## Overview
We are looking for a **Content Strategist** to lead the full content strategy and execution process for a founder-led, concierge medical clinic specializing in alternative, regenerative, and surgery-alternative treatments.
The clinic offers services such as stem cell therapy, peptides, prolotherapy, regenerative treatments, and other non-surgical solutions for patients seeking advanced, personalized care. The practice is led by two physicians, including a doctor who already has a strong social media presence and a significant follower base.
This role is ideal for someone who understands **medical content creation**, knows how to translate physician expertise into compelling social media content, and can manage the entire content production process from strategy to publishing.
The Content Strategist will be responsible for analyzing past content performance, building the monthly content strategy, writing hooks, scripts, captions, and calls to action, planning filming days, coordinating with the on-site videographer, managing the editor, maintaining the content calendar, scheduling posts, and reporting on performance.
## About the Clinic
This is a founder-led concierge medical clinic focused on alternative medicine, regenerative medicine, and non-surgical treatment options. The clinic serves patients who are looking for advanced solutions outside of traditional surgery pathways.
The physicians are actively involved in content creation and are willing to film on-site based on the strategy, scripts, and direction provided by the Content Strategist. The clinic will have a dedicated video person coming on-site to film the required content, which will then be sent to an editor and prepared for publishing.
## Role Responsibilities
### Content Strategy
- Develop the clinic’s monthly content strategy based on business goals, patient needs, service priorities, and content performance data
- Understand the clinic’s goals, including increasing patient volume, educating potential patients, building trust, and positioning the doctors as experts in regenerative and alternative medicine
- Analyze previous content to identify what performs well, what does not perform, and what should be adjusted moving forward
- Use performance data to create a clear content direction for each month
- Plan content around key services such as stem cells, peptides, prolotherapy, regenerative medicine, surgery alternatives, and physician-led patient education
- Build a repeatable strategy that keeps the clinic’s content consistent, organized, and aligned with growth goals
### Hook Generation & Scriptwriting
- Create strong, attention-grabbing hooks for short-form video content
- Write clear, engaging scripts that translate complex medical topics into understandable, patient-friendly content
- Develop physician-led content that feels credible, educational, and aligned with the doctors’ expertise
- Write scripts for a variety of content types, including educational videos, myth-busting videos, service explanations, patient problem/solution content, authority-building content, and conversion-focused videos
- Create clear calls to action for each piece of content based on the clinic’s goals
- Ensure all content is medically appropriate, professional, and aligned with the clinic’s brand voice
### Filming Day Strategy & Planning
- Plan dedicated content strategy days for upcoming filming days
- Decide which videos need to be filmed, how many videos should be filmed, and how long each video should be
- Prepare the full filming plan for the doctors and video team before filming takes place
- Organize scripts, hooks, talking points, shot direction, and priorities for each filming day
- Make sure the doctors and video person have everything needed to execute efficiently on-site
- Coordinate the filming workflow so content is captured according to the approved strategy
### Content Production Management
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process from strategy to final publishing
- Coordinate with the on-site video person once footage is filmed
- Manage the editor and ensure edited videos are completed according to the strategy, scripts, and posting schedule
- Review edited content for quality, clarity, accuracy, pacing, and alignment with the original content direction
- Provide feedback to the editor when revisions are needed
- Keep the full content workflow organized and moving on schedule
### Content Calendar & Scheduling
- Build and manage the clinic’s content calendar
- Plan content ahead of time so the clinic has a consistent posting schedule
- Organize content by platform, topic, doctor, service, hook, script, caption, CTA, filming status, editing status, and posting date
- Write captions for each post
- Schedule approved content independently
- Make sure content is posted consistently and on time
- Track the status of each piece of content from idea to script to filming to editing to scheduling to posting
### Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track content performance throughout the month
- Analyze which hooks, topics, formats, services, and CTAs are performing best
- Identify patterns in high-performing and low-performing content
- Create end-of-month performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Use monthly results to adjust the next month’s content strategy
- Report on content outcomes in relation to the clinic’s goals, including reach, engagement, audience growth, lead generation, and patient volume where applicable
## Required Experience
- Experience creating content strategy for medical, wellness, healthcare, physician-led, or expert-led brands
- Strong understanding of short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels
- Proven ability to write strong hooks, scripts, captions, and calls to action
- Experience analyzing content performance and using data to inform strategy
- Experience managing editors, videographers, or content production teams
- Ability to manage a full content workflow from concept to posting
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and keep content production consistent and on schedule
- Comfortable working with physicians, founders, or high-level experts
- Ability to simplify complex medical topics without making unsupported claims
## Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, creative, and highly execution-oriented. They understand how to turn medical expertise into content that educates, builds trust, and drives patient interest.
