The client was extremely over-expecting and wanted me to give several hours or days worth of effort for 1 hours worth of pay. So, I tried to handle the issue reasonably and explain the situation to him, but despite putting my point, I was repeatedly told that I would need to do in the way he had understood it or he would terminate the contract. I didn't see a future in this project and so I even gave him the article I prepared by researching for 3 hours for free without complaining. But in our last conversation he further threatened to give me a low feedback as well. I hope he isn't as difficult with other contractors, but if he continues this behavior, perhaps Upwork isn't the right platform for him.
