Responsibilities / Deliverables

Build the Course Structure

Create modules + lessons based on provided outline

Add lesson descriptions and learning objectives (provided or lightly edited)

Upload and Embed Content

Upload/organize videos, PDFs, downloads

Ensure clean formatting, consistent naming, and a polished learner experience

Assessments & Rules

Create module quizzes (pass threshold: 80%)

Create final exam (pass threshold: 85%)

Configure completion rules (must complete all lessons + pass assessments)

Certification Setup

Configure certificate issuance upon completion

Add required Code of Conduct acknowledgement gate before certificate unlock (we’ll provide language)

QA + Launch Readiness

Test as a student and admin

Fix navigation issues, broken links, formatting inconsistencies

Deliver a final “ready to launch” version + brief admin walkthrough notes

Platform

Preferred: Thinkific or LearnWorlds (we will decide quickly; experience with either is required). If you have a recommendation, include it.