They should be comfortable leading the content process, managing team members, planning filming days, writing scripts, overseeing edits, scheduling content, and reporting on results. This person should not only be a writer or idea generator — they should be able to manage the entire content system end to end.
This person should also understand the importance of credibility, compliance, and professionalism in medical content. The clinic’s doctors are already established experts, so the Content Strategist must be able to elevate their knowledge into strong, consistent, high-performing content.
## Key Skills
- Medical content strategy
- Short-form video strategy
- Hook writing
- Scriptwriting
- Caption writing
- CTA development
- Content calendar management
- Content performance analysis
- Monthly reporting
- Filming day planning
- Editor management
- Video production workflow management
- Social media scheduling
- Physician-led content creation
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
## Success in This Role Looks Like
- The clinic has a clear monthly content strategy tied to business goals
- Filming days are planned in advance with scripts, hooks, and priorities ready
- Doctors know exactly what content they need to film
- The video person captures the required content efficiently
- The editor receives clear direction and delivers content on schedule
- Content is reviewed, captioned, scheduled, and posted consistently
- The content calendar is organized and up to date
- Monthly performance is reviewed and used to improve future strategy
- The clinic’s social media presence becomes more consistent, educational, and conversion-focused
- Content supports increased patient awareness, trust, and volume
## Notes
This role is especially important because the clinic is physician-led and already has strong potential for content growth. The right Content Strategist will help turn the doctors’ expertise, services, and patient education into a consistent content engine that supports the clinic’s growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
I am the founder of Advokit (a health-tech platform helping patients manage appointments, prep for doctor visits, and navigate their healthcare). Check out our site here: https://www.myadvokit.ai. I want to take a founder-forward content approach to share behind-the-scenes insights about how healthcare works and how to advocate for yourself.
I have plenty of content ideas, but I need a creative partner to help with execution—specifically turning raw ideas into hooks/scripts, giving me clear filming instructions, and editing the raw footage into highly engaging short-form videos. I'd like to start with a short engagement, but there's potential to convert to a longer-term engagement if we work well together!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Scripting & Hooks: Take my raw ideas/themes and turn them into punchy 30–60 second scripts with strong visual/verbal hooks for the first 3 seconds.
- Filming Direction & Shot Lists: Tell me exactly what to film each week (e.g., "Film 30s talking head reading script, then 5s b-roll of you typing at your laptop/reviewing notes").
- Post-Production Editing: Edit raw video clips into polished videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Pacing & Polish: Add dynamic text/captions, smooth pacing, sound design, and subtle visual overlays (screen recordings, product UI snippets, b-roll) to maximize watch time.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Proven experience scripting and editing talking-head/founder content (not just generic e-commerce ads or gaming clips).
- Expert understanding of hook psychology, platform-native pacing, and retention tactics on IG/TikTok/Shorts.
- Strong communicator who can teach me what works, provide direction, and take an active role in brainstorming with me.
- Experience creating content that resonates with women.
HOW TO APPLY:
Please reply with...
- Portfolio / Examples: Links to 2–3 short-form talking-head videos you have scripted and/or edited (preferably for founders, creators, or tech startups).
