I’m looking for a graphic designer to help establish the visual identity for my gaming YouTube channel, Morgscing Games.

I have an AI-generated logo concept that I really love, and I’m looking for someone to create their own original, professionally designed version inspired by my reference, keeping the overall aesthetic as similar as possible.

About the channel:

We’re launching a new chess YouTube channel built around storytelling: rivalries, controversies, big comebacks and the personalities behind the game. Our thumbnails need to create curiosity and emotion at a glance.

What you’ll do:

- Design one high-click thumbnail for each video, 3 per week
- Work from the video title and a short brief, and come up with strong visual concepts
- Use expressive faces, contrast, clean text and clear composition that reads well on mobile
- Match the channel’s visual style consistently
- Make revisions quickly based on feedback

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience designing YouTube thumbnails, ideally for chess, gaming or sports channels
- A good understanding of what makes people click: emotion, curiosity, contrast and simplicity
- Some knowledge of chess and its players
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Photopea, Figma or similar tools
- Careful sourcing of images and awareness of copyright when using player photos
- Reliable turnaround times and availability for 3 thumbnails per week. This may go up to 4 per week once the channel is monetized.

We run FreshStore, a website builder that has been live since 2010. Members pick a niche and get an affiliate site filled with products. We are replacing a shopping-cart logo with a mark that says what we are now: the affiliate site builder.

This is not a blank-page job. We have a written brief, a colour direction, the exact header sizes the mark must fit, and forty-two of our own rough explorations with notes on what worked and what did not. Three directions are marked as the ones we like. You will see all of it before you quote.

Scope (quote your own fixed price for it; we have left the budget field open on purpose):

1. A mark (symbol) that holds at 16 px and 24 px and scales to a social card.
2. The wordmark "FreshStore" in mixed case, one colour. The typeface is yours to choose or draw; the site body text is DM Sans, which the wordmark does not have to match.
3. Two lockups: horizontal, and stacked with the line "The affiliate site builder" under the name. The stacked one must fit a 155 x 36 px slot.
4. A favicon set: SVG, 16, 32, 48, 180, 512 and .ico.
5. A colour ramp: one brand orange plus neutrals, with a darker step for buttons that passes WCAG AA with white text.
6. A one-page usage sheet: clear space, minimum sizes, on white, on dark, on the brand colour, what not to do.
7. Source files (Figma or Illustrator), SVG with text outlined and live, PNG at 1x and 2x.
8. Full assignment of rights to Fresh Labs Group Limited on final payment.

Process: three concepts shown at 16, 24 and 48 px and in our phone header; we pick one; one refinement round; then the favicon set, lockups, ramp, usage sheet and files. Quote the whole scope as one fixed price split into those three milestones.

What we are looking for in you: SaaS, developer-tool or marketplace marks in your portfolio (not restaurants or real estate), a process that starts with questions, and a 16 px favicon you are proud of. Please link two or three marks you drew for software products.
