Tracking. GA4 and Google Ads conversion tracking firing correctly on form submits and bookings, tested with a real booking before launch, plus a thank-you page that records the conversion.
SEO basics. Editable page titles and meta descriptions, a clean XML sitemap, schema markup (LegalService, Attorney, FAQ, Video, Breadcrumb; I’ll supply the JSON-LD if needed), one H1 per page, compressed images with alt text.
Speed. Strong mobile Core Web Vitals scores.

We would like the hero video to play on mobile as well. Could you test how it loads, plays and is cropped on a phone? If it does not work well, we will use a still image on mobile instead.

Languages
The site launches in Dutch only. In the future we will add a German and an English version, which should connect to a .de and a .com domain. These versions are not part of this project, but please set up the site so they can be added later without rebuilding it. Could you tell me how you would arrange this in Wix?

We sell engravable charms and pendants, and we engrave them in-house on a laser. Our current Product Customizer app setup is confusing customers and costing us sales. I want to replace it with an engraving experience where customers can design their piece and see it before they buy.

Scope: our "Engraveable Charms" collection (9 products, around 72 variants).

What customers should be able to do:
- Type text (names, dates, short messages), with a font choice and character limits per charm
- Upload handwriting, such as a photo of a handwritten note from a loved one
- Add a paw or nose print, either by uploading a photo of a print or by choosing "send me a free ink print kit" and sending it in later
- Upload an image or symbol, or pick from a set of icons
- Draw directly on the pendant right in the builder
- Engrave the back on charms where that's possible. Most charms allow it, but a few don't, so this needs an on/off setting per product.
- See a live preview of their design on the actual charm, front and back, before adding to cart

Pricing: add-on pricing per option (for example, handwriting upload is currently +$30, and the back side is extra). Prices need to be easy for me to change without a developer.

Order output (important): each order needs to come through clean and ready for production:
- every engraving detail clearly labelled on the order
- uploads attached at full resolution
- ideally a ready-to-engrave file (SVG or vector) for our laser (easy to upload and edit in Canva)
