Our current Wix website needs improvement in terms of design, user experience, and overall performance. We want a professional who can create a clean, modern, and high-converting Wix website design that reflects our brand and helps us generate more leads.

1. Clear Expectations: Tasks & Deliverables
The designer must define the "Definition of Done" to avoid scope creep.

Responsive Mapping: Deliverables should include custom layouts for at least four breakpoints (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop, and Ultrawide).

Performance Report: A "Before vs. After" speed test (Pagespeed Insights) to prove the technical overhaul actually improved site health.

Clean Handoff: A loom video or PDF guide explaining how to manage the Wix CMS without breaking the CSS Grids.

In Wix Studio, the "skill floor" is higher than standard Wix.