- Process: A quick 1–2 sentence summary of how you typically collaborate with creators/founders to gather footage.
- Rates: Your preferred pricing structure (e.g., per video rate or monthly retainer for ~8–12 videos/month).
I publish educational technology videos aimed at intermediate learners and need a dependable writer who can hand me a fresh script every single day. Each piece should break down a tech topic clearly—think new software releases, coding concepts, hardware reviews, or emerging trends—while still challenging viewers who already grasp the basics.
Here’s how I work: every evening I’ll share the next day’s topic or headline angle, any must-mention sources, and the desired video length. By the following morning, I expect a polished script that:
• opens with a strong hook and concise overview
• explains the core concept step-by-step without slipping into beginner territory
• weaves in real-world examples, analogies, or mini case studies to keep the pacing lively
• ends with a succinct recap and a question or call-to-action to drive engagement
Natural language, an upbeat tone, and solid storytelling are crucial—no jargon dumps. Accuracy matters, so please be comfortable fact-checking through reputable tech publications, official docs, and whitepapers. Plagiarism-free writing is non-negotiable.
If you can consistently deliver 1,300–1,600 word scripts (roughly 8–10 minutes of spoken content), meet the daily turnaround, and are passionate about technology education, let’s start with a short paid trial and move into the regular day-to-day rhythm right after.

We run a fast-growing YouTube channel that breaks down the boldest, most brutal lessons from top founders and executives -- pulled from their own interviews, earnings calls, and internal memos. No fluff. No hype. We publish new lessons every week for founders, operators, and young execs who want to build like the people who've actually done it, and we're expanding the Lessons series into deeper pieces that teach how to read a balance sheet, what the core financial ratios actually mean, and the news behind the news -- the real story behind major corporate headlines. We need a strong writer to turn research into tight, engaging scripts.
Core responsibilities:
- Turn research briefs and source material (interviews, earnings calls, internal memos, news coverage) into polished video scripts with a clear hook, narrative arc, and strong point of view
- Translate financial concepts (balance sheets, ratios, earnings reports) into scripts a young exec with no finance background can actually follow, without dumbing down the substance
- Write in a confident, no-fluff executive voice distinct from generic "business tips" content
- Draft titles, hooks, and video descriptions optimized for retention and searchability
- Collaborate with the researcher and host on a fast weekly cycle
Good fit: excellent long-form scriptwriting or content writing experience, real comfort with financial/business concepts, and the ability to translate research into a compelling narrative quickly. Experience writing for YouTube or other spoken-word video formats is a strong plus.
This is an ongoing, part-time weekly engagement (a few hours/week) working alongside a researcher and a graphic designer on the same channel.

About Us
We're VitaWild, a fast-growing DTC hydration and electrolyte brand. Our AI-generated ads (Pixar-style animation, claymation, crochet/stop-motion looks) are a core part of our paid social strategy, and we're looking for a talented AI video editor to own production.
The Role
This is an execution role, and we've made it as easy as possible for you to do great work. For every video, we hand you a complete package:
A detailed creative brief
A finished script
Reference videos for style and inspiration
Anything else you need along the way
Your job is to take that package and turn it into a polished, finished ad — no ideation or scriptwriting required. Just excellent execution.
What You'll Make
Short-form video ads (primarily for Meta) in a range of AI-generated styles, including:
Pixar-style 3D animation
Claymation
Crochet / stop-motion textures
Other stylized looks as briefs call for them
You should be comfortable moving between these styles and matching a reference closely.
Tools
You must be strong with Higgsfield and/or FAL — these are the platforms we expect this work to run on. If you also use other AI video tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, etc.), great, but Higgsfield/FAL proficiency is the priority. You'll also need basic editing chops to assemble generated clips into a finished ad (cuts, timing, sound, captions).
How It Works
Paid trial video. We start every candidate with one paid trial. We send you a real brief, script, and references — you deliver the finished ad. We're evaluating one thing: can you take a brief, truly understand it, and execute at a high level?
