Finish 45–75-min teaching episodes into tight, high-retention long-form (hooks, pattern interrupts every 35–45s, B-roll, on-screen rules/timers, sound polish, color, SFX).
Produce 5–10 Shorts per episode (9:16 + 1:1), with burnt-in captions, punchy hook, visual payoff, and loop.

If you have and know how to use HELIUM 10 to find Amazom ad Keywords & ASINS, let us know as that is a plus to be in our VA TEAM. We will also train so no experience necessary but good humble attitude to learn and do ads with quality and quantity. Our main focus is Amazon ads and Facebook ads for Amazon books and shopify books.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.) to promote our Amazon eBooks, books, online courses, and digital products. The ideal candidate must have experience running Facebook Ads or similar campaigns and be highly organized and analytical to track results and provide proof of successful, profitable ads.
We may hire multiple assistants to test various ads. The candidates who deliver the best quality, quantity, and communication will be considered for long-term work with our team.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience with Facebook Ads (or Google/YouTube ads) to promote digital products.
2. Organizational skills to efficiently track ad performance and report results.
3. Strong analytical abilities to assess ad performance and optimize accordingly.
4. Ability to provide proof of profitable ads (past results and campaigns).
5. Quality & Quantity Results with consistency in campaign performance.
6. Fast learner with a willingness to adapt to new strategies.
7. Positive and harmonious attitude; ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
8. No experience necessary—we are willing to train someone with the right skills.
