities, dates, and mill performance.
8. Costing and profitability
Track base costs and additional fees (testing, freight, surcharges, etc.) per PO. Roll up costs per master order and product. Estimated vs actual variance, invoice reconciliation, and alignment with inventory valuation are required. Output must show true order-level profitability across multiple POs and invoices.
9. Governance and reporting
Roles, approvals, audit trails (especially for BOM and cost edits), and reporting by customer, supplier, product category, development status, QC pass rate, lead time, and cost variance. Management dashboards are required.
Out of scope for Phase I
Internal shop-floor execution, labor/machine tracking, barcode scanning, and detailed internal WIP. Architecture must allow these later.
Technical expectations
Strong Zoho Creator architecture, Deluge scripting, many-to-many modeling, and deep integration with Zoho CRM, Books, and Inventory. You must explain integration choices, error handling, and data consistency strategy.
Deliverables
Implementation proposal with data model and workflows, working Zoho Creator app (prototype to production), integrations and gating logic, dashboards, and full documentation/handover.
What to include in your application
Relevant Zoho Creator ERP examples (screenshots or descriptions). How you model BOM/versioning, QC gating, partial invoicing, and cost rollups. Known Zoho limitations and how you work around them. Project plan with milestones and estimated budget range (build vs integration).

Project Scope:
You will transform rough sketches, dimensions, and material requirements into a factory-ready Tech Pack.
Key Design Challenges:
• Material Integration: Designing the transition between a high-absorption textile (terry cloth) and a low-friction synthetic (400D Nylon).
• Integrated Ballast: Creating secure, reinforced housing for two 0.5lb weighted masses within the leading edge of the product.
• Functional Geometry: Defining a tapered/diamond-shaped profile to ensure symmetry and aerodynamic stability during transport.
• Stitch Engineering: Specifying reinforced seams (e.g., bartacking or heavy-duty topstitching) at high-stress points where weights meet fabric.
Deliverables:
1. Technical Illustrations: Detailed 2D CAD drawings (front, back, and detail views).
2. Bill of Materials (BOM): Specific callouts for fabrics, threads, and hardware.