Ongoing work. If the trial is great, we bring you on for approximately 5 videos per week, ongoing. This is a long-term seat for the right person.
You're a Fit If You
Have real, demonstrable experience generating video with Higgsfield and/or FAL
Can read a brief carefully and deliver exactly what it asks for — on style, on message, on spec
Have a sharp eye for what makes AI video look premium vs. cheap (consistent characters, clean motion, no artifacts)
Communicate clearly and hit deadlines without hand-holding
Can reliably handle ~5 videos/week
Not a Fit If You
Only do traditional editing with no AI generation experience
Need the concept, script, or direction developed for you
Can't show samples of AI-generated video work
How to Apply
Share 2–3 samples of AI-generated video ads you've made — Pixar-style, claymation, or similar stylized work preferred. This is the most important part of your application.
Tell us briefly which tools you used to make them (call out Higgsfield/FAL specifically).
Include your hourly rate and roughly how many hours a video like our references takes you.
Start your proposal with the word "CLAYMATION" so we know you read the full posting.
This is an hourly contract with an ongoing weekly workload for the right person. We move fast - strong applicants will get a trial brief right away.

Owns strategy and execution across Kraymer Art's digital marketing channels, with Meta Ads as the primary channel and expansion into Google, organic social, and influencer. Works with the founder and the product team to sequence campaigns behind launches and grow revenue. This is a hands-on role, not oversight only.

Review creative from editors and designers for on-brand quality and likelihood to perform.
Separate winning creative from underperformers and direct future production against it.
Align campaigns with product launches and seasonal drops so marketing runs behind the product, not bolted on after.
Track trends, competitor activity, and audience shifts on Instagram and short-form platforms.
Must-haves
Hands-on experience managing live Meta Ads budgets with direct accountability for performance.
Portfolio of graphic and video ads you produced yourself, scriptwriting through final edit.
Experience running paid marketing for a Shopify ecommerce brand.

Fully remote, open to applicants in any country.
40 hours per week, flexible hours, choose your own schedule.
Pay is US$6 to US$15 per hour based on experience. If your rate expectation is above this range, this is not the role for you. Please do not apply.
Long-term role with full-time potential.
How to apply
If this fits your experience and the pay band works for you, apply. To help us find thoughtful applicants, please write the word "seesaw" in your response to the first screening question on the application page.

About the project
I run a faceless business & startup case-study channel — cinematic “why this company collapsed” documentaries (roughly 11–15 min, narrated, data-driven). Style and quality example: the CoreSight channel on YouTube (their “How One Ad Destroyed Jaguar’s Billion-Dollar Empire” video is exactly the look and pacing I’m chasing). Cold, cinematic, money-focused; charts + stock footage + headline cards.
The motion graphics, charts, titles, and final polish are handled in-house. I need you for the footage layer only: selecting and cutting b-roll to a provided voiceover, laying in music, and handling source clips correctly. You don’t need to be a motion-graphics artist.
What you’ll do each video
• Work from materials I provide: a finished voiceover (audio), the script, and a shot list with timecodes telling you what each moment needs.
• Select and cut b-roll and stock footage so it’s tightly timed to the narration — good clip choices, good rhythm, no dead air.
• Lay in a music bed (royalty-free / licensed only) and rough the audio levels so the voice stays clear.
• Leave clean “hold” moments where marked, so I can composite charts, titles, and graphics on top afterward.
• Deliver a graphics-free 1920×1080 export (H.264 or ProRes) plus your project file.
Fair use & staying monetization-safe (please read — this is a real requirement)
Some videos analyze a specific ad, product, or moment, so we do use short excerpts of source material under genuine fair-use commentary/criticism. I need an editor who understands how to do this correctly.
• Use only short, necessary excerpts (seconds), always transformative — the clip supports the narration’s point; it never carries the video.
• Prefer stills/screenshots (a freeze-frame of the ad, a headline, a document) over rolling copyrighted video wherever the point can be made that way.
