The Fury Line is a martial arts / streetwear / legacy film-inspired apparel and merchandise brand. We are preparing to launch our products on Amazon using our existing Shopify product pages as the source/reference catalog.

This project is not a blind Shopify-to-Amazon sync. The goal is to properly review, structure, optimize, and upload the products inside Amazon Seller Central so the listings are clean, compliant, organized, and ready for approval/sales.

This job is being created as the initial Upwork milestone connected to a broader Amazon marketplace growth discussion. The initial milestone is intended to start lean, prove execution, build the correct marketplace foundation, and create a professional path toward future Amazon marketplace growth. The LOI frames Rodnie Smith as an Amazon backend operator and marketplace growth strategist for The Fury Line, with support potentially including Seller Central execution, flat file support, SKU/ASIN organization, SEO, backend keywords, browse node alignment, suppression review, Brand Registry support, A+ Content, storefront, PPC strategy, reporting, and marketplace growth planning.

Phase 1 Scope of Work

The contractor will complete the initial Amazon listing execution for approximately 25–30 products.

The work includes:

Reviewing Shopify product pages as the source/reference catalog
Creating/uploading approximately 25–30 products inside Amazon Seller Central
Setting up parent-child variations for size/color products where applicable
Setting correct category, product type, and browse node where applicable
Creating Amazon-ready product titles
Creating 5 Amazon-ready bullet points per product

Adding backend search keywords
Uploading product images/mockups correctly
Reviewing UPC/GTIN or GTIN exemption issues and providing notes
Performing initial suppression/error troubleshooting

Amazon approvals, Brand Registry approval, GTIN exemption approval, category approvals, and complex catalog issues may depend on Amazon and on documents/access provided by us.

If any major issue requires additional paid work, document-based escalation, Brand Registry filings, GTIN exemption submission, legal/IP documentation review, or complex catalog cleanup beyond normal listing setup, the contractor must explain the issue and receive written approval before beginning any extra paid work.

Milestone

Milestone 1: Amazon Listing Execution for 25–30 Products — $250

This milestone covers the Phase 1 listing execution described above, including product upload, variation setup, category/product type setup, Amazon-ready listing content, backend keywords, UPC/GTIN notes, initial troubleshooting, screenshots/proof package, and final tracking spreadsheet.

Future Work

Any future work after this milestone, including advanced listing optimization, Brand Registry support, A+ Content, storefront buildout, PPC setup/management, reporting, marketplace expansion, or long-term growth strategy, must be separately approved in writing and funded through a separate milestone or agreement.

This initial job does not create equity, ownership, revenue share, profit share, commission, bonus, guaranteed future compensation, or authority over The Fury Line, its Amazon account, brand assets, listings, IP, or business decisions.
