Upwork Profile

Select which Upwork profile or agency to use for your proposal template. This field is required. Your template will use the selected profile’s information when you submit proposals on Upwork. If you don’t see your profiles, click “Manage Upwork Profiles” to sync your accounts from the Chrome extension.

Freelancer Profiles

When you select a freelancer profile, you can configure:

1/ Proposal Submission Type

If your freelancer profile is part of an agency team, choose how to submit the proposal:
  • As a freelancer - Submit proposal using your individual profile
  • As an agency member - Submit proposal within an agency
If you don’t have any teams, this field won’t appear.

2/ Specialized Profile

Select which specialized profile to use:
  • General profile - Your main freelancer profile
  • Specialized profiles - Skill-specific profiles (e.g., “Telemarketing”, “Web Development”)

Agency Profiles

When you select an agency profile, you can configure:

1/ Freelancer (Contractor)

Select which contractor from the agency will submit the proposal. This field appears after selecting an agency.

2/ Specialized Profile

After selecting a contractor, choose their specialized profile:
  • General profile - The contractor’s main profile
  • Specialized profiles - The contractor’s skill-specific profiles

Managing Profiles

To add or update Upwork profiles, click “Manage Upwork Profiles” in the top right of the Upwork profile field. This opens your profile management page where you can sync data from the Chrome extension.