• Understand that Content ID can still claim even legitimate fair use, and know how the dispute process works and when a claim just means “no/shared revenue on that video” vs. a real problem.
• Never use copyrighted music, long unedited copyrighted clips, or anything that would put a monetization strike on the channel.
• Keep a simple source log for each excerpt (where it’s from, why it qualifies) so any claim can be disputed cleanly.
You’re a great fit if you
• Have edited documentary / video-essay / commentary content and can point to examples.
• Have a genuine eye for footage rhythm — you know which clip lands and how fast to cut to a voice track.
• Are comfortable sourcing from royalty-free libraries (Pexels, Pixabay, Storyblocks, etc.) and organizing assets.
• Understand fair-use commentary and Content ID in practice, not just theory.
• Communicate clearly and hit deadlines (target ~1 video/week).
Not needed
• Motion graphics, chart animation, or title design (handled in-house).
• On-camera or voiceover work (voice is already produced).
• Scriptwriting or research (provided).
Paid test task (how I screen)
I’ll send a 60–90 second voiceover clip + a short shot list. You return a footage-and-music cut timed to it, with any source clips handled per the fair-use notes above, and a one-line note on your clip choices. Paid at your quoted rate for the test. Strong tests move straight to ongoing per-video work.
To apply
Please include: (1) 1–2 links to documentary/commentary edits you’ve done, (2) one sentence on how you keep source clips monetization-safe, and (3) your per-video rate for ~12–15 min faceless documentary footage edits.
Bonus if you’ve watched CoreSight and can say in a line what makes its pacing work.
We run a growing YouTube explainer channel and are looking for a sharp, research-driven scriptwriter to join us long-term. Reference channels: think along the lines of MagnatesMedia, Wendover Productions, and Practical Engineering — dense information delivered in a way that's genuinely entertaining, not dry.
About the channel:
We cover finance, business, and "how does this actually work" style topics — the kind of video where a viewer clicks in skeptical and leaves saying "I had no idea." Videos run 8-15 minutes. We care a lot about SEO and discoverability, so titles/topics need to be searched-for, not just interesting to us.
What you'll be doing:
Writing 2-4 explainer scripts per month, 1,500-2,500 words each
Researching topics deeply enough to explain them simply — we'd rather cut a stat than get it wrong
Structuring scripts with a strong curiosity hook in the first 15-30 seconds and a clear "reveal" the video builds toward
Suggesting topic ideas based on what's currently searched/trending in our niche
Delivering clean, editor-ready scripts with visual/chart cue suggestions where relevant
Requirements:
Proven experience writing explainer or educational YouTube scripts (samples required — please don't apply without them)
Ability to simplify complex topics without dumbing them down or getting facts wrong
Strong research skills — comfortable digging past the first Google result
SEO awareness — understands how titles/hooks affect discoverability, not just retention
Reliable, fast communicator; can hit a 3-4 day turnaround per script
Nice to have:
Background in finance, economics, or a technical field
Experience with data-heavy topics (rankings, comparisons, "how X actually works")
Budget: Open to per-script or hourly, will discuss based on experience and sample quality. Looking to build a consistent monthly pipeline with the right writer.
To apply: send 2-3 explainer script samples (ideally finance or business-adjacent) plus a one-line pitch for a topic you think would work well for a channel like ours.
We are seeking an experienced AI Video Creator to produce a high-end, cinematic 45-second commercial for a premium ceiling fan brand. The project includes transforming a completed storyboard and script into a polished, photorealistic advertisement using advanced AI video generation tools combined with professional editing and post-production.
The commercial features modern interior and outdoor lifestyle scenes, smooth cinematic camera movements, consistent character and environment continuity, realistic product integration, and premium lighting.
The ideal freelancer has a strong portfolio of AI-generated commercial work, understands visual storytelling, and can deliver broadcast-quality results using AI tools along with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for final compositing. Attention to detail, cinematic composition, realistic motion, and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple scenes are essential.
