I am looking for an experienced information, editorial, or healthcare designer to create a polished, reusable Figma document system for physician referral materials, patient education resources, research briefs, employer collateral, and other professional communications.

This is not a logo or branding project. Balancia already has an established visual identity. The goal is to translate that identity into a cohesive document system that feels credible in a healthcare setting while remaining approachable, modern, and easy to read.

Initial Project Scope
The first phase will include:
- Create a reusable Figma document design system
- Define page grids, typography hierarchy, spacing, and reusable components
- Design styles for evidence callouts, citations, tables, checklists, diagrams, and clinical-scope notices
- Create approximately three core document templates:
- Physician referral/overview
- Patient education handout
- Multi-page professional guide
- Design the initial physician referral toolkit using copy I will provide
- Create a concise design guide so future materials remain consistent
- Deliver organized, editable Figma files and print-ready PDF exports

This project is intended to establish the visual foundation for Balancia's professional communications. Additional templates and collateral may be developed in future phases.

The materials should feel:

- Appropriate for physicians and healthcare professionals
